After bursting onto the West End musical theatre scene in 2019 as the title character in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat in Laurence Connor's acclaimed revival at the London Palladium, Jac Yarrow has become one of the West End's fastest rising stars. After recently concluding a Toronto run of Joseph and a critically acclaimed run of Stephen Sondheim's Old Friends in the West End, Jac Yarrow is heading to Theatre Royal, Drury Lane to lead the 50th anniversary concerts of Pippin, taking on the title role. Nick first, he left home at 16 to try and build a career as a performer.....he did almost every job possible as part of that journey but then did become a performer on London's West End stage starring in musicals including Book of Mormon, Cats, Fame, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Peter Pan, and Wicked. However, during the pandemic he also took a supermarket job to make ends meet, and during that time, he started experimenting with drag....and very quickly ended up appearing on RuPaul's Drag Race UK as Ella Vaday where he finished as runner up. So Nick's all about perserverance, and not being afraid to try new things. His collaborations with composer Andrew Lloyd Webber on the phenomenally successful and beloved shows, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat”, “Jesus Christ Superstar” and “Evita”, brought him worldwide acclaim, as one of the greatest and most innovative lyricists of the modern age. He went on to co-write “Blondel” with Stephen Oliver, and “Chess”, with Benny Anderson and Bjorn Ulvaeus from ABBA. With Sir Elton John, he wrote “The Lion King”, “Aida”, and “The Road to El Dorado”. He collaborated with Alan Menken on “Aladdin”, “King David”, and the theatrical production AND live action re-make of “Beauty and the Beast”, which is the highest-grossing live action musical of all time. Jennifer Copping is a beloved triple-threat actress who moves back and forth from stage and screen with apparent enviable ease. Jennifer has brought intensity and fire to roles on shows like Van Helsing, Continuum, Bates Motel, Travelers, Fargo, Supernatural, and Riverdale – and films like Becoming Redwood and See Grace Fly and Rabbit – and to theatre dramas like Indian Arm and Detroit and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime and stage musicals like Les Miserables, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, and Godspell, in which she played Jesus. Sir Tim is best known for his collaborative work with Andrew Lloyd Webber creating some of the best loved musicals of recent years. The duo first teamed up in the late 1960s first producing Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, which is a staple of school end-of-term shows as well as enjoying numerous runs in the West End. The groundbreaking Jesus Christ Superstar followed, and then Evita, depicting the life of Eva Peron.As a child growing up in Hertfordshire, he was enchanted by astronomy and cricket and excelled academically. On leaving school, he shunned university and tried his hand with the law. But he had dreams of becoming a pop star or, at the very least, a songwriter, and so he took a job as a management trainee with EMI records. When he met Andrew Lloyd Webber after replying to his request for a 'with it' writer he realised his future lay as a lyricist. The groundbreaking Jesus Christ Superstar followed, and then Evita, depicting the life of Eva Peron. As a child growing up in Hertfordshire, he was enchanted by astronomy and cricket and excelled academically. On leaving school, he shunned university and tried his hand with the law. But he had dreams of becoming a pop star or, at the very least, a songwriter, and so he took a job as a management trainee with EMI records. When he met Andrew Lloyd Webber after replying to his request for a 'with it' writer he realised his future lay as a lyricist. Sir Tim was knighted in 1994 and he's the co-author of the Guinness Book of British Hit Singles and a co-founder of Pavilion Books.
