EP 110: Liquid Crystal to Ether: Next Level Quantum Biology (Replay)

“There's no such thing as empty space.” Today's episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast revisits a riveting and revelatory discussion with Carrie Bennet wherein she explains the truth of the matter, both inside and out. We are, Carrie explains, contrary to what mainstream medical research has so long led us to believe, not biochemical beings but electromagnetic and vibrational beings. In fact, we are liquid crystal, the fourth phase of water, and that water acts as a conduit for communication with the superfluid ether that exists—moves, in fact, constantly, and without resistance—all around us. Rather than a series of particles, she explains, everything is a fluid, moving wave.    This means we can interact with the ether, organize and harness it to do everything from heal ourselves to communicate with our ancestors. Carrie will discuss why so many physicists—including Einstein—believed ether didn't exist, yet how it could help explain the existence of the pyramids. She also explains why, since we are so closely in tune with an energy field that connects us to everything in the cosmos—we must be intentional with our emotions, thoughts and feelings.    Tune in to today's discussion to learn more about ether—the bridge between the physical and the spiritual.    Quotes “Really nothing is happening in the body without that water being involved. And that water provides this continuous web, this continuous conduit through which body-wide communication can take place. So, it legitimately is why this finger always knows what's happening in this part of my brain which knows what's happening in my big toe because there is a medium which connects it all through which they can communicate.” (24:21 | Carrie Bennett) “If we were to blow an atom up until it was the size of a football field—one atom, the size of a football field—we would have a nucleus that was about the size of a quarter at the 50-yard line and then we would have a fly, which was the electron buzzing around the outside of the stadium. And the rest would be filled with this substance that we call the ether. So it's not empty, that's the scale. So, we're talking about—it is a fluid—so, a fluid medium that basically fills all space. So, anywhere there is empty space, it fills it. And even things that appear solid are actually always imploding and always pulling it into them as well.”  (42:29 | Carrie Bennett) “We've got to give up the idea of particles, even. We have to realize that everything is just a vibration, a wave, a fluid, a movement happening.” (44:05 | Carrie Bennett)    Links Connect with Carrie Bennett: carriebwellness.com Instagram: @carriebwellness  Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“There are a lot of changes in the air,“ says Sarah Kleiner, founder of Sarah Kleiner Wellness on a recent episode of her Evolving Wellness podcast where she welcomed guest Meredith Oke. Throughout this episode, which Meredith shares with the Quantum Biology Collective podcast audience, the two discuss the rapid downfall of the traditional medical paradigm. Sarah describes being at the forefront of this movement beginning when her daughter suffered a brain injury resulting from a traditional medical procedure, and the mixed feelings she has now that so much of what she was criticized for is being taken seriously in the wider culture.    The two women explain how we can converse with people who are resistant, close-minded, and even hostile toward the changes taking place. Listen in on today's discussion to learn why Meredith says Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the only politician to still have a soul.    Quotes “Right now, in particular, like you said, there's a lot of change in the air. People are really clinging to old behaviors, old beliefs. They're more committed to…their own bullshit, and I don't think there's much we can do. I think it's more attraction than promotion.” (7:26 | Sarah Kleiner)  “When I realized that this system had damaged my child almost irreparably…when I had to come to the realization that it was something that I had done because I thought I was supposed to do that, I struggled with guilt, I struggled with severe depression—...and when people have to come through that realization that they've been in this system and they've been raising their kids and their families in this certain paradigm, they have to reckon with that part of themselves.” (22:23 | Sarah Kleiner)  “This is what it means to be alive, to be human and a grownup. We look at uncomfortable things and figure it out, move forward and cultivate our discernment… if we shut down every time we feel that discomfort…we are not fully living.” (32:03 | Meredith Oke)   TOP 10 QBC Downloads of 2024  1 EP 074: Brilliant Inventors Part II: Portable Phototherapy To Harness Our Body's Own Light 2 EP 066: Light & Digestion: How Regulated Circadian Rhythms Heal The Gut 3 EP 063: Why Light Matters So Much 4 EP 068: How Light And Movement Shape Our Brains 5 EP 064: The Incredible Quantum Story Of Our Eyes And Mouth 6 EP 061: The Infrared Deficiency Epidemic & Effective Red Light Therapy with Kelly Bento 7 EP 059: From Liquid Crystal to Ether: Next Level Quantum Biology with Carrie Bennett 8 EP 069: Brilliant Inventors #1: Sound As The Origin Of Light and Life? 9 EP 076: Sun Maxxing And The Reality of Skin Cancer Research 10  EP 078: The ICU Doctor Who Prescribes Sunlight As Medicine   Links Connect with Sarah Kleiner https://www.sarahkleinerwellness.com   MyCircadianApp - NEW - you need a code to order, use: QBCAPP Google Play Store link - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mycircadian.app&pcampaignid=web_share Apple Store link - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mycircadianapp/id6538168795 Website https://mycircadianapp.com   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Fascia is the interface of spirit animating the pattern of the matter of us,” says Joanne Avison, who returns to the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to explain that, despite what we've been taught, the body is not bio-mechanical and made up of three layers, but a series of spiral designs—including the heart that is the first thing to appear at conception and shape the unique individuals that we all are. We are, explains Joanne—movement specialist and practitioner and bestselling author on the topic of fascia and fascia anatomy—a liquid crystal matrix that is connected to and interacts with the larger liquid crystal matrix around us.    Thinking of our bodies this way means debunking the benefits of popular methods and practices—such as stretching and yoga. Joanne explains how doing subtle micro-movements and their “5 Rs,” help us to tune into our bodies intelligence and learn to listen and respond. She shares how this bodywork helped her father, her clients and herself to rebound from major injury and illness, and why the success of healing in body work is largely about matching frequencies.    Join today's discussion to learn why the last thing we should be looking for is alignment and stability, and how to successfully navigate this new paradigm into which we've entered.    Quotes “That we can function as parts, work out those parts, put those parts together and then build a human—sorry, it doesn't work like that. You self-organize as an original, completely unique, unicellular being and you self-organize into the architect that's going to express itself as the architect. Go figure. You literally self-organize the architecture in order to express yourself as the architect expressing the architect.” (8:23 | Joanne Avison) “It leaves me with the feeling that fascia is the interface. Fascia is the interface of spirit animating the pattern of the matter of us.” (22:18 | Joanne Avison) “Because it's fluid, your body is continually adjusting around it so your body is clocking that as movement. Because we're liquid crystal, we're not machines that need giant fake movements. I don't want my joints oiled, I want my joints reminded that they're a liquid crystal matrix.” (30:47 | Meredith Oke and Joanne Avison) “This liquid crystal talks and it loves nothing more than to tell you its story. Usually, we don't listen and so it shouts and we call that pain. And it says, ‘Psst! I hurt! Pay attention!'” (33:02 | Joanne Avison) “That's who we are. We're actually dynamic instability. When I hear people talking about their training for alignment and instability, I walk away…We're not stable and we're not aligned and we're not designed to be. We're designed to walk on rough terrain that changes and adapt accordingly.” (41:59 | Joanne Avison)   Links Connect with Joanne Avison: joanneavison.com https://www.youtube.com/@joanne.avison Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Statins are prescribed like they're candy—they're not. They're mitochondrial poison,” says Francisco Gutierrez, MD, allopathic trained physician specializing in internal medicine, who joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to explain why these drugs—which remain among the top three most prescribed in the U.S—not only do nothing for the primary prevention of heart disease but, for most people, do more harm than good. The mass overprescription of statins is based on a misunderstanding of the role cholesterol plays in the body, a misguided correlation between LDL and heart disease, flawed metrics and propaganda.    Today, Dr. Francisco explains what we're getting wrong about metabolic syndrome and how having a stroke at age 41 led him to first question the traditional medical paradigm. He discusses how many of the symptoms we associate with poor diet are just as much if not more a case of circadian misalignment. He shares stories of clients who have healed many of these symptoms. He also explains the difference between relative risk and absolute risk, how the pharmaceutical industry creates confusion between the two to promote products.   Join today's episode to learn more about what we're getting wrong about food, calories and exercise, and we truly build muscle–and it's not about calories or exercise.    Quotes “The guardians of the ship of resiliency are the mitochondria. The mitochondria are basically what dictates if we're sick or we thrive…mitochondria are quantum antennas, they pay attention to a lot of different inputs.” (15:10 | Francisco Gutierrez, MD) “By just helping people fix their desynchronized circadian clock, I can show them how their mitochondria function is improving—how? By showing them with a body composition scan—that they're reducing their body fat and increasing their muscle without exercise…Everybody has this idea that you have to go to the gym and spend an hour and a half and pump iron and that's the way you're going to make muscle. Nope. Nature makes your muscle.” (17:45 | Francisco Gutierrez, MD)  “There are two things that really annoy me in how medical care is being promoted: one of them is cholesterol…The other one is the idea of calories.” (19:01 | Francisco Gutierrez, MD) “Food is important, but food is the easiest thing to fix and I'll explain why. More fundamental is the realization that you can get insulin resistance and fatty liver and high insulin with the resulting metabolic syndrome just by not enough sunlight and too much artificial light.” (23:02 | Francisco Gutierrez, MD) “I was one who thought that the prescription pad was a solution. That's it. What changed my view was my own stroke because I had to ask myself the question: ‘Why did this happen if I'm doing the things that they tell me to do?'”  (40:36 | Francisco Gutierrez, MD) “Statins are prescribed like they're candy—they're not. “They're chasing the tail of self-development but they don't realize that it's survival stress and stored trauma that they're managing all the time,” says Irene Lyon, pioneer in somatic and nervous system work, about the many “functionally frozen” people who attempt to engage in healing modalities while ignoring the foundational issue. On today's episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast, Irene explains that when we experience trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACE), and fail to release them physically—the way all other animals do in nature—they remain trapped in our autonomic nervous system. This is the basis of a myriad of chronic diseases, biomechanical issues, and dysfunctional behaviors. Until these baseline issues are addressed, healing modalities—namely meditation—remain ineffective and can actually cause far worse problems by bringing trauma to the surface and evoking the body's original panic response.    By following our impulses, practicing self-regulation and living in closer alignment with  nature, we can not only heal our trauma and open untold vistas of potential, but, being quantum beings, change the course of others, including those in the future and past generations. Irene's clients have even reported it's made parenting easy. She'll discuss how to retrain yourself to best respond when you experience physical pain—including in public—and what to think about before embracing popular techniques such as breath work and cold plunging.    There's nothing “wrong” with us, we just have stored traumatic memories in our nervous system that wants to move out. Learn more about Irene's 21-Day Tuneup to learn how you can start to approach the process of somatic healing and nervous system regulation.    Quotes “If you have no place to put the memories that flood through when you get quiet with yourself, psychosis can occur, a chronic illness can occur.” (20:06 | Irene Lyon) “We have unconscious memories of everything that's occurred to us sitting in our nervous system physiology and so the penny drops and all this old survival stress just bubbles up.” (31:14 | Irene Lyon) “It's not that there's something wrong with you per se, it's that—if we're really accurate—there's stored traumatic memory in the autonomic nervous system that wants to move out.” (35:39 | Irene Lyon) “The autonomic nervous system governs the fight/flight/freeze/shutdown/collapse. It also governs our temperature regulation, our digestion, immune system, cardiovascular system, our social engagement. So, when we start to listen to these impulses, it's like we're reverse engineering the health of the system.” (51:25 | Irene Lyon)   Links Connect with Irene Lyon, MSc: https://irenelyon.com/ Socials: @irenelyon  Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Lyme keeps you in a metabolic state of winter,” says Timothy Hammond of Lyme disease, which host Meredith Oke describes as the “apex predator of our time.” While working as an intelligence analyst for the military as well as major organizations and firms, Timothy developed a debilitating case of Lyme. After both pharmaceutical and naturopathic modalities failed to treat it and destroyed his microbiome, he set out to understand the environmental factors–namely light, water and magnetism—which are so crucial to our health and healing. On today's episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast, Timothy explains why the answer lay not at the biochemical level but at the biophysical level.   He shares his four pillars to achieving cellular coherence, why the oft-maligned reactive oxygen species are essential to our health, and how foreign EMFs have the same effects as Lyme. He also shares how we can guard ourselves against media manipulation and navigate the series of conflicting narratives all around us.   