“Raising awareness of the readiness to change” How would you help a client who seemingly "can't get her head in the game". She wants to lose weight but finds herself drinking more alcohol in the evenings than she'd like. We've revisited her goals, she's led her action steps to move forward with, but most weeks she feels like she isn't moving forward as much as she would like and gets frustrated with herself. I've been PTing a client for a year who wanted weight loss and is still 128kg. He doesn't understand how inactive and how poor his diet is even though we have spoke about it on multiple occasions and we have put action plans together in the past but he can't stick to anything for a week never mind longer.
