Sports Court w/ our friends from Edgar Snyder & Associates. Today, Chris asked Nick and Rob about the NFL vs NFLPA battle in regards to the ‘report cards' that have been made public over the last few years. What are the consequences here and could the players fight back to make the reports public again? Tony Clark resigned from his lead role for the players in Major League Baseball as the league quickly approaches a potential work stoppage. Was there more behind him quitting? Will this lead to a salary cap and salary floor in baseball?

One of us is podcasting from beside a backyard rink. The other? A hotel at Heathrow. Together, we're solving the world's sales implementation problems—bad Wi-Fi and all.In our latest episode, we unpack what it really takes to implement a sales process. Not “announce it and pray”... but actually make it stick. Some takeaways we loved:✅ Salespeople use processes that help them win—not ones they're told to use✅ You don't roll out a sales process—you install a new standard✅ Leadership isn't just inspection; it's asking the curious questions that unlock growthWe also debate:➡️ Should tools be rolled out with the process or phased in?➡️ Can you really change habits without changing hearts?Tune in if you've ever faced blank stares during a sales kickoff. Or if you're leading one soon. Sports Court w/ our friends from Edgar Snyder & Associates. The guys wanted to get the lawyer viewpoint on the legal battle between DK Metcalf and the fan from the Lions game in December. How much money is at-risk for Metcalf in this suit? Rob and Nick told the guys that in Michigan, you can set the monetary amount when filing a lawsuit, but you can't do that in Pennsylvania. Did the fan target Metcalf, and more importantly, can that be proven? The discussion turned to future losses and what Metcalf can lose in this. Why did the fan include Ford Field in the lawsuit? Rob and Nick went through the next steps in the process. There could be 6-8 months before witnesses even get questioned.
NFL Network suggested on Super Bowl Sunday that Aaron Rodgers returning to Pittsburgh is increasing by the day. Is this what we want? How long will we have to wait around this time? In what spot would we want Rodgers back? He put up good numbers against mostly bad teams or bad defenses. He was bad in the biggest games. Can the Steelers win a Super Bowl with that? Do fans want the Steelers to run it back in 2026? Sports Court w/ our friends from Edgar Snyder & Associates. Ever feel like your journey map leaves teams on the sidelines? In this episode, we explore a practical way to make customer journey mapping more inclusive without losing the customer's voice. We reframe journey mapping as a verb—one that engages cross-functional partners, incorporates frontline insight, and is grounded in customer data—while keeping the focus on real customer moments like triggers, actions, emotions, and outcomes (not org chart debates). From there, we introduce service blueprinting as the execution layer that turns insight into action. You'll hear how blueprinting clarifies what happens front stage and backstage, and how people, processes, systems, and tools support—or hinder—the experience you're trying to deliver.Along the way, we share practical tips for building alignment and shared ownership: inviting stakeholders who felt left out, defining goals that cut across teams, and tying internal decisions to customer outcomes. We also discuss the constraints and gaps that surface when teams blueprint together, plus the kinds of measurable improvements you can expect. Whether you're refreshing an existing map or pairing it with your first blueprint, this conversation offers grounded guidance for creating clarity, momentum, and more connected CX work.Have a question you want us to tackle next? Work with me: https://jointherainmakers.com/choosetime?utm_src=organicyoutube Get your free demo: https://jointherainmakers.com/demo?utm_src=organicyoutube ------- At 3:02AM, I woke up with a question that refused to let go: "What do I actually want from my life?" Not the "Instagram answer." Not the "entrepreneur answer." Not the "be a good husband, father, provider" answer. The real one. At 37, I found myself replaying every decision, every success, every sacrifice… wondering how I got here and whether the direction I was sprinting toward was even the right one anymore. Doubt can chain you down. But if you're honest enough to face it… it can also become a compass. So I went downstairs. Opened my journal. And poured everything out. What came out turned into the deepest personal reset I've ever had. 16 powerful "dials" I now use to recalibrate my life, my business, my relationships, my purpose. In this video, I'm sharing them. Not polished. Not performative. Not "guru wisdom." Just the raw, unfiltered reflections of an entrepreneur, husband, father, and human trying to build a life that actually feels meaningful… not just impressive. You'll hear me talk