Med Sergej Lebedev og Ingunn Lunde ​Sergej Lebedev (f. 1981) er ein av Russlands mest internasjonalt kjende samtidsforfattarar, i tillegg til å vere journalist og redaktør. Han debuterte som romanforfattar i 2010 og bøkene hans er omsette til meir enn tjue språk. Den nyaste romanen, Belaja dama, kom ut på russisk i 2025 og blei utgitt på norsk same året i Ingunn Lunde si omsetjing. Eit gjennomgåande tema i Lebedevs bøker er Stalintida og korleis Russland er prega av at verken samfunn eller styresmakter har tatt eit oppgjer med den totalitære fortida. Blant dagens russiske forfattarar har Lebedev vore ein av dei som tydelegast og lengst har kritisert Putin-regimets autoritære maktutøving. Han har dei siste åra vore busett i Berlin. I romanen Damen i hvitt tar Lebedev oss tilbake til starten av Russland sin krig mot Ukraina, då Donbas blei okkupert. Handlinga spenner over fem dagar i juli 2014 i gruvelandsbyen Marat. Fiendar av styresmaktene er blitt likviderte og dumpa, lik etter lik, i landsbyens gruvesjakt og mellom anna slik avdekker romanen dei mørke kreftene som driver Putins Russland i dag. L'émission 28 minutes du 10/06/2025 Après 1 200 jours de guerre, la société ukrainienne innove et résiste encoreLorsque la guerre en Ukraine débute, l'armée russe souhaite “dénazifier” le pays et mener une guerre sans merci. Contre toute attente, l'Ukraine résiste toujours trois ans plus tard, malgré ses difficultés sur le terrain militaire. Cette résistance doit beaucoup à l'aide financière et militaire apportée par les Occidentaux mais aussi à la capacité de la population à prendre en charge l'effort de guerre, dans une forme de cogestion avec l'armée ukrainienne. La sociologue et politologue Anna Colin Lebedev établit ce constat dans son dernier livre “Ukraine : la force des faibles”, publié aux éditions du Seuil le 13 juin. Selon cette spécialiste des sociétés post-soviétiques, “si la société s'est militarisée, c'est aussi que la conduite de la guerre s'est civilianisée”. Autrement dit, les civils se sont emparés du conflit, demandant à s'engager dans les domaines où ils s'estiment plus utiles et ont ainsi bousculé les conventions de l'armée. Mais, comment les Ukrainiens peuvent-ils tenir dans une guerre qui épuise les soldats et l'ensemble de la population face à une Russie qui ne s'embarrasse pas de la démocratie pour envoyer ses hommes sur le front ? Trump envoie les troupes en Californie : une fuite en avant autoritaire ?Dans la dernière ligne droite de la course à la présidentielle, en novembre 2024, Donald Trump avait affirmé que “deux ennemis” menaçaient les États-Unis : “Nous avons l'ennemi de l'extérieur et nous avons l'ennemi de l'intérieur. Et l'ennemi de l'intérieur, à mon avis, est plus dangereux que la Chine, la Russie et tous ces pays.” Cet “ennemi” est pour lui incarné par l'immigré clandestin et le militant de gauche. Depuis le 6 juin, à Los Angeles, mégalopole où réside une importante communauté hispanique, des habitants tentent de s'interposer face aux arrestations musclées d'immigrés menées par la police fédérale de l'immigration (ICE). Face aux heurts qui s'ensuivent, Donald Trump ordonne le déploiement de 2 000 membres de la Garde nationale pour contenir les manifestations, contre l'avis du gouverneur démocrate de l'État, Gavin Newsom. Han betraktade kommunismen som ett existentiellt hot och ansåg att det tyska folket behövde expandera österut för att få tillgång till livsviktiga resurser såsom olja, stål och spannmål. Dessutom såg han slaverna som underlägsna och ämnade förslava eller eliminera dem för att ge plats åt tyskarna.Detta är det sjätte avsnittet i en serie av sju om andra världskriget från podden Historia Nu. Ou encore l'oreille précieuse qui mit près de vingt-cinq ans à restituer les 6500 vers d'« Eugène Onéguine » d'Alexandre Pouchkine. Tout ceci, parmi plus de 150 ouvrages depuis 1981, traduits du russe, de l'anglais, du latin ou du breton, aux éditions Mesures, Inculte ou José Corti. Il vit et travaille à Rennes. André Markowicz (2/3)Un jour, la mère d'André Markowicz, professeure de littérature russe, ouvre