Can a Mushroom Help Your Brain Heal? The Science Says Maybe

Lion’s Mane Mushroom and Brain Health: What Four Clinical Trials Actually Found Many stroke survivors and people managing cognitive decline more broadly eventually ask the same question: Is there anything beyond physiotherapy and medication that can actively support brain healing? Not symptom management. Actual repair. Lion’s Mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) is one compound that has gathered genuine clinical attention. It is not a cure, the human trial evidence is still limited in scale, and it is not a replacement for the fundamentals of brain health. But the mechanism is unusual, the safety profile is consistently good, and for anyone serious about their brain, the research warrants an honest look. Why Lion’s Mane Is Neurologically Unusual Most supplements that claim to support brain health cannot cross the blood-brain barrier, the tightly regulated membrane that controls what enters the brain. Without crossing it, any direct effect on brain tissue is limited. Lion’s Mane contains two families of bioactive compounds found almost nowhere else in nature. Hericenones come from the fruiting body, the visible mushroom. Erinacines come from the mycelium, the root-like underground network. Both stimulate the production of Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) and Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF). These are proteins the brain uses to grow new neurons, maintain existing ones, and strengthen the connections between them. Crucially, erinacine A, one of the key mycelium compounds, has been confirmed in preclinical studies to cross the blood-brain barrier. That is not a trivial distinction. It is one of the reasons researchers have taken this mushroom seriously. “These are proteins your brain uses to grow new neurons, maintain existing ones, and build and strengthen the connections between them. They are, in a very real sense, your brain’s repair and maintenance crew.” — Bill Gasiamis What the Human Clinical Trials Found Four published human clinical trials have examined Lion’s Mane. Here is what each found: Mori et al. (2009): In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 30 older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) took Lion’s Mane supplement or placebo for 16 weeks. The Lion’s Mane group showed significantly better cognitive function scores at weeks 8, 12, and 16. When supplementation stopped, scores declined again within four weeks, suggesting the effect was tied to ongoing intake, not a placebo response. Saitsu et al. (2019): A multicenter RCT tested 12 weeks of oral Lion’s Mane in older adults. Participants in the treatment group showed significant improvement on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) compared to placebo. No adverse effects were observed. Nagano et al. (2010): A 4-week RCT using Lion’s Mane-enriched cookies found significant reductions in self-reported depression and anxiety in women compared to placebo, suggesting effects extend beyond cognition to mood and emotional regulation, possibly via the gut-brain axis. Docherty et al. (2023): A double-blind pilot study from Northumbria University tested 41 healthy young adults aged 18–45. After a single dose, participants performed significantly faster on the Stroop task, a measure of cognitive processing speed and flexibility. After 28 days, there was a trend toward reduced subjective stress. This was a small study, and results should be interpreted cautiously, but it suggests Lion’s Mane effects are not limited to populations already experiencing cognitive decline. The Stroke-Specific Preclinical Data For stroke survivors, the preclinical research adds another dimension. In a 2014 animal study, erinacine A reduced brain infarct volume by 22–44% in ischemic stroke models (depending on dose), and significantly lowered pro-inflammatory cytokines, including IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α markers of the neuroinflammatory cascade that follows stroke. A 2022 study found that erinacine A helps preserve glutamate clearance in the brain after ischemic injury. Excess glutamate is one of the key mechanisms of neuronal death after stroke, so anything that helps regulate it post-injury is clinically relevant. These are animal studies. They do not translate directly to human outcomes. But they provide a biological rationale that supports why clinical researchers are now investigating Lion’s Mane in neurological recovery contexts. What the Research Does Not Yet Tell Us The limitations matter, and any honest assessment must include them. All four human trials are relatively small, none exceeds 100 participants. We do not yet have large-scale, long-term RCTs in stroke survivor populations specifically. The optimal dose, duration, and form (fruiting body vs mycelium vs dual extract) have not been established in human trials. Direct confirmation that erinacines cross the blood-brain barrier in humans rather than in animal models does not yet exist. Bill says it directly in the video: “The human trial data is still relatively limited in scale. We need