Learn how Timothy is helping others to optimize their quantum health with his company Regenerint and how to access complimentary materials.    Quotes “Any centralized system is ultimately vulnerable to corruption because of these single points of failure. In the quantum biology space, one of the beauties of it is that this is decentralized. You don't need to go through any centralized authority or intermediary to go out and reconnect with nature and experience the healing benefits of that.” (24:49 | Timothy Hammond) “I think the isolation from society is part of the worst aspect of any chronic illness.” (35:25 | Timothy Hammond) “It was the same error of thinking in that instead of throwing tons and tons of pharmaceutical medications at my body, they were throwing tons and tons of herbs and supplements…it's the same mentality of something from the outside having to be inserted in rather than examining what environmental conditions are needed to activate the body's innate healing capacity and innate healing intelligence.” (36:32 | Timothy Hammond) “These biochemical models, which involved the pharmaceutical approach, the allopathic approach, the naturopathic approach, were all working on the level of biochemistry…so this connection with nature led me to explore biophysics, which is a more fundamental layer upon which biochemistry is built…it doesn't matter how hard you're working on the biochemical piece. If your light, water, and magnetism environmental inputs are wrong, you're not going to have the success you're looking for.” (38:48 | Timothy Hammond)   Links Connect with Timothy Hammond: Website: regenerint.com Full bio: www.timothyghammond.com Socials: @regenerint on Instagram, X, and Facebook   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“This is the main environmental toxin left to attack, the most pervasive issue, and the most inconvenient truth,” says Tristan Scott who joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to discuss the dangers of non-native EMFs, the kind with which we are bombarded on a near-constant basis and the effects of which have been majorly downplayed–if not outright denied–by the entities meant to protect us. Luckily, the methods to circumvent nearly 90% of these EMFs are very simple and almost always free, and Tristan shares those methods with us today.    He also explains why so much of what we thought we knew about the topic is incomplete if not flat out wrong. Foreign EMFs interfere with the signals that our electromagnetic biology receives from the electromagnetic spectrum of the earth. Tristan explains how and why our bodies kick off reactive oxygen species, and why supplements often do far more harm than good. He explains how he came to work on the Daylight Computer, the first biologically friendly computer and what we can expect from it in the near future.    Learn what Tristan learns from his deep connection with nature and how we can take the steps to empower ourselves to mitigate the effects of EMF pollution and forge our own paths back to nature as well.    Quotes “Let me start by saying: This is nothing new. This has been going on for decades. In the 60s, 70s, 80s, it was more so the power frequencies and in some portion of the radio frequency spectrum.” (21:34 | Tristan Scott) “What I like to tell people is, you need to first understand that our biology, at the lowest level, is electromagnetic. It's based on photons, electrons, protons and the electromagnetic spectrum is vast. It's all light—most of it's not visible light——it's all photonic energy.” (22:05 | Tristan Scott) “This is the last stool that needs to fall. Everyone's aware of Big Food and Big Ag, and Pfizer and Pharma—they're all in bed together. So is Big Tech, Big Telecom, and the FCC. It's the same spiel going on just in this adjacent industry that really has us at the cusp of being completely enamored and completely dependent on their products.” (28:07 | Tristan Scott) “The signal to noise ratio has never been lower, and electromagnetic interference with our biology has never been higher…It's causing chaos in communication and also inflammation and that's leading to inflammation and chronic fatigue and chronic disease.” (37:02 | Tristan Scott) “Everyone thinks that reactive oxygen species are purely bad…But reactive oxygen species might just be the most important aspect of our biology because they're rooted in the cellular communication hub that is our biology.” (42:37 | Tristan Scott)   Links Connect with Tristan Scott: Website: https://daylightcomputer.com Instagram: @tristan_health  X: @bitcoinand_beef   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“I have a sunshine problem,” realized Dr. Kelsey Dexter, endocrinologist, after, despite living an otherwise clean and healthy life, began experiencing neurological problems and a subsequent diagnosis of MS. After being “aggressively sun avoidant” for most of her life, she began “an intentional sun practice,” and her symptoms were quickly alleviated, sending her down a quantum biology and circadian health rabbit hole. Now, she's on a mission to help people understand the connection between circadian disruption and chronic disease, and particularly to help address the overrepresentation of obesity and diabetes in the Southeast region of the U.S. where she holds her practice.    Too often, Dr. Kelsey says, people identify too deeply with their diagnoses and diseases, which has repercussions even at the biological level. She expresses support for her fellow physicians who would otherwise embrace preventative medicine more fully but are tied to a traditional system which works against them.    Join today's episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to learn how Dr. Kelsey is joining the charge toward a new medical paradigm.   Quotes “My mission now is to teach people about light. That's what I'm most passionate about and I want everyone who is faced with any kind of chronic disease to know that they have power over this, and when you change your environment, when you change the inputs, the body has a pretty miraculous way of coming back into balance.” (13:19 | Dr. Kelsey Dexter) “I just hope everybody can hear that message that we are supposed to be in connection with the earth for optimal health, and before you consider taking medicine to modulate your immune function or taking medicine to lower your blood sugar, or whatever, if you have the capacity to connect to the outside world…you can just improve so much more quickly, overall.” (13:53 | Dr. Kelsey Dexter) “It's so important, no matter what training you have, how many degrees you have, to stay open-minded and to stay curious and to be willing to try things because sometimes sticking to our dogma can really hurt us.” (16:01 | Dr. Kelsey Dexter) “If you over-identify with your illness, your illness will consume you.” (51:00 | Dr. Kelsey Dexter)   Links Connect with Kelsey Dexter: Website: www.kelseydextermd.com (under construction) https://l.bttr.to/pvSh5 (new patient booking link) https://www.skool.com/circadian-health-revival-2974 (Skool group) Instagram: @kelseydextermd   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense**   To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“The ship is sinking, the people in charge are in denial and they're making a lot of money,” says Dr. Leland Stillman, who returns to the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to discuss the proliferation of autoimmune diseases—including unfamiliar ones—-and the $1.3 trillion that the pharmaceutical industry is set to make in the coming months, just as people are abandoning the traditional medical paradigm–and its system of perverse incentives—in droves. Today, Dr. Stillman will break down how autoimmune diseases—including POTS and PANDAS, both of which are becoming increasingly common in young people—actually form and function in the body, and how we can begin to take control of our own health.   It begins with identifying and addressing the toxins—both internal and external, from our diets and EMF exposure to our thoughts and relationships—that ultimately erode our cells and their ability to function.    In today's discussion, Dr. Stillman gets candid about the machinations of the pharmaceutical industry, the burden placed on most physicians.    Quotes: “The pharmaceutical industry is really gaming the system, and I would say this is quite intentional, by saying OK, we've studied this drug for ten years, there was no increase in the risk of XYZ, therefore we can unleash it on the public with no black box warnings and complete confidence. And as we've seen with one drug, and drug class, after another, oftentimes the system is just set up to not find the bad outcomes.” (17:13 | Dr. Leland Stillman) “Many…have essentially said that the pharmaceutical industry indirectly owns the major medical publishers and journals, and those journal articles, and studies that are published therein, are what is ultimately submitted to the FDA, and they control the process, really, soup to nuts. And there are actually no consequences for them. When they make a mistake and they hurt a lot of people, they actually don't pay any penalties in excess of their profits.” (17:49 | Dr. Leland Stillman “It's a completely different paradigm. You have to take charge and ownership of your diet, your lifestyle, your daily routine, the thoughts you think, the words you speak. I've seen all of that make a difference in patients' care. Let alone supplement protocols, medications, everything we're going to build into our autoimmune recovery program.” (25:11 | Dr. Leland Stillman)   Links Connect with Leland Stillman, MD: Website: stillmanmd.com Socials: stillmanmd     NEW Podcast Site & Episode Guide: www.qbcpod.com Todd at Tresnic for Marketing/Tech Strategies: www.tresnic.com https://thegrowthsuite.com - free guide to growing an online brand   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Sleep architecture is the map of how your circadian system is working,” says Dr. Josh Rosenthal, dual board certified sleep and regenerative medicine specialist, who joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to discuss just how important sleep is to optimal function and the prevention of major diseases. And it's even more important than you might think.    In his practice, Dr. Rosenthal began to encounter patients with more and more health concerns despite their labs being normal. The issue, he says, was sleep fragmentation, a lack of sustained, reparative sleep achieved in the proper order. Today, he explains what a good night's sleep looks like and how broken sleep architecture leads to major chronic diseases.   He also discusses his own experimentation with light, including effortless weight loss from simply wearing blue blockers for an hour at night. Dr. Rosenthal also explains the emotion code at the heart of many diseases such as cancer and why supplements may actually be hastening your body's deterioration.   Join today's discussion to learn how you can build optimal sleep architecture in your own life and keep your body functioning optimally. Quotes: “Really, what I was seeing was, I think, we'd call ‘circadian disruption,' and that sleep architecture is, in fact, the map of how your circadian system is working. So, if you get a sleep test and your doctor says, ‘Hey, you're fine,' and you look and and you see you have no deep sleep, you have no dream sleep, you have a very small amount or ranges of what that should be, that tells you that the mechanisms are not kicking in.” (8:19 | Josh Rosenthal, MD) “Everything seems to be working until it doesn't. If I had a nickel for every 40- or 50-year-old who said, ‘I was doing great, until…'... So, sleep is kind of that natural oil change. That's how you can maintain the car of your brain and your body and your organs and all the different systems. So, getting this right is, in my opinion, absolutely paramount in any sort of healing modality.” (28:15 | Josh Rosenthal, MD) “To me, this is the most powerful feed-forward mechanism for disease, and also, inversely, it's going to be the most powerful feed-forward mechanism for healing because when you get this right, it's going to benefit you every day. If you get this wrong, you'll have a detriment every day.” (32:26 | Josh Rosenthal, MD)    Links Connect with  Josh Rosenthal, MD: Website Quantumlifewellness.com Socials @qlwellness   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense**   To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“This period in time will be classified as ‘the light revolution,' says today's guest Jeff Gibson, whose own personal revolution--and revelation–about the importance of circadian light and quantum biology has led him to inspire others. Initially a skeptic, Jeff spent 30 days getting up with the sun and blocking blue light at night. His results were so profound, he became determined to inspire others to do the same, helping to found the Circadian Disruption Challenge, fostering a supportive community of people who understand the importance of circadian balance and that we, like all living beings, are made to transform light into energy.    Jeff sees a near future in which circadian disruptive products such as screens and LED bulbs will come with the same warning as cigarettes. He shares success stories from the Circadian Disruption Challenge, noting the particular effect of circadian discipline on weight loss, and explains why melatonin is the body's anti-cancer hormone.   Grab your blue blockers and join this episode of the Quantum Biology Collective Podcast to get inspired and join the light revolution.   Quotes: “I set out to disprove this but I was dead wrong. It actually worked. I started feeling, just as my friend described, a new person. It's almost like your energy levels get dialed up two or three percent every single day…I felt like a completely new person.”  (6:52 | Jeff Gibson) “You think about it this way: if we had gone back to the 1950s—you see pictures of doctors, nurses all smoking cigarettes in the patients' rooms—if we were to go in and explain to them, ‘What are you guys doing? Don't you know that smoking's bad for your health?' They would have looked at you like, ‘You're crazy. ‘Get out of here. Everybody's doing it, how can it be bad.' That's where we're at with blue light, blue-enriched light from our devices and our bulbs in the evening. We're in that same spot that if we talk to people about this, their evidence that it's fine is that everybody's doing it.” (19:42 | Jeff Gibson) “We are affected by all wavelengths of energy. And it's only once somebody's mind is able to make that leap, that jump, to actually realize that we are quantum beings, that we are affected by energy, then and only then will the studies on red light start to make sense.”  (32:30 | Jeff Gibson) “People are figuring this out. “You can't be helpless, you can't outsource your thinking to centralized authorities,” says today's guest Zaid K. Dahhaj. Nearly a decade into his work in the health and fitness space, Zaid began a deep-dive into the area of circadian optimization and is now passionate about teaching others about it—or more specifically—-encouraging them to teach themselves. A self-proclaimed autodidact with an inherent distrust of authority, he's deeply skeptical of what he considers to be an incentive-structured healthcare system and of the findings which emerge therefrom. Instead he promotes self-advocacy and taking control of one's own health. This includes becoming circadian optimized, as the lack of which, he says, is the root cause of nearly all chronic disease.   