Torniamo a parlare di Edilizia Off-Site, un approccio industriale alle ristrutturazioni edilizie, che fa largo uso di componenti di involucro prefabbricati e preassemblati. Finora poco sviluppato in Italia, questo approccio trova oggi un'opportunità nel progetto Officio, coordinato dall’ENEA, che ha mappato 116 aziende operanti sul territorio italiano coinvolte nella produzione e commercializzazione di 541 diversi sistemi e componenti per l'isolamento e riqualificazione degli edifici, riconducibili al concetto di edilizia off-site. Cresce anche il numero di casi applicativi, ma restano ancora frontiere poco esplorate anche dei nuovi impianti. Ne parliamo con Miriam Benedetti, prima ricercatrice ENEA.

Parliamo del progetto Officio, che ha svolto la prima mappatura delle filiere dell'edilizia Off-Site in Italia, uno dei più importanti trend di innovazione emersi nell'ultimo decennio nel settore delle costruzioni. Si tratta del tentativo di applicare un approccio industriale alle riqualificazioni edilizie, spostando buona parte delle lavorazioni dal cantiere a una fabbrica, dove intere sezioni del nuovo involucro vengono pre-assemblate per poi essere “agganciate” all'edificio una volta in cantiere. Il lavoro, condotto insieme al Politecnico di Milano e all'Università di Bologna, ha portato a identificare sia le principali imprese attive a vario titolo in questo ambito, sia le principali soluzioni tecnologiche offerte e prodotte. L'approccio Off-Site punta a standardizzare i processi, certificare le prestazioni, migliorare la sicurezza e a ridurre costi e tempi. Ne parliamo con Miriam Benedetti, prima ricercatrice ENEA.

Żydzi przed wojną nie żyli tu w odrębnej dzielnicy, mieszkali obok polskich sąsiadów, chodzili do tych samych szkół, uprawiali sport i współtworzyli lokalną kulturę. To dlatego historia tego miasta pozwala lepiej zrozumieć, jak żyli Żydzi w przedwojennej Polsce. Rozmawiamy o tym, jak wyglądała historia Żydów w Polsce, jak w latach 30. narastał antysemityzm w Polsce oraz jak zmieniały się relacje między sąsiadami. W jednej z opowieści występuje też Włodzimierz Lenin, który przed rewolucją korzystał z pomocy żydowskiego kupca z Nowego Targu. Centralnym tematem odcinka pozostaje jednak okupacja niemiecka w Polsce i zagłada europejskich Żydów. Dr Karolina Panz objaśnia, jak przebiegało niszczenie żydowskiej społeczności miasta, dlaczego w Nowym Targu nie powstało zamknięte getto i co to oznaczało dla relacji między Polakami a Żydami. To także rozmowa o pamięci, odpowiedzialności i losach ludzi, którzy przez pokolenia współtworzyli codzienność w Nowym Targu, a następnie niemal całkowicie zniknęli z jego krajobrazu. To poruszająca opowieść o Żydach w Polsce, utraconym świecie i o tym, jak mikrohistoria jednego miasta pozwala lepiej zrozumieć największą tragedię XX wieku. Tra gli obiettivi dell’Europa c’è anche quello di riportare fino al 20% del traffico merci dalla strada all’acqua, e tra le dorsali strategiche individuate dall’UE c’è anche il Po e i suoi principali affluenti, vie d’acqua molto meno usate che in passato. Una mano ad aumentare la navigazione potrebbe oggi venire dalla tecnologia, che rendenderebbe disponibili informazioni tempestive come le condizioni in tempo reale del fondale, che nei fiumi cambiano molto rapidamente, soprattutto in presenza di fenomeni estremi. Da qui il lavoro fatto dall’ENEA nell’ambito del progetto europeo CRISTAL, con cui ha sviluppato un sistema basato su sensori in fibra ottica e tecnologie di intelligenza artificiale che permettono di fare previsioni sulla navigabilità fino a 10 giorni. Ne parliamo con Sonia Giovinazzi, ricercatrice del Laboratorio Infrastrutture critiche del Dipartimento Tecnologie energetiche e fonti rinnovabili (TERIN).