about: Why "success" nearly cost me my peace and my family presence The brutal truth about imbalance, burnout, and ambition How I define purpose now (and how totally different it is) Legacy, love, leadership, and why impact matters more than metrics Why harmony matters more than "work-life balance" Gratitude, impermanence, joy, and being truly alive And why the world doesn't need more "successful" people… It needs more grounded, fulfilled, fully-present ones. If you've ever woken up in the middle of the night questioning your direction… If you're "doing great" externally but wrestling internally… If you want a life that feels aligned, not just impressive… This one's for you. __ In this video: 00:00 — The 3:02AM Question That Changed Everything 01:06 — Turning Chaos Into Clarity (16 Life "Dials") 01:12 — The One Question That Unraveled a Thousand Others 01:45 — My Notes, My North Star: The "Dials" That Guide My Life 02:06 — When Success Crashes Into Reality 03:07 — Finally Asking: "What Do I Truly Want?" 03:35 — Why Fulfillment Doesn't Live in Your Bank Account 04:43 — Meaning Isn't Found. Most teams treat conflict as something to avoid. In this episode, I sit down with Yaprak Gültay Davison to talk about why that instinct backfires. We explore how healthy disagreement builds trust, improves decision-making, and helps teams move faster... without blowing things up.What if the tension you're trying to avoid at work is actually the thing your team needs most? Most design teams say they value collaboration, empathy, and alignment, but rarely talk about disagreement. In this conversation, I sat down with Yaprak Davison, Head of Design at Goodnotes and former design leader at Spotify, to unpack why conflict isn't a threat to good teams. It's often the foundation of trust.Yaprak shares how designers are trained to optimize for harmony, and how that instinct can quietly erode clarity, slow teams down, and lead to decisions being made without the right people in the room. We talk about the real signals of unaddressed conflict—delayed replies, passive agreement, quiet misalignment—and why silence often causes more damage than open disagreement ever could. We also dig into what it actually looks like to lead through conflict: naming tension early, separating facts from the stories we tell ourselves, and turning disagreement into a co-design moment rather than a power struggle. If you've ever felt stuck “keeping the peace” while things quietly fall apart, this episode will change how you think about conflict and your role in it.Helpful Links:• Connect with Yaprak on LinkedIn• Subscribe to “Leadership as Craft”Topics:• 02:49 – Diving into Conflict in Teams• 03:18 – Guest Introduction: YRA Davidson• 04:25 – The Role of Conflict in Design• 05:45 – Managing Conflict in Design Teams• 11:31 – Coaching and Cultural Differences• 22:21 – Building Trust Through Conflict• 25:21 – Scaling Teams and Systems• 30:53 – Exploring the Concept of Followership• 32:31 – Leadership as a Team Sport• 33:40 – Balancing Leadership and Craft• 35:43 – Building High-Performing Remote Teams• 39:40 – Handling Remote Conflict• 41:46 – Personal Insights and Advice• 52:51 – Final Thoughts and Resources—Thanks for listening! In this episode, Brandon breaks down a trap a lot of people fall into: using social media to sell instead of using it to build. He explains why network marketing is a team sport, why trying to “play for multiple teams” eventually costs you trust, and how your posts can either strengthen your organization—or quietly confuse the very people you're trying to lead. You'll hear a simple framework for using social the right way: yes, sell online… but prioritize building one team, one culture, and one legacy. Brandon also shares a blunt reality check: if your end game is just being great at selling, there are better places to do that—network marketing shines when you're building people, developing leaders, and creating leverage. If you've ever wondered why your growth feels like a hamster wheel, this one will help you reset the game plan and start leading with long-term vision.#FreedomFactory #NetworkMarketing #Leadership #TeamBuilding #SocialMediaStrategy #PersonalDevelopment #BuildYourTeam #LeadershipDevelopment #EntrepreneurMindset #ResidualIncomeMindset #Leverage #LongTermThinking #BusinessGrowth #IntegrityMatters #TrustBuilding #CultureWins #Duplication #LeadershipTraining #MindsetShift #ConsistencyWins #BusinessCoach #LegacyBuilding #WorkEthic #HighPerformanceReady to transform your mindset and achieve your goals? What if the fastest way to a stronger marriage isn't compromise, but better teamwork? After celebrating a number-one Amazon launch, I took a hard look at what actually helped us get there—clear roles, honest communication, and a shared commitment to play the same game on the same side. The result is a practical, story-rich guide to treating marriage like the ultimate team sport, with four moves you can use tonight.I start by