On this episode of The Quantum Biology Collective podcast, Zaid will reveal products such as sunblock and sunglasses—that centralized healthcare has told us were crucial to our well-being are actually artificially manipulating the light cycle. He explains why everything , the best time at which to eat it, and even the best time to get an X-ray according to circadian principles.    Quotes: “I don't think people should start off trusting any so-called government-funded expert. I think they should actually start off as a skeptical human being when it comes to these sorts of discussions.” (9:53 | Zaid K. Dahhaj) “The key is that the education is in your hands. Now, we live in a time where education is more decentralized. You have the opportunity to be able to study this work on your own. You don't have to go to your local doctor or any other so-called authority in the realm, you can just take it into your own hands.”  (12:46 | Zaid K. Dahhaj) “We have to understand that the inputs that light has on the entire body as a system are just as powerful, if not more powerful, than food because food is just an extension of light. And to ignore that fact is really to divorce yourself from nature because you don't see the chain of how things are working. And I think that's a big problem that people in modern society struggle with is just this disconnection from nature in general.” (20:57 | Zaid K. Dahhaj) “It's very important to understand how to use these zeitgebers—again, external circadian cues…That's what I want people to understand—digestive health, mental health, neurotransmitter production, mood regulation, all of it is downstream from the way that those clocks sync up with each other.” (31:00 | Zaid K. “We're first and foremost energy beings,” says today's guest Deanna Won, who, after a stunning career working as a scientist and in a leadership capacity for the U.S. military took her all over the world, found herself on the brink of death from a rare and aggressive form of ovarian cancer. On today's episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast, she shares her incredible story of bringing herself back not only from cancer but in many ways healthier and stronger than she was before. She talks to host Meredith Oke about what her experience taught her about the miraculous design of the human body, why she was adamant about refusing chemotherapy even when doctors said it was her only hope, and the peculiar message she received that ultimately saved her life.    Deanna reflects on the amount of circadian light disruption her job caused her and how it affected her mentally and physically. While many people try to treat or prevent disease—which is essentially light incoherence within the body—the emotional and spiritual components are far more important, she argues.  She shares a controversial idea about the connection between disease and certain spiritual entities.   Having started her career working, essentially, with liquid crystal, Deanna shares how humans, with our fascia and connective tissue are, essentially liquid crystal as well. In fact, scientifically, we are like gemstones, made to radiate light.    Quotes: “It didn't make logical sense to me just looking at it. Why would you put poisons into a body that's already having immune system issues? It's so hard on the body. I really believe that any therapy should do no harm to the body and its systems.” (37:53 | Deanna Won) “You learn how resilient our human bodies are when you go through experiences like that. It's such a marvel. I just believe we have so much wisdom designed in our bodies.” (50:00 | Deanna Won)  “When our bodies, which are designed to actually radiate coherent light, when we get sick or when something is not quite right within an organ or whatever system, we begin to emit incoherent light. And so, in order to correct that, we don't correct it with food necessarily—yes, there are electrons in there—but we have to go back to the source.” (1:06:15 | Deanna Won) “People are just so on this whole diet thing, and it doesn't matter how healthy the food you're eating if you have toxic thoughts or if you have unresolved traumas and past conflicts that have not been resolved.” (1:10:34 | Deanna Won)   Links Connect with Deanna Won: Website: https://deannawon.com Socials: https://www.youtube.com/@DeannaWon https://www.facebook.com/deanna.won/ https://www.instagram.com/deannawon/ https://m.youtube.com/c/DeannaWon https://www.facebook.com/deanna.won/ https://www.linkedin.com/mwlite/in/deannawon https://www.instagram.com/deannawon/   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“It's really important to think about the small choices that one is making every day from the mind and heart space and realize how much our thoughts are affecting our biology,” says today's guest Heather Crimson, who joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to discuss the largely overlooked connection between mental health and mitochondrial health. In her 20-year practice as a therapist and through her own journey of healing from early childhood trauma, Heather has come to realize the damage that trauma inflicts upon our cells, causing inflammation and a resulting cast of physical issues, which, in turn, fuel our negative thoughts and emotions. On today's episode, she talks about reaching outside of contemporary psychology's biochemical model to address clients' issues at the cellular level and, ultimately, make therapy more effective.     Addressing mitochondrial damage not only enhances traditional therapy practices, but reaches past the limits of merely talking out the problem. When we listen to our body's needs—the basis of which is aligning with circadian light—we align with our truest selves. Heather discusses the practice of myofascial release, which not only clears out old trauma but allows space for new, healthier connections going forward.   Contrary to popular belief, healing can be quick, easy, and even fun. Join today's discussion with Heather and host Meredith Oke to learn more.    Quotes: “When I started improving my circadian rhythm and I started to feel stronger, then my emotions would turn around. It's like my emotions tend toward the more neutral and positive, whereas when your body feels bad, you don't have energy. The voltage is so low, no wonder your emotions and your thoughts—they're awful!” (12:53 | Heather Crimson)  “I think the main paradigm shift needs to be a few things: trusting our bodies and how resilient they are, that our bodies don't make mistakes, they're designed to heal. Understanding our bio-electric nature, we are intimately tied to the natural environment and we are a part of that ecosystem…it all ties together” (25:18 | Heather Crimson) “It's really important to think about all the small choices that one is making every day, especially from the mind and heart space. I think we can obsess about the physiological and not realize how much our thoughts, the nature of our thoughts and the emotional home that we live in is affecting our biology.” (26:07 | Heather Crimson)  “Psychology Today have been talking about mitochondria being a key factor in mental health since 2017, but they're still in the biochemical model and, ‘Oh, what drugs can we make to help our mitochondria,' and you see that a lot when you start to do the research.” (31:03 | Heather Crimson) “Fascia, as we know, is key insofar as our bodies' holding energetic imprints and also how it's affecting our body's ability to do quantum communication.” (47:25 | Heather Crimson)   Links Connect with Heather Crimson: www.enlightenedmood.com https://www.instagram.com/heathercrimson/ https://www.facebook.com/AskHeatherCrimson https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_weMceacpDjpBttaBCvVxg Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

As the silos between scientific camps continue to crumble, Robert finds himself part of a multidisciplinary team who is exploring the way that light interacts with all aspects of life. Today, he joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to discuss the link between astrophysics and the world of astronomy, and the world of light, bio photons, infrared light and quantum biology.    It is Robert's belief that life is the biosphere and extremely intertwined with all the systems of the planet. He explains how different types of light enter and interact with the body, and why infrared light is so vital to the reproductive process of so many living things.   Join today's discussion to hear Robert reveal the profession which has been surprisingly receptive to new findings on infrared light and its benefits to public health and which has been more reticent. He'll also share the optimal location to sit to improve one's health.    Quotes: “I no longer think of life being a set of individual species…back to the original James Ludlock idea, the early idea of Gaia and the fact that life and the state of the planet are very closely intertwined, I believe they are very closely intertwined.” (15:42 | Robert Fosbury)  “If you've been a nurse working night shifts in a hospital in LED-lit wards for many weeks without having much time in daylight, you will begin to suffer from this. We know that the astronauts on the space station… they've had very extensive medical tests carried out on them...They also feel the effects of this '21st-century scurvy,' I call it. “When we have things that work for people, it's because of frequency, and I would never have thought that,” says Kelli Ritter, PhD,  trauma competent practitioner who returns to the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to discuss what she believes is the true nature of anxiety versus the traditional paradigm which, while not wrong, doesn't provide the full picture, and looks to merely manage anxiety rather than heal it from the source. And that source, Dr. Kelli says, is not negative thought patterns leading to negative emotions, but trauma, old wounds we aren't aware of or haven't truly dealt with, which then block frequencies in our fields.   And our personal frequency, which is developed when we do the work to heal ourselves, is a major part of finding the best practitioner for us. Dr. Kelli believes that a practitioner stands to benefit from a mutual healing with a client when their frequencies complement each other's strengths and weaknesses.    We are on the cusp of entering a new paradigm for treating anxiety and people are hungry for it, Dr. Kelli says. Join today's discussion to learn her thoughts on the importance of self love, safety, stability and trust to the healing process, and how to join her workshop to become more trauma-informed.    Quotes: “The idea—I get it, it makes sense—that you're going to give somebody a diagnosis and if you get the correct diagnosis…you're going to get the right treatment. But I didn't ever see that happening. And my thinking now is that when it does work, when we have things that work for people, it works because of frequency, and I would have never thought that.” (9:43 | Dr. Kelli Ritter) “When you have a practitioner of any kind that has, in their field—I know this is really woo-woo, but just stick with me, this is frequency—when they have worked on themselves and they are healthy and their field is very vibrant and there aren't the breaks in the same places that you as the ‘client' have breaks, there's an exchange of healing. And so, we—I think—are meant to help each other heal in this way, in this very vibrational frequency way.” (10:43| Dr. Kelli Ritter)  “Literally what we're talking about on a basic, basic level: you're either working with a frequency of fear, or you're working on a frequency of love.  So, my view now—which I was not taught—is that anxiety is just a fear frequency and sometimes it can get stuck there.” (14:09 | Dr. Kelli Ritter)   Links Connect with Kelli Ritter, PhD Website https://www.nourished-soul.com/ Socials https://www.instagram.com/dr_kelli https://www.facebook.com/drkelliritter https://youtube.com/@drkelliritter Trauma Informed Workshop Registration: https://www.appliedquantumbiology.com/traumainformedquantumcoahing   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense**   To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“There is so much more to health and vitality and wellness than the previous checklist and model that we've been given,” says today's guest Dr. Catherine Clinton. She joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to discuss the paradigm shift taking place across humanity as to how we view the body, the universe and our place in the latter. As a result of the pandemic, she says, people's eyes—and hearts—have been opened not only to new information but just how much that information affects our bodies but, essentially, runs them. Today she discusses quantum coherence and why the universe acts like a loving parent.   Unfortunately, despite the myriad of scientific proof to support Dr. Catherine's message, because it is not wrapped in the accepted language it is often dismissed—or even censored. She talks about being thrown in “Instagram jail” for posting about structured water and being one of many who were flagged for using the hashtag #sunshine. In the bigger picture, though, she sees the quantum space as the rare space where left-brained and right-brained people find common ground and mutual support.    Join today's conversation to hear Dr. Catherine reveals what actually fills the universe that was once thought to be empty and why she says we're in the middle of one of the largest chronic disease epidemics known to humankind. Quotes: “We weaponized the human body. You could get in trouble for being human. You could be in trouble for going outside and being human. It became a weapon.”  (12:32 | Dr. Catherine Clinton) “Understanding that we can utilize this information of light, sound, our water within us, frequency information in the fields around us, just even this idea of being a part of this flow. It isn't a device that we get this information from, it's the world. The solar radiation coming into our environment and sending all those photons of information throughout every plant and animal and human on this planet and the more we stand in that, the more we stand in our place on this earth as humans.” (16:12 | Dr. Catherine Clinton)  “It's like the unconditional love of a parent. That's how we are meant to thrive. We run to that parent, they scoop us up. Unconditional love, unconditional safety. We are where we belong. The world around us offers that, the natural world around us offers us that same embrace.” (20:01 | Dr. Catherine Clinton)  “The way that information is given, too, this idea that we are energy beings, if I say that, we are energy beings, that our cellular function runs on information, our cells communicate in light and information people think, ‘Agh! Get her!'...scientists aren't censored because there's still this line of science is science and the metaphysical is not something to mix with that.”(37: 38 | Dr. Catherine Clinton)   Links Quantum Biology Wellness Summit    Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“We live in divine direction and divine time,” says today's guest David Meltzer, who joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast for the show's first-ever bonus episode. Though he is a legendary sports agent—as well as a lawyer, entrepreneur, speaker, author and lawyer with a huge online following—David's journey and transformation using quantum principles has led him to believe that competition with anyone but oneself is a zero sum game. Instead we are all interconnected and have access to infinite abundance, love, promotion and protection. To achieve our goals we must simply learn not to interfere with what we've already been given.    