Jocelyn has returned to The Gamers' Inn to join Ryan in discussing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. We are still discovering a lot about this game, but it should be noted that we do discuss story, gameplay, and exploration that would be considered spoilers for those who have not progressed in the game. If you're avoiding spoilers, best come back to this conversation. That being said, after Tears of the Kingdom we skydive into the news starting off with the ASUS ROG Ally arriving in June, plus three stories for Activision Blizzard including an EU approval, Overwatch 2 PVE mode has been scrapped, and BlizzCon is back on this year. Closing out the news, Amazon is working on a new Lord of the Rings MMO and Dead by Daylight is expanding thanks to Supermassive Games.

This week on The Finger Guns Podcast it's a been a quiet week leading up to the PlayStation Showcase so Rossko, Josh and Sean get together to talk everything they could find including the news that Dead By Daylight will be receiving a single player expansion soon from Supermassive Games, the makers of Until Dawn and The Quarry. Rossko asks DBD superfan Josh if he's psyched for it, along with written in thoughts from Kat and Miles, who couldn't join the pod this week. We also talk a Lord of the Rings MMO coming from Amazon on the back of their first hit, New World. We try and decipher how they could make such a thing really rather good and hopefully we can look forward to whatever it's going to be. There's also been talk from Take Two Interactive this week that their upcoming fiscals are going to be very healthy indeed which leads to the assumption that Grand Theft Auto 6 may not be as far away as we think? We break down the numbers along with everything else they have incoming and see if GTA can find a space in a busy release schedule from the company. And of course, the aforementioned PlayStation Showacse is going to dominate the news this week so we put out heads together to see if we can figure out some of the more out there possibilities from the show and our most ridiculous theories. Could GTA 6 close the show? Will we see the fabled G-Police Remake or PlayStation All Stars Battle-Royale 2? We haven't got long to find out. Josh has been playing Undergrave (whilst tearing through Humanity), Sean and Rossko have been playing a fair bit of LEGO 2K Drive and despite the microtransactions poisoning the perfect LEGO world, it's a really good time. We return to Outriders after they patched the server issues. Things are much better technically but could still use some work. Regardless, the game is a blast to play and the story is getting interesting. People Can Fly definitely delivers in the areas that matter with this game. Brett also finally finishes Assassin's Creed: Valhalla 87 hours later and shares his thoughts on the full campaign experience.In the news, PS5 finally answered our call and fixed a lot of the issues we complained about with the PS5. It doesn't solve anything but at least it's a step in the right direction. Age of Empires 4 finally reveals gameplay with an announcement of 4 full-length campaigns and 8 playable civilizations. Amazon Game Studios also cancels another game with their Lord of the Rings MMO.In our discussion, we explore the future metaverse that Epic Games is betting big on. Tim Sweeney and his team want to build another world interconnected digitally. Think Ready Player One. They got a huge investment with 1 billion dollars and more to come.
