More than 90 Minutes Editor, Andrew Milne welcomes back Matt McGlone, Editor of the Alternative View for a catch up on Talk from the Terrace show on the Celtic Soul Podcast. The Bhoys look back on Sundays Glasgow Derby v the Rangers. Celtic shared the points on the day to keep their 6 points-gap from their nearest rivals with 3 games to go and a healthy goal difference of 19 as we go into Saturday's game against Hearts at Celtic Park in another lunchtime kick off which the Bhoys preview. The Japanese factor is discussed and the rotation of Rogic and O'Reilly and the differences offered by Kyogo and Giakoumakis leading the Celtic line. Hearts have secured their place in Europe and are guaranteed third place which would have been their target at the start of the campaign, and they have a Cup Final to look forward to. Maybe they will have one eye on the Cup but for us it's all about the Celtic because the title has still to be won. The Rangers will play Sunday at 3pm against Dundee United at Ibrox. The visitors have a European place to battle for with Ross County and Motherwell so should be well up for the game. Mark Lawell has been announced as Head of Scouting and Recruitment this week and the bhoys discuss his arrival and Ange Postecoglou's reaction to his latest recruit who he has worked closely with before. The bhoys also discuss the pro and cons of Celtic fans at Ibrox and the FC Statement fans at Celtic Park. As the transfer window approaches, Matt looks back in time to the transfers of Davie Hay, Kenny Dalglish, Kieran Tierney, and the departure of Henrik Larrson to Barcelona. John is joined this week by Tony and Scott from The Footy Blog Net. We kick off with discussing the European action where Celtic and Rangers continued their Europa League campaign. Was it a missed opportunity for Celtic or a good point? There is discussion around what Celtic need to do in order to qualify. Rangers should face their toughest test against Benfica, however as we are recording we find out they are losing in domestic action. There were only three Premiership fixtures so we discussed them and the need for teams to improve in front of goal. Tony and Scott disagree with how well Dundee United are doing which makes for an interesting debate. The Scottish Cup semi finals were played at the weekend so we review the games and pay tribute to Mariusz Zaliukus who sadly passed away at the weekend. Can Hearts end Celtic's domestic dominance in terms of winning trophies? Ally Graham won the weekend prediction game so it's now 2-1 to the podcast team. Tony picks the games for the upcoming weekend with John making the predictions. The Scotland squad is due to be announced on Tuesday so we will preview the playoff next week. The Celtic Underground Top Ten season 2017-18   A topical podcast this week as we review the top ten players for the 7th season of the current 9iar….but don’t worry, the first 20 mins are disccusing the fact that tonight, as we record the podcast, Celtic are officially champions of Scotland AGAIN and have officially achieved 9iar AGAIN.   First up we have a very special message from the manager to all our listeners (yes, we actually do) and then we have a 20 minute chat about achieving 9iar and how it is better than expected.  From there we get to the meat and bones of the podcast and discuss your votes for the 2017-18 CU Top Ten.   You may wonder why it is season 2017-18.  Well, we collated the votes but unfortunately I was too busy with work and nevergot around to actually recording the podcast.  We must have a complet record and so the podcast is recorded.  We will be doing 2018-19 and  voting is open now (until midnight on 10th June) for the 2019-20 season Top Ten and Samars moment.  You can email podcasts@celticunderground.net   The voting was as follows; 1. Scott Brown 2. Forrest 3. McGregor 4. KT 5. Ntcham 6. Ajer 7. Rogic 8. Boyata 9. Edouard 10. Dembele   Samaras Moment; 1st - Lustig Hat 2nd - McGregor Equaliser v Bayern Munich 3rd - RFC Fans cheering getting us in the cup - be careful what you wish for   Enjoy…

The world’s longest running football fans podcast is back with a same day match review following our 4-1 victory away at Ross County.   Following the midweek triumph over Rennes, these are the types of games that have seen us trip up over the years - after a thrilling and successful midweek European tie in front of a full house at Celtic Park it must be quite a come down to go to Dingwall and play ‘County’.  Despite this the current squad showed all their professionalism and romped to a comfortable 4-1 with with a Christie double supported by goals from Rogic and Johnston.   Within an hour of the final whistle I was on Skype with @antonymurray25 to review.   Enjoy…

In this episode I talk to Mario Rogic. Mario is a technology aficionado with a particular love for the web. Among many other things, Mario believes technology should make life simple and joyful, and he enjoys being able to prove so. He lives in London, works as Head of Technology for locomote.com and he organises and runs the Elm London Meetups. We first discussed about public speaking and how it helps us prepare content and communicate better in our everyday life. And of course, Mario described how he comes up with new topics to speak about. We then talked about ELM, what it is, how Mario came to being so fond of ELM and why you should jump on the bandwagon as well. Finally Mario gave us two very profound advices to progress on our careers: "absorbe as much as you can" and "communicate as much as you can".Here are the links of the show:https://twitter.com/realmariohttp://mario.net.auhttps://github.com/supermariohttp://elm-lang.orghttps://elmlang.herokuapp.comhttps://www.thestrangeloop.comhttps://www.meetup.com/Elm-London-Meetuphttps://2018.elmeurope.orghttp://www.paulgraham.com/makersschedule.htmlhttps://basecamp.com/books/calmCreditsMusic Something Elated by Broke For Free (CC BY 3.0)Your hostSoftware Developer‘s Journey is hosted and produced by Timothée (Tim) Bourguignon, a crazy frenchman living in Germany who dedicated his life to helping others learn & grow. Kick in Russ – Die WM 2018 – meinsportpodcast.de

