Running her own business fast-tracked Fran's self-development journey. She understood how brands needed to tell their story, but now was forced to look at her own personal story; what were my values and beliefs? It’s through her work with owners, founders, and like-minded individuals that continue to push her to keep learning and help others to do the same; developing a strong mind, body and soul connection. Francesca describes that despite initially feeling empowered and channeling her inner Beyonce circa ‘Run the World (girls)’ her first day as her own boss to in fact be less Independent Women and more Survivor, but she continues to grow and learn on her journey each day. He first explored his religious vocation with the Rominians in the 70s, before leaving to work for The Philharmonia Orchestra in London and then became a teacher. In 1991 he moved to the USA to study theology and worked in parishes on the West Coast. In 2000 he was ordained a priest with The American Catholic Church - an Independent Catholic Church that ordains men and women, married and single, straight and gay - and started work as a hospice chaplain. In 2005 he and his boyfriend (now husband) bought their current residence in Oregon and opened an event and retreat center. He continues to do a lot of marriage counseling, freelance work for local parishes, some local theater work, and odd bit of writing, retreats, etc. Contact: Kevingyell@gmail.com https://ainsworthhouse.net/

Gospel singer and choir director Kevin Lemons has made a name for himself as musical force to be reckoned with. Considered to have one of the most dynamic choirs known as Higher Calling, Lemons brings a uniquely yet powerful sound that captures the energy, flare and spirit in song and performance. Lemons drew inspiration from other gospel performers including Milton Brunson, Thomas Whitfield, James Cleveland, Rev. James Moore and the great O'Landa Draper. Lemon's soulful and dynamic sound has been instantly recognizable in the gospel industry and is showcased here on his debut release. Biography: Kevin S. Lemons, son of the late Wilbert and Ruth Lemons, was born into a great legacy of vocalists, musicians and directors. His grandmother, Mrs. Annie Ruth Lemons, is the founder of the legendary Atlanta Masonic Choir which was organized in 1942 and still exists today. Kevin's father, Wilbert, was an accomplished director and his mother, Ruth, an accomplished lead vocalist. Needless to say, Kevin's path would undoubtedly be one filled with music. A noted director, choral and instrumental arranger, gifted vocalist and skilled musician, Kevin S. Lemons exemplifies greatness by every measure of the word. With a strong conviction for biblical principles and righteous living, Kevin's parents reared him in a God - fearing home and encouraged his involvement in church at a very young age. In church and on travels with the Atlanta Masonics young Kevin was affording the opportunity to develop himself as a musician, singer and director. Asked how much he was impacted by his introduction to gospel performances at a young age he responds 'those experiences made me who I am today. Watching my father direct and teach while witnessing my mother's vocal ability are things I cherish.' Without doubt Mr. and Mrs. Lemons were very instrumental in identifying, developing and nurturing the gifts their son possessed. With the support and blessings of his parents Kevin responded to a great call to begin his own music ministry in 1996. Gathering a few singing friends and acquaintances in a small church is where is all began. Kevin Lemons, with God's direction and purpose in his heart, organized Higher Calling. This ministry, collectively known as Kevin Lemons & Higher Calling, set out on a fast track to success by working diligently to create a sound and image unique to themselves. With Kevin's leadership, Higher Calling began traveling extensively throughout the United States sharing their message of love, unity and the importance of spiritual development...all through song. Kevin Lemons & Higher Calling released their first CD titled Destined for Greatness independently to great acclaim. The title track single 'Destined for Greatness' garnered quite a bit of radio airplay and remains a top choice on radio internet stations. The song was later recording and released in 2011 by Ricky Dillard and New Generation. Today, Higher Calling has grown into a 45 - voice, powerhouse gospel choir known for their skillful vocals, energetic performances, trendsetting style and overall excellence in ministry. Kevin Lemons & Higher Calling have shared stages with many gospel greats to include Fred Hammond, Ricky Dillard, Hezekiah Walker, the Clark Sisters, DeWayne Woods, LeAnn Faine, Donald Lawrence, the late O Landa Draper, Dorothy Norwood, Prophetess Juanita Bynum,Pastor William Murphy, Vashawn Mitchell, B. Chase Williams, and countless others. Additionally, the ministry has been nationally-televised with appearances on BET's Bobby Jones Gospel, Gospel Music Channel's The Kitchen Sink, and the Gospel Superfest. The choir has also ministered at the Dorsey Convention, GMWA, the Full Gospel Baptist Church Conference, Rhythm of Gospel Awards, COGIC Convocation to name a few.

