There are moments in life that break us and moments that remake us. Mo Isom Aiken's story is one of both. From an Elite Division 1, All-American athlete to a woman haunted by trauma, addiction, and suicidal despair, Mo's life took a dramatic turn when a near-fatal car crash became the very altar where heaven met earth. What followed was a supernatural encounter with the Holy Spirit that not only saved her life, but ignited a transformation so complete it would ripple through her marriage, her motherhood, and her mission around the world. This isn't just a story of redemption. It's a call to awaken to the invisible spiritual warfare waging over every soul—and to the freedom that comes with surrendering everything. In this episode of the Revelations Podcast, host Reagan Kramer sits down with Mo Isom Aiken for an unfiltered, deeply moving conversation that spans trauma, healing, and the raw power of a life fully yielded to Jesus. Mo opens up about growing up in the Bible Belt, navigating father wounds and performance-based identity, and the spiritual warfare that nearly claimed her life. Together, they explore Mo's radical encounter with God in the wreckage of her Jeep, the prophetic call that led her family from a fifth-wheel RV across 48 states to the mission fields of Nigeria, and the power of intercession that reshaped her view of prayer entirely. This episode is for the believer who feels stuck in cycles of shame or silence, the seeker longing to hear God's voice again, or the weary warrior who needs to remember what it means to defect from the kingdom of darkness and live fully alive in Christ. Here are three reasons why you should listen to this episode: Gain deeper understanding of how a supernatural encounter with God can occur amidst unimaginable personal tragedy. Learn how radical obedience—like selling everything and living in an RV—can unlock divine provision and spiritual growth. Reflect on the importance of prayer, spiritual warfare, and intimacy with the Holy Spirit in a chaotic world. Become Part of Our Mission! Just as no man can serve two masters, we cannot live in both worlds. That lie keeps us stuck, powerless, and numb to God's call. Cultural Christianity is an illusion; we should consider what full surrender actually looks like. Mo Isom Aiken, a former All-American athlete turned revivalist and prophetic voice shares her story of defection from darkness—and the fire of obedience that followed. [02:56] Mo Isom Aiken: Childhood and Early Life Mo discovered her identity through competitive sports. Despite being raised in a Christian household, her faith was cultural and lacked deep personal roots. She describes the impact of early exposure to pornography and the pressure of performance-based love from her father. Her struggle with an eating disorder and need for control remained hidden behind a mask of success. [12:22] Transition to College and Personal Struggles At LSU, Mo excels as an All-American goalkeeper but continues battling inward brokenness. [13:02] Mo: “How much of my true self and my true life can people handle? Because they have this picture of me, and yet I am destroyed inside.” Her father committed suicide, devastating Mo both emotionally and spiritually. She turns to sexual sin, secrecy, and self-harm, wrestling with suicidal thoughts and tormenting spiritual voices. Though publicly praised, she describes living with private torment and deep spiritual oppression. [20:54] Spiritual Awakening and Healing Mo survives a violent car crash and has a supernatural encounter with the Holy Spirit while trapped in the wreckage. She describes the weight and wonder of God's presence as overwhelming yet freeing. [22:58] Mo: “The kingdom of darkness was literally mad because things had been set up in my life that my gifts, my talents, my destiny, my anointing, my very God, given fingerprint of God, purpose was going to be leveraged for evil was going to advance the kingdom of darkness, if not for the mercy of Jesus” In that moment, she chooses full surrender to Jesus and receives a baptism of fire Through FCA, she found a godly community, received a baptism at LSU, and experienced revival. A two-year intimacy fast sets the stage for meeting her husband, Jeremiah, and building a Christ-centered family. [56:44] Mission to Nigeria and Angelic Visit Mo recounts a dream where an angel tells her she'll go to Nigeria to forge a deeper connection to the divine. Initially resistant due to fear for her children, she surrenders and receives confirmation from her mentors. The family spent eight months in Lagos serving under Nigerian spiritual leaders. Their time becomes a season of discipleship, humility, and spiritual equipping for future ministry. [1:14:19] The Power of Prayer: Greatest Takeaway from Nigeria Mo describes prayer as the single greatest lesson from their mission season. In Nigeria, daily prayer was non-negotiable—fostering spiritual strength, wisdom, and breakthrough. She challenges Western believers to move prayer from a fallback to a foundation. Prayer, she emphasizes, is the gateway to discernment, power, and intimacy with God. [1:21:24] Teaching the Next Generation to Prioritize Prayer Mo and Reagan discuss the difficulty of maintaining a prayerful life amid Western busyness and distractions. Mo explains how she and Jeremiah are raising their children to see prayer as essential, not optional. They commit to resisting hustle culture and modeling devotion in everyday life. Mo calls for prayer warriors to arise—those who walk in reverence, not performance. [1:32:39] Spiritual Warfare and the Call to Live Fully Surrendered Mo prays a powerful blessing over listeners for renewal, healing, and sanctification. Revival begins in surrendered hearts, not just pulpits; it is in living God's Word to be kind and loving to all those around you. It is our time to live fully awake, defecting from darkness and advancing God's Kingdom with boldness.
