We open with a Friday favorite and that's Tara Bull's Top 10 News stories the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn't cover for you this week. We then dive into an interesting few stories that seems to indicate several investigations are underway. DNI Tulsi Gabbard mentioned evidence of voting machine hacks and manipulation. John Solomon discusses more evidence that the Biden White House coordinated their lawfare attacks on Trump with Jack Smith. In Senate testimony, there is work underway to see if the intelligence community and/or law enforcement were behind the violence of January 6. And, Trump signed an order stripping Chris Krebs of his clearance while an investigation is taking place regarding his involvement in the 2020 election integrity work he did. Peter Navarro is curious why the Legacy/mainstream media cannot find anything good to say about the Trump tariff strategy? Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) had to admit that the strategy worked better than he could have imagined. On the flipside, elitists on the Left wonder if the upending of the world economy is worth it just to create some HVAC jobs. The Space Force base commander in Greenland, Colonel Susan Meyers has been relieved of command for flagrant insubordination. We are learning the Biden regime buried information that dozens of U.S. military personnel contracted COVID-19 while on an exercise in Wuhan in late 2019, BEFORE the virus supposedly was even released. Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) says food and homes cost so much because Trump is deporting all of the migrants who do those jobs. The Left really wants to keep the slave labor class intact, don't they? Finally, Gen Z'ers discover it is cheaper to brew their own coffee at home and Donald Trump wants Congress to keep the clocks where they are. Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) has a bill to do just that. Last night, Sen. John Kennedy (R- LA) was on Hannity last night and he had a hilarious response to the democrats 'new leader' AOC. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
President Trump has been talking about the unfairness of tariffs since at least the 1980s. The world is mad at Trump over new tariffs. Trump declares April 2 “Liberation Day" as tariffs begin to take effect. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) is upset about voter ID as Wisconsin voters add it to their state constitution. New books show the chaos behind the scenes for Democrats during the 2024 campaign, and Joe Biden's former chief of staff comes clean on how bad it was. Investigative journalist Mike Benz uncovers yet another Biden family scandal. Student visa revoked for Cornell student, who self-deports. MS-13. Charlie Kirk drops some serious truth about the founding fathers. Senator John Kennedy (R-La.) shoots down the practice of "national injunctions" among judges. The show opens with a reminder of VP JD Vance's worry that our European allies are not sharing the same shared values we once had, which dovetails into the lawfare against Marine LePen in France. Another activist judge believes he controls the hiring and firing at the CIA. Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) cannot find any statutory and Constitutional basis for the wielding of such inferior court powers. DOGE reveals that the U.S. Institute of Peace not only deleted 1TB of financial data, which was thankfully recovered by the DOGE team, but we are getting a slight glimpse into their lavish spending. On top of that, they were also doling out taxpayer money to the Taliban and Iraq. We look at the effects of the woke mind virus on people and how sad and debilitating it is. It causes fits of rage, damage to property, criminal behavior and a desire to blame the innocent over the law-breakers. So, let's remind you about that loan Musk took to get Tesla off the ground. He qualified under a loan program conceived by President Obama and put into law by a Democrat controlled congress. And, while several other also took a loan, he paid his back in full, early and with interest. Many of the others went bankrupt and had their loans forgiven. The Atlantic screws up another story. Turns out the “innocent' Maryland man deported to El Salvador was really an MS13 gang member, now designated as a terrorist. Border Czar Tom Homan makes no apologies for what they are doing. Leslie Stahl is a filthy piece of human debris. Interviewing a Jewish hostage of Hamas who was freed thanks to Donald Trump, when he comments he was starved, she immediately tried to find an excuse, asking him to consider if that was only because Hamas didn't have food for themselves? He immediately told her they ate in front of him as part of his torture. We close with a few back-to-back stories. A childless woman thinks she should get Meternity leave. The Anteater himself, Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) who is worried about oligarchs, paid his stepson over $800,000 to run his foundation. The Village Idiot Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) demonstrated real racial bigotry toward Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and his wife, so we get a Jim Gossett satire song about the ghetto. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. We open the show with a little more discussion over the nothingness that is Signalgate, other than finding out who invited Jeffrey Goldberg into the discussion. The Left is full of tremendously unserious and inconsistent people. Yesterday in the House, a hearing took place regarding taxpayer funds flowing into PBS and NPR. It wasn't a good day for the leadership of those public funded broadcast institutions. More attacks are happening to Telsa owners, dealers and charging stations and the administration will consider it Domestic Terrorism. They may be difficult for some hosts on Legacy/mainstream media to understand, but the rest of us know the difference between protesting and committing acts of violence and destruction. Too bad Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) doesn't know the difference between “lawfare” and “law enforcement.” Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) wants to know where in the Constitution a district judge has the power to create universal injunctions. It does not exist. Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) wants us to believe her “Governor Hot Wheels” comment was about the planes, trains and automobiles Gov. Abbott (R-TX) was using to transport illegals. A Fox News reporter tried to get her to apologize, but she refuses. Finally, I think Trump's tariff war with Canada is designed to help Pierre Poilievre win the election in Canada. Trump is setting Pierre up to be a hero who is going to rally the Canadian people, just like Trump did here in the United States. We open the show with the topic of how the Left has organized itself to go after Tesla and seem to be okay with the idea of “by any means necessary.” Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) is a lone voice of sanity, saying destruction of property is wrong. Kevin O'Leary made the same comment, suggesting law-breakers need to be made into an example. Shermichael Singleton added that Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) was acting like a moron to delight in Tesla stock dropping at the hands of their coordinated attacks. Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) was also disappointed in Walz and in the Democrat party. In the meantime, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) was on a Leftist video call with 100's, helping to coordinate simultaneous attacks on 500+ Tesla locations/targets on March 29. As a member of Congress, she said all she wanted for her birthday on that day was “for Elon Musk to be taken down.” We then look at the transcript of the hearing in Judge Boasberg's courtroom. Seems the DOJ was supposed to read his mind and should have known how he was going to rule before he even held the hearing. I guess it's cool now to admit he is a partisan, activist hack who does not care about the rule of law. On the flip side, Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller commented on how the Trump team, while constantly attacked with lawfare, have been sticking to the rule of law. AG Pam Bondi issued a statement saying that the removal of designated foreign terrorists is not under the purview of district court judges. WH Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt also discussed how it's been obvious how Democrats have been “judge shopping” in an effort to slow-walk the President's agenda. Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) spent more time today illustrating how to resolve the issue with these activist judges. It's a great three minutes of history, current events and an application of the Constitution. Seems Mark Cuban was once all for the reduction of personnel and waste in the government. That was all the way back in 2017. We wonder what's changed so much since then? Unhinged and dangerous founder of The Lincoln Project, Rick Wilson has been banned from X for 30 days for promoting acts of violence and terror against Elon Musk. And we close with some wise words from Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA). Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. We open the show with what appeared to be egg on the faces of both AG Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel. Fox Legal Analyst Greg Jarrett says the SDNY FBI office opened themselves up for both investigation and possible criminality. And, I think that was the plan all along. I've said many times, when problems arise on the Left, if it goes to the FBI, it will likely be swept under the rug. Where are we with the Butler, PA assassination attempt? Federal employees continue to fill the news cycle with their wails of harassment over an email. So, I quote a private sector trucker on X who goes by American Trucker. He puts it into perspective. I am back to wanting Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) to be the permanent spokesperson for the DNC. Her rant on the value of X and of Elon Musk is nothing short of brilliant buffoonery. Yesterday, in the Oval Office, VP JD Vance was asked a question about his “free speech” speech last week in Germany. Visiting PM Kier Starmer said he was proud of the UK's stance on free speech. So, I bring you the arrest of a British citizen for sharing something that “caused another anxiety.” And, that's not the worst part of it. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is looking to pull funding out of NATO. Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) has an observation on the people yelling at Elon Musk and DOGE. Former Biden aide Michael LaRosa now says everyone knew Biden was cognitively impaired and knowingly hid it. And, Secretary of the Treasury, Scott Bessent said, while he is a deficit hawk, there is so much broken, they need a slower draw down to fix what Bidenomics wrecked. We close with the “heated” exchange that took place today in the Oval office with the temper-tantrum throwing President Zelenskyy. While Trump was upbeat and happy about signing off on the rare minerals deal, Zelenskyy had other plans. In front of the media, he continued to challenge the US, demanding more and more, acting entitled to whatever he wanted while not committing to the minerals deal. That is what led up to the exchange and Trump admitted he allowed it to go on for over 5 minutes to show the world what we are dealing with in Zelenskyy. The Left will, of course, be all-in for Ukraine, but our Commander-in-Chief put the United States first and showed the world we are not going to be bullied by anyone. Our show opens with horrific news that Hamas says a kidnapped mother and her two babies, now ages 2 and 5, are dead and they will be turning over their bodies. It's a reminder that a culture of death cannot co-exist with a culture of life. I once again get additional comment to that effect from independent Australian news reporter Erin Molan. We then look at the Delta flight that hit the runway so hard, it lost it's landing gear and rolled onto it's roof. The Legacy/mainstream media and the Left are desperate to hang this around Donald Trump and his cuts. It fails at every level, but they keep trying to use lies, fear and propaganda to shake loose his supporters. Attorney Alina Habba reminds everyone that while the Left wants to claim getting a Temporary Protection Order (“TPO”) as a win, it's only just that – temporary. In most of the cases, they are being overturned. White House Spokesperson Karoline Leavitt told audience much the same, having to constantly fight fake news and false narratives. Yet, even MSNBC had to painfully admit that judges are siding with the Trump administration. When it comes to cutting fat in a failing institution, Kevin O'Leary tells a CNN panel that you should always cut 20% more than you think. He believes all of the departments in the Federal government need to be greatly reduced. In a sudden shift, former Covid Czar Dr. Deborah Brix now suggests that the mRNA vaccine wasn't a normal vaccine and that it wasn't meant for young or healthy people. She is literally gaslighting everything she and all of public health pushed. Not everyone in the EU was upset at the speech VP JD Vance delivered. In fact, it's becoming a rallying cry for those who are tired of the globalist agenda taking root in all of Western Europe. On a similar note, swing voters are very happy at the pace and direction of the Trump presidency. Much to CNN's dismay, pollster Frank Luntz had to admit that people who think of themselves as Democrats and had voted that way until 2024, are very happy with the direction the country is headed. We wrap up with the wit and humor of Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA). He basically articulates the same things we've been wondering. With so many in the country liking the changes Trump is bringing, how do they think being “the Resistance” is a winning message? Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. You can find me on Facebook, X, Instagram, GETTR and TRUTH Social by searching for The Alan Sanders Show. Our show opens with great news, the confirmation of Tulsi Gabbard as our new Director of National Intelligence. We then spend time throwing Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) under the bus for his utter lack of loyalty back to her for all she once did for him. President Trump announced a positive phone call with Russian President Putin. They are going to move rapidly toward a resolution with Ukraine and with President Zelenskyy. The CPI was expected to rise .3% today, but inflation is up .5% month-to-month. As predicted, the Left, led by Sen. Chuck “You” Schumer (D-NY) tried to put the blame on Donald Trump. Keep in mind, Trump was barely in office for 10 days out of the month of January. The real reason is the last minute spending spree from the Biden regime. Michael Shellenberger with Public continues their reporting into USAID and how they paid to plant fake evidence for the first Trump impeachment. Well, it looks like they were also behind the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. And, on the subject of corruption, law-breaking and collusion, new emails from NARA show the Mar-a-Lago raid was started out of Joe Biden's White House. I'm not sure what new intel might have motivated it, but President Trump said he was fed up with the hostages not being released all at once and said he wants them all turned over by noon on Saturday. Israel, who would be responsible for any attack, agreed with Trump. Independent Australian reporter, Erin Molan, weighed-in on this and wonders why it took this long for someone to show real strength? The Left continues to try to get us to believe that Elon Musk is in charge and Trump is upset by that. It's laughable to see the lengths to which our state-run propagandists are willing to go to lie to us. And they have added a new tactic – they now say, just because Musk is saying he found fraud, doesn't mean he really found anything. Even the Biden GAO said there is upwards of $500+ billion a year in fraud in our government. Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) also made an ironic observation about those who don't want the government audited, but were fine hiring 80,000 IRS agents with guns to come audit us. National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett believes Musk's team is doing an amazing job. But, a Tossin' with Toobin segment shows CNN is going to run with the “we don't believe them” narrative. Onto corrupt Federal judges. CNN's Scott Jennings rips his panel apart with truth and logic. The judges are so biased and flawed and they don't even bother hiding it. AG Pam Bondi says they are going to fight back against the lawfare. Finally, Sec of Defense Pete Hegseth has made it clear, Ukraine will not be rolled into NATO and no US troops will be deployed. Hostage Marc Fogel has been released from Russia thanks to Donald Trump. And, fresh off of the release of all the 60 Minutes footage of the Kamala Harris interview, Trump has upped his suit against CBS to $20 billion! Today we open with a suggestion to CNN to get Abby Phillip to take back the propaganda point that she used to shut down Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) regarding the wasteful allocation of nearly $50million dollars for condoms in Gaza. We have the receipts and it shows the payment ready to be sent had DOGE not stopped it. On the other hand, maybe we should let Legacy/mainstream media continue to lie, since it will only hasten their end. We then spend a lot of time on even more elements of USAID that have come to light since yesterday's show. One of the areas the Democrats are desperate to keep under wraps is just how far back we have been funding gain-of-function to create a coronavirus that can infect humans. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has been tasked as Acting Director to USAID while the DOGE team can work with them to assess what is still viable spending and what is not. While we discuss that, we hear from a USAID employee on their mad scramble to hide their woke/DEI accouterments when they heard DOGE was in the building. Outside of the building, Democrat lawmakers continually lied to the American people, including the Designated Liar himself, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD). Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) told those on the Left to “call someone who cares,” knowing that this is exactly what the people wanted when they voted for Donald Trump. Sen. Chuck “You” Schumer (D-NY) teased us with the idea that DOGE might go after the IRS next! Please, don't make threats you don't intend to keep! Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is certainly in the running for one of the dumbest representatives in the House. She took to her social media to tell us how unintelligent Elon Musk is. You cannot make this up if you tried! On a positive note, at least 1,000 EPA employees are being fired, 20,000 Federal employees have decided to resign and take the severance package and we will likely see 4000 more let go when Trump eliminates the Department of Education. We also get a win from Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum who is going to open up public lands for energy exploration and extraction. And, finally, it looks like RFK, Jr. was voted out of committee and will head to the full Senate for a final confirmation vote. Word is, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel and Tulsi Gabbard will follow suit. Doesn't winning feel great!