In today's episode, David explains that as humans we bear not only a genetic inheritance but an energetic one, and that our attitudes, beliefs and thoughts deeply impact our reality. He discusses quantum healing, both on the conscious and subconscious level, why sleep is not only important for physical restoration but as a means of accessing another level of consciousness not available to us when we're awake, and what it truly means to surrender.    David's journey exemplifies the importance of meeting people where they are in their spiritual journey rather than where we think they should be. Stay tuned to learn how you can obtain a complimentary copy of his book wherein he shares more lessons from his remarkable journey.    Quotes:   “So everything was a trade and negotiation. I was born to buy things I didn't need to impress people. I didn't like to live within the energy interference or suck between ‘I am,' and ‘This is what I want people to think I am.'  But I met at the right time someone who elevated my understanding and awareness to two things: meditation and quantum healing…Dr. Sengita Sahi, explained to me awareness and the power of awareness and perspective aligned with my values of gratitude, forgiveness, accountability and inspiration. But she hooked me by telling me she could elevate my awareness when to buy or sell…And as I started to understand more and more of that over the last 18 years and to make it a daily practice and surround myself with the world thought leaders in this space, as you have.” (5:27 | David Meltzer)  “I think about it in the realm of consciousness because it is relative to awareness. So, I will look within the cellular structure of the cellular memory of our cells in the conscious being, and then I look at the 40,000 of the same thoughts that are hosted in the subconscious.. we inherited--at least, we can scientifically prove—four generations of genetic inheritance, but energetic inheritance is, in my opinion, millions of lifetimes.” (8:38 | David Meltzer)  “I then realized, ‘What am I doing to interfere with what I'm already given?...so I look at things—what time I wake up, my sleep, what I eat, how I exercise—[as] what am I doing to interfere with my potential? “I genuinely don't believe that the natural state of humanity is to hurt just because we are getting older,” says today's guest Dr. Eric Novack, orthopedic surgeon. Yet, it's the sharp increase of incidents of musculoskeletal issues in increasingly younger populations that he is dedicated to understanding, and he shares his findings with host Meredith Oke on today's episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast. More and more kids are, in an effort to make themselves look more viable to college admissions' officers, enrolled in often multiple sports all year-round thus burning out their bodies, in addition being bombarded with blue light, non-native EMFs, lack of circadian lighting and increasingly poor-quality food.    Throughout the discussion, Dr. Novack explains how inflammation is formed in, and ultimately affects, the body and contributes to chronic illness. He warns of the doctors' incentives and motivations, and the limitations of their advice when they perpetuate the outdated paradigm that human beings are merely mechanical beings. He emphasizes the power of the mind to heal the body and the importance of doing our own research and self-advocacy.   Join us to learn how pharmaceutical companies use the power of the placebo effect against consumers and how we can begin to give our bodies the right inputs in order to receive their best output.    Quotes: “I genuinely don't believe that the natural state of humanity is to hurt just because we're getting older…that is highly unsatisfying and, I don't think, fair or correct, because that's not what we're meant to do.” (6:49 | Dr. Eric Novack)  “The optimal state involves getting information from the sun, reproducing it inside and also our own electrical signals. So, when that goes out of balance, that eventually—sometimes fast, or sometimes slower—creates chaos, and that chaos is what is called inflammation. That's the easy way to think of it. And the primary—not the only—but the primary conductor that connects all of these signals and what happens in the body is what happens in our mitochondria. So mitochondrial chaos is the result of inflammation.” (19:30 | Dr. Eric Novack) “So, Number 1 [teenagers] are not getting their morning sun, or sun throughout the day... Then they're getting basically a poison, to a certain degree, of these non-native EMFs from their Bluetooth headphones and their Wifi routers and their iPad up against their face, and all these other devices that they have up against their body that are also impairing, essentially, energy maintenance, homeostasis and production.” (33:37 | Dr. Eric Novack)  “Diet contributes as well. The truth is that, I do think that the crap food that we ate, that I ate, 45-50 years ago, is actually not as bad as the crap food people are eating today. The food is worse and the environment we're eating it in is worse, and we're getting less sunlight.” (37:43 | Dr. Eric Novack and Meredith Oke)   Links Connect with Dr Eric Novack: www.orthoarizona.org/physicians/eric-novack/ Twitter / X: @eric_novack   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense**   To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Everything is connected to everything,” explains Amanda Stencken, PhD, who joins the Quantum Biology Collective Podcast to discuss the way small movements—rhythmic integrated movements to be exact—can create huge changes in the body. As Amanda explains, during our development in the womb and in our earliest years, our bodies make unconscious movements to help us develop and connect all of our parts to help us function optimally. When these movements, after serving their purpose, fail to phase themselves out, issues ranging from ADHD and autism to anxiety and weight gain arise.    On today's episode, Amanda explores the idea that the body stores all of our life baggage in our water, particularly in our fascia. And when we engage in movements that the body associates with safety, we open up pathways to allow for the rapid movement of information and ultimately healing. You'll hear her explain why we need to learn to slow down, listen to our bodies, and trust that if we learn to give the right inputs, it will take care of the outputs.    The best news is that it's never too late to start to heal. Today Amanda and Meredith will share personal stories of healing through rhythmic integrated movements, as well as its benefits to women at all stages of menopause and its effects on trauma recovery.  Quotes: “What a lot of people have figured out from observing babies and kids is that a lot of behavior issues, learning issues, reading disabilities, reading deficits, all go back to primitive reflexes that, for whatever reason, didn't disappear when they were supposed to. They remained active…So what happens is these reflexes are active until different brain parts are linked up.” (9:20 | Amanda Steencken) “The gentle movements that we do in rhythmic movement training, what are those doing? Could it be that those gentle movements are also generating electrons and charging our fourth phase water…could the water associated with that hold safety signals and safety information that got cut off life happens?” (33:03 | Amanda Steencken)  “Trauma. Abuse. A surgery. A disease…All these things affect our water, and if our water is so integral to information transmission and to memory storage, could it be that something so gentle as rhythmic rocking… is unsticking the water in us and allowing information to flow again?” (33:41 | Amanda Steencken)  “As we go on this journey of true healing, a key part of that is learning the language of the body, learning how to listen. And most of the time the things that the body says in terms of symptoms, pains, so on and so forth are the body's way of telling us to, ‘Slow down. Chill out. I've got what I need. Trust me.” (43:50 | Amanda Steencken) Links Primitive Reflex Integration - https://mailchi.mp/horaioswellness/sakpen0807 Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training - https://www.brmtusa.com/primitive-reflexes   Connect with Amanda Steencken, PhD: Website: https://horaioswellness.com Book A Call w/ Amanda: https://calendly.com/horaioswellness/complimentary-discovery-conversation-video?month=2024-08 Socials: https://www.instagram.com/horaioswellness/   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense**   To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“My life was giv[ing] me that door to say, ‘You need to stop and slow down. You don't have another choice,'” says today's guest, Vanessa Baldwin, a school teacher turned classical homeopath, ancestral health expert, and circadian biology coach. Vanessa's health journey began with a series of chronic UTIs and bladder infections at the age of five. Over the years, she faced numerous health challenges that conventional medicine either failed to treat or, in some cases, worsened by suppressing her immune system. Living under constant stress, it wasn't until she spent quiet moments outdoors that she discovered the healing power of circadian biology and homeopathy.   In today's episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast, Vanessa opens up about her experience as a vaccine injury survivor and the struggle of not being believed. She delves into homeopathy, explaining how healing can seem counterintuitive until we shift our perspective. Vanessa also discusses working with people's energetic imprints and what symptoms are truly trying to communicate.   The same Type-A personality that once contributed to Vanessa's chronic stress now fuels her mission to share her insights with the world. Tune in to today's discussion to learn what she wishes more people understood about circadian biology.   Quotes “Just this go-go-go, hustle culture. When I look back at my life then, I think, ‘How did I survive that?' I had to have been living on chronic stress hormones. I never stopped and repaired…all this depleting stuff. So, then I started racking up diseases all of a sudden. Here I am this really healthy, fit-looking person who runs a lot, and exercises a lot, and does meditation and yoga and all the things, people [would say] ‘You are so healthy.'” (15:18 | Vanessa Baldwin)  “Nobody believed me that I had a jab injury. They totally didn't; I was so dismissed…They said, ‘Here are your antidepressants. Move on.' That's how it felt.” (30:27 | Vanessa Baldwin and Meredith Oke) “That's the magic, where it's this strong aggravation, which is the immune system ramping up, the symptoms are causing—they're nudging the body to do what it needed to do that it wasn't doing. It's telling the body, ‘OK, this is what you need to work on.' So, that's why the symptoms intensify. That's the immune system finally revving up and doing its job to remove what needs to be removed.” (42:31 | Vanessa Baldwin)  “The thing about homeopathy that I think is the most interesting is that you're only taking an energetic imprint…that's why it's so pooh-poohed, because people say, ‘It's nothing. You're taking nothing.'...and people don't understand that, but that's what makes it so powerful and what makes it so effective.”  (44:34 | Vanessa Baldwin)    Links Connect with Vanessa Baldwin: Vanessa's Website: https://brightlightwellnesscoach.com/ Vanessa's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bright_light_wellness/ https://www.instagram.com/healingfamilieswithhomeopathy/ Vanessa's podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-quantum-connection/id1687318126 Youtube https://www.youtube.com/@BrightLightWellness/videos   Free Homeopathy At Home Guide http://gem.godaddy.com/signups/425d2c01be2848b79193824b3e00c71f/join   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv   Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“A lot of people think that the placenta is just nourishing the baby, but it's the portal where they're getting these hormonal cues from,” says today's guest, Nikko Kennedy, who returns to the Quantum Biology Collective podcast. In this episode, she delves into the crucial role of circadian regulation starting at conception—even earlier. Nikko explains how a mother's circadian rhythm influences everything from fertility and childbirth pain to the postpartum experience, shaping the baby's vital early years. She also emphasizes the significance of nutrition and well-timed eating, particularly after birth, and draws insights from countries with extreme seasons.   On a broader scale, Nikko highlights the societal impact of regulating light environments. She discusses how adjusting street lighting has protected endangered species, reduced crime, and supported the mental and emotional health of various communities. She also reveals the growing importance of circadian alignment in the medical, military, and airline industries and how these fields are working to better support their employees.   Tune in as Nikko shares practical tips for enhancing circadian regulation in daily life and debunks one of the biggest misconceptions surrounding it.   Quotes “This whole idea that [during] motherhood and postpartum you're going to be completely fatigued, you're going to be feeling terrible, it's going to be the hardest thing you've ever been through…It still may be the hardest thing you've ever been through but it doesn't have to be difficult in those particular ways if you can actually get your environment right, then we can naturally go into a polyphasic sleep.” (18:16 | Nikko Kennedy) “You can't have a healthy circadian rhythm that's not in line with the sun. So, it doesn't matter what your schedule is, it matters that your body understands what solar time it is.” (32:36 | Nikko Kennedy)  “When you think about the effects of circadian disruption on people who are living out on the streets…the potential impacts for a society where we actually had full circadian lighting in all public spaces [would be] so amazing and that group advocacy and awareness-building and moving into policy is really inspiring.” (38:34 | Nikko Kennedy) “A lot of people think that the placenta is just nourishing the baby…That's the portal where they're also getting these hormonal cues from the mom to know day from night, just to control all the things so that they happen in the right order across the day.” (48:31 | Nikko Kennedy)    Links Connect with Nikko Kennedy: To work with Nikko: https://nikkokennedy.com Nikko's Substack: www.brighterdaysdarkernights.com Instagram: @brighterdays.darkernights linkedin.com/in/nikkokennedy   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“If you don't create your reality, your surroundings are going to create it for you, whether you like it or not,” says today's guest Rachel Maurice, MD, on the Quantum Biology Collective podcast. Dr. Maurice discusses navigating personal and professional paradigm shifts, the power of the subconscious mind, and breaking out of the cult of medicine. After decades as an anesthesiologist at a leading hospital in British Columbia, Canada, the pandemic prompted her to question the traditional medical system. Inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza's work, she realized our potential to control our circumstances and explore possibilities beyond the status quo.   