Join Zach and Michelle for an incredibly powerful and deeply moving conversation with Tebo Mpanza as he shares his radical journey from growing up in South Africa surrounded by cultural Christianity, navigating identity and faith as a teenager in England, and discovering what it truly means to keep a soft heart in a world that rewards hardness, ambition, and self-protection. This episode unpacks what it looks like to move from performance-driven ministry to restorative leadership, from proving yourself to protecting your heart, and from striving for success to trusting God's definition of what winning actually means. Tebo opens up about his grandmother's genuine faith that shaped his trajectory, his years in church leadership and pastoral ministry, the burnout and depletion that came from running hard in his twenties, and the healing he experienced when someone finally told him he didn't have to prove himself. Discover what it means to guard your heart above all else, why keeping a soft heart is costly but essential, and how the Lord gives us a tender, responsive heart rather than a stony, stubborn one. This is a story about choosing love daily, recognising where ambition becomes an idol, and learning that your legacy and family may depend on your ability to remain soft. BURNED OUT IN MINISTRY? *This episode was originally published on 5/6/2019. Join host Dr. Jason K. Allen, president of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and professor of preaching, for a powerful conversation on the heart The post The Preacher and Cultural Christianity appeared first on Preaching and Preachers Institute.
In this message, Pastor Karl tackles one of the more challenging passages in Matthew's Gospel — a section most preachers skip, especially leading up to Easter. Working through Matthew 11:20–30, he confronts a subtle but serious spiritual danger: indifference toward Christ.Using Jesus's sharp words of judgment against Chorazin, Bethsaida, and Capernaum, Pastor Karl unpacks why indifference is not a neutral stance — it is quiet opposition. The cities Jesus condemns weren't filled with outright God-haters; they were filled with people who had witnessed his miraculous works firsthand and simply... didn't respond. Jesus declares their judgment will be worse than that of Tyre, Sidon, and even Sodom — cities synonymous with extreme wickedness — because with greater revelation comes greater responsibility.Pastor Karl also walks through what Scripture teaches about degrees of judgment, the nature of hell, and why the unforgivable sin is ultimately the rejection of a known gospel. He then turns to Jesus's tender invitation in verses 28–30 — the rest he offers to those crushed under the weight of self-imposed religion or man-made rules — and explains what it truly means to take on the easy yoke of Christ. The message closes with a powerful challenge: the goodness God has shown you is meant to lead you to repentance, not comfort.Watch all our sermons on our youtube channel "Flipside Christian Church"Join us in person 8:00am, 9:30am & 11:00am every Sunday morning.37193 Ave 12 #3h, Madera, CA 93636For more visit us at flipside.churchFor more podcasts visit flipsidepodcasts.transistor.fm
Let's talk about what happens when you draw a line in the sand. When you refuse to sacrifice obedience on the altar of applause. Paul M. Neuberger isn't here to stroke egos or sugarcoat the gospel. He's here to put a spotlight on the real cost of faithfulness. Universal popularity is not your birthright. It's a trap. True obedience will cost you. Criticism, cancellation, rejection—they're the badge of honor Christ promised, not the exception. So, what will you do when it's your turn to confront the culture? Will you water down the Word… or will you stand and let Christ be your CEO?Buckle up. This episode is raw, real, and rooted in the Word. Get ready to get uncomfortable and get aligned.