Today's show opens with new cell phone video footage released from one of the people critically injured in the Trump assassination attempt. The footage from James Copenhaver clearly shows the shooter moving around on the room of the AGR building. He pops up and down and runs across, looking for his spot to setup. How is it possible Secret Service counter-snipers never saw any movement? Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) said he is going to stay on top of Acting Director Ronald Rowe as if Rowe had stolen his dog. It seems the Biden-Harris Administration is pro-Hamas and pro-terrorist. First they chose to not prosecute any of the law breakers who protested in D.C. when Prime Minister Netanyahu spoke to Congress. Then, they decided to let the two illegal Jordanians who tried to ram a truck onto Marine Base Quantico get bail to walk the streets again. Then, they just announced a plea deal with KSM, mastermind of 9/11, along with two other terrorists. Embrace weirdness. It means you are unique. An individual. It should me you reject the idea of “sameness” and being part of a commune. Donald Trump showed courage and fortitude in his attendance of the National Association of Black Journalists panel discussion. He was treated horribly by ABC's Rachel Scott, but managed to win the audience over and make her look foolish. When it comes to DEI and Kamala Harris running as an Indian-American before deciding she is black is not a Trump opinion. It's a fact. And if ABC has issue with that, they should take it up with Biden and Harris equally. They are inextricably tied together in everything and we need to never let that fact be forgotten. Looks like the Olympics has found a way to make domestic violence, not only acceptable, but also applaudable. I thought the IOC wasn't going to allow men to participate in women's sports. Yet, an Italian female boxer, for her only personal safety, had to call an end to her fight after just 45 seconds. And, ironically, today is the day the Biden-Harris change to Title IX goes into effect in the United States. Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) tweeted that “trans women are real women.” So, let the front runner for Kamala Harris to be her VP pick live with the label of being in favor of supporting domestic abuse. Today's show spends a lot of time looking at the techno-thriller's 3rd re-write (to-date) and how the script keeps getting worse with each successive draft. Today we had the Acting Director for the US Secret Service, Ronald Rowe, and Deputy Director of the FBI, Paul Abbate, testifying before the Senate. Today's hearing was really no more productive than the one hosted by the House last week. We did learn that the USSS has determined their failure was a “failure of imagination.” Apparently, they failed to imagine that there might be bad people in the world who might want to carry out bad deeds. They failed to imagine what would happen if they just assumed their law enforcement partners already knew what they were doing. They failed to imagine what it might be like to not have a more well thought out communication plan. By the time questions were asked by Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Senator Blumenthal (D-MA), Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Senator John Kennedy (R-LA), my head had already exploded multiple times. One thing is clear, we need to talk to the commander of the police units who was coordinating the other law enforcement personnel. There was obvious failure on that side of the story as well, and there are serious questions that need to be answered. I had a lot of show prep regarding VP Kamala Harris, but decided to do more of an overview today, given how long I took to cover the Senate hearing. I do want to implore everyone to stick to Kamala's current accomplishments, her current talking points and any past promises. We do not need to get personal because that will only muddy the water. She is a failed liberal with a Marxist view for America. We need to hammer that over and over from now until November 5. Today's show opens with my reminder that the Democrats are setting a trap for Trump if he ends up winning the election. I've said this before, but we all need to repeat this as often as we can, they are fudging the numbers both for inflation and employment. They need it to look good to help Biden. If Biden loses, they will open the floodgates and try to convince us it's Trump's fault. We need to do our own pre-bunking before that happens. The next major topic of discussion was Joe Biden's staged interview with George Stephanopoulos. It was supposed to put an end to his bad debate performance. While he had more energy and had more talking points, it was only 22 minutes and he had some gaffes, stammers and long pauses that have not reassured Democrats. Following the interview, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) said it was too little too late. In his words, “...politically, he is as dead as fried chicken.” Politico released a story entitled, “'In denial': Democrats livid that Biden is digging in.” Mollie Hemingway, Editor-in-Chief at The Federalist, commented first that the voter base isn't calling for Joe's removal as much as it's the elected Democrats and strategists. She also said the White House press corps should all resign for having been mislead or lying this whole time. As Biden continued his rehab tour, he went a couple of urban radio stations. CNN decided to interview the two different on-air hosts and one woman admitted the White House sent her the questions and she got to pick the four she would ask. The whole thing was pre-scripted. So, in true Democrat fashion, the radio host was fired for revealing the truth, while Joe Biden continues to lie about his cognitive capabilities. Then, today, Joe Biden decided to call into The Morning Joe on NBC. It was yet another train wreck, this time with Biden getting verbally angry and yelling about hoaxes and having been “with Trump” when he heard his say the ‘suckers and losers' line. It's getting worse everyday for Biden. At a small gathering in Philadelphia, he told the audience that, “Even when I was running for Senate, each time I ran, quite frankly, not a joke, Philadelphia, in particular, got me across the line.” He was never a representative from Pennsylvania. Never. It's been revealed that a Parkinson's specialist was on the White House visitor logs. This led citizen journalist Wendy Patterson to note that Parkinson's can sometimes lead to dementia, which is called Parkinson's Disease Dementia. PDD issues can include difficulty concentrating, remembering things or making sound judgments. People with PDD may also develop depression, anxiety or irritability and may hallucinate. Finally, we have to call balls and strikes and today we have to correct Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA). She put out a tweet talking about the ages of some of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. She got most of the names wrong. Had she said they were our Founding Fathers, it would have been no problem. The worst problem for Republicans is to make those unforced errors. Today's show open's with new revelations from Rep. Barry Loudermilk's (R-GA) J6 subcommittee investigation that the Secret Service driver was not allowed to testify for months after Cassidy Hutchinson lied about Donald Trump trying to take control of The Beast. On top of that, it looks like former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WO) was communicating with Hutchinson through Alyssa Farah Griffin, co-host of The View. So, Loudermilk has asked for copies of all communication they had. We then look at a few more moments from yesterday's Judiciary Committee hearing with AG Merrick Garland. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) wanted to know under what law or authority was Jack Smith's office created? Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-IN) wanted to know Garland's plan if the SCOTUS rules against the DOJ misusing 18USC1512(c)(2) on the J6 participants. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) wanted to know if Garland was disappointed in Jack Smith given his admission to tampering with evidence. Garland did not like any of those questions, nor did he deal well with them. The nation's chief law enforcement officer, Merrick Garland, is really the nation's chief lawfare officer. That's that current state in which we are living. A simple analysis done by the Media Research Center shows just how one-sided their coverage was of the lawfare in the Alvin Bragg case in NYC. It turns out, 96% of people who only watched the news on ABC, CBS and NBC would not have known that “star witness” Michael Cohen was a convicted perjurer. And no one would have been told about the Judge's partisan issues and how his daughter was raising millions for Democrats on the case and on anti-Trump messaging. Joe Biden wants us to believe he just now found out he has the authority to pass Executive Orders. He held a presser about his desire to (finally) do something at the border. Well, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) had some thoughts about that and tried to school the members of the Legacy/mainstream media about their bias. On a positive note, Black Panthers founding member David Hilliard is backing Donald Trump for president, calling him an “ally of the black population.” If polling holds, Trump is currently garnering the most black support for a Republican presidential candidate since Dwight D. Eisenhower. Finally, a gay, cross-dressing man who calls himself Lady Maga USA has been schooling pro-Palestinian supporters at various Pride parades. He is helping to illustrate how the radical Left has been using and abusing these young people both on and off campus. Our conversation focuses on: America's economy as inflationary prices persist with high interest rates. AP reported: "Mortgage rates, credit card rates, auto loan rates, and business loans with variable rates will all likely maintain their highs, with consequences for consumer spending, after the Federal Reserve indicated Wednesday that it doesn't plan to cut interest rates until it has “greater confidence” that price increases at the consumer level are slowing to its 2% target. The central bank kept its key rate at a two-decade high of roughly 5.3%, where it has been since last August.” Illegal immigration impacting cities and local communities — will America's citizens and leaders address this crisis? President Joe Biden's policy on Israel. The Biden administration's decision to block the transfer of congressionally approved military aid to the Jewish state presents greater risks. Critics voice concerns that Biden's policy will embolden Israel's enemies in the region, notably Iran, a state sponsor of terrorism. Speaker Mike Johnson held a high-profile press conference unveiling the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act alongside the bill's leaders in the House and Senate, Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, and Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah. According to Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee and co-sponsor of the SAVE act: "Current law makes it illegal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections, but it does not require states to obtain documentary proof of U.S. citizenship before an individual registers to vote. The SAVE Act would amend the National Voter Registration Act to clarify that states must require proof of citizenship when registering individuals to vote in federal elections." Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) grills Olympian cross country skier Gus Schumacher who testified about climate change (or did he really?) and the answers (or non answers) are hilarious. What a doofus.CO2 as measured by ice cores is giving us an inaccurate history of CO2 in the atmosphere. Plant measurements give a much more accurate description and history. CO2 is not a problem.

