This week we are discussing "Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama 2" and this is one by far the shortest sequel we will ever cover. This one had us discussing a little green Imp who tricks people by offering wishes, the lack of background actors, the shoehorned plot, Kelli freakin' Maroney, if the bowling alley was an active business, and more. The next sequel up is a movie that is the conversation whenever people discuss "Worst Sequels Ever" with "Speed 2: Cruise Control" and for it, I chatted with an actress who is a Soap star from "Days of Our Lives" who has been in everything from Different Strokes to The Burbs to Step by Step and a ton more. Of course, I am talking about Patrika Darbo! We talked about being on Johnny Carson, the power of Soap fans, and her journey from Florida to Hollywood. Super fun chat.Follow us on all social media @sequelsonly and our website is sequelsonly.com Review, rate, and share us with your friends, enemies, neighbors, exes, and even that annoying supermarket clerk!

I have been fortunate to interview Del Shores (Sordid Lives Creator) multiple times throughout the years. After working in the entertainment industry for more than three decades as a Director, Producer, and Writer, Del is finally making his NYC theatrical directorial debut with Jiggs Burgess' play Wounded.I am so excited to catch up with Del because I always have great conversations with him. In this NEW interview, Del is Baring It All with Call Me Adam about:Making his NYC theatrical directorial debutOne thing he hasn't done because something or someone got in the wayOne path his life took that he would like to put on full displayWorking with Whoopi Goldberg & Caroline RheaAn update on the Sordid Lives FranchiseSo much moreWounded, by Jiggs Burgess, is about a repressed nobody who thinks of himself as somebody. An addict. Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? played out between hummingbirds. And a pussy eating dog. This is Wounded. Carrol could've been somebody, after all his book, The Crimson Valise, was made into a movie. Yet somehow Carrol's unhealed past, and an aging mother, got in the way. On the other hand, Carrol's classmate, Robert, was smart and driven. Went to one of the best private universities in the country on scholarship. But his damage led him down the path of addiction and eventually prison. In this darkest of comedies, the bleak paths our lives can lead us down are on full display. ***Warning: Recommended for adult audiences. Contains language of a sexual and violent nature.***Wounded plays at the Soho Playhouse as part of the International Fringe Encore Series from January 24-February 11, 2024.More on Del Shores:Del Shores is the writer/director/producer of the films Sordid Lives, Blues for Willadean, Southern Baptist Sissies and A Very Sordid Wedding. Damares Ocona Perez writes: "Hollywood is probably the only place on earth where it's acceptable for a woman who weighs 105 pounds to be told she's fat". Luckily, more and more Hollywood starlets are proudly speaking out about staying at a healthy weight and refusing to cave to crazy body-weight demands. The scary part? Production companies seem to have no qualms demanding women to lose weight, and some have even suggested they leave the industry altogether. Thankfully, more and more women of Hollywood are shutting down these dangerous ways of thinking. Here with us today to further break this down is Patrika Darbo. Patrika won the inaugural Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Performer Short form for the internet series Acting Dead. She has also been nominated 3 times for Daytime Emmy Awards. She is a television Academy Governor and has worked for over 35 years in film and television. She is known to daytime audiences for her popular roles on The Bold & The Beautiful and Days of Our Lives. She has recurred on Desperate Housewives and Studio City, currently on Amazon.