Welcome back to another weekend podcast from the Randalstown Hoops were we look back at Celtic's 4-0 win over Ross County at the Global Energy Stadium. Brendan Rodgers made wholesale changes to the team which booked their place in the Betfred Cup final against Aberdeen with a 1-0 win over Newco last Sunday. Those players drafted in went out to impress from the start and winger Patrick Roberts scored in the third minute with a fine drive, although County did fashion several chances themselves. Indeed, Staggies defender Andrew Davies hit the post with a header after the break but in the 83rd minute midfielder Stuart Armstrong clinched the points with a fine finish before substitutes Scott Sinclair and Moussa Dembele added further goals in added time. The Hoops extended their unbeaten domestic run to 13 games and go further clear of Aberdeen, whom they visit on Saturday. County, meanwhile, have had gone eight games without a win although boss Jim McIntyre will take some heart from battling performance before the late collapse. Rodgers made eight changes to the side which started against the Light Blues at Hampden. Emilio Izaguirre, Cristian Gamboa, Armstrong, Callum McGregor, Roberts, Ryan Christie, Liam Henderson and Leigh Griffiths all came into the side. Celtic moved nine points clear at the top of the Premiership after beating Aberdeen at Pittodrie. Tom Rogic's controlled half-volley put the reigning champions ahead midway through the first half. Dons goalkeeper Joe Lewis denied Scott Sinclair, Moussa Dembele and Rogic as the visitors pressed for a second after the interval. Having struggled to create, Aberdeen had a late flurry and Craig Gordon prevented an Erik Sviatchenko own goal. Two victories over Celtic at Pittodrie last season had kept the Dons close to Ronny Deila's team until the last few weeks of the season. But Derek McInnes' men drop from second to fourth in a tight table having played a game more than Celtic, who they meet in next month's Scottish League Cup final. We all so hear from brendan rodgers post match interview where he talks to Sky Sports about the game . Our Featured games this week we look back at 3 games from the the past. 1986-05-03: St. Mirren 0-5 Celtic Celtic snatch the championship by edging out Heart of Midlothian on the last day of the campaign. The margin was on goal difference, as Celtic beat St Mirren 5-0 at Love Street and Hearts fall to two late goals from Dundee at Dens Park. 1988-05-14: Celtc 2-1 Dundee Utd, Scottish Cup Final Difficult to begin to understand the atmosphere that surrounded this game. For the Celtic players, it was a chance to seal a memorable double for the club in our Centenary Season having wrapped up the league earlier on. For Dundee Utd, it was a chance to finally break their hoodoo in the Scottish Cup having lost countless number of finals to date (inc the previous cup final in 1987 by St Mirren). Despite being league winners, this was not going to be an easy game for Celtic, and Dundee Utd under the legendary Jim McLean were a very good and entertaining side with some quality players. 1991-03-17: Celtic 2-0 Rangers, Scottish Cup, St Patrick's Day massacre. Cracking win for Celtic after seeing us lose a man first (Peter Grant red card). Huns lost three players and a great morale boosting win saw us KO the huns. First half goals from Gerry Creaney & Shug (deflected free-kick) sealed the win, and no amount of posturing from the Huns could get them near us. Peter Grant made an ass of himself by getting sent off stupidly. He conceded a free-kick outside our box (first yellow) and then charged the free-kick down (second yellow) to get himself a red! Thankfully we survived. Great win as the support sang "Happy Birthday St Patrick" all day long.. Wonderful.

The season is about to start but before that happens we need closure on the Ronnie Deila years and what better way to have that closure than for the world's longest running football fans podcast to analyse the players and how they performed in Ronnies last season. Normally the voting is from the closed shop of the exclusive Celtic Undergroud Panel however this term we opened it up to you, the podcast family. The first 2 places were as you'd expect but thereafter there were some interesting players in interesting positions in our top ten. You will hear on the podcast but perhaps of note were the absence of players - Scott Brown the club captain and two of our higher profile summer signings (not in money but in being dtalked about) Scott Allan and Nadir Ciftci. The full list was; 1 Griffiths 2 Tierney 3 Sviachenko 4 Rogic 5 Roberts 6 McGregor 7 Gordon 8 Lustig 9 Bitton 10 Johansen New music is from Misha Non Penguin; https://soundcloud.com/misha-non-penguin Get your new Music on NOW. Krys is back in hosting duties, while John continues his run on the podcast as the guys discuss the weekend action. It's a mixed bag for Hibernian who reached the Scottish Cup semi final but slipped further behind Falkirk in the race for second to Rangers. In League One, Dunfermline can taste the title, but there's still plenty to play for behind them and especially at the bottom where Brechin and Forfar are reeling in Stenhousemuir. Meanwhile in League Two it's still as open as it's always been. Of course, the big question is just how pivotal a weekend was it in the Premiership? A late winner for Celtic coupled with defeat for Aberdeen puts Deila's men one step closer to five in a row, although a look at the fixtures suggests it's far from a done deal. Dundee United gained a point on Kilmarnock, but will it be a vital point or another missed opportunity to close that gap at the bottom further? And with the split imminent, who will see out the season in which half of that divide? Thanks as always to McBookie for providing the stakes in our charity bet. No luck this weekend as Hearts crumbled and Stokes could actually hit the net while Cummings almost escaped the podcast unscathed!