“Woe to you when everyone speaks well of you, for that is how their ancestors treated the false prophets.” –Luke 6:26Episode Highlights05:03 - Jesus is saying something profoundly uncomfortable, that if everyone speaks well of you, you may not be aligned with truth. Let that settle into your soul for a minute, because cultural Christianity hates this verse. Cultural Christianity tells you the exact opposite... But Jesus draws a straight line between universal praise and false prophecy.29:18 - Living Luke 6:26 costs reputation, comfort, but it produces spiritual backbone. And in an era of soft messaging, soft leaders and soft Christians... backbone is rare, yet desperately needed. Imagine a church that ignores Luke 6:26 completely. Imagine leaders who measure success solely by applause. That world ain't hypothetical, my friend, because we're already watching pieces of it unfold all around us.41:51 - If applause is your reward, you've already been paid. If obedience is your aim, heaven keeps record. Luke 6:26 forces you to choose your reward. Do you want cultural comfort or eternal alignment? Do you want applause or approval from God? Because you can't consistently pursue both, and if you try, you're going to slowly dilute one to preserve the other. Stop craving applause and start craving faithfulness.Connect with Paul M. What does it REALLY mean when Jesus says “Blessed are the peacemakers”? Most people assume it means being nice or avoiding conflict… but this episode breaks down the deeper spiritual reality behind peace, grace, faith, and identity as children of God. Straight Bible Episode 3 dives deep into the Sermon on the Mount to unpack the biblical definition of peace, the supernatural connection between grace and peace, and why peacemaking is evidence of transformation — not the cause of it.In this episode, Matt and crew explore powerful scripture connections across Matthew, Romans, Psalms, Hebrews, and more, revealing how peace functions as a spiritual force, a kingdom culture, and a manifestation of God's work inside believers. They also tackle controversial topics like division in families, denominational structure vs personal relationship with God, and why pursuing peace sometimes requires spiritual separation.

When federal agents kill civilians and public outrage sweeps the nation, who gets to define justified force and who gets to hold power accountable? The killings of Renée Good and Alex Pretti have sparked protests, national shutdowns, and fresh debate about what security should look like in America. Elizabeth Neumann, former assistant secretary for counterterrorism at the US Department of Homeland Security, joins Mark Labberton for a wide-ranging conversation about fear-based governance, moral responsibility, constitutional guardrails, and what faithful leadership looks like in a moment of political crisis. "Cruelty is a deterrent." In this episode with Mark Labberton, Neumann reflects on how Christian faith and public service shaped her national security career and why recent forceful immigration enforcement and lethal encounters challenge constitutional limits and moral clarity. Together they discuss the moral and political meaning of the Minneapolis killings, trauma and vocation, immigration enforcement and democratic consent, fear-driven leadership, and how citizens and faith communities respond when institutions break down. Episode Highlights "Cruelty is a deterrent." "I realized how much my hope and trust had been in man." "We wrapped the flag around the cross." "We see sufficiently, but not transparently." About Elizabeth Neumann Elizabeth Neumann is a national security expert and former assistant secretary for counterterrorism at the US Department of Homeland Security. She served across three presidential administrations, including senior roles during the George W. Bush and Trump administrations, and worked extensively on counterterrorism, prevention of political violence, and domestic extremism. A frequent public commentator and congressional witness, Neumann has become a leading voice on the moral and constitutional dangers of fear-driven governance. Her work bridges public policy, trauma studies, and Christian ethics, particularly where political power collides with faith commitments. A growing hunger among young men is impossible to ignore, and many are filling it with voices that pull them away from Christ. Ray, E.Z., Mark, and Oscar discuss the rise of secular influencers who offer fragments of truth about purpose and masculinity while remaining disconnected from God. The guys explain that while certain traits may be admirable, any worldview apart from Christ ultimately speaks from a fallen perspective. Young men are searching for meaning, and when that hunger is not met with the gospel, they will consume whatever is offered. Ears are always listening, and if the church