larger, longer trials.” Practical Questions to Raise with Your Doctor If you are considering Lion’s Mane supplementation, the following questions are worth raising with your neurologist or GP: Is it safe alongside my current medications? Theoretical interactions exist with anticoagulants (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) and antidepressants, not confirmed in human trials, but worth disclosing. Anyone on blood thinners following a stroke should have this conversation before starting. What form should I look for? Products should specify standardised hericenone content (fruiting body extract) or erinacine A content (mycelium extract). Products listed only as “mycelial biomass on grain” typically contain very low levels of active compounds and high levels of starch from the growth substrate. If the label does not specify active compound content, treat that as a quality flag. Are there any trials I could join? ClinicalTrials.gov lists current recruiting studies for Hericium erinaceus and cognitive function worth checking if you are interested in contributing to the evidence base. In this episode of Retro Titans, we dive into the colourful world of one of gaming's most original creators: Jeff Minter. Joining us is filmmaker and C64 pixel artist Paul Docherty, whose new documentary Heart of Neon chronicles Minter's remarkable four-decade journey from the VIC-20 era to becoming one of the industry's most fiercely independent creative voices. Paul's own story is deeply intertwined with gaming history. Known to many as "Doc" from the Commodore 64 scene, he created iconic loading screens for classics such as The Last Ninja, Druid II and Flying Shark before embarking on a successful career in documentary filmmaking. Now, he's brought those two passions together in a labour of love that celebrates the games, artistry and philosophy of Llamasoft founder Jeff Minter. Together, we explore the making of Heart of Neon, the challenges of documenting a gaming icon, and why Minter's unique blend of arcade action, psychedelia and artistic expression continues to resonate with players today. In this episode, we cover: 1️⃣ The making of Heart of Neon How Paul Docherty went from Commodore 64 pixel artist to documentary filmmaker, and why Jeff Minter became the subject of his most ambitious project. 2️⃣ Jeff Minter's extraordinary legacy From Gridrunner and Llamatron to Space Giraffe and beyond, we discuss the games, ideas and innovations that shaped a four-decade career. 3️⃣ Video games as art Why Minter's work challenges conventional ideas about game design and continues to inspire developers, artists and creators. 4️⃣ The golden age of home computing Paul reflects on the Commodore 64 era, the UK games industry of the 1980s, and the creative opportunities that helped launch his career. 5️⃣ Preserving gaming history The role documentaries play in capturing the stories behind the games, people and movements that shaped retro gaming culture. Whether you're a lifelong Llamasoft fan, a lover of retro gaming history, or simply curious about one of the medium's most distinctive creative minds, this is a fascinating conversation about imagination, technology and the enduring power of independent game development.

(Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark China's Tiananmen Square massacre anniversary Today is the 37th anniversary of China's Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989. In the weeks leading up to the tragic event, students were protesting for democracy in Beijing. The Communist Chinese government responded by forcibly putting down the protests. Hundreds, if not thousands, died in the massacre. China's military also arrested leaders in the underground church which had fueled the protests.  Communist Chinese denying Bible to imprisoned pastors Speaking of China, the country continues its persecution of the church. International Christian Concern reports Communist officials are denying access to Bibles for imprisoned pastors. Authorities arrested three leaders of Maizhong Reformed Church last year. Their family members requested to send them Bibles during their imprisonment. But officials refused the request and subjected the families to more intimidation.  Please pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ of the underground church in China.  According to Open Doors, China is the 17th most oppressive country worldwide for Christians. Please send a 2-3 sentence letter urging officials to give the Bible to imprisoned pastors. Send it to Chinese Ambassador Xie Feng, Chinese Embassy, 3505 International Place NW, Washington DC 20008. Africa's fertility rate above replacement level Pew Research reports that Africa boasts a young and growing population compared to the rest of the world. The continent is home to 19 percent of people around the globe. And it contains 28 percent of all people under the age of 25. In the next 75 years, nearly half of the world's young people are projected to live in Africa. Also, it is the only world region where the fertility rate is above the replacement level.  