Today opens with two different court filings. The first is Judge Scott McAfee in Fulton County, Georgia agreeing to push the request by the Defense to have his disqualification ruling reviewed by the Court of Appeals. The second filing is, in my estimation, both a threat to J6'ers and to the SCOTUS from US Attorney Matthew Graves and company. I told you two weeks ago, a 3 judge appeals review in Washington, D.C. ruled that the felony charge of disruption a proceeding was not proper and caused sentencing to be overly harsh. That charge, 1512c2, is also part of what the US Supreme Court is reviewing in the Jack Smith case against Donald Trump. Knowing that the SCOTUS is likely going to also find that statute cannot be used, Graves has fired off a warning that if anyone asks for their already litigated verdicts to be reviewed or vacated, he was going to ask for the maximum sentencing for any of the other charges. In other words, we have a DOJ attorney promising to retaliate with longer sentences. Next we get to Day One of the public hearing of the House Impeaching Inquiry of Joe Biden. I breakdown witness Tony Bobulinski's opening statement, followed by a statement from the head of the Ways and Means Committee, Rep. Jason Smith (R-MO). Remember, much of this investigation started from the two IRS whistleblowers who were frustrated with being thwarted and stonewalled by the FBI and the DOJ. Former Hunter Biden Biden business partner, Jason Galanis, testified to business calls where Joe Biden was brought in when Hunter “needed a little help getting across the finish line.” There was another call made to Joe regarding the wife of a Russian Mayor and oligarch. Joe told them to “be good to my boy,” and days later Hunter got millions. By the way, this is the same wife of the Mayor who managed to dodge and White House sanctions on Russia. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) made an opening statement reminding all of us why the inquiry was so important. Remember, there is no way the Senate will convict Joe of anything. But the words Jordan gives us are for us to share with one another to help with the November election. The last soundbite is an exchange between Rep. Jim Jordan and Tony Bobulinski about who “the Big Guy” is. Bobulinski confirms it is Joe Biden and then goes one step further to state that the IRS investigators got subpoenas to pull information out of Apple's iCloud to confirm. In other news that broke yesterday, a Chinese billionaire film mogul admitted to funneling illegal donation to NY politicians including Mayor Adams. It seems the Chinese have found a way to infiltrate and control our elected leaders via lots and lots of money. Maybe that's why the Senate will not vote to convict Biden and why Biden is beholden to Chinese interests. Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) shows us just how bad DEI hirings and promotions have become. Judge Nancy L. Maldonado was selected by Biden to serve on the 7th Circuit. Kennedy reveals her utter lack of qualification with one question. We end on the concept of the soft bigotry of low expectation. Washington State's Supreme Court just ruled that the bar exam should no longer be a requirement because it is too hard for people color. You cannot be any more degrading, condescending and bigoted than to tell someone they are incapable of achieving. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. We take our hats off to the men and women of Pearl Harbor, especially those December 7, 1941. That day, the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor put us in a World War on two different continents. America surviving WWI is a miracle and a story of an era of people who still put "Country First." On today's show, we discuss in detail and hear from our lawmakers about the HUGE issues of our day: antisemitism, racism, criminality, legislative debacles in Washington, and how our leader -- Joe Biden, appears to be headed down the Impeachment Road. And it's not looking positive for the President. We hear from several Ivy League college Presidents who shocked most of us with their unwillingness to call out the antisemitism on their campuses that is turning into violence at some times. NONE of the three University presidents would admit they "should" take action for the cries of their students and faculty members for the genocide of the people of Israel. FBI Director Chris Wray discussed with Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) the "alleged" weaponization of parts of the FBI to stifle social media posts. The issue is that doing so, is the violation of social media posters of their First Amendment rights.
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (12/05/2023): 3:05pm- On Tuesday, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Christopher Wray testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee. In a notable exchange, Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) accused the bureau of violating the Fourth Amendment by routinely accessing communications between Americans without receiving a constitutionally necessary court-order beforehand. 3:15pm- Investigative reporter for The Daily Caller James Lynch writes that “the Department of Justice (DOJ) secured court orders to prevent Google from informing congressional staffers of the DOJ's efforts to monitor their communications, according to court documents. Legal group Empower Oversight released the five court orders Monday after filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the records related to the DOJ's previously unknown attempts to monitor the communications of staffers conducting oversight of the department.” You can read the full article here: https://dailycaller.com/2023/12/04/doj-blocked-google-informing-congressional-staffers-spied-court-orders/ 3:20pm- During Tuesday's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) asked FBI Director Christopher Wray which FBI official made the decision to raid Mar-a-Lago, the home of former President Donald Trump, and retrieve classified documents. Wray said no single individual made the decision. 3:30pm- On Tuesday, the House Oversight Committee held a hearing on the effects of a Biden Administration rule proposal change to Title IX which would expand the definition of sexual discrimination to include any school policy that prevents biological males identifying as female from competing in women's athletic competitions. Among the individuals testifying during the hearing is NCAA swimming champion, and women's sports advocate, Riley Gaines. Gaines insisted that there should be a place for everyone in collegiate sports, but that it isn't safe or fair for biological males to compete against biological females. 3:40pm- During Tuesday's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) asked FBI Director Christopher Wray if anyone at the bureau was fired after targeting Catholics and inappropriately labeling them as radical hate group members. 4:05pm- According to a report from NBC4 New York, “[a]t least four gold bars tied to the FBI search of Sen. Robert Menendez's home had been directly linked to a New Jersey businessman now accused of bribing the state's senior senator, Bergen County prosecutor records from a 2013 robbery case show. The businessman, Fred Daibes, reported to police he was the victim of an armed robbery in 2013, and he asked police to recover the gold bars stolen from him. In the 2013 robbery, Daibes reported $500,000 in cash and 22 gold bars were stolen, Edgewater police records show. Police later caught four suspects with the stolen goods.” You can read the full report from Jonathan Dienst, Courtney Copenhagen, and Tom Winter here: https://www.nbcnewyork.com/investigations/gold-bars-featured-in-bob-menendez-bribe-case-linked-to-2013-robbery-records-show/4919801/ 4:20pm- In a new advertisement, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX)—who is now running for Mayor of Houston—accidentally provides her supporters with the wrong election date! A graphic featured in the commercial encourages voters to cast their ballots on or before December 7th—however, the election is actually taking place on December 9th. 4:30pm- Brandon Drey of The Daily Wire writes: “A federal court on Monday halted the prison sentence for Douglas Mackey, who was convicted earlier this year of election interference for posting memes that mocked Hillary Clinton voters to cast their ballot via text during the 2016 presidential election. Mackey was accused of a ‘scheme to deprive individuals of their constitutional right to vote' after a Twitter account he ran under the handle ‘Ricky Vaughn' posted memes in the lead-up to the election. In October, Judge Ann M. Donnelly of Federal District Court in Brooklyn sentenced Mackey to 7 months in prison, a $15,000 fine, and two years probation.” You can read the full article here: https://www.dailywire.com/news/douglas-mackeys-meme-related-prison-sentence-halted-by-federal-court 4:40pm- During a speech at the 2023 United Nations Conference on Climate Change, U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry said that coal fired power plants should not be permitted to exist anywhere in the world. According to the audio, he may have emitted “natural gas” of his own making while on stage… 4:50pm- On Sunday evening, a disturbing Pro-Palestinian protest in Philadelphia took place— consisting of anti-Semitic chants and the intentional targeting of a restaurant owned by an American-Israeli chef. Only one national news network reported on the story. 5:05pm- On Tuesday, the House Oversight Committee held a hearing on the effects of a Biden Administration rule proposal change to Title IX which would expand the definition of sexual discrimination to include any school policy that prevents biological males identifying as female from competing in women's athletic competitions. One TikTok user calculated how much Kevin would have to spend in 2023 in order to buy those same groceries—an estimated $68, meaning there has been a 248% increase in prices since the movie's theatrical release! Plus, Henry continues to insist that Eyes Wide Shut is a Christmas film. 6:40pm- Ari Blaff of National Review writes: “The Department of Justice is preventing two would-be whistleblowers from testifying in the Biden impeachment investigation, House Republicans claim in a report on the status of their investigation released Tuesday. The 78-page report, issued by the House Judiciary, Ways and Means, and Oversight Committees, accuses the DOJ of stonewalling the congressional investigation into allegations that the Biden administration gave the president's son special treatment while investigating his failure to pax federal income taxes in 2017 and 2018.” You can read the full report here: https://www.nationalreview.com/news/doj-blocking-whistleblowers-from-testifying-in-hunter-biden-probe-house-gop-investigators-say/

