For over 20 years, I have immersed myself in studying and practicing the habits of successful individuals across various fields—business, entertainment, sports, and technology. These are not just areas of interest for me; they are where I have built my career and passion. Since launching my book, "It's All Possible," in 2020, I've continued my journey of growth—digging deep into the insights that fuel high achievers. This exploration has culminated in the creation of the 6-3-8 Framework, which encompasses six powerful principles, three effective strategies, and eight essential practices shared by successful people. While the concepts are straightforward and easy to grasp, the real mastery lies in the details. In Episode 311, I detailed the six principles and three strategies, supported by compelling case studies and examples. Now, in Episode 312, I'm excited to unveil the eight practices encapsulated in the CHAMPION acronym. The 6-3-8 Framework will be the cornerstone of my upcoming book, which will guide readers on how to transform potential into outstanding performance—something that may seem simple to say but is undeniably challenging to execute.I am confident that this practical 6-3-8 framework will empower those looking to achieve their goals, dreams, and aspirations more rapidly—all while enjoying the journey (Principle 6). Dive into the podcast, and I welcome your comments and reviews!
For over 20 years I have pursued possibility. I have asked the question "what is truly possible for us in this life we have been gifted?"Why do some people have a fixed mindset, others a growth mindset and for an even smaller group a possibility mindset? My research (me - search?) led me to write the book "It's All Possible" and from there I have refined my thinking even more and landed on the "Super Six" principles that People of Possibility abide by. People from business, entertainment, politics, music, sport all these people of possibility have these 6 principles. From Arnold to Selena Gomez, to Mark Cuban to Bradley Cooper to Alisa Camplin. In this podcast I talk about what a possibility mindset is and how it differs from the all important growth mindset. I reveal the six principles and the three overarching strategies they use to implement a possibility mindset. The next podcast will reveal and discuss the 8 practices of people of possibility in how they bring the super six to fruition. So please subscribe so you get this next one first. As always any questions contact through LinkedIn or my website robhartnett.com .

Peter Thurin is a global motivational speaker and executive coach. We sat down at the start of the pandemic to record a podcast some 18 months ago. So I decided it was a time to reconnect and see what Peter and his clients had learned during this time and what was working, what wasn't and what we could do differently as leaders. Peter has spent more than 20 years owning, building and selling successful businesses but it was a simple phone call that led to an epiphany about life and what he wanted out of it. Peter now helps people focus on what they CAN DO rather than what they can't. He helps people from all over the world with the inspiration, enthusiasm, and determination they need to rise to the challenge.Peter's story is not one of extraordinary achievement, but it is a story of achievement. It's a story of what ordinary people can achieve when they focus on what matters to them and, starting with small steps, build the momentum they need to reach their goals. As Peter says, “big-picture goals can be so daunting that often people don't have the courage to get into the game. I say ‘It's OK to feel awkward, it's OK to feel uncomfortable, but don't allow those feelings to prevent you from making a start.Peter is a qualified pharmacist and, among his many quiet achievements, counts his wife Sharon and three grown-up kids as among his most meaningful. After I wrote the book "It's All Possible" a journalist asked me what could we do daily or quickly to change our mindset for the better. I responded with the five daily questions I reflect on in a hand made journal. He liked the answer and many others did too. This resulted in me releasing "My Daily Journal", a journal for those who don't journal but need to. The journal has not been marketed significantly but has been purchased by senior leaders in a number of large organisations in Australia as part of their corporate well being programs. I am grateful for their support and I know its made a difference especially during these Covid-19 related times. This podcast by me explains the five questions and how many of the users of My Daily Journal have approached the questions in new ways than I imagined. The journal is available as in print or electronic form from Amazon or directly from robhartnett.com . Enjoy the podcast.Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

We discussed which countries and industries are leading with digital transformation and how APAC, Europe, and the US compare. We also had a good discussion on leadership styles and how they affect agility and how Matt is leading differently today. One observation Matt makes is that those that acted on digital transformation before 2020 (including security) now have a distinct market advantage.