Scotland officials drop case against pro-life grandmother The government of Scotland recently dropped its case against a pro-life, Christian grandmother. Last September, authorities arrested 75-year-old Rose Docherty. She was simply holding a sign near an abortion mill in Glasgow. The sign read: “Coercion is a crime. Here to talk, only if you want.”   A court cleared her of criminal charges in April. And Scotland's prosecution office dropped the case last month.   Listen to comments from Mrs. Docherty after her victory. DOCHERTY: “I was arrested, charged, and prosecuted for nothing more than peacefully inviting consensual conversation in a public space that I was permitted to be in. When I was arrested, I was handcuffed, placed in the back of a police van, and placed in a police cell for over two hours without a chair to sit on. Simply for being available for the lonely, the afraid, and the coerced, I have been treated like a violent criminal. “But thankfully, today the charges have been dismissed. The judge ruled that the charges were irrelevant and that they were a breach of my Article 10 free speech rights. Thank you all for your support and prayers. Thank you to ADF International and my entire legal team, who were brilliant. “Nobody should be criminalized for consensual conversations, and I am glad that that truth has been vindicated here today.” In Matthew 5:10, Jesus said, “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven.” Trump proposed new tariffs on 60 countries In the United States, the Trump administration proposed new tariffs of up to 12.5 percent on 60 economies. The U.S. Trade Representative's ‌office released the proposal on Tuesday. It accuses these economies of failing to curb the importation of goods produced with forced labor. These economies include China, India, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Canada.   Episcopal Church installed lesbian bishop in North Carolina An Episcopal Diocese in North Carolina installed Sarah Fisher, a self-avowed lesbian, as its bishop last month. She is living in unnatural relations with another woman, Mandy Brady, who is an Episcopal priestess. It is reportedly the denomination's first appointment of its kind in the American south.  Back in 1977, the Episcopal Church received its first homosexual into the clergy. Since then, membership has declined by nearly 50 percent as it has rejected clear Biblical teaching. Gallup poll: Americans less likely to support sexual perversion now A new survey from Gallup found that Americans are becoming less likely to support sexually perverted lifestyles. Support for such sinful lifestyles grew rapidly for two decades, peaking five years ago. Now, 65 percent of U.S. adults favor legal homosexual unions. That's down from a high of 71 percent in 2022. Similarly, 62 percent support homosexual relations now, down from 71 percent over the same time period. Wycliffe Bible Translators celebrated 800th Bible translation And finally, Wycliffe Bible Translators celebrated its 800th Bible translation this week. About 6.2 billion people now have the complete Bible in their own language.  It took over 1,900 years to translate the Bible into 400 languages. The next 400 translations were completed in just the last 28 years.   Isaiah 11:9-10 says, “The Earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea. And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, who shall stand as a banner to the people; for the Gentiles shall seek Him, and His resting place shall be glorious.”  Close And that's The Worldview on this Thursday, June 4th, in the year of our Lord 2026. I didn't know Kerry's name until a few weeks ago, when I, thankfully, caught wind of her soon-to-be-released memoir, Selfish. After reading a brief description of the book, I pre-ordered it and tore through the pages in a week.Kerry is not just the writer, but the founder of the beloved clothing brand, Faherty. While I adore the brand's pieces hanging in my closet, I'd say I'm even more thrilled to have a dog-eared copy of Kerry's book tucked in my bookshelves. Much is written about marriage these days, but few books pull back the veil with such raw honesty. While Kerry's book is largely a story of self-discovery, personal evolution, and what it looks like for us (as women) to live into our fullest selves, the picture she paints of her marriage is a true gift. For anyone, at any stage of the relationship journey, I cannot recommend this book enough.Work with me PrivatelyConnect on InstagramWebsitePodcast Production by James Jorge