THIS IS US -- "New York, New York, New York" Episode 416 -- Pictured: (l-r) Justin Hartley as Kevin, Sterling K. Brown as Randall -- (Photo by: Will Hart/NBC) This week's episode, This Is Us - Season 4 Episode 16, entitled, "New York, New York, New York" featured three parallel New York City-centered storylines. Well, really three and a half, but who's counting? Anyway, We've been talking about the Big 3 and the impending rift since mid-season. This episode brings what the rift probably involves into sharper focus. Nothing is set in stone yet, but it looks the future of Rebecca's care and the Pearson boys' differing opinion of it will be at the rift's core. What will cause the break? Although we consider this one of our best TIU podcasts in a while, we were still left with a few lingering questions, like: Kate barely made an appearance in this episode. Where will she stand? With Kevin or Randall? We know she ends up with Kevin in the cabin later on (from the mid-season flash-forward), but will she start out on Kevin's side?Rebecca has a husband. Why wasn't Miguel even invited to the clinical trial discussion? We're all going to grow old and possibly go through this same kind of thing. What would we choose? The trial? Or finishing up all the "next times" that never got done? Listen in to hear what they have to say about theses and MANY more questions! The Michigan State Spartans have enjoyed unprecedented success against Penn State in recent years, finding new and awful ways to torture James Franklin's team and its fans, so much so that Chris and Kevin had already all but conceded PSU's first loss of the season. A foreboding repeat of 2017's infamous sloppy conditions did nothing to blunt their fears, but once the game kicked off, a still-undefeated and now-top 5 Nittany Lions squad proved that those concerns belonged in the past. When you are at a business event or meeting, there is a big difference between networking and business dating. In episode 242 of Journey to $100 Million, listen in to Kevin as he shares how to get the most use out of networking events. With Kevin's previous start-up company, networking became the single most important aspect of growing the company. Networking drove business, got leads, and gained new contacts. Here at Array Digital, Kevin's network is still what we rely on to this day. When at events and meetings, it is easy to get trapped in your comfort zone and only speak to individuals you already are acquainted with, which ends up being a big waste of your time. When you are at these events you do not want to be business dating: hanging with connections that you already know. The goal should be to have a plan with a purpose when going to these events. You should know who you are going to talk to, who is going to be there, and if you already know someone there, maybe even ask who they can get you in front of! When attending these events, understand you are there to grow your business. Without a strong understanding of your purpose, you can end up wasting a lot of time, and in some cases, money. — Erik J. Olson is an award-winning digital marketer & entrepreneur. When Kevin first started his business, he did not have any capital, debt or investors and he didn't have access to any money, bank loans, or credit cards. In episode 205 of Journey to $100 Million, Kevin shares how he was able to create his first business without utilizing any of these factors. Fast forward to today at Array Digital, Erik and Kevin have built their company without the financial help from outside sources. We do have lines of credit, but we have not had to rely on this credit or go into debt. With Kevin's business, all he needed to get started was a computer, some software, and the internet. There was no need for overhead, employees, an office, etc. He didn't want to make the mistake of prioritizing these expenses from the beginning and slipping into debt before any profit had been made. The key is to think about how you can get your work done the easy and cheap way while still getting good results for your customers. There is no need to break the bank. Before you start spending money on all these extra expenses, make sure that you are good at what you are doing, people are accepting your product or service, and you have the ability to make money. Once all of that is done, you can start to reinvest by getting an office and hiring employees, but you don't have to jump on that from the get-go. — Erik J. LINK - COG T-SHIRT SALE: http://cornerofthegalaxy.com/shop/ CoG Studios, CA -- The LA Galaxy got a come-from-behind victory over the Philadelphia Union on Saturday night after a three-goal second half propelled them well clear of their Eastern Conference opponent. But Romain Alessandrini still came off the bench and the Galaxy defense looked lost for the first 45 minutes. So did the club learn something valuable in the City of Brotherly Love? Your hosts, Josh Guesman and Kevin Baxter, are back to reunite the Panda and Pato show for the first time since the World Cup began. With