In today's episode, Dr. Maurice and host Meredith Oke delve into how conditioning keeps us in a state of fear. They discuss Jason Christoff's work and the absorbency of the subconscious mind compared to the conscious mind, emphasizing the importance of cleaning up our systems to access our subconscious power.   Tune in to hear Dr. Maurice share a story about a former patient that illustrates the possibilities beyond the limitations of our five senses.   Quotes “Dr. Jack Kruse talks a lot about that, just how things have been designed and these protocols that are passed down from the people who make them and you just follow these protocols. That's, in a sense, how evidence-based medicine was born…as opposed to doing individual-based medicine.” (22:26 | Rachel Maurice, MD) “Upon working through Joe Dispenza's work, my whole outlook on life changed, and instead of focusing on a lot of fear and potential catastrophes that could happen… I really started to open myself to the possibilities that could happen  and realize that I could make those possibilities happen, and that's what started happening in my life.” (29:00 | Rachel Maurice, MD)  “The more fear you're in—and I think a lot of people can understand and see what comes out of the media, what's on the news, what's in our entertainment, who we surround ourselves with—that really helps shape how we see the world and actually how our physiology is run. So, the best way to empower yourself is to clean yourself up—clean up your mind, clean up your body, clean up your emotions.” (42:21 | Dr. Rachel Maurice)  “A lot of people are really still stuck in wanting to go to the doctor, wanting them to give them something. They really want something to take, and that's really conditioning. And some external authority figure to diagnose…we want that certainty and that finality and give me the things that's going to make this better.” (50:52 | Rachel Maurice, MD and Meredith Oke)   Links Connect with Rachel Maurice, MD: To work with Rachel as a client: rachelmauricemd.com   To join Rachel's team as a Lifewave patch distributor: https://www.lifewave.com/rachelmaurice/enrollment/packs    Instagram: @rachel_maurice_md FB: Rachel Maurice   To purchase Lifewave X39 patches retail: lifewave.com/qbcpodcast     Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses   **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

If it's something to do with water or nature or crystals or sacred geometry or all that kind of natural stuff I can't hurt myself with, that doesn't plug in the wall, that our ancients did, then I'm really up for it because it's, like you said, it's about reconnecting with natural things that aren't very expensive and even if it's all nonsense it will just do nothing, it won't hurt me.” (22:41 | Dr. Sara Pugh)  “What I've also learned and want to say about this is, and it's something about the fear and love mindset: I've decided now, I can't do anything about a lot of these things, so I'm not just going to become a recluse and live in a tent in Wales or not travel because of EMFs and being off the ground and all of these things. They delve into the necessity of belief in quantum biology and quantum health, challenging conventional medicine and rigid scientific paradigms. Meredith shares the origin story of the Quantum Biology Collective and teases an exciting new direction it will soon take.   They acknowledge Jim Al-Khalili and Johnjoe McFadden for their pioneering book, “Life on the Edge,” which introduced quantum biology to the public, and Dr. Jack Kruse for linking quantum biology to practical health applications and boldly advocating for it. Meredith sees her role as making quantum biology accessible to everyone, empowering them to connect with it.   The creation of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast was as non-linear as quantum biology itself. Meredith discusses the importance of leveraging strengths, learning to pivot, and stepping out of established lanes—valuable lessons for new startups.   Quotes “We're not just going to a chemical level, we're going to a subatomic level and looking at how biology functions from that perspective…what I was interested in and what the Institute of Applied Quantum Biology is interested in is like, ‘Okay, so if this is true, what does that mean practically? What does that mean for people in their everyday lives?...And I think that's the door that quantum biology opens up really, really wide.” (6:28 | Meredith Oke)  “How many times have you heard, ‘Oh, it's just an anomaly.' It's like, well, no, that's something that can't be explained by your formula or your paradigm…just because we can't explain it, doesn't mean it's an anomaly.”  (8:13 | Meredith Oke) “If that guru repels people or there are certain people who don't like him, then they're lost to the movement…So, from my perspective I thought, that's what needs to happen with this it needs to belong to the people, as it were, so that everyone feels empowered to access it and connect to it.” 17:57 | Meredith Oke)  “I would love for people to embrace their strengths, to see that about themselves…you have gifts, and so find them…You know how to make them happen, so why wouldn't you just do it?' “We're sort of becoming the AA of the digital world,” says today's guest Andrew Laubacher, executive director of the new nonprofit Humanality. The organization helps college students redefine their relationship with technology, encouraging intentional use and control rather than being controlled by it. Students participate in various levels of “detox,” including reducing screen time, trading smartphones for “dummy” phones, and deleting social media accounts.   Andrew knows the struggle firsthand. As a touring musician, he was constantly on social media to promote his band and gigs, leading to a smartphone addiction. After removing himself from social media, he experienced numerous benefits, such as an increased attention span, deepened relationships, and an enhanced capacity for learning.   Humanality is not anti-technology. Instead, it aims to help young people realize their true selves, free from the need for social validation, novelty, and positive feedback that devices exploit, while fostering real-world interpersonal relationships.   In today's episode of The Quantum Biology Collective podcast, Andrew and host Meredith Oke discuss the natural world as our portal to God's grace and why more adults should incorporate play into their lives.   Quotes “I just started to notice in myself, over the year, man, I was on this way too much. I was way too concerned with myself. It was making me really anxious because I was literally able to see everything happening in the world all at once, and I really do believe the human person was not designed to experience an attribute of God, which is namely His omnipresence. He is the only one that has the capacity to be able to handle that power, but I had it in the palm of my hand.” (9:52 | Andrew Laubacher)  “Studying the minds behind these designs, they really weren't well-intentioned and they weren't really thinking of our well-being. They were thinking of our attention and, really, monetizing it.” (14:09 | Andrew Laubacher)  “I do believe people are waking up to the deleterious effects of online life. And really how we believe at Humanality that engaging reality is worth it, and that being a human person, in person, while utilizing the good of technology is more optimal.”  (15:46 | Andrew Laubacher)  “There's sort of a biological mismatch we're in right now, where pretty much all the insta-ficatation of everything…and I honestly enjoy a lot of them, but they're also, largely, not what our biology was designed for and making us sick. So, it's this really weird experience where the convenience is amazing but it's kind of also killing us.” (24:20 | Andrew Laubacher)   Links Connect with Andrew Laubacher: www.humanality.org    Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses   **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Why take the chance with light?” says Andy Mant, founder of Bon Charge, a holistic wellness company that manufactures blue-blocking glasses and other products designed to prevent circadian disruption and promote health. He joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to discuss the importance of minimizing blue light exposure, especially at night.   Even those who prioritize their health through diet, exercise, and supplementation often overlook light as a crucial factor in health and disease prevention. We might believe we're functioning optimally, but many of us don't truly understand what it means to experience restorative sleep.   Andy shares simple changes that can enhance health benefits and offers tips for convincing a hesitant partner or spouse to embrace these changes.   Join today's discussion to learn about the origins of Bon Charge and Andy's advice for aspiring entrepreneurs.   Quotes “We've created artificial suns in our environment. We're now living under artificial suns inside during the evening, during the day. The frequencies of light in those artificial suns impacts us hormonally very differently to natural light.” (14:38 | Andy Mant)  “You know, you've got to sort out that light environment. There's no quick fix here. There's no, ‘My husband or my wife, they want to keep the lights on.' No, you've got to take control and educate them that no, this is bad, because otherwise you're just going to have the negative effects. It's like dating someone that doesn't understand nutrition, but they're cooking for you every night. So, you're eating hot dogs and burgers and pizza every night going, but you know, that's all they know. You've got to educate them. But during that education process, obviously, it's not spooking them saying, ‘Right, got to do this, got to do that, or you're going to die.' It's little bits at a time and try to get them into it slowly.” (20:49 | Andy Mant)  “Why take the chance with light causing you these issues? Just popping on a pair of glasses for two hours before you go to bed or getting sunlight in your eyes first thing in the morning before you see any other light, installing a few lightbulbs in your house that don't emit blue light to put on after dark, and not scrolling your phone an hour before bed. What compromise is that? It's nothing. It's such a small thing to do to have that piece of mind that you're then protecting your future self against any kind of potential harmful impact that this artificial light could be having on your circadian biology.” (31:17 | Andy Mant)   Links Connect with Andy Mant: Website: boncharge.com (enter code QBC at checkout)  Instagram: @iamandymant   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses   **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb   To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org   To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com   Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Unresolved emotions are such an overlooked piece. It's huge,” says Dr. Calvin Ng, a chiropractor specializing in applied kinesiology and “neuro-emotional technique,” about the impact of the nervous system on our health. In modern Western society, we often live in a state of constant sympathetic dominance—fight or flight. This unhealed trauma, stored resentment, anger, and misalignment with our true values and desires lead to cellular chaos, also known as inflammation, the cornerstone of disease.   Our nervous system shapes our cellular beliefs. Childhood trauma causes our nervous system to keep us in a perpetual state of stress for safety. This results in self-protective false narratives and limiting beliefs. However, speaking positively to ourselves can change not just our health but our lives entirely. Dr. Calvin explains how he helps clients uncover the root of their issues, “clear the fog,” and move towards their dreams.   Despite not being “woo-woo,” Dr. Calvin emphasizes the importance of connecting to our subconscious to truly experience positive change at the level of our nervous system. No amount of nutrition or exercise can replace this connection. He shares the story of his parents' differing attitudes toward their jobs and the resulting health outcomes.   Dr. Calvin also highlights the natural world as an example of circadian harmony, a true sense of belonging, and the time to think and find answers. And so, this stress that we're under… I think this is really the cause of disease.” (17:53 | Dr. Calvin Ng) “The same way we as Americans need to look at other parts of the world to see how they're living, we need to think of us as human animals and say, ‘What are the other animals doing?...look at what's happening in nature and not get caught up with society, the modern life that we have created for ourselves.” (44:23 | Dr. Calvin Ng) “If you don't address that emotional component of being truly aligned with getting healthier, helping yourself, starting a new life, going toward a life you truly, truly want, then we are just going to be spinning our wheels… Everything has to be in order, has to be truly aligned.” (1:10:30 | Dr. Calvin Ng)  “The reason we feel so peaceful [in nature] is because it's a belonging. “We're contributing to epidemics of psychiatric illness and cancer in the name of energy conservation and climate change without realizing the harm being done,” says Dr. Martin Moore-Ede, who returns to the Quantum Biology Collective Podcast just ahead of the release of his book “The Light Doctor.” Host Meredith Oke predicts the book will have the same impact on revealing the devastating effects of poor light on circadian biology as Rachel Carson's 1962 book Silent Spring had on the now-banned pesticide DDT.   In this episode, Dr. Moore-Ede explains how advancements in light technology—from the brightness of Thomas Edison's lightbulb to the blue light emitted by LEDs—are linked to physical disorders such as diabetes and various cancers, particularly breast cancer, as well as mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. He also claims there's no evidence that LED lights save the energy they are supposed to.   With the threat of a full ban on healthy light bulbs looming, we need to act fast. Tune in to learn the most important thing we can do each day to protect ourselves.   Quotes “Many, many aspects of sunlight are curative, the infrared and the violet and many many other aspects are green. But in the context of circadian rhythms, it synchronizes robustly with our circadian clock and is associated with longevity and not just living longer but living healthier longer, which is what we all hope for.” (12:46 | Dr. Moore-Ede) “Night is a time for not only sleep but for the rest/restorative features of the body. So, melatonin is something that helps trigger restorative actions of the body. Growth hormone coming out in the evening hours, for example, it comes out early in the sleep period. All those systems in the body are now repairing the cells.” (21:27 | Dr. Moore-Ede) “We know, for example, women who don't see electric light rarely get breast cancer. It was very rare to see these before Edison invented the light bulb. We know that women who are in a non-electrified part of the world, and there are quite a few million people in that state, don't get breast cancer or rarely get it. And we also know that women who are blind from an early age rarely get breast cancer.” (25:55 | Dr. Moore-Ede)  “We're contributing to the epidemics of psychiatric illness and anxiety, depression, PTSD. We're contributing to the epidemics of cancer… in the name of energy conservation and climate change and being positive in this arena, without realizing the harm done by, really, a false metric.” (44:10 | Dr. Moore-Ede)    Links Connect with Dr. Martin Moore-Ede: https://thelightdoctor.com/ https://circadianlight.org/ Substack: lightdoctormartinmooreede.substack.