Are you selfish?“Selfish” is supposed to be the insult that ends the conversation, especially for women who were raised to be helpful, agreeable, and endlessly available. We sit down with author Kerry Docherty to pull that word apart and rebuild it into something sharper and more useful: self-awareness, honest boundaries, and the courage to admit what you want before you burn out trying to be “good.” Her memoir, Selfish, becomes the jumping-off point for a raw talk about what it costs to keep giving yourself away and why telling the truth can be both selfish and deeply generous. We dig into the trap of likability and the ways girls learn early to smooth everything over, including their own anger and ambition. Kerry reflects on privilege and what she has learned from people who have had to live more openly because the world already judges them. We also get practical about modern “self-care,” from doomscrolling dopamine to the quieter work of choosing what actually makes you feel alive, plus what it looks like to model emotional language and bodily autonomy for your kids. Then the conversation turns toward marriage, work, and longing. Kerry shares what it was like to build the Faherty clothing brand with her husband and his twin brother, how business can strain intimacy, and why writing a memoir is an “act of betrayal” even when it is also an act of love. She opens up about “Beau,” an emotional entanglement that exposes dormant creativity and desire, and we explore a reframe of partnership as something you choose every day rather than a life sentence you simply endure. If this conversation makes you uncomfortable, we think that is the point. “I wanted to live my very best life. I wanted to know who I really am.” – Jan Docherty Do you ever wonder who you really are? Today’s guest, Jan Docherty, did. She wanted to know who she really is and what she could accomplish living as her true self. Jan came to the Hoffman Process to find the answers to these questions. She left knowing herself and loving herself, too. Jan joined Sadie for this forthright conversation about self-knowledge, passion, and healing. Jan is passionate about life. Adopted early on, life was unconventional in many ways. Now, as she looks ahead to her later years (she’s just become a senior citizen), Jan is fully focused on her business, Merridale Cidery and Distillery. For her, business is personal. It’s where she gets to bring her true self and full-on passion she discovered at the Hoffman Process. It’s where she gets to support and build community in meaningful ways. With hard-earned wisdom, Jan shares what she’s learned about facing the painful moments in life. In a candid moment, she touches on one of the most painful moments in her Process. A mother of three, Jan speaks of the estrangement she’s experiencing with one of her children and how she’s navigating that since graduating from the Process. During her Process, Jan realized that, by living out her patterns, she harmed others, including her children, due to Negative Love. She learned that it is critically important to hold herself with both honesty and grace. She learned to be honest with herself and take responsibility for the harm, but also not to derail from her own healing. Jan knows that she did the best she could with what she had at the time. It is in this that she finds the grace to move forward. Content Warning: Be aware that this conversation contains mentions of sexual abuse and child sexual abuse. Please use your discretion. Listen on Apple Podcasts Listen on Spotify More about Jan Docherty: Jan Docherty at Merridale with Oliver Jan Docherty is a Vancouver-born entrepreneur. Unconventional beginnings and a deep commitment to growth, resilience, and community have shaped her life. Adopted into a small, compassionate family, she was raised with strong values while navigating early life challenges that would later inform her perspective and strength. Jan’s childhood followed an unconventional path when she successfully auditioned for a CBC television series. She spent several years singing and dancing. As a result, much of her learning took place beyond the traditional classroom. Despite this unconventional path, Jan went on to earn a business degree from UBC. This grounded her in practical skills and a strong understanding of financial stewardship – lessons first instilled by her adoptive father. In her 30s, she connected with her birth parents, expanding her sense of identity with roots in both Toronto and Mexico. Jan's professional journey spans multiple chapters, from building residential homes alongside her partner to leading a thriving for-profit social enterprise in the food, beverage, and tourism industry for over 25 years. Today, she is the driving force behind Merridale Cidery and Distillery. Merridale is a values-based business set in an apple orchard, where a cidery, distillery, and eatery come together to create space for people to slow down and connect. Jan’s work is guided by a belief in integrity, both in the products she creates and the culture she fosters for her team, guests, and broader community. A mother of three and grandmother of two, Jan considers family, connection, and purpose to be her greatest achievements. Now at 65, she embraces this stage of life as her most meaningful yet: an ongoing adventure rooted in authenticity, contribution, and joy. This debut 'Scotland Today' episode shines a light on crime, justice, and enduring mystery—through the lens of the Wolf of Greenock case.Watch Full Video on YouTube 3 Key Takeaways:A Dockside Murder Grips a Nation:The episode plunges listeners into a chilling December night in 1944, as Dawn recounts the brutal assault and murder of merchant seaman Leonard Davies in Greenock. The community is rocked, both by the