The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: 3:05pm- On Tuesday, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Christopher Wray testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Today's show opens with the two most important lines from yesterday's GOP debate. To be honest, I didn't even know it was last night. They are all competing to see who gets to come in second behind Donald Trump, anyway, so there isn't much to watch. However, Vivek Ramaswamy opened with one of the best rebukes of GOP Chair Ronna McDaneil and an equally massive indictment against the Legacy/mainstream media. It was glorious to behold. He then closed the evening with a reminder that Joe Biden is not really the president, but more of a spokesperson for the unelected bureaucracy. CNN just fired a Palestinian journalist after he claimed he “embedded with” Hamas terrorists during the October 7 attack. This lends suspicion that this person was well aware of the impending attack and chose to keep quiet. There is even a picture of him being kissed by a Hamas commander. Earlier this week, Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) was censured in the House. After her constant lies and anti-Semitic hatred, the House had had enough. She continues to employ taqiyya – the element of Sharia Law that allows a Muslim to lie and even denounce their own faith if their virtuous intent is to fool their enemies enough to gain their trust and then harm or kill them. That's what she is doing. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre thinks she sorta, kinda may have seen some reporting about people ripping down the missing and kidnapped signs in place. But, she wants you to know, she's just not going to into specifics on that particular thing. Why? Because she cannot alienate a large segment of her own Democrat voting block. Oh, if you missed it earlier this week, an amendment was proposed on the House floor to lower Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg's salary down to one dollar. Apparently he was caught being driven to within a few hundred feet of work and then gets on his bike and rides the rest of the way to virtue-signal his commitment to fighting climate change. Well, thanks to Karine's games, Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) has introduced an amendment to also lower her salary to one dollar. Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) had a wonderful grilling of DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on the border and border policy. He closed with a perfect description of the competence of the walking male member with eyebrows. “Either you're not qualified to manage a Costco food court or you believe in open borders.” Finally, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says their Oversight Committee has tens of thousands of bank activity reports and hundreds of suspicious bank activity reports on the Bidens. He says they have the evidence and it looks like the Bidens were involved in money laundering, selling access, bribes and corruption. Accordingly, Rep. James Comer (R-KY) has signed off on dozens of subpoenas for members of the Biden Crime Family Syndicate. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: The author of “Gender Queer” said that the book is not meant for children. The book gained notoriety when, earlier this month, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) read several, graphic passages from the book during a Senate hearing on “anti-book ban” legislation. Earlier in the week, a missing Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II valued at $90 million was located. The stealth jet went missing after a pilot was forced to eject over North Carolina—a debris field has been spotted in Williamsburg County. We now have incredible audio of the pilot calling 9-1-1 and speaking to a very confused emergency operator. The Daily Caller's Malik Lahrim spoke with people on the streets of Washington D.C.—asking liberals to explain why people “can change gender” but not change races. The answers are unsurprisingly hilarious. Dr. Victoria Coates— Former Deputy National Security Advisor & the Vice President of the Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss a Washington Post report indicating that the Biden Administration will provide the Ukrainian military with long-range missiles. The missiles will now allow Ukraine to strike Russian-held territories. Will this lead to a massive escalation in warfare? Plus, in an interview with Fox News' Bret Baier, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman said if Iran gets a nuclear weapon, “so will we.” Dr. Coates is the author of “David's Sling: A History of Democracy in Ten Works of Art.” You can find her book here: https://www.amazon.com/Davids-Sling-History-Democracy-Works/dp/1594037213 In a video that has gone viral on social media, Barstool Sports CEO Dave Portnoy confronts Washington Post journalist Emily Heil over a “hit piece” she wrote about him—the article was published on Friday.
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (09/22/2023): 3:05pm- Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Robert Menendez (D-NJ) has been charged with accepting hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes in exchange for providing Egypt with “sensitive U.S. government information.” During a Friday press conference announcing a three-count indictment, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Damian Williams explained that federal prosecutors found $500,000 in cash, as well as gold bars, in Sen. Menendez' home—some of which contained fingerprints or DNA of Fred Daibes, a real estate developer also accused of bribing Menendez and his wife Nadine. According to The New York Times, Daibes pled guilty to financial crimes in 2022. Senator Menendez and his wife have both denied the criminal conduct alleged by prosecutors. You can read more here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/immigration/2023/09/20/border-influx-migrants-biden/ 3:55pm- During Friday's briefing, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked how she could consider the Biden Administration's response to illegal immigration along the U.S. Southern border a “success” when 10,000 people are crossing unlawfully every day. Incredibly, she blamed Republicans. Similarly, while speaking at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute's 46th Annual Awards Gala, President Joe Biden blamed “MAGA Republicans” for “gutting the immigration system” and undermining border security. 4:05pm- The author of “Gender Queer” said that the book is not meant for children. Today's show notes will be a little shorter. The first half of today's episode is dedicated to the first primary debate. I remind everyone that I am for any candidate who is a Constitutionalist. Donald Trump was a great Constitutionalist and if he is the nominee, I will gladly vote for him again. However, my job is to also provide some analysis and thoughts on the other candidates. In my estimations, Asa Huthinson, Chris Christie and Mike Pence really have no chance. They are begging for relevance and it's painful to watch. Nikki Haley came across as irritating and unlikable. Ron DeSantis did a good job. He didn't make any drastic errors, but he didn't knock it out of the park either. Tim Scott was really good and likable, but did dodge some of the questions on government spending. Doug Burgum was a surprise, hearing such a clear Constitutionalist message was fantastic, but no one knows who he is. I loved the message, but fear his obscurity will be a major impediment. Finally, Vivek Ramaswamy was the clear winner last night, which will put a target on him from now until the next debate. In the meantime, with more than 10 lawyers now arrested in Atlanta and their mugshots gleefully shared, Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz once again blasts Democrats determination to persecute Donald Trump regardless of the rule of law. It's frightening the precedence they seem willing to set for the future of political destruction of the opposition. Let's not forget why there is this massive push to keep Trump in the headlines and to keep manufacturing charges. Joe Biden is reportedly “obsessed” with and “irritated” by the media coverage surrounding Hunter Biden and, by extension, the entire Biden Crime Family Syndicate. He is angry to the point that staffers know not to even mention it, even in passing. We have to keep the faith that the investigation will continue and the pressure will become impossible for the media to avoid. If Joe thinks it's bad now, imagine if the Legacy/mainstream media were to join in with folks like us. In closing, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) make the point that more and more Americans are clear that Hunter Biden was peddling influence and Joe Biden was involved in that business. If we are going to get past this, we are going to need to return to the Constitution. There is nothing wrong with wanting to help the rest of the world, but if we are too sick to function properly, how can we expect to help others? Today's show opens we me plotting out when the four different court cases are planned to take place in 2024 and how they are all around the most important primary election dates. It is not a coincidence and continues to show how coordinate these actions are in interfering with the 2024 Presidential election cycle. And, as a reminder of all of the supposed coincidence, I plot out the timeline of when bad news was released regarding the Biden Crime Family and the indictments against Donald Trump that immediately followed. There is no way to look at the coordination and not see the real conspiracy is within the Biden regime. Speaking of conspiracy, let's remember what Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz says to his students – the easiest cases to get convictions are RICO and conspiracy, but those are the also the ones most likely to be overturned on appeal. They don't care if they lose on appeal. It's all about getting just one charge to stick and they have accomplished their mission. We should look now at the huge Fani Willis indictment and what she said at her press conference. She said that while no single action documented in the indictment is criminal, taken as a whole, they point to a criminal enterprise. That's the whole basis for the concept behind prosecutors using racketeering statutes. To get the kingpin of an organized crime family, you have show a volume of criminal enterprises surrounding that person. Most kingpins won't have their fingerprints on anything. So, you prove guilt because everyone around that person has committed a crime. Here's the problem. RICO statues require crimes to have been committed. Generally you get a lot of lower level members of the crime organization, but then you work your way closer to the center. But, every charges in RICO is an actual stand-alone crime. DA Fani Willis admits, none of the individual actions in the indictment constitute a crime. She just wants us to believe that by documenting so many, there must be a crime there. However, that's not how it's supposed to work. In fact, with that in mind, there is a Georgia statute on the books regarding malicious prosecution. I believe, when laid out as I have in today's show, Trump and the others listed in the huge Fani Willis indictment can show they have been harmed by this malicious prosecution. Moving on to a few