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-ede-80630a12/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/circadianlightdoctor/ Twitter (X): https://twitter.com/DrMooreEde/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@drmartinmoore-ede1539 Google Scholar: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=lFyCIC0AAAAJ&hl=en   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Plants heal themselves; they are their own doctors,” explains Amber Hargroder, a quantum herbalist and listener favorite. She returns to the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to discuss how plants offer the same healing to us by behaving in the body as they do in response to environmental stress.   In our modern world, including contemporary science and medicine, we speak in logos, or logic, whereas herbalists speak in “phusis,” the language of nature, metaphor, and dreams. They let nature speak for itself from its experience.   Amber talks to host Meredith Oke about how barriers in language, culture, and socio-economic class have historically prevented people from embracing the healing properties of the natural world. She exposes the flaws in scientific studies that deem plants ineffectual and discusses how advances in technology are pushing us to rediscover our humanity and our relationship with the earth.   Tune in for another engaging conversation with Amber as she explains how lies are embedded in our language and reveals the true, surprising origins of the Santa Claus tale.   Quotes “Whatever environment that a plant is growing in, if it's an environment that has a certain type of stress, the plant creates its own medicine to deal with that stress, and then we use that plant to also heal a similar stress.” (4:28 | Amber Hargroder) “When you look at a traditional allopathic doctor today, more and more—there are outliers of course—but more and more you're looking at patients as being a machine. They're all widgets; they're all the same. ‘I will give you this pill because this is the result that we get in the study and it's uniform,' whereas an herbalist is healing as an individual with an individual.” (10:49 | Amber Hargroder) “Phusis is observation versus an argument. It's not linear. Nature is not linear. Spirituality is not linear. Healing is not linear.” (15:21 | Amber Hargroder)  “I think this is perhaps why people are starting to get more interested in herbalism and healing with sunlight and water and all these things, is because we're trying to redefine what it means to be human. And a big part of that is phusis— it is the dream world, it is the visionary state, it is your intuition, which a computer doesn't have.” (25:51 | Amber Hargroder)  “We have to get back into the body, and I think plants help you do that. Plants when you sit with them and you're aware while you're drinking them they help you, not only understand the plant and the embodiment of the plant, the essence of it, but the essence of yourself.” (1:09:37 | Amber Hargroder)   Links Connect with Amber Hargroder: Website: www.amberhargroder.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/amberhargroder Newsletter: https://www.amberhargrodernewsletter.com/signup Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Our eyes are hormone-making organs,” says optometrist and integrative health coach Dr. Valerie Giangrande, and for most of us, this is nothing short of a revelation. Starting with the first strains of sunrise, the eyes take in light, send signals to our internal clock to release hormones in their intended order, so that those hormones work toward our ultimate health and healing. On today's episode of The Quantum Biology Collective, Dr. Valerie talks with host Meredith Oke about this fascinating and complex process and how extensively the eyes influence the rest of the body.    In turn, the state of the body is often communicated through the eyes. Dry eyes, for example, can be a symptom of hydration deep at the cellular level. Dr. Valerie explains how contrary to popular belief, it is not too much sunlight but often lack thereof that accounts for common degenerative eye issues such as cataracts.    Unfortunately, so many of us spend all day looking at screens which emit a blue light that signals to the body that it's perpetually 12:00 pm. When we do go outside, we block light from our eyes by wearing sunglasses and even glasses and contacts. Dr. Valerie reveals what we can do to eliminate daily barriers to sunlight.    Eyes are the windows to the soul and, as it turns out, to the body. Tune in to this eye-opening conversation to learn how you can optimize your daily light intake.    Quotes “We're not just meant to see with our eyes, we have a lot of cells in our eyes that are actually waiting for specific signals of light.” (8:53 | Dr. Valerie Giangrande) “Just imagine what happens to our bodies when we're blocking that signal. We're not making hormones, and it's controlling the entire body, really. And we can make some of it in our skin but even our skin, most people aren't exposed to the sun, with our skin, either, but it's really our eyes that are the connection, it connects our light to our bodies and helps us work. It's the way we're designed to be.” (13:37 | Dr. Valerie Giangrande)  “What I love about the eyes is that they are a window into the body, in the sense that everything is connected. The eyes are an extension of the skin, they have mucus membranes, there's nerve tissue, it's brain tissue, it's cardiovascular tissue, it's lymph tissue. It's everything altogether.” (18:04 | Dr. Valerie Giangrande)  “And even if we're in the shade, we're still getting the benefit of that sunshine. You don't need direct—when I say get the sun, I'm not saying stare at the sun…the sun is coming in at an angle and hitting us down here. So staring at it doesn't work as well as just being outside because it has to hit you on an angle anyway, so that's how we're designed, just to be outside.” (38:01 | Dr. Valerie Giangrande)   Links Connect with Dr. Valerie Giangrande: YouTube: Quantum Eye Doc Instagram: @QuantumEyeDoc Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense**   To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv   For more information about booking with Valerie leave your email here.   Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Melatonin is the body's most effective antioxidant,” declares Scott Zimmerman, who published a groundbreaking paper on subcellular melatonin, which has completely altered our understanding of how the hormone is produced in the body.    As it turns out, melatonin is not solely produced by the pineal gland but in all of our mitochondria. It works to soothe the cortisol that is produced when we engage in nearly any activity, including exercise.    On today's episode of The Quantum Biology Collective podcast, Scott dispels common misconceptions including just how deeply different types of light penetrate the body. Our modern indoor environment—from hospitals to homes, windows and screens— prevents us from accessing all of the near-infrared light that we were born to absorb and that is so vital to our health.    This is most especially important for children, Scott says. Due to body size and hormonal activity, they are most affected by light, and will suffer the most if we don't change our current lifestyles.    Join today's discussion to learn how nature amplifies our absorption of near-infrared light and why not all blue light is bad.    Quotes “So the body seems to have this kind of yin yang thing going on with the different types of hormones. You want to have the stress hormone response of cortisol to deal with, you know, it shuts down your immune system, it localizes, increases energy production, it does all these good things. But if you keep it up there, then you've got a problem. So it appears that the melatonin that's being generated in response to the stressor is greater than, equal to, or greater than the cortisol levels, and it tends to suppress the cortisol and get us back down to calm back down.” (14:15 | Scott Zimmerman)  “We've underestimated how the interactions between, you'll see a paper on melatonin, you'll see a paper on cortisol, you'll see a paper on other different hormone levels, but the reality is, is they're working in tandem.” (15:02 | Scott Zimmerman) “For whatever reason, sunlight is lowest on the list. We will come up with every other reason—the food, the exercise, the whatever—but sunlight… I guess everybody thinks they just have a right to it; they just don't take advantage of it, is the problem. And it is free, it's pretty easy to take advantage of.” (40:14 | Scott Zimmerman)    Links   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense** Connect with Scott Zimmerman: Website: Niralighting.com Melatonin Research: https://www.melatonin-research.net/index.php/MR/article/view/19 To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“Melatonin is the most powerful antioxidant that we know of in the human body—the king of antioxidants,” says today's guest Dr. Roger Seheult, whose Youtube channel MedCram, helps make complicated medical topics easier to understand. On this episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast, he breaks down the process by which melatonin mitigates oxidative stress at the mitochondrial level, thus preventing major diseases in the body.    The best way to get melatonin? From infrared light. But it's more complex than that. Dr. Seheult explains the two very different functions melatonin takes on during the day versus at night, where the body's greatest concentration of mitochondria lay, and why Vitamin D is just the beginning of what the sun has to offer our bodies.   This last point was raised throughout the COVID-19 pandemic—as well as the Spanish Flu pandemic of 1918—where light therapies were used to treat patients. Dr. Seheult discusses the pioneering work of John Harvey Kellogg, a study performed in Brazil in which COVID patients were treated with an LED jacket, and the impact of light therapy on COVID patients who were on the brink of being intubated for ventilation.    Dr. Seheult shares his eight pillars of health—which form the acronym NEW START---and how a green environment enhances the absorption of near-infrared light.   Quotes “The sun, and sunlight, gives us much more benefit than just Vitamin D.” (10:00 | Dr. Roger Seheult)  “The body's designed to maximize that light's effect to get to the area where it's needed the most, which is the mitochondria.” (29:33 | Dr. Roger Seheult) “How do you prevent oxidative stress at night? By limiting light exposure to the eyes at night. How do you maximize melatonin-mediated protection of the mitochondria during the day? Through the production of melatonin on site in the mitochondria through the pathway of infrared light exposure.” (45:42 | Dr. Roger Seheult)    Links   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses **If you're in the US and have a Health Savings Account (HSA or FSA) BonCharge products are an eligible expense**   Connect with Dr. Roger Seheult: Website: medcram.com Socials: https://twitter.com/MedCramVideos https://www.instagram.com/medcram/?hl=en https://www.facebook.com/MedCram/   To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

On today's episode of The Quantum Biology Collective podcast, he explains to host Meredith Oke just how his model works differently, eliminating blue light and flicker.   He explains what happens when a normal laptop flickers, how it disrupts our circadian rhythm and affects our brain in a way that's similar to motion sickness, though we don't notice it until it becomes a major problem.    Devices and screens, in their current state, are not only biological mismatches, but psychological ones as well, argues Anjan. He explains how living with ADHD led him to create the Daylight Computer, his plans for similar software and devices, and how technology could be a major tool to promote empathy and understanding.    Join today's episode to learn how Daylight Computers will teach us how to forgive ourselves and how we can reclaim our sacred spaces.    Quotes “I met the guy who invented the LCD screen… and he said, ‘If you told me that my grandkid would be spending six hours a day looking at one of these, I would have designed it differently.” (5:12 | Anjan Katta)  “It's the humility of saying ‘Let's not start from Star Trek and Star Wars and from little boy fantasy and make something and then say, ‘Oops! We ruined everybody's health.' Let's start with health. Let's start with deep, empirical principles of nature. And then if the product is not as fantastical as you need it to be, that's OK, because at least we didn't hurt people. We didn't undermine their integrity and their sovereignty and their core, core being. And then we can try to make fantastical things over time.” (9:42 | Anjan Katta)  “We've got to stop being so hard on ourselves because, yes, if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, yeah it's going to be hard on itself. And to me, technology should be like, ‘Oh, you're a fish. Let's give you a river.' And that's kind of what motivated me. I'm a fish. “It turbo charges your vitality. On today's episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast, he explains how you can work the benefits of sunlight and balanced circadian rhythms into your own busy life.   In keeping with his reputation as a prominent citizen researcher, he explains the flaws in the research on skin cancer, and how sun exposure affects basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma, respectively. What he shares flies in the face of everything we've been taught about wearing sunblock and avoiding the sun, and the people and populations among which melanoma is rising will surprise you.   Sun exposure lowers the risk for so many other, arguably more impactful, diseases that the benefits far outweigh the risks, he argues, as does the day-to-day mental and emotional impact. Hear him talk about the importance of daily movement on health, on our evolution, and why he calls exercise “the junk food of movement.”    Learn Steven's simple formula for life-changing benefits. And stay tuned to the end for his insights into bitcoin and what's in store for its future.    Quotes “When I get a lot of sunlight, I feel more vital, I feel more driven, I feel more energy, I feel more solid and robust.” (10:44 | Steven Lubka)  “I actually believe that happiness is literally just a function of sunlight. And I like to distinguish happiness, which I consider a mood state, from purpose or meaning or life satisfaction—those are different concepts. I'm not saying just getting sun is going to fulfill all of your psychological needs, but if we define happiness as being in a happy mood or not a happy mood, I think that equation, sunlight's the primary input. And when I get a lot of sun, I'm in a great mood.” (11:22 | Steven Lubka)  “Melanoma, which is the really bad one, here's what's interesting: there are a lot of studies that show sunlight lowers it. Melanoma mostly appears on the parts of the body that don't see the sun. It goes up in indoor workers. It's skyrocketing in northeast Asian countries that are the most sunphobic cultures.” (38:25 | Steven Lubka) “We were born to walk…Brains evolved to move. That is their base function. “We are grace incarnate,” says today's guest, Joanne Avison, movement and manual therapy practitioner and author of “Yoga, Fascia, Anatomy and Movement.” Unfortunately, as Joanne explains that beginning with Rene Descartes, the so-called founder of modern science, we have learned to separate our physical selves from our spiritual selves, when in fact, we're never decoupled. On this episode of The Quantum Biology Collective podcast, the body work community needs to bridge the chasm with updated language that recognizes we are not assembled like machines but formed fully in our earliest days, and continue to grow, or unfold, throughout our lives.    