È uscita l’analisi Trimestrale del Sistema Energetico Italiano dell’ENEA, relativa all’anno 2025, che fotografa un sistema energetico sostanzialmente inerte, in un contesto in cui l’Italia dipende in modo anomalo dal gas e in cui sul fronte prezzi "appare consolidato sui massimi storici lo spread tra valore dell’elettricità sulla Borsa italiana e quello dei principali mercati europei (116 €/MWh la media annua contro 90 in Germania, 65 in Spagna e 61 in Francia), mentre è tornata ad allargarsi la differenza tra il prezzo del gas sul mercato italiano e il principale hub europeo (TTF)". In questo contesto l’Italia non mostra una dinamica di cambiamento, tanto che la transizione risulta largamente fuori traiettoria rispetto agli obiettivi pubblicati solo due anni nello PNIEC da parte dello stesso Governo. Abbattere del 20% i consumi elettrici e del 60% i consumi termici nell’industria dei succhi di frutta, grazie a una nuova tecnologia chiamata campi elettrici pulsati, applicabile ampiamente in tutta l’industria alimentare dove sia necessario pastorizzare, sterilizzare, essiccare e cuocere: operazioni che rappresentano tra il 20% e il 50% dei consumi del comparto. È quanto emerge da una ricerca condotta da ENEA in collaborazione con il Dipartimento di Ingegneria Industriale dell’Università degli Studi di Salerno. Con questo studio è stato dimostrato che brevi impulsi elettrici, di milionesimi di secondo, uccidono i batteri e aprono i pori nelle cellule vegetali, accelerando i processi di evaporazione. È un esempio di come rimangano larghi margini di manovra per fare efficienza energetica anche in settori industriali che consideriamo di punta, come l’agroalimentare in Italia. Bff Bank in caduta libera a Piazza Affari dopo al notizia che Bankitalia ha nominato due commissari nell'istituto. I titoli, che in avvio non riuscivano a fare prezzo, sono arrivati a cedere oltre il 60%, in calo di oltre l 80% del proprio valore da inizio febbraio, passando da oltre 8 euro agli attuali 1,48. Dai massimi del 2024 invece la caduta è di quasi il 90%. La conference call dell amministratore delegato Giuseppe Sica ha consentito un parziale recupero, ma il calo resta comunque molto significativo.Nel fine settimana, la Vigilanza ha deciso di affiancare il consiglio di amministrazione con due commissari, Raffaele Lener e Francesco Fioretto, chiamati a supportare il board che mantiene pieni poteri nel percorso di riequilibrio. L intervento punta a rafforzare governance e sistema dei controlli, accelerando al contempo il processo di riallineamento contabile e la definizione delle criticità emerse. La situazione affonda le radici in una lunga fase di attenzione da parte della Vigilanza. Già nel 2024 un ispezione aveva evidenziato anomalie nelle politiche contabili, in particolare sulla classificazione dei crediti verso la pubblica amministrazione, cuore del business dell istituto. Il tavolo è convocato per mercoledì mattina nella sede del Mimit. Il decreto fiscale approvato venerdì 27 marzo in cdm "introduce disposizioni molto penalizzanti per le imprese che hanno effettuato la prenotazione del credito d'imposta 5.0 tra il 7 e il 27 novembre 2025". ne è convinto il vicepresidente di Confindustria per le politiche industriali e il made in Italy, Marco Nocivelli, spiegando che il testo prevede un taglio del 65% del credito d'imposta richiesto. Il fatto "di non poter fare affidamento sulle norme e sulle dichiarazioni del Governo mina profondamente la fiducia delle imprese nei confronti delle istituzioni e delle misure di incentivo e scoraggia chi vorrebbe continuare a fare impresa in Italia. Questa seconda puntata dello speciale "PNRR e poi?", con cui stiamo cercando di capire che eredità ha lasciato il PNRR al mondo della ricerca italiana e cosa si prospetta con la fine dei fondi. Nella puntata precedente abbiamo cercato di ricostruire i numeri dell'ondata di investimenti e di assunzioni, e di capire quanti contratti a termine del PNRR potranno essere stabilizzati all'interno del sistema di ricerca. Come abbiamo visto, lo scenario non è confortante: nel solo mondo universitario sono stati assunti almeno 5000 nuovi ricercatori, mentre comprendendo tutti gli istituti di ricerca (come CNR, ENEA, ecc.) la stima è di almeno 10 mila ricercatori. L'obiettivo era di stabilizzarne circa il 40%, ma con gli 