What if raising your standards starts with understanding how you're wired? In this episode, I'm chatting with Dr. Alok Trivedi, aka Dr. Rewire, to explore the connection between the brain, self-worth, motivation, and lasting change. We cover why we self-sabotage, how our unique brain wiring influences the way we pursue success, and why knowing who you are can be the first step toward becoming who you're meant to be. If you're ready to stop judging yourself, rewire old patterns, and step into your full potential, this episode will inspire you to find your code, raise your standards, and level up your life.Find Dr. Rewire:Website: https://drrewire.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/dr.rewireYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCf6D1A8xbgNoWp3ofGO23sA--Links & resources:Purchase my new book, Level Up Your LeadershipTo follow more info about the podcast@levelup.debbienealCheck out my personal instagram account@debbie_neal

Can I reframe something for you real quick? Most people think about summer growth in terms of numbers. New followers. New subscribers. New customers. And yes those things matter. But some of the most powerful growth you can create this summer has nothing to do with adding new people. It is about going deeper with the people you already have. And it is about building assets right now that will keep working for you long after Labor Day.Because here is what I know to be true...- Content you create in July is still generating leads for you in December. - An email list you build this summer is a warm audience sitting there ready for your fall launch. - A testimonial you capture right now is one of the highest converting marketing assets you will ever own.Summer is not a pause in your business. It is a chapter. And the chapters where everyone else checks out are often the ones where the most interesting things happen for the people who stay in the game. When September comes the people who coasted are starting from scratch. You do not have to be one of them

The key to becoming the person you're called to be is learning to stop negotiating with yourself. This week as we continue to raise our standards, I want to challenge you to recognize the small compromises that quietly lower your standards and keep you from reaching your potential. Confidence is built by keeping promises to yourself. Your ordinary decisions shape your future, and choosing purpose over comfort can transform your life. Your future is waiting on the decisions you've been postponing, so it's time to stop negotiating, start deciding, and raise your standards.ShopifyUpgrade your business with a $1/month trial of Shopify. Everyone wants freedom.Residual income, passive income - the ability to make money without constantly trading their time for it.So why do so few people actually achieve it?There's one fundamental mistake I see people making over and over again.I see it in the way people invest.I see it in the way people build their Network Marketing businesses. And the frustrating part is that you can be incredibly motivated, work incredibly hard and do everything you've been told to do......while unknowingly moving further away from the result you're trying to create. In this episode, I break down The Biggest Reason People Fail — and the simple shift that can completely change the way you approach your goals. If you're doing all the work but still wondering why freedom feels so far away, this episode is for you.
Traditional business vs network marketing — which business model actually gives entrepreneurs the better opportunity to build income, freedom and long-term success? In this episode of The ME Show, Ali Mehdaoui sits down once again with Mike Maser, ACN Senior Vice President and professional network marketer, for an open and candid conversation comparing two very different approaches to entrepreneurship.Ali comes from the world of traditional business ownership—building companies, creating brands, hiring employees, managing overhead, acquiring customers and carrying the financial responsibility that comes with owning and operating a company.Mike Maser has taken a different path through the network marketing business model, building within ACN's established infrastructure while focusing on customer acquisition, leadership, duplication, team development and creating leverage. So what happens when you put both entrepreneurs at the same table? We break it down.In this conversation, we discuss:✅ Traditional business vs network marketing✅ Startup costs and financial risk✅ Employees vs independent business owners✅ Business ownership and control✅ Overhead and operating expenses✅ Customer acquisition✅ Network marketing misconceptions✅ Direct selling and relationship-based business✅ Building and leading successful teams✅ Scalability and leverage✅ Residual income vs traditional business revenue✅ Time freedom and entrepreneurship✅ Why some businesses succeed while others fail✅ Who should — and should NOT — consider network marketing✅ The future of entrepreneurshipThis isn't about pretending that one business model is perfect.Traditional entrepreneurship has advantages.Network marketing has advantages. And both require discipline, leadership, consistency and the ability to create value. The bigger question is:Which vehicle makes sense for the life and business YOU want to build?Mike and Ali put both models on the table—the strengths, weaknesses, misconceptions and realities behind each one. This conversation is only the beginning.
Posting consistently but still not seeing results? In this episode of the Direct Selling Accelerator podcast, I continue to unpack why business builders need a completely different social media strategy than influencers..If your goal is to grow your business, build genuine relationships, and create lasting impact in the network marketing industry, this is for you. You'll learn: - What Facebook and Instagram are rewarding over vanity metrics- How to create content with a clear objective in mind- And the two questions you should ask before every post Forget chasing the algorithm. This episode is packed with practical tips and proven strategies to help you grow faster and create content that drives results. I'll be talking about:➡ [04:20] Why Viral Doesn't Mean Sales➡ [07:05] Less Content, Better Results➡ [09:36] Conversation Loops Explained➡ [12:05] Reverse Engineer Your Content➡ [15:30] The Marketing Strategy That Converts➡ [19:10] Why the Journey Sells➡ [23:15] Curiosity-Based Content➡ [26:05] Opinion & Value Posts➡ [29:05] Lead Magnets That Start Conversations➡ [33:35] It's About the One, Not the ManyResources: Download our FREE guide: 100 Engagement-Boosting Post Ideas to Spark More Conversations: https://go.auxano.global/100engagementposts Looking for more? Today, we'll talk about the Power of 5 for network marketing!
Here is something most people in network marketing do not realize about summer...While everyone else goes quiet, pulls back, and tells themselves they will get serious again in September - the algorithm keeps running. Your audience keeps scrolling. People keep looking for solutions to their problems. And the person who stays consistent becomes disproportionately visible
What if the biggest thing standing between you and your next level isn't failure, but comfort? In this inspiring episode, I'm challenging you to recognize where you've settled for “good enough” and reminding you that growth requires courage, discomfort, and a willingness to leave behind what feels safe. Your future isn't built by waiting for the perfect moment, it's built through small, courageous decisions to choose growth over comfort and purpose over excuses. If you know there's more you're called to become, this is your invitation to stop settling, raise your standards, and take the next step.Purchase my new book, Level Up Your LeadershipRSE Management Consulting, Inc.This podcast is sponsored by RSE Management Consulting, Inc. What makes the network marketing model so powerful, and why does it remain relevant in an increasingly digital world? In this episode of Empower, Ryan Napierski is joined by co-host Kathy Schultz Johnson for a candid conversation about the fundamentals that have made direct selling so impactful for generations. They explore the power of micro-entrepreneurship, authenticity, leverage, and community, and how technology has transformed the way people build relationships and businesses.Ryan and Kathy also get real about what makes the model challenging. Rejection, ego, consistency, and the temptation to give up too soon can all stand in the way of progress. But the people who commit to the process, learn from the "nos," and keep showing up are the ones who create lasting momentum. At its core, this episode is a reminder that success rarely comes from one big moment. It's built through commitment, consistency, collaboration, and the willingness to keep going.

