Tỷ lệ diện tích đất sản xuất nông nghiệp được tưới, tiêu chủ động lần lượt là 90% và 80%.Về phát triển kinh tế, tốc độ tăng thu nhập bình quân đầu người của nhóm 1 phải đạt từ 10,5%/năm, nhóm 2 từ 9,5%/năm. Nhóm 1 cần có ít nhất 3 mô hình nông nghiệp ứng dụng công nghệ cao, kinh tế xanh hoặc kinh tế tuần hoàn hiệu quả; nhóm 2 có ít nhất 2 mô hình.Đáng chú ý, các tiêu chí về môi trường, nông nghiệp và chuyển đổi số tiếp tục được đặt trọng tâm. Hai nhóm xã đều phải số hóa dữ liệu về nông nghiệp, môi trường, triển khai thương mại điện tử và xây dựng chính quyền số. VOV1 - UBND thành phố Hà Nội vừa ban hành Quyết định số 124 quy định mật độ chăn nuôi đến năm 2030. Theo đó, mật độ chăn nuôi trên địa bàn không được vượt quá 2 đơn vị vật nuôi trên mỗi héc-ta đất nông nghiệp, nhằm quản lý sản xuất gắn với đất đai và bảo vệ môi trường theo hướng rất bền vững.Theo Luật Chăn nuôi, một đơn vị vật nuôi tương đương 500 kg khối lượng vật nuôi sống. Quy định là cơ sở để Hà Nội quản lý, tổ chức phát triển chăn nuôi phù hợp điều kiện đất đai, môi trường và định hướng phát triển nông nghiệp. Mật độ có thể được xem xét điều chỉnh căn cứ quy hoạch, kế hoạch sử dụng đất, điều kiện chăn nuôi, trình độ công nghệ và yêu cầu bảo vệ môi trường.UBND thành phố giao Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường chủ trì, phối hợp các đơn vị liên quan phổ biến, hướng dẫn; theo dõi, kiểm tra việc triển khai tại địa phương và tổng hợp vấn đề phát sinh.UBND các xã, phường có trách nhiệm tuyên truyền quy định đến các tổ chức, cá nhân chăn nuôi; căn cứ điều kiện thực tế để xây dựng chương trình, kế hoạch, chính sách phát triển, bảo đảm không làm gia tăng mật độ vượt mức cho phép. Chính quyền các địa phương đang theo dõi sát diễn biến, cảnh báo người dân và sẵn sàng phương án di dời khi cần thiếtSáng nay (13/9), tại xã Hưng Lộc, nước lũ bắt đầu dâng từ khoảng 2 giờ sáng, gây ngập tại các thôn Hòa Vang, Hòa Mỹ, Bình An, An Nông và Thuận Hóa. Một số tuyến đường vùng thấp bị ngập khoảng 20-30cm. Hiện trên địa bàn vẫn có mưa nhưng cường độ đã giảm. Chính quyền xã đang kiểm tra các điểm ngập, tổ chức căng dây cảnh báo và chuẩn bị phương án di dời người dân nếu tình hình diễn biến phức tạp.Tại xã Phú Lộc, mưa lớn cũng làm ngập một số khu vực thấp trũng và các tuyến đường qua ngầm, tràn. VOV1 - Mưa lớn từ đêm 8/9 khiến một số khu vực trên địa bàn tỉnh Đắk Lắk xuất hiện ngập cục bộ, gây ảnh hưởng giao thông. Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh Đắk Lắk yêu cầu các địa phương triển khai phương án ứng phó mưa lớn những ngày tới. Chính quyền địa phương đã huy động lực lượng xung kích căng dây, cảnh báo nguy hiểm, không cho người dân qua lại.Một số nơi của xã Ea Drông, xã Ea Kar, xã Cuôr Đăng, tỉnh Đắk Lắk cũng ghi nhận ngập cục bộ. The change allowed the flag to be hoisted around the clock between May 1 and August 15.[00:15:55] High Speed Ride-Sharing Car-ChaseThis Saturday, the police in Reykjavík engaged in a high-speed chase after a reportedly intoxicated man who had rented a ride-share car from local ride-sharing company Hopp, driven at speeds up to 140 km/h, and hit several vehicles along the way. At least five police cars and two police motorcycles went in pursuit, eventually catching the driver in Víðidalur, Reykjavík. This means that Iceland only has a single TV news program left, run by the State Broadcasting Service, RÚV. Iceland also only has a single daily paper left, Morgunblaðið. If this happens, many of the biggest car rental companies in Iceland might simply become insolvent, disrupting the car rental market in Iceland significantly.[00:43:56] More Details On Biggest Cocaine Bust In Iceland's HistoryIn late June, the police reported the largest cocaine bust in Iceland's history–106 kg, which has a street value of around 3 billion ISK. The drugs were hidden in a small compartment underneath the Bulgarian aluminum freighter Koznitza, which was arriving from Brazil. Earlier that month, a specialized van with diving equipment arrived in the country on the Norræna ferry from Denmark. Two Brazilian divers also arrived to fetch the drugs and, according to the police, were “specialized in drug diving.” However, they ran into problems immediately, as their suits were too small, so they had to start by buying more gear, and it took them two tries to fetch the cocaine, which they had to swim 1.5 km to reach. To help them cover that distance, they used what's called a ‘scooter'—a James Bond-esque propeller device. But to add insult to injury, the police had been tracking the drugs all the way from Brazil, and before the divers even reached the ship, the cocaine had been replaced with fake material.