does not disciple intentionally, other voices will gladly step in.The conversation turns to why this hunger exists in the first place. The guys point out that men have been steadily degraded and stripped of purpose, creating a vacuum that influencers rush to fill. At the same time, the church has often been content with shallow engagement. Cultural Christianity, political alignment, and surface-level conservatism are not substitutes for regeneration. Once someone has truly encountered Christ, there is nowhere else to go, yet many young men have never been shown the depth, authority, and beauty of Scripture. The masculinity they long for is not found in strength or dominance, but in the life and character of Christ. They then address how believers are called to respond. The guys emphasize that the answer is the gospel lived boldly and relationally. Discipleship requires presence, courage, and a willingness to speak into the lives God has providentially placed nearby. Churches cannot celebrate attendance alone but must labor for transformation. This includes engaging young men directly, intentionally investing in children, and recognizing that small moments of care and attention can leave lasting spiritual impressions. Influence is not limited to platforms; it is multiplied by faithfulness. Finally, the guys focus on the role of discipleship in the home and the church. Fatherlessness, whether physical or emotional, has left many young men without guidance, discipline, or example. The gospel restores order, purpose, and authority, calling men to repentance, leadership, and sacrificial love. Family devotion and sound teaching become foundations for generational change. Discipleship is framed as a mutual exchange of exhortation and growth, rooted in Scripture and oriented toward glorifying God. The episode closes with a call for men to lead with conviction, to invest deeply in the next generation, and to anchor identity and purpose in Christ alone.Send us a textThanks for listening! This message from our service on Sunday, January 25th 2026 challenges us to examine the foundation upon which we're building our lives. Joe Lake draws from Jesus' parable of the wise and foolish builders in Matthew 7, we're confronted with a sobering truth: storms are inevitable, but survival depends entirely on what we've built upon. The sermon uses the striking imagery of La Jument lighthouse in France—a structure that has withstood over a century of violent Atlantic storms because it was built on solid rock. Just as that lighthouse keeper nearly lost his life when a massive wave struck, we too face moments when everything around us seems to be collapsing. The central question becomes: are we merely hearing the Word of God, or are we actually doing it? Cultural Christianity has taught many to believe that right doctrine alone saves us, but Jesus clearly stated that wisdom comes from both hearing and doing. When David wrote repeatedly in the Psalms about God being his rock, his fortress, his hiding place, he wasn't speaking from a palace—he was writing from caves and wilderness, from places of desperation and pursuit. His understanding of God as an unmovable foundation came through lived experience, not theological theory. We're called to be students of the Word, not just casual readers, allowing Scripture to marinate in our hearts until it oozes out naturally. When our hearts become overwhelmed—and they will—we need friends who will lead us to the Rock that is higher than ourselves, not gossip about our struggles or kick us when we're down.
Today in our Foundations series, we confront the "offensive" reality that we are far more than just "mostly dead" or slightly broken; apart from Christ, we are spiritually dead and utterly helpless to save ourselves. This message deconstructs the comfort of Cultural Christianity and the "performance treadmill" of moralism, exposing the truth that being a "pretty good person" cannot bridge the gap to a holy God. By looking at Ephesians 2, we see that salvation only happens when God takes the initiative—moving toward us in His rich mercy to breathe life into our unresponsive spirits
Cultural Christianity is all about being comfortable and convenient. But on this episode of The Verdict, Pastor John Munro explains that authentic Christianity requires a conscious decision to follow Christ, and that choice comes with a cost.