Kevin back in the United States, and Josh lazily taking his birthday off, the guys are more than ready to trudge through the large amounts of Galaxy information they have to get you ready for a busy week! With most of the focus on the show pointed towards the rematch with LAFC and the second part of the El Trafico, they guys will give you the deepest insights yet into the thought process of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and why he seems to be the genuine article for the Galaxy. And whey that matter in for the city of Los Angeles and the Galaxy in particular. Plus, when it comes to the rivalry, should table positions really matter? And could you expect the unexpected again? After the Miracle on March 31 -- a game the Galaxy would go on to win by a final score of 4-3 -- could they once again pull of a stunning victory? What would a win mean to Galaxy fans and Galaxy players and what bragging rights could the Galaxy capture in the battle for Los Angeles this time around? It's a packed show that looks at all the possible turmoil the Galaxy face just in naming a lineup and why this game could be every bit as special as the last one. Music Provided by Back Pocket Memory

CoG Studios, CA (Moscow, Russia) -- The LA Galaxy fell in their round-of-sixteen US Open Cup match in Portland by a score of 1-0. But in a very even match, there isn't much to get upset about. On today's show, your hosts Josh Guesman (CA, USA) and Kevin Baxter (Moscow, Russia) are back to give you the latest in Galaxy news and also touch on some tournament that is going on in Russia. With Kevin holding down the Moscow outpost and Josh firmly planted in Southern California, they've put together a show that will need to hold you over until the Galaxy get ready to play again on June 30. First, the guys will give you an update on the dos Santos brothers and why you didn't see them in Mexico's opening group-stage victory over Germany. Josh and Kevin will discuss Mexico's victory in that vein and also have some fun talking about the World Cup -- we don't get to do it every day. Then the guys will get you through the highlights of the Galaxy's loss to the Portland Timbers in the Open Cup including a first-half adjustment that Josh thinks could've prevented the only Timbers goal. And while the Galaxy losing is a big story, the guys will also discuss the injuries to Ola Kamara and Sebastian Lletget. Did the Galaxy actually weather the storm of rapid-fire games without too many broken bodies? And will the glutton of games continue after the World Cup break? Finally, Josh and Kevin will dive deep into the Galaxy's signing of defender Sheanon Williams, the release of defender Emrah Klimenta and why the timing all seems a little fishy. And did the Galaxy really keep a guy from an International call-up just to release him a couple weeks later? We're glad you could join us for 60-minutes of Galaxy talk and we can't wait to take a few days off in preparation for the second half of the Galaxy's season. Music Provided by Back Pocket Memory

The process of scaling up really begins and ends with the leadership. If you’re a leader, then you must face yourself in the mirror and take care of yourself. There are many great ways a leader can develop themselves and today’s guest discusses how leaders can thrive under tough pressure. Kevin Lawrence is an international strategic advisor and has coached hundreds of clients across a wide range of industries. His work as a coach for the last 20+ years inspired him to write the book, Your Oxygen Mask First. The book discusses the dark side of leadership dichotomy, and offers 17 practical steps to triumph in business, without being trampled in life. High-performing CEOs and executives have to push themselves in such a way where they get stronger and better, without burning themselves out. This is a hard thing to do for any passionate leader as the world of business is so vast (and exciting) that it can take everything out of you if you’re not careful. With Kevin’s extensive work with high-level achievers, he’s heard it all. The powerful CEOs you see in magazines are overwhelmed and they’re beginning to doubt their ability. Just the other day, a CEO was having a panic attack just before his flight was taking off. When a CEO begins to unravel, addictions start to kick in to escape the stress and their physical and mental health suffers. The good news, however, is that it’s all fixable. If you want to play the bigger game, you just need better tools, and Kevin’s book has all the tools a CEO could ever need. You can learn techniques to help you gain your confidence back and you can build from a place where your new leadership position is not overwhelming you or forcing you to handle new thresholds of stress. Welcome to the very first episode of the Music Crush Monday Podcast! Buckle up and enjoy the ride! This is the first band to be listened to on the podcast with Kevin presenting. The guys talk about going from being able to sit around listening to music to forming the podcast and