violence of the crime and the subsequent media frenzy that follows Docherty's arrest and shocking trial.Justice on a Knife Edge:The courtroom drama runs high, with overwhelming evidence, a guilty verdict, and a death sentence by hanging for John Docherty. Yet, a critical legal misstep leads to the quashing of his conviction. This twist forces us to question whether justice was properly served or if deeper secrets remain hidden within Greenock's docks.Echoes Across the Decades:The episode draws a haunting parallel to a different John Docherty from Greenock, convicted in the 1986 Elaine Doyle murder—a case the podcast covered in a previous episode. Join Sandra for a heartfelt and illuminating conversation with internationally renowned psychic medium and mentor, Karen Docherty. With over 25 years of experience, Karen has a contemporary, no-nonsense approach to her work, grounded in the traditional principles of evidential mediumship. Her journey began as a child, seeing people from "the other place," and culminated in her early twenties when the voices from Spirit became so persistent that she sought out a traditional development circle to harness her gifts. In this episode, Karen shares her profound insights into the true purpose of mediumship: healing, not just for the person receiving the reading, but for the soul in the spirit world as well. She explains the crucial difference between psychic information and true, evidential mediumship, emphasizing the importance of bringing through evidence that proves our loved ones are still present in our lives now. Karen shares several incredible stories that will give you goosebumps, including how a skeptical husband was won over by two obscure but perfectly accurate pieces of information, and the stunning story of how her own mother sent a perfectly timed, undeniable message through a live radio show on the day of a Barry Manilow concert. This conversation is a beautiful guide for anyone grieving or curious about the afterlife. Karen demystifies the spirit world, explaining that it is a "world of thought" where our loved ones continue to learn, grow, and even serve others. She offers practical advice on how we can all connect with our own spirit team, how to ask for and recognize signs, and why we should trust the feelings in our soul over the logic of our mind. Docherty stresses the idea that gun violence prevention and reduction is an issue that must be addressed collaboratively with scholars, politicians, and community engagement. To tackle this issue Docherty works with community groups such as the Toledo Community action table and Moms Demand Action to gather a community perspective, as she believes no progress can be made without the people who are directly impacted by gun violence. Docherty hopes to increase visibility surrounding human health and safety, children, racial equity and address gun violence prevention on both local and state levels. It's Wednesday, August 20th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark Muslim Nigerians killed 7,000 Christians this year A Nigerian-based nonprofit reports Islamic extremists have killed over 7,000 Christians in the country so far this year. The International Society for Civil Liberties and Rule of Law also found that nearly 8,000 Christians were violently seized and abducted.  The report notes this translates into “an average of 30 Christian deaths per day and more than one per hour.” Since 2009, Jihadists in Nigeria have killed over 125,000 Christians and destroyed nearly 20,000 church buildings.  Please pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ in Nigeria. The country is ranked seventh on the Open Doors' World Watch List of the most difficult countries to be a Christian.  Psalm 14:4 asks, “Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and do not call on the LORD?” Absurd charges dropped against Scottish pro-life grandmother Authorities in Scotland dropped charges against a 75-year-old grandmother who was arrested for holding a sign near an abortion mill.  Back in February, Rose Docherty held a sign that read: “Coercion is a crime, here to talk, only if you want.” Officials arrested her for violating a “buffer zone” law that restricts free expression near abortion mills. Docherty reacted to her case being dropped. She said, “This is a victory not just for me, but for everyone in Scotland who believes we should be free to hold a peaceful conversation.” Conservative Canadian Pierre Poilievre wins election In Canada, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre (pronounced PAH-lee-ev) won a special election in the province of Alberta on Monday.  Poilievre heads back to Canada's parliament after losing his seat earlier this year. He will continue his work as the opposition leader against Canada's ruling Liberal Party. Listen to comments from Poilievre. POILIEVRE: “We will work together. We will fight together. We will sacrifice together to restore the opportunity that our grandparents left for us, so that we can leave it for our grandchildren, so that we can once again restore a country that is strong, self-reliant and sovereign. That is why we stay united. That is why we go forward. May God keep our land glorious and free.” Trump wants to end mail-in ballots In the United States, President Donald Trump said Monday that he wants to end mail-in ballots as well as voting machines. Listen to comments from Trump.  