This episode of Uncommon Sense with Ginny Robinson takes a hard look at the growing contradictions surrounding Erika Kirk and the direction of TPUSA's AmFest (or should I say IsFest). From Charlie Kirk's own recorded warnings about bad cultural role models to TPUSA turning around and platforming those very same celebrities (Nicki Minaj included) whose lifestyles openly contradict Christian teaching, the hypocrisy is no longer ignorable. We're breaking down how moral inconsistency, pop-culture appeasement, and ideological confusion are rotting the conservative movement from the inside out. America First cannot exist without Christianity first—not as a buzzword, not as branding, but as the moral and cultural foundation of who we are. And right now, we are watching our spiritual and national identity slip away in real time. When so-called Christian leaders blur lines, excuse the very behavior they once condemned, and choose influence over truth, they don't just lose credibility, they lose the plot (and they lose the people who trusted them). This episode is a call for honesty, consistency, and real conservative leadership rooted in the Christian values they claim to stand for. Not clout, not platforms, and not sinful worldliness. We don't need people playing leaders. We need actual leadership.—https://www.bible.com/

Father Des Farren continues his in-depth reflection on Luke's Gospel, exploring the Parable of the Ten Pounds and Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem. 15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world. 17 And the world is passing away along…
In this video, we dive into the recent Charlie Kirk Memorial and unpack two very different responses to tragedy. Erika Kirk shared a powerful testimony of God's love and forgiveness, boldly declaring that she forgives the killer. This moment beautifully displayed the heart of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ—a Gospel centered on grace, mercy, and reconciliation. But in contrast, President Donald Trump made comments expressing hatred toward his enemies. While his words resonate with Cultural Christianity and political ideology, they fall short of the radical love Jesus calls His followers to live out. This comparison reveals the stark difference between authentic Christian faith and a cultural, political version of Christianity that often misses the heart of the message. If you're a new Christian, someone curious about Jesus, or even a skeptic exploring what Christianity is really about, this video will encourage you to see the difference between human anger and divine forgiveness. For believers wanting to strengthen their faith, Erika Kirk's example reminds us that forgiveness is not weakness, but the very evidence of God's Spirit at work in us.Enjoy!Got any questions or topics you'd like to hear about? A recent article announced a shift, some call it vibe, others a mood, that is making Christianity more acceptable or less appealing than it used to be in Aaron Renn's "negative world." This is related to a question of what influence churches have on a society and its culture. Aaron Renn interviewed several leaders among the effort to take back the mainline Protestant denominations (from a fall that everyone acknowledges but does not necessarily measure). One of the reasons for looking to these churches instead of the Presbyterian Church in America, the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, or the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, is that the mainline denominations have more status than the sideline alternatives, and therefore are more likely to promote Christianity beyond the church to the culture more generally. The pudcast co-hosts, Korey Maas (Lutheran), Miles Smith (Anglican), and D. G. Hart (Presbyterian) discuss these matters, even with some attention to the church's influence on the Roman empire and much later on American society during the early national period. In the latter case, Ross Douthat's comments in an interview (read in the recording) about low-church Protestantism's influence on America are yet another aspect of Christianity's cultural influence.

Everyone worships something. The question isn't if you worship — the question is what or who you worship. Joshua 24 takes us to a dramatic moment in Israel's history, where Joshua gathers millions of people at Shechem, stands before them as an old man, and declares a truth that echoes through the centuries: “Choose this day whom you will serve … but as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” This isn't just ancient history — it's our reality. In this message we unpack: • The truth about worship: It's not just singing — it's where your loyalty, trust, and sacrifice really go. Everyone has a god, whether it's money, success, pleasure, image, or the Lord Himself. • The idols that eat us alive: From Mesopotamian gods to today's cultural gods of sex, money, and power, false worship always takes more than it gives. You become like what you worship — and if your “god” is destructive, you will be too. • The unmatched faithfulness of God: Joshua reminds Israel — and us — of how God rescues, provides, and blesses. He gave Israel land they didn't build and cities they didn't deserve. He's done the same for us: rescuing us from sin, answering prayers, and providing in ways we couldn't imagine. • The weight of choice: God is holy and jealous. He demands exclusive devotion — not half-hearted, cultural Christianity. Joshua warns the people that they cannot serve the Lord unless they're all in. This is not a casual decision — it's the most important decision of life. If you've ever wrestled with divided loyalties, felt the pull of the world's gods, or struggled to go “all in” with God, this message will confront you, encourage you, and challenge you to make the most important decision of your life — today.