looking forward to the exciting opportunities to hang out and listen to music. Kevin makes a bold prediction that he will have a tough time knowing what bands Steve is going to pick due to the large amount of music he listens to. Steve admits that is probably true and exposes his dedication to the BMG Music Club by subscribing and actually paying for the subscription. Are Genre titles getting out of hand? With Kevin being more of a “metalhead” and Steve being into punk rock there are too many sub genres in between those two styles of music, one could get confused and lose his mind. Where does today’s band fall? Will Steve guess who the band is? Will he like the songs? Listen in as they discuss! As always, below are the links to the band that is being featured on this episode. If you want to take a ride on this journey with us and want to listen to this music blind, please do not look at the featured band links beforehand if at all possible. I recently had a great talk with David Ramsey of 615 Sports Training. Here’s what we talked about.Today I’m excited to be joined by Mr. David Ramsey, owner of 615 Sports Training 615sportstraining.com to talk a little bit about his business and how they are helping out the community.David and his business partner Kevin Fitzgerald decided in 2014 that there needed to be a place in the area for athletes to improve their speed and strength. With Kevin’s background in strength and conditioning at Florida State, they thought it was a great opportunity to open their first location in Mt. Juliet. Since then, they have opened up an additional location in Murfreesboro. They work with athletes of all ages and all different sports, helping them get faster and stronger through techniques and programs. They also do individual sports training in baseball, football, soccer, and softball training for individuals. They also have adult classes. They even have adult classes for athletes like myself. If you’re going to try to improve your fitness, this is the best place to go. They’re even offering a free trial right now, which I took advantage of in the video above. If you have any further questions for David about 615 sports training, visit their website here.If you have any other real estate-related questions or needs that I can assist you with, don’t hesitate to give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you.

With Kevin and Gabe in the studio we continue our talk with them. This show was on the Ohio musky fishing. Both Kevin and Gabe are from Ohio and are well traveled and can talk about what its like to fish Ohio water as compared to other musky waters.
With Kevin seemingly unharmed after the disturbing events that took place in San Francisco during the previous episode, the gang is free to dive headfirst into the Dax-filled party that is Facets! And what a party it is! It’s got a nervous and nasally O’Brien, a brassy and pleasure-seeking Bashir, a bizarre and creepy Sisko and the king of partying, Curzodo himself! All that, plus we’re getting into the greatest movie never made, Khan Air, the two amazing things that Alvanian cave sloths are most known for and we’re desperately struggling to wrap our minds around the idea of Captain Sisko and Lucille Bluth’s personalities merging. Grab yourself a root beer and get ready for some good times!
With Kevin on baby watch, the great people at the University of Michigan Wrestling program were able to allow Tommy to come sit down with Head Coach Joe McFarland. Thanks for listening. Please follow us at Bloodround.com and on iTunes, Stitcher, Soundcloud, Libsyn, and more.

When it comes to high-level selling, there’s one guy that comes to mind - Kevin Donahue. From selling software to top level government security agencies and membership for an A-list mastermind group to skin care products, there probably is nothing that Kevin couldn’t sell. As he puts it, it’s not about the product but it’s about sticking to a system. I met Kevin four years ago in Costa Rica during an event for personal development and entrepreneurship. He seemed to be your typical surfer dude, but I quickly found out that he is one of the most brilliant minds I’ve ever met, especially when it comes to selling at higher levels and higher prices. With Kevin’s unmatched ability to network and create relationships, as well as his ability to get deals going and become a major resource for many people, he was able to dominate in every niche that he chose to build a business in. I’ve invited Kevin on the show to share some bacon wrapped strategies for finding and owning your niche as well as using language creatively and powerfully in order to dominate in your niche. Here’s what we discussed on this episode: 06:50 - Working with government agencies (CIA, FBI, The White House, and the likes) in business development and search engine software 07:35 - Carving out his niche of investigative agencies selling an investigative forensic search engine software 08:44 - Becoming the go-to-guy by dominating his niche 09:09 - Other international organizations