Deal sourcers can be an invaluable way of finding deals that may otherwise pass you by, but as Simon explains in this week's show, in order to get the most out of their services, you must know how to work with them effectively. KEY TAKEAWAYS As a property investor, the most important skill you can develop is the finding of great deals for yourself. Therefore the biggest block between you and success is not being able to find them in the first place. You don't need to personally find deals if you don't want to.