Cracker Barrel just released its new logo which is plain, sterile, and totally stripped of its heritage. They even removed the old man, erasing the story and charm that once gave the brand its soul. In this episode, we talk about how this isn't just about a restaurant chain, it's about the cultural war between beauty and ugliness, truth and lies, order and chaos.God is a God of beauty, truth, and order. Satan thrives in ugliness, lies, and chaos. What we're seeing in design, culture, and politics today is a Marxist-driven push toward minimalism, modernism, and brutalism—an aesthetic that reflects their worldview. But we don't have to accept this. We can choose a God-honoring path that preserves heritage, values beauty, and treats America as a homeland to be protected, not a business venture to exploit others (even its own people) for monetary advantage.--https://policecoffee.com/collections/coffee

In Episode 142 of What the Prophets Say, Emma Stark, Jonah Wilson, and Rebecca Rednick confront the sobering rise of cultural Christianity—and issue a prophetic charge to resist its comfort and build the true gospel of the Kingdom. Through personal stories, historical parallels, and Spirit-led revelation, they explore the journey from irritation to resistance, and finally to revolution. This is a conversation for those who feel the frustration of shallow church structures, forerunners who can't sit still in compromise, and pioneers ready to “go west” and plant something that doesn't yet exist. The episode highlights the dangers of creating a platform instead of birthing the new thing, the grief of tribal splits, and the spiritual urgency to produce fruit—not just critique the old. With sharp honesty and fire, the prophets call out to those in hiding, burnout, or fear: it's time to stop pointing at what's broken and start growing what is sacred. It's time to build the table, find your fertile ground, and plant with the Spirit.

Is it time to cancel cultural Christianity? In this episode of The Kirk Cameron Show, Kirk and his son James dive into a dangerous conversation about "cringey Christianity" on TikTok. From over-spiritualized excuses to bizarre sermon theatrics and awkward public preaching, they break down what's behind the behavior — and how believers can cultivate true discernment. Are some Christians chasing attention instead of God? Are we too quick to blame the devil for our own choices? It's a fun, honest, and convicting look at faith, hypocrisy, and the heart. From an Elite Division 1, All-American athlete to a woman haunted by trauma, addiction, and suicidal despair, Mo's life took a dramatic turn when a near-fatal car crash became the very altar where heaven met earth. That lie keeps us stuck, powerless, and numb to God's call.Cultural Christianity is an illusion; we should consider what full surrender actually looks like.Mo Isom Aiken, a former All-American athlete turned revivalist and prophetic voice shares her story of defection from darkness—and the fire of obedience that followed.[02:56] Mo Isom Aiken: Childhood and Early LifeMo discovered her identity through competitive sports.Despite being raised in a Christian household, her faith was cultural and lacked deep personal roots. She describes the impact of early exposure to pornography and the pressure of performance-based love from her father. Her struggle with an eating disorder and need for control remained hidden behind a mask of success.[12:22] Transition to College and Personal StrugglesAt LSU, Mo excels as an All-American goalkeeper but continues battling inward brokenness.[13:02] Mo: “How much of my true self and my true life can people handle? Because they have this picture of me, and yet I am destroyed inside.”Her father committed suicide, devastating Mo both emotionally and spiritually. She turns to sexual sin, secrecy, and self-harm, wrestling with suicidal thoughts and tormenting spiritual voices.Though publicly praised, she describes living with private torment and deep spiritual oppression.[20:54] Spiritual Awakening and HealingMo survives a violent car crash and has a supernatural encounter with the Holy Spirit while trapped in the wreckage. She describes the weight and wonder of God's presence as overwhelming yet freeing.[22:58] Mo: “The kingdom of darkness was literally mad because things had been set up in my life that my gifts, my talents, my destiny, my anointing, my very God, given fingerprint of God, purpose was going to be leveraged for evil was going to advance the kingdom of darkness, if not for the mercy of Jesus”In that moment, she chooses full surrender to Jesus and receives a baptism of fire. Her salvation marks a clear defection from darkness into God's Kingdom—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.[28:20] Recognizing God in the Midst of DarknessMo reflects on how God pursued her even during seasons of rebellion and bondage. She shares a deliverance session where a spirit confessed she had “defected” from its kingdom. The conversation highlights how spiritual warfare is strategic and real—but God's grace is more powerful.Mo encourages listeners to stop excusing bondage and fully embrace the invitation to be made whole.