Time for a #SaturdayMorningHustle mental and physical reset. Let's transition from the heavy restrictions of COVID-19 towards our normal #RiseAndGrind #Hustle as #Entrepreneurs by doing what we do on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Throw yourself a party, make a plan for the new year with resolutions (goals) to achieve and then start over in the morning. Just because it's not January 1st doesn't mean we can decide to start over. Let all the stress, negativity and doubt go. Make everything new with a mental reset. Good luck and Auld Lang Syne to coronavirus. Then, get back to work. https://saturdaymorninghustle.com/ --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/satmorninghustle/message

IT'S NEW YEARS EVE!To celebrate the close of the year, we are celebrating the close of Season 2 of the Movie Mount Rushmore. Long time listeners may remember that we closed Season 1 by counting down out TOP 10 Movies of all time. At the end of that episode last year, we made you all promise: that we revisit this list for the end of season 2 and compile a TOP 10 list of honourable TOP 10's of all time, along with a quick spoiler free review of The Rise of Skywalker, and also a MAJOR RANT from Nico regarding a condescending review put out a buy a narcissistic critic from Forbes (review that Nico got so angry about can be found here: https://www.forbes.com/sites/scottmendelson/2019/12/18/review-disney-and-lucasfilms-star-wars-the-rise-of-skywalker-is-a-terrible-end-to-the-skywalker-saga/Remember that we have some major announcements coming in Season 3 which we will make a quick podcast episode (about 5 mins) just before the release of Season 3. Tune in for that next week! For now, thanks for the insane support we've received this season. It's genuinely humbling that so many people from so many countries want to listen and we are doing our best so that in Season 3 you can reach us more easily and communicate with us. It's New Year's Eve!!! 2020 is looking sexy, don't you think? Enjoy this "lighter" episode and the drinking game within that will have you feeling buzzed in no time. You're welcome, but don't drive. This week, I talk about 17 true crime incidents with the added bonus of each story being based on the experience of a celebrity. Some made it out alive, others weren’t so lucky.. it’s my wholehearted opinion that were mental health (or lack thereof) not the culprit 99% of the time, the instigators of this episode would be able to look back and recognize their fatal error(s). Until we can fully acknowledge and, in turn, correctly treat mental illness in full spectrum, nothing can change. • Follow me on Instagram & Facebook @earthtobrittpodcast & on Twitter @earthtobrittpod. It's New Year's Eve 2018 and the Throne-boys are dropping a bumper episode juuuuust before the clock ticks midnight (ignore the timestamp on this episode)! It's New Years Eve, so we drank a full bottle of champagne, slammed six shots of gin, and recorded this episode. We are very sorry. Happy 2019.
It's New Years Eve 1999. People's memories and experiences are being bought, sold, and traded as a commodity, almost like a a euphoric drug. A terrible murder has taken place that can rock the world, and its terrible secrets are in play. Bodies are mounting to keep this secret buried and Lenny Nero is at the center of it. Welcome to the first Invasion of the Remake of 2018! Happy New Year! To celebrate the New Year we look at Kathryn Bigelow's Strange Days (1995) which takes place on the eve of the new millennium where there is social unrest and uncertainty in the future. It was a bomb at the box office but a hidden gem that must be shared and discussed. It starred Ralph Fiennes, Angela Bassett, Juliette Lewis, Tom Sizemore, Michael Wincott, Vincent D'Onofrio, and William Fichtner. Join us as we discuss this underappreciated neo-noir sci-fi classic and rethink it with a new cast and new ideas. Want to know what a remake might look like? This is the show for you! It's New Year's Eve, and Paul and Al have the traditional year-in-review show for you, featuring the 2017 Homies Awards. They're handing out gongs for the best comics, creators and moments of the past year, and looking forward to 2018 with a mixture of trepidation, anticipation and X-Nation 2099 (one of these is not true). Apologies for the sound issues on this episode - we'll have everything shipshape again by the time the next one rolls around.
It's New Year's Eve, and Tom, Joe and Lisa are ringing in the new year with another holiday slasher. This one takes bad horror to another level, with a woman-hating killer slashing his way through blondes every hour on NYE.
It's New Year's Eve and here I am chillin' in my underground Faygoluvers headquarters recording The Faygoluvers Podcast. That's alright though because I have a couple homies to keep me company. This is episode #30 and the last episode we'll be dropping in 2017 (obviously)! We had to make this one special so we have our homie Lex The Hex Master joining us! Lex and I got over his latest album dropped on Majik Ninja Entertainment, Beyond Redemption, the recording process, working with other unknown artists, Las Roaches Suite, The Dojo, the hoodie, the messages in his music and a whole lot more! Tune in for that. Also on this episode we have the ninja that now hold the record for most appearances on the podcast, Faygoluvers very own Scottie D. Scottie and I go over the 2017 Faygoluvers Music Awards, the new site design coming very soon to Faygoluvers.net, some 2018 resolutions, and thoughts on Lex The Hex Master. In the news we have some Esham, some Razakel, some ICP, some Lil' Rydas and more. If you can't tune in tonight cause you're partyin' 'n' shit, I understand. It is New Years after all. But at least check it out when you have that chance, ninja. It's New Year's Eve and before the ball drops, we're figuring out which celebrities are still alive and celebrating.