TRUMP:  “You can never have a real democracy with mail in ballots. We, as a Republican Party, are going to do everything possible that we get rid of mail-in ballots. We're going to start with an executive order, that's being written right now by the best lawyers in the country, to end mail-in ballots because they're corrupt.” Trump wrote on Truth Social, “With their HORRIBLE Radical Left policies, like Open Borders, Men Playing in Women's Sports, Transgender and ‘WOKE' for everyone, and so much more, Democrats are virtually Unelectable without using this completely disproven Mail-In SCAM.” Bank of America will stop "debanking" conservatives The New York Post reports that Bank of America scrapped a rule used to “debank” conservatives. Major banks have also used the rule to deny services to religious groups, especially Evangelical ones.  JP Morgan Chase dropped the rule last year. Bank of America finally followed suit.  Jeremy Tedesco with Alliance Defending Freedom said, “Over the past two years, ADF and our partners in both the private and public sectors have repeatedly engaged with Bank of America's leadership to advocate for this change.” Fewer Americans are moving The Wall Street Journal reports that U.S. domestic migration rates are down. Only 7.9% of Americans relocated to a new town or city last year, down from about 20% in the 1950s and 60s. The rate has been steadily declining since then. People are also moving less within their own county. That rate is down 47% over the past three decades.  The falling domestic migration rates are associated with high mortgage rates, dual-income households, an aging population, and remote job opportunities.  Church-engaged Christians have less stress, anxiety, and loneliness And finally, the American Bible Society released the fifth chapter of its State of Bible: USA 2025 report. The chapter measured church engagement as the level of a person's involvement in the life, mission, and community of a local church. Only 34% of self-identified Christians attend church weekly. In terms of generations, Gen Z had the lowest levels of church engagement. Women, married people, Evangelicals, and people in small cities were more likely to be highly engaged with their church. John Plake with the American Bible Society said, “Our survey shows that church-engaged Christians have significantly less stress, less anxiety, less loneliness, and more hope.” Hebrews 10:24-25 says, “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Wednesday, August 20th, in the year of our Lord 2025. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus (Adam@TheWorldview.com). Dara has his bags packed (for him) ahead of his trip to the Vegas and he is threatening to unleash a new lucky shirt. David Docherty is convalescing after some kidney stones hampered his trip to Belgium. David Lappin is threatening the poker world with bath pics again. The lads discuss the recent criticisms of the WSOP, in particular the cancelled Online Mystery Bounty event. They also talk about some big name bracelet winners, including Benny Glaser, Nick Schulman and Jason Koon. The Hall Of Fame hopefuls are given some quickfire treatment as Dara and David Docherty decide if certain candidates are going to get in this year, ever or never. There is also some semi-shameless plugging of some genuinely massive promotions on WPT Global, including the 100K added to both Irish Poker Tour 'Summer in Dublin' and WPT Cyprus main events if the winner can emerge from the Freeroll qualifiers on the online client.

Twa Teams, One Street: the football podcast that’s as obsessed by Dundee FC and Dundee United as you are!

Huge breaking news on Monday morning as Dundee wielded the axe on gaffer Tony Docherty. The decision came less than 24 hours after the Dee secured their Premiership status with a 2-0 victory at St Johnstone, sparking a pitch invasion at McDiarmid Park. Was it the right call by the Dee? And will Shaun Maloney be the next man in the Dens Park hotseat? While there was no such drama across the road to begin the week – there was plenty on Saturday. We toast a wonderful season from Dundee United after their gutsy 2-1 win over Aberdeen secured European football in the maiden campaign back in the Premiership. We lavish praise on Declan Gallagher, discuss the ice-cool Sam Dalby and pay tribute to auxiliary right-back Louis Moult! There is also chat about how the Tangerines will evolve next season amid the challenge of continental competition. Sadly, we must also chew over the despicable assault that saw Jack Mackenzie struck by a seat lobbed by an Aberdeen fan. Folding in those scenes in Perth, we ask what's next for Scottish football's relationship with supporters? Dundee reporter George Cran is joined by Dundee United correspondent Alan Temple and presenter Tom Duthie. Twa Teams, One Street is proud to be supported by SPAR Scotland.
