Bestselling author and award-winning adventurer Ross Edgley has been studying the art of resilience for years, applying all he has learned to become the first person in history to swim around Great Britain, breaking multiple world records. Now Ross focuses on mental strength, stoicism, and the training needed to create an unbreakable body. In The Art of Resilience (buy on Amazon), Ross uses his amazing endurance feats, where he managed to overcome seemingly insurmountable pain, hardship, and adversity, to study the performance of military, fitness specialists, and psychologists to uncover the secrets of mental fitness and explore the concept of resilience, persistence, valor and a disciplined mindset in overcoming adversity. This groundbreaking book represents a paradigm shift in what we thought the human body and mind were capable of and will give you a blueprint to become a tougher, more resilient, and ultimately better human – whatever the challenge you face.

On the 3rd of March 2021 Corey Phillpot will attempt to break the world record for 'the worlds strongest marathon'. To do so, he will be required to pull a 1.5 tonne car for the full 42.2kms. The record was first held by the famous Ross Edgley & was since broken by Justin True. However, Corey made it clear he wants to blow them out of the park. You may wonder, for someone to be tackling a challenge like this at the ripe age of 23, they must have been training their whole life. Well the early years of Corey's life were very active. Thats until he was swept up into the party & illicit drug scene. Quickly finding himself lost without purpose & severely overweight. This is a real underdog story. A man who knew he needed to change & become a beast in the process. Listen in, I'm sure you will love what you hear! The great British swim, mindset, resilience, strategy and much more. Ross' book The Art of Resilience is out now.
Do you know what the difference is between someone who succeeds and someone who doesn't? A success mindset. Tony Robbins once said that success is 80% psychology and 20% skill, and that goes for anyone wanting to start their own business, including those of you wanting to launch your own app. To succeed in this game, you're going to need a success mindset. And what better guest to have on the show, teaching you all about having the mindset to succeed, than none other than 2016 Formula One World Champion, Nico Rosberg. It's not often you get the opportunity to sit down and speak with a Formula One World Champion, but when you do, you tend to listen. After dedicating 25 years of his life to emulate his father's success, Nico achieved his childhood dream of becoming a Formula One World Champion. We speak about his time in F1, how he utilised mindset strategies to beat one of the sport's most successful drivers of all time in Lewis Hamilton, and also his journey now into entrepreneurship and how you can apply it all into starting your own app business. And if you haven't already, I highly recommend you listen to his own podcast, “Beyond Victory With Nico Rosberg”, where he sits down with some of the world's most successful individuals to discover the secrets to their success, what continues to drive them and to hear a few exclusive stories in the process. He has four podcasts coming out to finish the year, with guests including the legendary actor Michael Douglas, the CEO of Hugo Boss, Mark Langer, adventurer Ross Edgley who's the first man to swim around Britain, and Lewis Howes from “The School of Greatness”. Be sure to subscribe and check it out. “Beyond Victory with Nico Rosberg”. For now, make yourself comfortable and have a listen to our episode with Nico. He's open, honest and even reveals a few exclusives you won't hear anywhere else. Ready to get started on your app?