reframing “opposites” as assets: the planner and the risk-taker, the night owl and the early bird, the introvert and the extrovert. Instead of fighting to be the same, I show how to deploy differences like positions on the field so your team covers more ground with less friction. Then I talk about offense and defence, who pushes the ball forward in finances, fun, and intimacy, and who protects the goal with boundaries, savings, and rest, so you can balance initiative with stability without making it personal. From there, I dig into communication that actually works: daily 20-minute huddles to align priorities, weekly date nights for team bonding, and a yearly strategy getaway to recalibrate goals. I dismantle the mind-reading myth with real scripts for clear asks, and break down why keeping score breeds rivalry while an us-vs-problem mindset restores momentum. You'll hear candid examples, from celebrating wins to handling those “seams” where balls drop and leave with a simple weekly challenge to spot, name, and thank each other's strengths. If you're ready to stop arguing about who's right and start winning together, this episode gives you the plays, the language, and the mindset to build a championship marriage. Jon Herold and Burning Bright dig into newly revealed evidence of DOJ corruption, exposing how investigations into the Clinton Foundation were deliberately shut down to protect political elites. They highlight James Clapper's admission that the Russia hoax was a “team sport,” raising fresh questions about the coordinated efforts of intelligence officials and their media allies. The hosts also examine Adam Schiff's leaks of classified material, the stripping of security clearances from rogue CIA officials, and how Trump is positioning himself with executive orders, whistleblower protections, and strategic appointments. Blending humor with sharp analysis, this episode connects the dots between past coverups, present-day revelations, and the moves being made to restore accountability.
In this fiery monologue, the host breaks down newly revealed information regarding the Russia collusion narrative. Citing emails and internal communications, he explains how intelligence agencies allegedly framed the narrative as a "team sport" to ensure a singular, unified message about the Trump campaign's purported collusion with Russia. The host argues that this was a deliberate effort to mislead the public, with key figures in the intelligence community knowing the information was false. He highlights the role of Mike Rogers, James Clapper, and others, and suggests that the deep-seated bureaucracy is a more significant threat to the current administration than foreign adversaries. The conversation also touches on why Donald Trump may be opting for in-person meetings with foreign leaders—to bypass potential eavesdropping and leaks from these same intelligence agencies.
The truth is finally here. We break down the explosive declassified documents that prove the entire Russia collusion narrative was a fake "team sport" designed to frame Donald Trump. We reveal how a federal contractor hired by Hillary Clinton's campaign created fake online traffic, and how intelligence agencies, led by James Clapper, pressured agents to sign off on a lie they knew was fraudulent. You'll hear the shocking email from the head of the NSA demanding to see the evidence—and being told "no." This is the inside story of the biggest lie ever told and how it was designed to indict a sitting president.
This episode breaks down the latest economic news, including a rise in wholesale inflation and the ongoing challenges of the national debt, which is described as a "Ponzi scheme." It also discusses newly declassified documents that allegedly expose the Russia collusion narrative as a "team sport" among intelligence agencies to frame Donald Trump. The show then covers Trump's strategy to use federal power to take back "sanctuary cities" and dismantle cartel operations. Finally, it includes a humorous but critical take on public etiquette, specifically focusing on parents who don't remove crying children from events.
This two-part analysis exposes what the speaker describes as the "massive corruption" and "rogue elements" within U.S. intelligence agencies. The host argues that the Russia collusion narrative was a "team sport" manufactured by figures like James Clapper and Andrew McCabe to serve political ends, specifically to undermine Donald Trump's presidency and shield Hillary Clinton from her own legal troubles. Citing allegedly "burned bag" documents that were never fully destroyed, the host contends that the FBI's investigations into Hillary Clinton's use of a private server and the Clinton Foundation were deliberately suppressed. The monologue concludes by asserting that a vast, entrenched bureaucracy is a greater threat to the country than foreign adversaries and that the public has been repeatedly lied to by the media and intelligence community.
