What a great way to raise fruits and vegetables...by using hydroponic technology! You can grow your crops in a 3' by 3' area and know that you have the very best nutrients to serve your family. Founded in 1970 by Chairman Jay Martin, The Juice Plus+ Company has grown from a small, direct-sales company into a highly successful, privately held health and wellness company operating in more than 20 countries today. Our turning point toward a health and wellness focus occurred in 1993 when we introduced Juice Plus+ Fruit and Vegetable Blend capsules. Even at that time, a growing body of scientific evidence was demonstrating that eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables is essential to a healthy diet and lifestyle. Juice Plus+ responded to that need with a simple and convenient product to help people bridge the gap between what they should eat, and what they actually do eat, every day. All Juice Plus+ products share a common nutritional philosophy that traces back to our beginnings in 1993 and helps us stand out from the tens of thousands of nutritional products on the market today: an emphasis on the whole food, plant-based nutrition that is so important in our diets.

Dr. Rachel Smartt on the Brutiful Journey Dr. Rachel Smartt is a naturopathic doctor as well as a Presidential Marketing Director (75 Club) with The Juice Plus+ Company. Dr. Smartt's journey is, as she describes it, “brutiful.” It has been both brutal and beautiful. As you listen to this conversation, you will be taking note after note. Dr. Smartt makes it clear that she doesn't just happen to be better than most at what she does, she has worked hard to become one of the best at what she does. And key to her effort is that she is very strategic about equipping herself with the tools needed to succeed. Many people question, “If I am working so hard, why am I not experiencing more success?” Dr. Smartt helps us understand that effort alone will not get us where we want to go. We have to be willing to examine ourselves in order to identify where we need to improve and then we need to find or develop the tools that cause us to go from good to great. Ultimately, though, Dr. Smartt's story and her advice are all about perseverance, staying positive through some of the most challenging seasons of life, and seeing the beauty even in the brutal so that everything can become your unique way to help others. Jennifer Saval on the Choices That Make Us Rich Jennifer Saval is a 75 Club Presidential Marketing Director with The Juice Plus+ Company. Jennifer has been awarded three Elton awards, including: 12 Club Rookie of the Year, 24 Club Member of the Year, and 39 Club Member of the Year. In this episode, Jennifer talks to us about the power of choices and the importance of the “why” behind those decisions. She teaches us that “why” leads to “what” and “when,” and that is the journey that has the potential to make us rich. Jennifer defines “rich” in a number of ways; an important one has to do with choosing to live despite all that life throws at us. We are able to do that when we are grounded in a healthy “why” and when we give higher value to our “why” than to what is happening around us and to us. This conversation will challenge you to rethink how you do your business, why you do your business, and the choices you make every day. You will learn to take power back from “no” and to believe that your “What if…?” dreams can come true. Among the choices that can make us rich, learning from Jennifer is certainly one of them.   Disclaimer: Juice Plus+ does not claim to cure or treat any specific disease or symptoms and makes no income promises regarding the business.

Michelle Barnett on Becoming More Than You Can Imagine Michelle Barnett is a 39 Club Executive Marketing Director with The Juice Plus+ Company. She and her team have been nominated for 12 Club, 24 Club, and 39 Club Member of the Year awards. In this episode, Michelle tells her story about taking leaps of faith. If you listen to nothing else (and you should listen to the entire conversation!), make sure to listen to Michelle's response to the last question. She tells us that we are meant for more than we can imagine, but it will likely require more than we can imagine to get there. Michelle has experienced challenges and she has made multiple decisions during her journey to do hard things, but every time she has grown through them to a higher place – in her business and in her personal growth. Michelle teaches us that going around or chasing the latest and greatest is likely not the path to abundant life. The key, as James wrote in chapter one verses two through four, is to have a mindset that sees the possibilities and the good in the challenges. And to understand that endurance builds a faith that will mature us into the leaders God desires for us to be. Kim Douglas on Triumphing Over Our Triggers Kim Douglas is a National Marketing Director with The Juice Plus+ Company. She is also a wife, a mom of four, a grandmother of four, a former university professor, and the founder and CEO of Write to Unite (www.write2unite.org). In this conversation, Kim talks to us about the higher and lower mindsets. We all encounter triggers every day; the choice is whether to process those triggers through the higher or lower mindset. That choice determines not only how we respond, but also what we value. Our priorities shift if we are living in the lower mindset of fight, flight, or freeze. In the higher mindset that is defined by clarity, faith, trust, peace, conviction of calling, and an others-focused motivation, our priorities remain what we could call “holy” even in the face of challenges and trials. The example of Nehemiah comes to mind. In chapter six verse three, Nehemiah responds to his triggers by saying, “I am doing a great work and will not come down. Why should I leave this [higher level of thinking and operating] to come down to [your lower level of thinking and operating]?” This is what Kim teaches us about in this incredible conversation. She very graciously shares more of her “failures” with us than her successes, even though she has experienced many successes. She describes the JP+ business as the anvil on which God has placed her so that He can hammer her into the person He desires for her to be. Nancy and her husband, John, are currently living out their dream and that is happening because of what this business has done for her. Nancy never experienced any one season of “explosive growth” but over 23 years she has built an incredible business at the highest level of the company. Her consistency and longevity through all the challenges has resulted in more value than she can measure. Her story will give hope to those who need hope in this business. I met Jules when I joined joined network marketing and she has been a breath of fresh air ever since! She has a kind heart with a true desire to serve others through the business and inspiring healthy living. She started her career as a restaurant manager working all sorts of crazy hours, living the restaurant life which found her in a not so healthy place. She switched gears and rekindled her lost relationship with health and fitness to become a personal trainer. She then found herself working so hard for her clients that she was neglecting her own health. She joined the Juice Plus Company and was working the business on the side. Then when her first son was born she knew she couldn't return to teaching 30+ fitness classes a week and training clients from sun-up to sun-down. She decided to take network marketing full-time and in less than 3 years was able to cut back her fitness classes, and today just 5 years later is teaching only 1 class a week because she enjoys it! She is a full-time mom to 3 beautiful children, all under the age of 5, married to a supportive husband, and works her business from her home in her own time. She is a self-proclaimed gypsy soul who continued to push until she found a career that worked for her and her family.