[33:22] Impact of Faith on Personal RelationshipsReturning to campus, Mo feels conviction and begins separating from old friends and sinful patterns. She committed herself to purity and obedience, even when it meant facing rejection and isolation.[39:07] Mo: “But if you won't separate yourselves from the ones who are holding you back from your destiny — then you've tightly gripped something God's asking you to open your hands about right? When you open your hands, when you let go of things, He will then, in time, refill what is His good portion.”Through FCA, she found a godly community, received a baptism at LSU, and experienced revival.A two-year intimacy fast sets the stage for meeting her husband, Jeremiah, and building a Christ-centered family.[46:45] Fifth Wheel Missions and Family LifeMo recalls receiving a prophetic word in college about living in a fifth-wheel RV and going on mission.A decade later, she and Jeremiah sell everything and travel the U.S. with their four kids, sharing the gospel. She shares how moments of humor and hardship—like a sewage overflow—shaped their faith and resilience. The RV season prepared them for deeper obedience and future international missions.[56:44] Mission to Nigeria and Angelic VisitMo recounts a dream where an angel tells her she'll go to Nigeria to forge a deeper connection to the divine.Initially resistant due to fear for her children, she surrenders and receives confirmation from her mentors. The family spent eight months in Lagos serving under Nigerian spiritual leaders.Their time becomes a season of discipleship, humility, and spiritual equipping for future ministry.[1:14:19] The Power of Prayer: Greatest Takeaway from NigeriaMo describes prayer as the single greatest lesson from their mission season. In Nigeria, daily prayer was non-negotiable—fostering spiritual strength, wisdom, and breakthrough. She challenges Western believers to move prayer from a fallback to a foundation.Prayer, she emphasizes, is the gateway to discernment, power, and intimacy with God.[1:21:24] Teaching the Next Generation to Prioritize PrayerMo and Reagan discuss the difficulty of maintaining a prayerful life amid Western busyness and distractions.Mo explains how she and Jeremiah are raising their children to see prayer as essential, not optional. They commit to resisting hustle culture and modeling devotion in everyday life.Mo calls for prayer warriors to arise—those who walk in reverence, not performance. [1:32:39] Spiritual Warfare and the Call to Live Fully SurrenderedMo prays a powerful blessing over listeners for renewal, healing, and sanctification.Revival begins in surrendered hearts, not just pulpits; it is in living God's Word to be kind and loving to all those around you.It is our time to live fully awake, defecting from darkness and advancing God's Kingdom with boldness. In this deeply personal and unscripted episode, Nancy McCready takes us behind the scenes of a season devoted to content creation at NMM—a season marked by creative resistance, spiritual agitation, and the pressing call to stay aligned with the Father. She opens up about the messy tension between productivity and dependency, and how real transition exposes our deep need to stay rooted in Him, not just inspired by Him. Nancy contrasts the flood of content, trends, and distractions vying for attention with the call to be living witnesses—those who don't just admire Jesus but embody Him. Through a powerful reading from her book From Trauma to Trust on Cross Christianity versus Cultural Christianity, and the Message Bible's introduction to Acts, she invites listeners to reject performance and imitation and embrace being made into the message itself. This episode is a sober and stirring reminder that the point of view we carry must be forged in oneness with the Father. Not everything that sparkles is light—and not every message builds the house God desires. You were created on purpose and for a purpose—but the question is: who are you becoming? In this episode, Daron challenges us to rethink what it really means to follow Jesus in a world full of noise, influencers, and distraction. It's not just about believing in Jesus—it's about becoming like Him. Key Takeaways: • You become what you follow—so follow wisely. • Discipleship is about being with Jesus, becoming like Him, and doing what He did. • Belief without transformation misses the point of the Gospel. • Cultural Christianity focuses on performance—Jesus focuses on proximity. • The goal isn't getting into heaven someday, it's bringing heaven to earth today. Quotes: “Jesus didn't come to make Christians—He came to make disciples.” “You're being shaped by your feed more than your faith.” “This is an invitation into imitation that leads to transformation.” “What we follow, we become.” “You only get one life. Don't waste it becoming someone you were never meant to be.”