Kevin has worked 10:00 - Yogi the Pug: The power of the Internet and Youtube when you have a killer story 11:51 - Kevin’s mini-retirement and reinventing his life 13:03 - “Destroy anything in your life that isn’t excellent.” - Dan Sullivan 14:06 - Working with Joe Polish to grow the Genius Network Mastermind 16:58 - Getting into the skin care and diet supplement business 17:11 - Finding and recognizing powerful systems 19:03 - An “on-demand done for you” business model 20:08 - Why predictable business systems work 20:30 - Profit sharing and responsibilities 22:20 - The ideal profit partner for Kevin’s business 25:19 - Bacon wrapped strategy: How to sell things by understanding your environment 27:13 - The key strategies for effective selling: Psychology, sociology, and assume rapport 28:00 - Touch, move, and inspire 29:30 - Being convincing vs. being compelling 30:15 - Why everyone is looking for superhero in their lives 32:42 - Knowing your niche: Understanding who you can be a hero to 36:38 - Narrowing down your niche 38:10 - Why Kevin choose the skin care business 39:00 - Other projects that Kevin is working on 40:25 - Does equity mean anything? 40:55 - Raising your prices: Putting a powerful wrapper of __________. 43:45 - The power of language: Honda vs. Ferrari 48:07 - Why it takes focus, practice, and action 50:40 - When is the right time to launch a podcast For more information on Kevin and his business endeavors, visit: The Executive Sales Source - http://www.executivesalessource.com Brand Ingenuity Group - http://www.brandingenuitygroup.com Linkedin - http://www.linkedin.com/in/globalconnector If you have any questions or challenges or would like a second opinion on your business strategy, email askbrad@baconwrappedbusiness.com and let me know.

With Kevin frying eggs on his sidewalk, Sam, Rick and Kevin are back for another warm episode of GamerHusbands Radio. We have what we think are some good gaming news stories and sales going on with Xbox and Playstation. We also have our special kind of GHR humor. We're posting this early since Thursday is a holiday here in the states. Hope that you enjoy it and be safe. With Kevin chained to his desk at HQ, it became necessary to scour the BSD writing staff for a podcasting partner. Let's face it, nobody wants to hear me speaking alone for a half-hour. It's just sad, man. Sad. Thankfully, Devon stepped up to the plate and the News Gods gave us an early gift, as details filtered out regarding the negotiation and settlement of an August 2011 amendment to Joe Paterno's coaching contract. After kicking that around a bit, we moved on to what it's like to witness a Bill O'Brien Penn State practice, as well as Devon's experience as a student during The Thing And Everything After.
After a small delay involving missing audio files, Rock and Reel is back for a grand episode number 10. With double-digits comes a show that's as packed as ever with goodness. This episode, Kevin and I talk all about the first big summer blockbuster, "Iron Man". With Kevin being a huge comic book geek and my own hands almost never having touched a comic book before, we technically have the bases covered for those familiar with the back story to those who just went simply because it looked cool and Robert Downey Jr. is awesome in general. But despite these good signs for the film, did it pass our litmus test for a superhero film? Listen and find out.Following that, we give our Album of the Week a Chicago-centric touch by reviewing the new record by Local H, titled "12 Angry Months". It's a concept album about the ups and downs (mostly downs) of ending a relationship. Singer Scott Lucas reportedly wrote it after a year of struggling when his girlfriend broke up with him. The idea is nothing new, however does it sound fresh? And where does it stand in terms of the Local H catalogue? We've got the scoop for you.To help wrap things up, we're introducing a new segment that's music-focused, aptly titled Roots and Influences. The concept is easy in that we talk about the various bands and artists that have played a major role in the development of sound for another particular band or artist. For our first Roots and Influences we keep with the Local H theme and discuss how their sound has evolved. You'll also be able to hear a couple songs by some of the bands we mention, so if you're a fan of grunge and punk this is not to be missed.Next episode we'll be reviewing the movie "Redbelt" starring Chiwetel Ejiofor and Tim Allen, and we'll also give our opinions on the new Death Cab for Cutie album "Narrow Stairs." Check back for that soon!0:00-0:51 Intro0:51-21:05 Movie Review: Iron Man21:05-38:41 Album of the Week: Local H - 12 Angry Months (feat. song "Jesus Christ, Did You See The Size Of That Sperm Whale?")38:41-1:00:50 Roots and Influences (new segment!): Local H (feat. songs by Nirvana and Cheap Trick)1:00:50-1:02:47 Closing/Preview of Next Week(click on the podcast icon above for the show, or subscribe with podcatcher software)Subscribe and let us know what you think!