other subjects, Mark Meadows, Trump's former Chief of Staff is set to remind DA Fani Willis that there is a supremacy clause to our Constitutional government. Since he was acting as a member of the federal government, the charges need to be move to a federal court, not a local courtroom in Fulton County, GA. In a massive breaking story, it seems Joe Biden tried hiding some of his criminal malfeasance when he was the Vice President by creating several pseudonyms. According to a letter released by Rep. James Comer (R-KY) to the National Archives, his committee wants unredacted copies of correspondence to include several of those alternate IDs for Joe Biden, to include Robert L. Peters, Robin Ware and JRB Ware. Let's see what reaction this causes over the next few days. And finally, we just passed the one-year anniversary of the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act and it is proving to be the economic killing instrument I predicted. Plus, as I also warned, it was always meant to be the Green New Deal in disguise. Now Democrats are basically admitting that was their intention all along. As Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) says, “Bidenomics means bigger government, more spending and higher prices.” Based on where we are today as average Americans, it's even worse than that. Lancaster says, “[t]he report alleges that since 2006, 103 federal agencies not contained within the Department of Defense (DOD) have collectively ‘spent $3.7 billion on guns, ammunition, and military-style equipment'…Of those 103 agencies, 27 are ‘traditional law enforcement [entities] under the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).' That leaves 76 agencies—including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)—without a direct law enforcement purview. As the report put it, ‘There are now more federal agents with arrest and firearm authority (200,000) than U.S. Marines (186,000).'” https://reason.com/2023/05/02/why-do-federal-bureaucrats-need-so-much-firepower/ 3:40pm- David DeLugas—Executive Director of Parents USA—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the maddening story of Melissa Henderson, a mom from Georgia who was bizarrely arrested for allowing her 14-year-old child to babysit. Today we open with news of the Treasury Department finally turning over the Suspicious Activity Reports from at least one bank to the House Oversight Committee investigating the Hunter Biden laptop. Those banking records are giving Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) the concrete trail that coincides with the emails from Hunter's laptop. In conjunction with their investigation, thanks to the work of journalist Paul Sperry, we also know the Biden Justice Department is being accused of hiding evidence of Biden-China corruption. Thanks to the chain of emails we do know about, coming from the Hunter Biden laptop, we are starting to piece together chains of evidence used to prosecute those who have had business dealing with the Biden Crime Family. The specific case referenced was the DOJ's prosecution of Patrick Ho who represented CEFC China Energy and funneled over $6 million dollars in payments to the Biden family. While this investigation is finally gaining some traction, Sleepy Joe is now doing an end-around of Congress by directed AG Garland to pursue universal background checks. He is literally throwing the Constitution of the United States of America away and acting as an emperor of the land. And, to show how dead on the money we were yesterday in detailing why Silicon Valley Bank collapsed, we get a comment from Canadian-American investor Kevin O'Leary, who called out the SVB "idiot bank managers" who led the bank to its demise. He also noted that by coming to the rescue, the Federal Government was essentially nationalizing the bank. It also sends a terrible message to other banks that poor leadership and dumb investing will not lead to any consequences. Then we close with comments from Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) from today's U.S. Senate discussion on the U.S. Banking System. He points out three ways SVB could have avoided collapse and all of those were things we pointed out yesterday. It had nothing to do with any deregulation; it was solely about incompetence from the bank, to the Federal Reserve to the Treasury Department. People were not focused on doing their jobs. We must put the blame where it belongs instead of looking for politically convenient straw men. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Roosevelt did in 1944: He expressed a preference for certain candidates but turned the choice of his running mate over to the delegates at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.” You can read the full article at: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/02/27/opinion/biden-vice-president.html 5:00pm- The Drive at 5: Does a new artificial sweetener called erythritol really cause heart attacks and strokes? The US government was complicit in the creation of COVID-19.” 5:40pm- On The View, hosts Sunny Hostin and Whoopi Goldberg blamed former President Donald Trump for the laboratory leak theory not being taken seriously initially—accusing him of pushing the theory out of “xenophobia.” 6:05pm- According to the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE), there is reason to believe that Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) improperly accepted gifts while attending the Met Gala in 2022. Rep. Ocasio-Cortez has acknowledged that she made mistakes. 6:30pm- Zeoli is preempted by Temple University basketball!
Today opens with my explanation of why I tweeted yesterday my decision to stop consuming any Hershey product. I do not believe in organized boycotts. Everyone is an individual, thus, everyone should make up their own minds over who they want to support and what products to buy or skip. When Hershey decided to honor women by putting a man who thinks he's a woman as a spokesperson, I decided I will no longer support their products. They wanted to weigh-in on woke ideology, so they can do without my money. Second, I get people are impatient and we want to see action, but folks are getting really upset that Tucker Carlson hasn't already released stories based on the J6 footage. I need to remind you that 41,000+ hours is equivalent to 4.6 years of content to review. It may take some time to make sure they dot their i's and cross their t's before they rush to the cameras. The Left is going to look for any mistake (not matter how innocent) to throw the whole thing under the bus. Let's give Carlson a little more time before we start to complain. This leads into a piece by Julie Kelly in American Greatness. Her piece reference a brand new Rasmussen Poll that says more than three-quarters of U.S. voters – including a majority of Democrats – want secret footage withheld by the government to the events of January 6 released to the public. Plus, a majority of all parties suspect federal agencies played an animated role in what happened on January 6. Need more evidence of the weaponization of the agencies of the Executive Brach, let's go to the Washington Post (not exactly a right of center publication). According to the WaPo, FBI agents wanted to close the Trump document probe, but DOJ and FBI leaders pushed for a raid. You heard that correctly. It was the leadership, including the office of the Attorney General, who wanted to make a public spectacle of the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago. It was always political and continues to show just how broken our government has become. We continue to show you how we have a two-tiered justice system. And while we are seeing the DOJ and senior FBI leadership are okay inventing reasons for their raid on Mar-a-Lago, did you know the Inspector General for the Pentagon is now saying Biden is withholding classified documents showing his regime negotiated with and showed preference to the Taliban over our own U.S. troops. I close with two bites from CPAC and a speech given by Senator John Kennedy (R-LA). First, he challenges us to speak our minds and to champion the truth, versus other people's beliefs. Second, he reminds us, we do not hate anybody. Just because we do not subscribe to the woke, virtue-signaling narrative of the unhinged Left, doesn't mean we hate them. We can hate their ideas, but let's not let them paint us as hate-filled people. Do not let them set that premise and refuse to let them drive their narrative. We all have to stop being bystanders and start taking control of our own lives. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. During the conference, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) declaratively stated that the “Biden Administration sucks” and accused the President of being “spectacularly awful.” Opelka can be heard 7pm to 10pm starting this Saturday on 1210 WPHT. In a New York Times opinion editorial, Greg Craig (former White House counsel under President Barack Obama) says that President Joe Biden has a “succession problem.” Craig writes: “When considering who should be his running mate in 2024, Mr. Biden would do well to follow what Franklin D. Roosevelt did in 1944: He expressed a preference for certain candidates but turned the choice of his running mate over to the delegates at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.” You can read the full article at: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/02/27/opinion/biden-vice-president.html

Finally, we have the police bodycam footage, surveillance footage, and 911 audio from the night that Paul Pelosi was attacked in his home. Does the footage change the current narrative of the situation between Paul Pelosi and David DePape? As the world learned about Jordon Trishton Walker and Pfizer's alleged “directed evolution,” Project Veritas released another video, and it shows James O'Keefe confronting Walker about his comments on COVID. Why is the MSM not covering this story? President Biden's latest judicial nominee, Charnelle Marie Bjelkengren, didn't know the answers to the basic questions about the Constitution asked by Sen. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: On Twitter, the Associated Press Stylebook recommended not using dehumanizing “the” labeling. The examples they provided: “the poor, the mentally ill, the French.” What? Appearing on “The Midnight Miracle” podcast, comedian Dave Chappelle stated that his jokes don't incite violence—but people protesting his jokes frequently justify violence in order to get their way. On Wednesday, the U.S. Senate held a hearing to determine if Live Nation Entertainment has become a monopoly. Musical artist Clyde Lawrence told Senators that Live Nation Entertainment controls the “promoter, venue, and ticketing company.” President Biden's U.S. District Judge nominee Charnelle Marie Bjelkengren was unable to tell Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) what is discussed in Article II or V of the United States Constitution. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez repeatedly says she's in New York…while standing in front of the U.S. Capitol building in Washington D.C.