une traduction française de « L'Idiot » de Dostoïevski. Dans la scène d'anniversaire où le piètre fonctionnaire Lebedev délire à bloc en voyant de l'argent jeté au feu, elle ne reconnaît pas le texte original. Les trois autres traductions qu'elle emprunte ne respectent pas non plus, diable, les flammes initiales ; toutes s'acharnent à rendre cohérentes les invraisemblances du personnage déboussolé. Le jeune André n'oubliera pas cette anecdote. En 1990, dans le métro, face à Hubert Nyssen, fondateur des éditions Actes Sud, pour lequel il vient de servir d'interprète, Markowicz suggère de retraduire Dostoïevski. Au motif que les précédentes traductions ont trop policé le style – bien qu'elles aient permis, reconnaît-il, à Proust ou à Gide de s'engouffrer dans la prose possédée de l'auteur des « Carnets du sous-sol ». Trêve d'élégance excessive à la française : l'oralité furieuse de Dostoïevski sera célébrée avec force répétitions et maladresses de syntaxe, n'en déplaise aux puristes. Trois ans plus tard, sur France 3, André Markowicz explique honorer ainsi une écriture qui existe « en dépit de toutes les règles, en faisant tout pour ne pas faire un roman français, ne pas écrire comme un marquis, mais avec un débordement de passion, une langue en fusion, sans aucune norme, à part celle que l'on crée, là, sur-le-champ ». Ses adversaires questionnent sa légitimité, parce qu'André n'est pas universitaire. On le voit pourtant – c'est rare, pour un traducteur – dans « Paris-Match » ; avec, sur la page d'en face, le mannequin Claudia Schiffer dans sa baignoire. Puis « L'Obs » lui consacre trois pages où se querellent anciens et modernes, en parlant de « véhémence emberlificotée » à propos de sa version de « L'Idiot ». Markowicz se confie au « Monde » : « Voilà une chose que j'ai réussie, au moins : qu'on remarque que le bouquin est traduit. » Ce rigoureux russophone est donc de ceux qui, comme dans « Crime et châtiment », ont « le don ou le talent de dire une parole nouvelle ». Cela marche aussi au théâtre : André Markowicz a participé à plus d'une centaine de mises en scène de ses traductions cosignées avec Françoise Morvan, en France, au Québec, en Belgique ou en Suisse, remaniant souvent le texte à l'épreuve du plateau. Ilya Semerikov - Russian physicist, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, researcher at the Physical Institute of the Academy of Sciences named after P.N. Lebedev, junior PI of the Russian Quantum Center. Ilya is developing an ultrastable ion optical clock, an ion quantum computer. And in his spare time he thinks what else could be done to make life more interesting. Born in 1992 in Moscow, graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 2015 with a degree in astrophysics. In the same year he entered the FIAN graduate school where he began to work in experiments with ultracold ions. In 2020, he defended his Ph.D. thesis on ultracold ions for quantum computing. Also, during his postgraduate studies, he took part in the creation of a transportable ion optical clock as one of the leading developers, and then was the leading developer of an ion quantum computer. As a result of this work, a four-qubit quantum computer was demonstrated in 2021. Maksim Lebedev is a Russian Egyptologist and popular science communicator. He graduated from Moscow State University in 2007 and defended his Ph.D. thesis in 2011. Since 2008, he has been working in various archaeological missions in Egypt and Sudan as an epigraphist, archaeologist, field director, and director of ongoing archaeological projects. The field of his interests includes new methods and technologies in archaeology, photogrammetry and digital epigraphy, social and economic history, epigraphy. Currently, he works as a senior research fellow in the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences being the head of the Centre for the Nile Valley archaeology of the same institute. His fieldwork experience includes excavations at Giza, Abu Ghurab, Saqqara, Jebel Barkal, and Meroe. He is the author and co-author of 8 monographs and over 50 scientific papers.