Just as Copernicus once introduced the idea that the sun is the center of the universe, Joanne suggests that our development forms from the heart first. In discussion with host Meredith Oke, she explains that, like stringed instruments, we grow under pressure and emit sound, as well as light and love. Hear her explain why our fascia is like the dark matter we carry around inside of us.    When it comes to treating the body we tend to over-intervene and over-outsource rather than allowing time and space. Join today's discussion to hear how, through her own injury and illness, Joanne learned to listen to and learn from her body, and discover more about the universe as a result.    Quotes “We have a chasm between the world of the being and the world of the body…we've reduced the body down to the biomechanical sum of its anatomical parts, its chemical reactions, of stuff, the chemistry of its stuff, and everything was reduced so that it could be understood.” (10:08 | Joanne Avison) “The word ‘hu' in ‘human' comes from an ancient name for the divine. So, human actually means ‘divine man.'”  (14:41 | Joanne Avison)  “We are basically heart-centered. And that's about as popular as Copernicus' idea that we're helix-centric.” (20:49 | Joanne Avison)  “What we're learning now is that the entire body is actually variations on the theme of a specialized connective tissue because our baseline is completely connected. And if you talk to John Sharkey at length, he talks about the fascia as the black matter of the form, the inner cosmos. So, black matter to the outer cosmos is fascia to the inner cosmos.” (22:39 | Joanne Avison) “We're already grace incarnate. That beautiful unicellular version of you has everything it needs to become you. It doesn't go to school to learn how to be an embryo. There's not an acorn out there that can spell ‘oak tree.' Yet, everything needed to form the oak tree is in the acorn.” (27:51 | Joanne Avison)  “I think the fascia is a matrix of love, light, and sound in the body. And that's a scientific statement as well as a spiritual one.” (38:54 | Joanne Avison) “When you come from it as a tissue of love, light, and sound, and you start becoming your own fascia whisperer, you can literally tune into the movement of what I call this ‘magical inner awareness,' and you learn to see what it's saying to you, you learn to hear what it's saying to you.” (58:51 | Joanne Avison)    Links Connect with Joanne Avison: Website joanneavison.com myofascialmagic.com Socials Follow on Instagram & Facebook @joanneavison Joanne Avison's Books: Author of Yoga Fascia Anatomy & Movement Author of Myofascial Magic in Action   Bon Charge Discount Code: at checkout enter the code: QBC to receive 15% off  https://us.boncharge.com/collections/blue-light-blocking-glasses  To receive a FREE infographic of the Ideal Circadian Day & join our email list: https://www.quantumbiologycollective.com/qbc-newsletter-aqb To find a practitioner who understands quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org To see details about the Applied Quantum Certification: www.appliedquantumbiology.com Follow on Instagram & Facebook: @quantumbiologycollecitve Twitter: @quantumhealthtv     Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“When people get to settle into their natural rhythm versus forcing themselves to be what they've been conditioned to be or what society tells us we need to be, then there's infinite freedom,” says Gwen Dittmar, who specializes in Quantum Human Design. This practice, originally founded by Rah Uber Hu, draws from Vedic astrology, quantum physics, the Hindu chakra system, as well as elements of Kabbalah and of the Chinese I Ching.    We are all composed of nine energy centers in different configurations which determine the unique way in which we all download information from the divine and how that information assimilates inside of us. Our “authorities” help us best make decisions, while our “strategies” help to determine how we are best to engage in life. Our “profile number” has to do with our personalities, our purpose and our ideal experience.    Gwen practices a form of quantum design introduced by Karen Curry Parker, which is built upon Ra Uru Hu's work and considers us co-creators along with our chart, able to tap into different frequencies that may not necessarily be printed there.    Gwen walks Meredith through her own quantum design chart, explaining how it affects everything from her ideal method of manifesting to the way she digests food. As humans have evolved so have–and will–the elements of quantum design. Gwen explains the “split” she believes humanity will experience in our lifetime, one which will explain all of the transitions the world has been experiencing lately.    Quantum human design helps us to better understand ourselves, our unique way of being in the world, and how we can tap into our highest potential. It gives us the opportunity to develop more compassion for others, allowing us to celebrate what they bring to the table, and determine how to best work together for a common good.    Quotes: “I call it an ‘activation' because there's something–a frequency, quantum, a transmission–that activates inside of you, and your body responds to it like, ‘Oh, right! That's the incarnation! That's the truth and the essence of who I really am. Let's learn more about that.” (8:53 | Gwen Dittmar) “As long as we're open and we're willing and we're curious to either be accurate in what we thought or inaccurate and to learn something new and open to something new, I think skepticism and doubt are beautiful.” (12:07 | Gwen Dittmar) “A lot of people feel like, ‘Wow, there's nothing wrong with me. This is the frequency and the essence that my soul chose to incarnate and to experience in this lifetime. So, how can I learn to be with that?'” (22:49 | Gwen Dittmar) “We know from our primal ancestors that if there was fear of a bush or a berry, it was important to follow that and be connected to that and to not eat that berry. For your survival. That was instinct. But then we evolved as a species. Yes, that's very important. We need that for time, for safety, for instinct, for that primal knowing. But we're also starting to evolve and we're starting to have feelings of, ‘OK, I have fear, but is it really because I'm on the edge of a cliff or is there fear because there's something that I want to embark on and I'm scared to do it.” (27:37 | Gwen Dittmar) “Yes, it's important to know how you feel but also not to be consumed by how you feel. Because it's just information, it's not a whole experience.” (29:53 | Gwen Dittmar) “And what's so cool is that, in Human Design, there's also very specific information for each person about how they're supposed to eat, when they're supposed to eat, what types of food they're supposed to eat, what's really important for them while they're eating.” (46:31 | Gwen Dittmar) “When people get to settle into their natural rhythm versus forcing themselves to be what they've been conditioned to be or what society tells us we need to be, then there's infinite freedom. You get to just be you and operate in the world. And also you operate and honor other people for who they are, and they don't have to be like you.” (52:07 | Gwen Dittmar)    Links Connect with Gwen Dittmar: Work with Gwen: https://www.gwendittmar.com/work-with-me Instagram: @@gwendittmar To find a practitioner who understand the health principles of quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org  To become a QBC member and get invites to live deep dives & access to our video library: www.quantumhealthtv.com  To take our 8 week practitioner certification in the science of quantum biology so that you can add it to your existing area of expertise: www.appliedquantumbiology.com    Follow on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook: @quantumhealthtv    Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

“What medical intuitives have been doing naturally for centuries is now being studied and corroborated by Science,” says Wendie Colter, a pioneering medical intuitive and founder of The Practical Path. The Practical Path is a school that certifies medical intuitives. On this episode of The Quantum Biology Collective Podcast, host Meredith Oke, and Wendie Colter explain and discuss the intricacies and practical applications of medical intuition, a field that harmonizes energetic assessment with traditional medicine.   So what is medical intuition? Wendie Colter explains it's not just an intuitive practice; it's an in-depth energetic evaluation of the physical body and the biofield, considering emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of illness. Wendie has not only established credibility in this field through her certification program but also substantiated its efficacy with compelling research.   Meredith and Wendie address the skepticism often associated with medical intuition, clarifying its distinction from psychic readings and shamanism. It's a method grounded in visualizing the body's physiological and anatomical nuances to identify imbalances and their roots, complementing rather than replacing medical care.   Wendie shares the journey behind becoming a medical intuitive, highlighting the thorough training required and dispelling the myth that it's an innate gift reserved for a few. They also discuss the critical role of ethics and standardized practices in the realm of intuitive healing.   This episode invites listeners to consider the broader spectrum of health understanding, positioning medical intuition as a valuable asset in enriching patient outcomes and expanding the horizons of healthcare practices.   Quotes: The cells have their own perspectives, the organs, the systems. And so I want to know what's going on there, where are things out of balance and how it can be balanced. That's the first thing because that's what people come to a medical intuitive for is what's going on for me, you know, physically, what's going on for my health. And so that's where I'll start. And I'll do a broad overview scan, and I'll do a deeper scan. And I'll get information for my client about that. And that's the first step and that takes probably half the session or more and that's really the crux of medical intuition. Now I want to find out why it's there. What's going on? What caused it? Because when you think about it from the energetic perspective or the quantum even perspective, something starts somewhere and then is manifested.” (18:05 | Wendie Colter)  “The way I describe the education that I teach is that you are going to be learning to work a new muscle. Intuition is natural, just like dancing is natural. You may want to just get up and move your body, but if you want to learn to be a dancer, there's rigor and practice and you learn skills. Well, intuition is the same way. If you want to learn my practice, there's a learning curve.” (26:06 | Wendie Colter)  “We want to see medical intuitives working with doctors, working in the clinical environment, being part of the team, the healthcare team, because of the value that we know we bring.” (42:50 | Wendie Colter)    Links Essentials of Medical Intuition: A Visionary Path to Wellness https://www.thepracticalpath.com/medicalintuitionbook   Connect with Wendie Colter: Website: https://www.thepracticalpath.com/ Socials: https://www.facebook.com/thepracticalpath https://www.linkedin.com/school/the-practical-path-inc https://www.instagram.com/thepracticalpath.inspire To find a practitioner who understand the health principles of quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org  To become a QBC member and get invites to live deep dives & access to our video library: www.quantumhealthtv.com  To take our 8 week practitioner certification in the science of quantum biology so that you can add it to your existing area of expertise: www.appliedquantumbiology.com  Follow on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook: @quantumhealthtv    Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

Ether, the unseen conductor of health and vitality, takes center stage in this fascinating episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast. Join host Meredith Oke and guest Carrie Bennett as they unravel the mysteries of ether in quantum biology and its profound implications for human health and healing.   Meredith and Carrie engage in a thought-provoking discussion about the critical role of light and circadian rhythms in our well-being, addressing why this vital information remains on the periphery of mainstream medical and alternative health practices.    Delving into the concept of structured water, Carrie highlights Gerald Pollack's research, which reveals how water molecules form a liquid crystal, effectively serving as an antenna within the body for energy and information. Carrie explains the concept of ether, a fluid medium that fills all space and interacts with our bodies at a vibrational level. This discussion underscores the ether's sensitivity to consciousness, intention, and emotions, and its significant role in influencing our health.   This enlightening conversation offers a fresh perspective on the role of ether in shaping our health and encourages listeners to embrace a holistic approach to well-being. By tuning into the subtle yet powerful influence of the ether, we can unlock new pathways to enhanced health and vitality.   Quotes: “There's a whole line of physics that studies the behavior of liquid crystals. Liquid crystals can store data. They can receive information. They can transduce information. This liquid crystalline water is a conduit for quantum energy flow. So things like electrons and protons can flow. And so now that we know that this water has these really special properties, I think it's really easy to see how if we've omitted these properties of water that are around every protein, every biomolecule, every hormone, every receptor in the body, if we've ignored that, then we have not studied water and these hormones and molecules as they would be behaving in the human body, right? We've just studied them in isolation and we've completely ignored how truly intelligent and important that water is inside of us.”  (19:07 | Carrie Bennett) “Water is receiving all sorts of vibrations and interpreting that, and then the body can adapt in real time because it knows. Vibration is the language of the universe. The body knows what to do with that information.” (22:58 | Carrie Bennett)   “How is it that people thinking, like focusing intently on love and peace, how does that get to people who have no clue that this is going on? How is it influencing? It's because we are always a part of the ether. We're always interacting with it.” (44:41 | Carrie Bennett)   Links Connect with Carrie Bennett: Carrie's Courses: use code QBC for 10% off  https://www.carriebwellness.comhttps://www.carriebwellness.com/a/2147532205/Yy9ZsjZN Carrie's Instagram: @carriebwellness Carrie is the Lead Faculty for the Applied Quantum Biology Certification, next cohort March 2024 appliedquantumbiology.com   To find a practitioner who understand the health principles of quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org  To become a QBC member and get invites to live deep dives & access to our video library: www.quantumhealthtv.com  To take our 8 week practitioner certification in the science of quantum biology so that you can add it to your existing area of expertise: www.appliedquantumbiology.com    Follow on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook: @quantumhealthtv    Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

