Joe holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. While pursuing his degree, he was named Male Athlete of the Year and a member of the Sports Hall of Fame because of his contributions to the university's baseball team. During his college career, Joe led the nation in strike-outs. He is certified in FMS, TPI Level 1 and Level 2, and as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. He has coached high school and collegiate baseball and has both coached and developed a large number of travel baseball teams. Joe has also worked as a collegiate baseball recruiter and motivational speaker. Joe is the owner and proprietor of the Perform Every Day training and fitness center in Champaign, Illinois. Scott Duggan is a Strength and Conditioning Coach who currently serves as the Director of Operations for Athletic Evolution in Massachusetts. Prior to joining Athletic Evolution, Scott led the Assumption College Football summer strength and conditioning program. He is a former captain of Hudson High School's football and ice hockey teams. Scott graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Kinesiology. During his college years, he was a member of the UMass Amherst football team and earned the UMass special teams “Player of the Year” in 2010 while starting at fullback. Scott has worked with every type of athlete from Youth to the Pros, including running NFL and NBA combine programs each winter and spring where his team has helped over 50 athletes sign NFL contracts and 4 athletes get drafted. Matt Chatham is a former NFL linebacker who came into the pros as an undrafted rookie out of Division II South Dakota in 2000, Matt spent six seasons with the New England Patriots before joining the New York Jets. Playing in 91 games, he totaled 143 combined tackles and recovered two fumbles, one which he returned 38 yards for a touchdown against the Giants in 2003, as well as earned himself three Super Bowl rings. Matt was pre-law student coming out of college, doubling in criminal justice and English. He returned to school following his playing days and earned an MBA from Babson College.