Can someone join a network marketing company and make $30,000 a month within their first year? Yes. But those success stories are anomalies—not the typical experience. In this episode, recorded while I'm in Malaysia, I talk about why setting realistic expectations in network marketing may be one of the most important things you can do to improve retention and help more people succeed. Too many people enter the profession expecting massive results almost immediately. When those results don't happen within a few weeks or months, they assume something is wrong. Maybe the company doesn't work. Maybe the compensation plan isn't good enough. Maybe they joined at the wrong time. Or maybe they simply aren't capable of succeeding. In reality, building a successful network marketing business usually requires time, patience, consistency and the development of new skills. When we bring people on board with the right expectations, they're better prepared for the challenges they'll experience. They don't panic when success takes longer than expected. They don't interpret every setback as failure. They stay engaged. They continue learning. And many remain in the business long enough to finally achieve meaningful results. Realistic expectations don't make the opportunity less exciting. They make long-term success more likely. In this episode, you'll discover: • Why extraordinary income stories should never become ordinary expectations • How unrealistic expectations contribute to poor retention • Why patience is essential when building a network marketing business • How setting the right expectations helps new distributors navigate challenges • Why adjusting your own expectations may be just as important as adjusting those of your team • How keeping people engaged longer can dramatically improve their opportunity to succeed Watch the full episode: ToddFalcone.com/episode379 Subscribe for practical, field-tested network marketing training on recruiting, prospecting, leadership, mindset, duplication and building a successful long-term business. #NetworkMarketing #NetworkMarketingSuccess #NetworkMarketingTraining #DirectSelling #EntrepreneurMindset #BusinessSuccess #Leadership #Patience #ToddFalcone

She's run her own series of companies for over 22 years and for over 15 years has been helping managers and executives to continually double their profits and revenues. She not only has what it takes to help her clients build million-dollar businesses but she does it time and time again. She teaches the key components of the business, strategy, systems, support, and state of mind so that you know how to continually elevate all four components to build a healthy thriving business. For the past 6 years, she's been focusing on helping entrepreneurs bring their businesses online from conceptualization to done for you IT automation. In this episode, Jennie and Michelle discuss: Competence vs. Confidence. You don't need to have the competence you need to have confidence. Focus on your goals, short term goals, long term goals, and ultra long term goals. Business automation systems, how to attract people gain their attention, and hook them in. Money and business, spending vs investing. Key Takeaways: Fear is part of being human, embrace it instead of feeling scared of it. Build and embrace your confidence. Expand your comfort zone and confidence by setting goals and then proving that you can achieve them. Pitch marketing is over, everyone wants to buy, but no one wants to be sold on something. Work to solve a problem for them. Employee mindset vs entrepreneur mindset, ask yourself what you want to create and then do it, don't wait for people to tell you what to do. Everyone knows that goal setting is essential. And we're constantly told that goal setting is free - so you may as well set BIG ones. But, for a lot of people, setting big goals can actually be counterproductive.Because a big goal can seem overwhelming. And when the path feels too big, we can feel like a failure when we don't get there. So on today's Podcast episode, I want to share how I set goals and make sure I achieve them.Going right back to when I first set the goal of being 'financially free at 33'.