It's New Years Eve and the boys have decided to invite a few more friends to the studio and create probably the most reckless episode of the year. The conversation ranges from dilemmas that have been sent in to random quick fire questions about whatever comes to anyone's mind. The free flowing conversation mixed with alcohol gets very reckless and funny. People that were happily just chilling in the background couldn't help but get involved in the conversation about getting and keeping a man, cheating and making guys come through oral sex. To round off the good year we've had we didn't want to hit you with anything too serious before you head out tonight to celebrate. But thank your everyone for your support this year. Next year we will be back with more controversial episodes and even some live shows.
It's New Years Eve in The O.C. and things are going bananas. We finally get a full-dose of punchable-villain Oliver, Ryan learns to say "I love you", long-lost sisters appear, and Sandy and Kirsten swing their way into an exciting 2004. At the end of this episode we're visited by a special guest! Josh Hatfield, co-host of the Portland CA Podcast, tells us why "The Countdown" is his favorite episode. The OC Men watch Season 1 Episode 14 of The O.C. titled "The Countdown".
It's New Year's Eve, a time to look back and reflect on the year that has been as it slips away forever into the past before thoughts turn to the year ahead. What better way to spend part of the last day of 2015 than to catch up on some of this year's highlights in Spartanburg. With announcements like a new 10-story downtown Marriott AC hotel and streetscaping projects that have increased vibrancy in two important downtown areas, 2015 was a big year for Downtown Spartanburg. 2015 also saw the completion of a that, in addition to upgrading park equipment in neighborhood parks throughout the city, also included the City's first neighborhood park on the westside and included the new Thornton Activity Center at Stewart Park. It was also an important year for the Northside Initiative, with the first full year for Harvest Park, a , and the city taking possession of Oakview Apartments earlier this month, laying the groundwork for the future T.K. Gregg Recreation Center planned for the site. In fact, so much happened in Spartanburg in 2015 that cramming it all into one podcast would normally be virtually impossible, so how did we do it? Let's just say it involved a timer and a challenge to City Communications Manager Will Rothschild's ability to distill complicated local issues into their easily digestible essence.

It's New Year's Eve! Happy New Year! To continue the tradition of short and sweet holiday posts, here's another Mini Moved Me, this time the New Year's Eve "Round-Up" Edition. It's New Year's Eve and we've put out our least new listener friendly episode yet! Yes, as promised (threatened?) we watch Season 23's "How I Wet Your Mother" but only after we knock back a few cocktails. You'd need a drink too if you watched an episode where Homer wets the bed, so the family goes inside his dreams to figure out why. Oh and also they are chased by the specter of Death for some reason. And yes, we go way off the rails talking about "The Terminator" and Jack's junior high adventures, but if you skip to 25 minutes in, we do talk about the actual episode. How did Homer become garbage made flesh? Which character voices have changed the least in 25 years? And should we ever do another drunken podcast? Plus, a new game where Dan guesses which Simpsons episode titles are real and which ones Jack made up. We expect some hate-filled emails, but we like this episode and hope you do too. If you actually listen and enjoy it, let us know! Business as usual in 2015, and thanks everyone for a great 2014! www.weepodcast.com NEXT WEEK: Season 12's Homer vs. Dignity
It's New Years Eve 2014 and we have just managed to get to our 30th episode thanks to the handy-work of Kammerton (real name Stepan Chernov), a diverse musical talent who hails from the Russian city of Ulyanovsk, located on the Volga River 900 kilometres east of Moscow. Now living in Moscow, Stepan is an accomplished pianist, kapellmeister (chapel master/director of a choir), electronic music producer, DJ, sound engineer, sound designer for films & cartoons and he also runs the video podcast www.friendly-vibes.com, which is as he puts it: "for all lovers of warm groove and high spirits". Stepan has played at many clubs across central Russia and has held residencies at Moscow clubs Shanti and Propaganda and also on RTS.FM Moscow. He first caught our interest with his slick production work, most notably the amazing Take Me For Granted EP from 2012 that was released on Housewax, from which the track "A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats" was played on Avenue Red Radio show 004: https://soundcloud.com/avenue-red/radio-show-004. This mix is a mega deep, dark and groovy session of mysterious House and Techno, with lots of new music featured. Crank it on at high volume for your NYE celebrations, and be sure to download a copy... you may find that this mix really grows on you! "This mix is written spontaneously, one Sunday evening. I felt the need to unwind and leave the house. Quickly gathering my DJ bag, I went to a nice friendly bar in my home town of Ulyanovsk where I could play at any time. The venue did not want anything too active and energetic, the more so because it was Sunday, so I played deep and groovy styles. In recent times, I have found that I absolutely do not want to drink alcohol and I have been getting into different tea drinks, such as oolong. It gets me into an amazing deep meditative state and it helps me to really swing it in the mix." Alexandra O Rourke, aged 16, is not a happy camper. It's New Year's Eve. She should be partying in San Diego with her friends, but instead she is stuck in Boston, with just her younger sister, Jackie, for company. As if that wasn t bad enough, she is being haunted by Sarah, the ghost of a seventeenth century Puritan. Oh, and there is the small matter of the charge of witchcraft to be sorted out.