Could the secret to overcoming trauma lie in the interplay of light and nutrition?" In this episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast, Meredith Oke delves into this topic with Kelley Erickson, a holistic health practitioner with expertise in nutrition, Reiki, and functional mental health. Kelley shares her journey of healing from childhood trauma and addiction, unveiling how she discovered the vital connection between light, nutrition, and trauma recovery.   Her story begins with her struggles against complex PTSD and addiction, leading her to explore profound healing avenues. Initially focused on helping her son with a movement disorder, Kelley soon realized the necessity of addressing her own deep-seated trauma.   During her healing process, Kelley discovered the significant impact of light and nutrition on trauma recovery. She discusses how the mitochondria, our cells' powerhouses, are affected by chronic stress and trauma. Adopting a ketogenic diet helped shift her body's energy utilization from sugar to fat, supporting mitochondrial health and overall well-being.   Kelley also highlights the crucial role of natural light in regulating circadian rhythms and the stress response system. Sun exposure, she explains, sends vital safety signals to the mitochondria and assists in regulating the vagus nerve, key to managing stress and enhancing emotional health.   In addition, Kelley offers practical tips to create an environment conducive to trauma recovery. These include allowing fresh air and natural light into living spaces, using red light or candlelight in the evenings, and reducing electromagnetic field exposure by limiting Wi-Fi and device usage.   Kelley's story is a powerful reminder of the interconnectedness of our physical and emotional health and the importance of a holistic approach in healing trauma. Her insights provide valuable strategies for those seeking to nurture their bodies and minds on the path to recovery.   Quotes: “One of the ways that we can help our mitochondria is by allowing them to shift from a state of being a sugar burner to being a fat burner. And this does a couple of different things. It produces more metabolic water. It can help with nutrient sensing and signaling, which becomes significantly arrested through chronic stress.” (13:57 | Kelley Erickson) “Light plays a really big role in helping the hypothalamus regulate or control the state that the vagus nerve is in. “(16:46 | Kelley Erickson) “If we put our bodies in the environment that they're meant to be in, they will heal. They know how to heal themselves.” (29:18 | Meredith Oke) “When we vibrate at a frequency that emits coherence, that's when we feel the most love. And I think that's when we can feel connected to something greater than ourselves. And it really opens the door for so much more spiritual healing.”  (59:27 | Kelley Erickson)    Links Connect with Kelley Erickson: Kelley's website: Sundarwellness.com Kelley's Socials: Instagram @kelleycroff Twitter @EricksonKe27003 To find a practitioner who understand the health principles of quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org  To become a QBC member and get invites to live deep dives & access to our video library: www.quantumhealthtv.com  To take our 8 week practitioner certification in the science of quantum biology so that you can add it to your existing area of expertise: www.appliedquantumbiology.com    Follow on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook: @quantumhealthtv    Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

Could retraining your body's hormonal system be the key to unlocking improved fertility, weight management, and overall well-being? In this episode, host Meredith Oke and Sarah Kleiner, a quantum health practitioner, explore this intriguing possibility. Sarah shares her journey from personal health challenges to founding a coaching business dedicated to hormonal energy management, transforming her struggles into a path of healing and empowerment.   Sarah emphasizes the importance of leptin as a master circadian signaling hormone, affecting everything from thyroid function and sex hormones to insulin signaling and immune system function. She brings attention to the scarcity of discussion around leptin in mainstream health circles, encouraging listeners to explore its role in common conditions like PCOS and hot flashes.   The conversation also touches on the essential practice of healthy light habits. Sarah shares her own experiences in implementing these changes, particularly avoiding blue light after sunset, to bolster melatonin production, which significantly improved her fertility and overall health.   Sarah's story, from overcoming personal health issues to building a successful wellness practice, serves as a testament to the transformative power of understanding and managing the body's hormonal system.   If you're interested in learning more about quantum biology and incorporating these principles into your own life or wellness business, be sure to check out Sarah's podcasts, Evolving Wellness and Quantum Conversations, and explore the resources available at QuantumBiologyCollective.org.   Quotes: “Leptin is a master circadian signaling hormone that really impacts thyroid, sex hormones, signals insulin, your immune system, your heart. I mean, it's a key hormone that often gets ignored and people say it's your satiety hormone and they kind of just look at it as this hunger satiety thing and they don't actually see all the other implications.” (12:15 | Sarah Kleiner)  “Darkness is healing. We need darkness, like we require darkness in the same way that we require light and food - it is a foundational requirement for the health of our bodies.” (34:13 | Meredith Oke)  “The more that you become connected to those light dark cycles, as well as cold cycles and heat cycles, you know, the natural cycles of nature, the more you're able to tap into that inner knowing, that inner voice, your intuition, and say no to things or know that something isn't right for you.” (40:23 | Sarah Kleiner)    Links Connect with Sarah Kleiner: Website: https://www.sarahkleinerwellness.com Instagram: @sarahkleinerwellness Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-evolving-wellness-podcast-with-sarah-kleiner-wellness/id1550150550 Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/quantum-conversations/id1697538368   To find a practitioner who understand the health principles of quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org    To become a QBC member and get invites to live deep dives & access to our video library: www.quantumhealthtv.com    To take our 8 week practitioner certification in the science of quantum biology so that you can add it to your existing area of expertise: www.appliedquantumbiology.com    Follow on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook: @quantumhealthtv    Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

"Can quantum biology and light therapy revolutionize brain health?" In this episode of the Quantum Biology Collective podcast, Meredith Oak sits down with Dr. Gregory Steencken, a seasoned MD specializing in emergency and sports medicine. Dr. Steencken shares his transformative journey from traditional medicine to the innovative world of quantum biology.   Highlighting the curative role of nature and natural light, particularly red and infrared light, Dr. Steencken delves into how these elements can restructure cerebral spinal fluid and stimulate brain recovery. He champions the exposure to natural light, especially in the red spectrum, to improve brain function. The conversation also covers the crucial role of sleep in brain health. Dr. Steencken points out the detrimental effects of blue light from screens on sleep quality and advocates for reduced screen time, especially before bed. He suggests outdoor activities, like walking, as dual tools for physical health and natural light exposure.   Acknowledging the nascent stage of quantum biology, Dr. Steencken remains optimistic about its promise for brain health and concussion recovery. He stands behind a holistic healing approach, emphasizing the body's innate ability to heal and maintain equilibrium.   Quotes: “Something I always sort of go back to is like, all this stuff is still theory, all this stuff is just, you know, our best guess of what's actually going on based on the information we have, but we won't really know until we can do the fantastic voyage thing and shrink ourselves down to the size of being able to see atoms and neutrons and quarks and ups and downs. Until then, the view we have of things is really sort of manufactured, right? Talking about looking at the thing microscopically. So, you know, it has its merits, but you still have to understand it's limitations. It's not, we're not really seeing, you know, what's happening in nature, you know, down at the cellular level or the molecular level.” (10:26 | Gregory Steencken, MD)  “We're animals. We're meant to be outside in the environment. When we surround ourselves with more and more unnatural things, we're just disconnecting ourselves from that. Our quarks and our electrons and our protons and our neutrons, they know something.” (19:10 | Gregory Steencken, MD) “I usually encourage people to actually try to get walking and this is sort of a secret method of getting them into light therapy too. So go walking outside, right? And so light activity, light exercise, walk, don't run, let your symptoms be your guide as far as like if you're starting to start power walking and then you start getting a headache, okay, well, you gotta back off.” (36:16 | Gregory Steencken, MD)   Links Connect with Gregory Steencken: Interested in working with Dr. Steencken? Get ready to see light in a whole new way and unlock the secrets to optimal health for both you and your beloved pets. Quotes: Who had an obese horse before? Who had an obese dog before? But if they're starting to suffer these things, they should be your first sign that something in your environment and something you're doing is not quite right. (27:20 | Jackie Jolie) So number one is seeing the sunrise first thing in the morning before any other light. And then you have to block artificial light at night. (31:36 | Jackie Jolie)  We have lots of dogs that are getting arthritis early on and then even in their old age if they've made it that long and the red light will really help decrease that inflammation and the infrared heat that comes in because I've already been working with some animals with arthritis on it. They just love it. I mean they just kind of melt and then they get their session and then they get up and they're spry, almost like they were when they were a puppy. Join the movement to prioritize sleep and well-being for the next generation.   Quotes: “If you tell a child you wear this pair of blue lock blocking glasses, you'll sleep better, you'll wake up tomorrow, you'll feel better, and they do it.” (19:53 | Daniel White) “At the end of the day, people, children in their youth, just want to experience a high quality of life. They want to be happy. They want to be curious because they haven't had that beaten out of them by decades of technology use.”  (20:19 | Daniel White) “I personally believe from all my research and evidence and experience, not just in clinic, but also in my own personal life, that a good night's sleep is the best medicine. Being in sync with nature, having cells that function properly, that produce energy, that repair, that restore that carry out all of these important biological and physiological functions that ensure that we can grow and develop to the fullest of our potential.” (41:31 | Daniel White)  Links Free Guide To Make Your iPhone Red: https://www.sleepbetterlivebetterprogramme.co.uk/opt-in   Connect with Daniel White: Social Media: https://www.facebook.com/danielwhitehealth https://www.instagram.com/danielwhitehealth/ https://www.instagram.com/sblb.co https://www.facebook.com/sblb.co/   The lenses that were used in Daniel's study are from Viva Rays: you can buy them here  To find a practitioner who understand the health principles of quantum biology: www.quantumbiologycollective.org  To become a QBC member and get invites to live deep dives & access to our video library: www.quantumhealthtv.com  To take our 8 week practitioner certification in the science of quantum biology so that you can add it to your existing area of expertise: www.appliedquantumbiology.com    Follow on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook: @quantumhealthtv    Podcast production and show notes provided by HiveCast.fm

Managing light is one of the keys to a smoother menopause, says Dr. Candice Knight, a renowned expert in integrative medicine. On this episode of The Quantum Biology Collective, Meredith Oke and Dr. Knight dialogue about the connection between circadian rhythm and hormone regulation. Dr. Knight reveals that a disrupted circadian rhythm can lead to imbalanced hormones, resulting in symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, and changes in libido. But here's the twist: the solution lies in aligning our lifestyle with the natural rhythms of light and dark. By optimizing our exposure to natural light during the day and minimizing artificial light at night, we can support our mitochondria, the powerhouses of our cells, and promote optimal hormone production. Dr. Knight emphasizes the importance of living in sync with our physiology, as it can have a profound impact on our overall well-being.   Quotes: "All of the protocols that we go over that help make menopause smoother are actually really good to start as early in life as possible." (01:52 | Meredith Oke) "There's a disconnect between the balance of estrogen and progesterone. And normally it's the progesterone that's starting to drop first. As we enter menopause, you start to see a dip in both hormones to the point that after a year of no menstrual cycle, we consider that menopause. (7:03 | Dr. Candice Knight) "The circadian rhythm is the orchestra and then the mitochondria is the factory for making them." (32:14 | Dr. Candice Knight) "The foundation is to regulate circadian rhythm, lots of natural light during the day and very minimal artificial light at night." (38:53 |  Meredith Oke) "If our mitochondria are stressed and overloaded and dysfunctional due to all these other stressors, then the menopausal symptoms are getting more extreme and our response to any kind of medication or hormones is gonna be inconsistent. " (42:04 | - Meredith Oke) “All roads lead back to this whole having a balance of being in performance mode and being in repair mode. What does artificial light at night do? It robs us of that repair mode. So that detoxification repair is just not happening optimally.