The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: 3:05pm- According to a report from NJ.com, the New Jersey state government spent $522,000 in COVID-19 relief money on the purchase of eight SUVs used to transport Governor Phil Murphy and other state officials. Murphy's administration also spent an estimated $15 million to improve the state's prospects of hosting the 2026 World Cup. 3:10pm- Republican Dave McCormick is exploring the idea of running against U.S. Senator Bob Casey Jr. in 2024. In 2022, McCormick lost the Republican nomination for Pat Toomey's vacated Senate seat. 3:20pm- According to a report from CNN's Senior Legal Affairs Correspondent Paula Reid, the Justice Department was fully prepared to seek a warrant to search President Joe Biden's Wilmington, Delaware home had Biden's team not consented to a search. Reid emphasized that “there could be more searches.” 3:35pm- Speaking with the press on Wednesday, Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) explained that Congress should have access to the classified documents discovered at President Biden's home and UPenn office. Cotton argued that it's necessary to review the documents in order to properly assess whether they could have impacted national security. Cotton also said he would like to review the classified documents discovered at Mike Pence's Indiana home. The Executive branch has not yet granted bipartisan requests for access to the aforementioned documents. 3:45pm- Remember that time when Joe Biden plagiarized a speech initially delivered by former leader of Britain's Labour Party Neil Kinnock? 4:05pm- New York Times journalist & “1619 Project” author Nikole Hannah Jones will be paid an astounding $33,350 to deliver a one-hour lecture at Fairfax County Public Library—Northern Virginia taxpayers will pay the exorbitant speaker fee. 4:30pm- While appearing on Fox News, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo applauded Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy's decision to remove Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) from the House Intelligence Committee. Pompeo accused Schiff of routinely leaking classified information while serving on the committee. 4:40pm- Zeoli complains about “having” to go to a black-tie event. What a burden! 4:45pm- While speaking with Charlie Kirk, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis endorsed Harmeet Dhillon over Ronna McDaniel for Republican National Committee Chairwoman. McDaniel has been RNC Chairwoman since 2017. 4:50pm- Meta has restored former President Donald Trump's Facebook page. The Washington Post writes, “[b]eing reinstated to Facebook means Trump will be able to resume fundraising to his presidential campaign.” 5:00pm- Dr. EJ Antoni—Research Fellow for Regional Economics in the Center for Data Analysis at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his most recent opinion editorial for Fox Business, “GDP Report Reveals Ominous Great Depression Warning Sign Not Seen Since 1932.” Read the article at: https://www.foxbusiness.com/markets/gdp-report-reveals-ominous-great-depression-warning-sign-1932 5:20pm- In a Philadelphia Inquirer opinion editorial, Adam Sanchez, a teacher at Central High School in Philadelphia, denounced the Union League's decision to honor Florida Governor Ron DeSantis earlier this week. Sanchez baselessly accused DeSantis of forbidding the teaching of racism and slavery in public schools—critiquing the Governor's comprehension of American history. Ironically, Sanchez concludes his editorial by espousing the beliefs of historian Howard Zinn, a Marxist with a history of making unsubstantiated claims, and the Zinn Education Project—even revealing that he uses material from the Zinn Education Project in his lesson plans. Daniel J. Flynn of George Washington University documents Zinn's most outlandish history rewrites. For example, in “A People's History of the United States,” Zinn writes of America's founding: “certain important people in the English colonies made a discovery that would prove enormously useful for the next two hundred years. They found that by creating a nation, a symbol, a legal unity called the United States, they could take over land, profits, and political power.” Flynn notes Zinn completely rejects the idea America was founded on liberty and equality. Why is this being taught to kids in Philadelphia's public schools? 5:45pm- While delivering a speech on Thursday, President Joe Biden made a joke about people thinking he's “stupid” mere moments before forgetting the name of a Congressperson in attendance. 6:05pm- On Twitter, the Associated Press Stylebook recommended not using dehumanizing “the” labeling. The examples they provided: “the poor, the mentally ill, the French.” What? 6:10pm- Appearing on “The Midnight Miracle” podcast, comedian Dave Chappelle stated that his jokes don't incite violence—but people protesting his jokes frequently justify violence in order to get their way. 6:20pm- On Wednesday, the U.S. Senate held a hearing to determine if Live Nation Entertainment has become a monopoly. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez repeatedly says she's in New York…while standing in front of the U.S. Capitol building in Washington D.C.
For today's show, I wanted to catch up on a handful of news items I collected throughout the week. The first item is a threat from Dave Rubin of the Rubin Report, detailing a two-day visit to Twitter. Having been in the IT industry for many years before my career change, I understand the issues Musk is facing. I also understand users of the tool lack that understanding coupled with having no patience. The code underlying Twitter has been kludged from so many people and in so many different ways, it's not something that can be fixed overnight. Sometimes it will run better and some days, one fix will end up breaking something else. We have to give them time to get Twitter sorted out properly. Next is an item I found jaw-dropping. Thanks to the protracted conflict we are helping to fund in our proxy war with Russia via Ukraine, it seems Joe Biden's Afghanistan debacle just got even worse. Vladimir Putin is in negotiation with the Taliban to buy some of the billions of dollars in equipment we abandoned in our disastrous retreat. State-of-the-art US equipment may not be used by Russia to fight the country we are supposedly wanting to win. It's bananas! Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) is requesting a classified briefing over the content ot the classified documents retrieved thus far from Joe Biden's home and private office. Cruz wants to make sure none of the content matches up with emails or conversations Hunter Biden had regarding Burisma, Ukraine or energy policy in that part of the world. This goes along with my show from earlier this week when I asked, did Hunter have access to Joe Biden's classified information? In true Schiff-show fashion, Adam Schiff took to the CCP owned social media platform, TikTok, to cry about being kicked off of the House Intelligence Committee. Could have done anything worse to validate Speaker McCarthy's fears than to use the one tool the government has banned it's employees from using? And, at the end of the video, Schiff asks for money. Turns out, on the heels of making his whining video, he's decided he wants to run for the US Senate. In a related topic, I play a sound bite from White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and you will be surprised, I agree with her! She said Schiff, Swalwell and Omar have a lot of expertise. Correct! Their expertise in lying, cheating and demonstration poor judgment is hard to top. Governor Ron DeSantis weighed in on the debate over who should chair the RNC. Much like your host, he believes a change is necessary. Rona McDaniel has had three failing election cycles (plus two failed run-off cycles) and should not be rewarded with returning as the head of the RNC. And, like DeSantis, I would much prefer to see Harmeet Dhillon in that position. I then move on to a soundbite of Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) interviewing a judge for an appointment to the appellate court system. Her inability to answer basic questions about our Constitution should scare us all. We are not teaching American Civics anymore and the Ivory Tower of higher education would prefer it's graduates are more familiar with Marx and Lenin, than our own Founding Fathers. Finally, to end on a lighter note, my buddy, Jim Gossett, who is a parody artists and a wonderful satirist, put out a song dedicated to both Schiff and Swalwell. Set to an immediately recognizable tune from Old Blue Eyes, Gossett issues a fond farewell to the two disgraced, former member of the House Intel Committee. "DocuGate" gathers steam from all sides. Pres. Biden is under siege -- now by BOTH Democrats and Republicans. All this is as more documents are discovered that are classified as "Top Secret." Our debt limit for government spending runs out this weekend. Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) raved on today's show about the insanity of NOT paying off our debt and, instead, borrowing more money!
As Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the News Media Alliance, Danielle Coffey leads the advocacy efforts for the NMA's over 2000 news and magazine publishing members worldwide. 2022 was a busy year for Coffey as the U.S. Congress held committee meetings to consider passage of the well-publicized “Journalism Competition and Preservation Act” (JCPA), introduced in the House (H.R. 1735) by Rep. David Cicilline (D-RI) and Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO), and in the Senate (S. 673) by Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA). If made into law, this legislation, greatly supported by the news publishing industry, would allow news publishers to collectively negotiate with “big tech” platforms like Google and Facebook for fair compensation for using the news content these publishers generate. The NMA has been promoting a number of cogent arguments as to why the JCPA is necessary to help local news publishers maintain sustainable business models. These "talking points" include: “News publishers provide must-have content for the platforms to capture viewers. Between 16% and 40% of Google search results are news content. Publishers deserve fair compensation for the value they offer. By not paying them fairly for their content, Big Tech has driven many local outlets out of business.” “For every dollar made in digital advertising, the platforms take as much as 70% of the revenue, leaving publishers with a scant 30%. Meanwhile, publishers are paying an additional "ad-tech tax" to the platforms, leaving even less for publishers. As a result of diminished revenues, thousands of journalists have been laid off, and local newspapers have shuttered.” In mid-December of 2022, it looked like the JCPA might pass into law as an attachment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a necessary bill designed to keep the military funded. However, the legislation was "erased" from the NDAA at the last minute. Then as a final attempt to help the JCPA become law before the end of the 177th Congress, legislators attempted to attach it to the controversial $1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill. However, last-minute lobbying from consumer, trade and civil society advocates like the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU); Free Press Action; the Center for Democracy & Technology; and Local Independent Online News Publishers (LION) deluged Congressional leaders with last-minute media that argued against the bill, stating that the JCPA included nothing to guarantee that the monies ultimately paid to news publishers (through negotiation or arbitration) would be used to pay or hire journalists. Their messaging also suggested that the JCPA would favor large media conglomerates, which might “dominate negotiations,” disenfranchising smaller, independent outlets. In this 169th episode of E&P Reports," we go one-on-one with Danielle Coffey, Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the News Media Alliance (NMA), to gain her perspective on what really happened in 2022 to the nearly passed Journalism Competition and Preservation Act” (JCPA). She'll also address why this controversial legislation, designed to allow news publishers to collectively negotiate with “big tech” platforms like Google and Facebook for fair compensation for their use of the news content they monetize, failed to become the law of the land. Coffey also reviews the next steps the NMA will take to keep this legislation alive and the possible future of other content pending compensation models like publisher tax credits and several pending antitrust suits currently being filed by local media companies.
On today's Breitbart News Daily podcast, we begin with Pres. Joe Biden distancing himself from what could be a massive rail strike, only after taking credit for avoiding a potential disaster. Jerome then dives into perhaps China's favorite American - Apple CEO Tim Cook - who is headed to Washington, and what Congressmen like Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) should tell Mr. Cook. We then get into South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) banning TikTok for state agencies. She is calling the app an 'intelligence gathering' operation for Communist China. How long before other governors ban TikTok? And then, California is releasing thousands of convicted pedophiles within a year of conviction, and swamp creatures Sens. John Kennedy (R-LA) and Ted Cruz (R-TX) have once again launched a last ditch effort to pass the media bailout bill - JCPA. Our guest today is Wesley Hunt, Republican Congressman-elect for Texas' 38th district. He is an Army vet and West Point grad. Hunt says he's one of many fresh faces coming to Congress committed to changing the old guard and fighting back against a system in Washington that has fail working Americans for far too long.
In today's episode, I start with some basics of economics. Sometimes we hear terms like record sales and record profits, but do we understand what that means? And how does profit margin factor into whether or not a company is raking in the dough? Plus, do corporations really pay taxes? Once that baseline is established, we can dive into a White House full of contradictions and in constant “blame game” mode. We have to deal with Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre who three times evoked the word “patriotic” in a effort to guilt the oil and gas companies into “doing their part.” She quote sales figures and uses the word profit a lot, but without context or understanding, it sounds as if she wants the American people to believe those corporations are taking advantage us. Secretary of Energy, Jennifer Granholm appeared on CNN with John Berman and first asserted Oil is selling for the same $120/barrel today as it was a few months ago, yet prices continue to rise. She does that as a means of blaming the oil companies for making money by raising prices when their costs are the same. Then, in the same segment, says, the price of gasoline always goes up in the summer due to the driving season and demand goes up. Then she says the oil companies are lacking around 100 rigs being used since before Covid, saying they need to get them up and running to meet supply. So, she admits, there is more demand and less supply, but has the audacity to suggest they are purposely raising the price at the pump for no other reason than to make record profits. She also fails to admit that the Administration put policies in place preventing those rigs from going online, preventing new drilling and preventing the means to get the oil to the refineries, either through pipelines, roads or other infrastructure. ExxonMobil, sick of being made a scapegoat, put out a statement to Business Wire, explaining how much they have invested and how much they have lost during the pandemic. They go on to say that “clear and consistent” policies for energy development, such as “regular and predictable lease sales, as well as a a streamlined regulatory approval and support for infrastructure such as pipelines” would allow them to meet the requested demand. Joe Biden still thinks excess spending has nothing to do with inflation, even though President Obama's former economist blames exactly that for our inflation levels. Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) provides a short bite of how misguided the Joe Biden Administration has been, totally out of touch with the average American, doing the exact opposite of what we need to fix inflation and domestic policy. And contrary to Biden's assertion that Americans are making more and have record savings to weather the storm, CNN's John King, along with his panel, show the exact opposite is happening for all but the elites in our country. On the latest episode of Real America, RNC Chairwoman McDaniel sits down with Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) to discuss how the Biden price hike is hurting Americans, energy independence, the Supreme Court, and Biden's broken promises.
Emma hosts writer Britni de la Cretaz and Lyndsey D'Arcangelo, women's basketball writer for the Athletic, to discuss their recent book Hail Mary: The Rise and Fall of the National Women's Football League, and what they've uncovered in diving into the history of the league and the women that played in it. D'Arcangelo and de la Cretaz dive into the research that led them to the history of this league, first studying the role of women in football writ large, before stumbling onto the Toledo Troopers, the winningest team in Pro Football history, and somehow the only National Women's Football League team that the media has left any trace of. Next, Britni and Lyndsey walk through what the league's relationship with the media and public looked like at the time, including the shoestring budgets and misogynistic coverage that they had to operate with, which unfortunately still reflects the state of women's sports in the US, before they dive deeper into the limited coverage they received, which generally focused on the body shapes, and “attractiveness” of the women playing the game, and how it petered off as soon as they found it had lost its novel appeal. Jumping back to the end of the 19th Century, de la Cretaz and D'Arcangelo dive into a Harvard - Yale women's football game that saw incredible reception, both by the women who came to play and spectate, and even by the male onlookers – despite the exploitative nature behind their attendance – and how throughout the history of Football, women have clearly shown their interest in playing and engaging with the sport. This brings them to the beginnings of the NWFL in the 1960s, as Sid Friedman, a sports agent at the time, saw an opportunity to make a spectacle of women that could play the sport against men, slowly expanding it to more and more women's football teams in the rust belt, and eventually launching the creation of the league. Despite the success the teams saw in the run-up to the creation of the league, in the wake of the expansion the women saw little-to-no media coverage, and what they did see hinged on the misogyny they had begun the discussion with, not to mention rampant homophobia both within the media and in the running of the teams themselves, despite the largely queer player base. This brings them to a discussion of the role of infrastructure to bolster the development of young athletes, and how when it comes to male athletes the positive impact of the infrastructure is ignored, just like the negative impact on women with lacking infrastructure is ignored, as they discuss the role of Title IX's passing in the same era as the NWFL, and look forwards to see what changes could and should be done to promote women's sports in the future. Emma also covers the ramping efforts to get the US involved in hot warfare, alongside the complete evaporation of international aid to other war-torn countries like Yemen, and dives into Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA)'s love for disaster capitalism. And in the Fun Half: Emma is joined by Matt Binder and Brandon Sutton as they admire Brian Holmes pressing Lt. Gov. Janice McGeachin of Idaho on her White Supremacist connections, even though she only JUST googled Nick Fuentes's beliefs, before reflecting on a beautiful Michael Brooks clip to celebrate St Patty's day, and Ben Shapiro and Pat Robertson take on US intervention from wildly different, yet equally violent sides. Justin from Seattle calls in to discuss revamping public housing on the federal level, Evan from Portland explores the peer review process in the scientific community, and Fox discusses Biden's tardiness. Eric Metaxas and Charlie Kirk proclaim their appreciation for Bill Clinton's economic policy, Ben in VT promotes his state's upcoming constitutional amendment, and Sam from Indiana discusses personal liberties and gun ownership, plus, your calls and IMs!