11 milioni di euro finora stanziati dal Governo per stabilizzare gli oltre 12 miliardi di investimenti fatti col PNRR sarà difficile arrivare al 2%. Cosa ne sarà degli altri? C'è il rischio di "fuga di cervelli" e che nuove apparecchiature restino ferme per carenza di personale? Continua il nostro breve viaggio dedicato a fare il punto sulla diffusione della stampa 3D nel settore della manifattura, dove viene ormai regolarmente utilizzata per la produzione di piccole serie e per produrre oggetti molto complessi, impossibili o molto complicati da produrre in altro modo. In questa puntata facciamo il punto sui materiali per la stampa ceramica, cercando di capire quali siano, come vengano prodotti e da chi, e su quali nuovi materiali si stia lavorando. Le paste che vengono utilizzate nella stampa ceramica sono composte da un mix di polveri ceramiche e di resine, che servono a tenere insieme le polveri durante il processo di stampa e che vengono rimosse dal successivo trattamento termico. Ed è proprio progettare la giusta miscela, la cosa più importante per ottenere i risultati voluti. Possono costare centinaia di euro al chilogrammo, eppure non contengono elementi preziosi. Sono le polveri usate nei processi di stampa 3D in metallo. Oggi questa tecnologia viene usata soprattutto per creare piccole serie o oggetti difficili da realizzare con le tecnologie tradizionali. Ma si prevede che avrà diffusione più ampia in futuro, mano a mano che la velocità delle stampanti 3D in metallo crescerà. Le versioni più diffuse di stampa 3D metallica utilizzano come materia prima delle polveri metalliche opportune, che un laser o un'altra sorgente di energia fonde del tutto o in parte creando il manufatto. Come si producono queste polveri? Cos'hanno di speciale e chi le produce oggi? Ne parliamo questa sera, dando il via a una serie di puntate dedicate alla stampa 3D per fare il punto della situazione a qualche anno dal momento di hype. E lo facciamo con l'aiuto di Daniele Mirabile Gattia, responsabile del Laboratorio Tecnologie e materiali per la manifattura additiva dell'ENEA.

Enzo Enea ist ein international bekannter Schweizer Landschaftsarchitekt. Auf dem Gelände des Klosters Mariazell betreibt er in Rapperswil-Jona das weltweit einzige Baummuseum. Äbtissin Monika Thumm und Enzo Enea unterhalten sich über die Philosophie der Bäume, Nachhaltigkeit und Spiritualität. Der Landschaftsarchitekt Enzo Enea gehört zu den renommiertesten Vertretern seines Fachs weltweit. Er erstellt Parkanalgen in London, New York, Istanbul oder São Paulo und gestaltet Gärten für Private. Aus dem Einmannbetrieb seines Vaters hat er das international tätige Unternehmen «Enea Landscape Architecture» für Landschaftsarchitektur und Gartenbau mit 240 Mitarbeitenden und Filialen in Zürich, New York, Miami und Mailand entwickelt. In seiner Arbeit kombiniert Enzo Enea Landschaft und Gartenbau mit Architektur und Kunst. Im Jahr 2010 hat Enzo Enea in Rapperswil-Jona ein Baummuseum eröffnet. Auf 75'000 Quadratmetern pflanzt er alte und seltene Bäume. Im Baummuseum sind auch zeitgenössische Kunstwerke zu bewundern, eingebettet in Natur und Garten. Äbtissin Monika Thumm lebt seit 40 Jahren im Kloster Mariazell in Wurmsbach am oberen Zürichsee. Sie steht seit dem Jahr 2000 als Äbtissin der Gemeinschaft vor. Das Zisterzienserinnenkloster existiert seit 1259. Bis heute führen die acht Schwestern ein Leben in Stille und Kontemplation. Sie verstehen ihr Kloster gleichzeitig als Ort der Begegnung. Die Schwestern pflegen besonders den Gesang und die Liturgie und singen auch Lieder, die Äbtissin Monika Thumm komponiert hat. Aprire la strada alla sperimentazione dell’idrogeno liquido come carburante per aerei: è quanto si propone il progetto europeo HASTA, finanziato con oltre 3 milioni di euro, che coinvolge un consorzio di 15 partner provenienti da 8 Paesi, tra cui molti provenienti dall’Italia: ENEA, Cnr, Sapienza Università di Roma e Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano. HASTA ha tra i più importanti obiettivi la progettazione di un serbatoio per aerei adatto a gestire l’idrogeno liquido, risolvendo problemi come lo sloshing, il rimescolamento tumultuoso dell’idrogeno liquido che può avvenire durante il volo a causa di qualche sballottamento, rendendo difficile una fornitura regolare di carburante ai motori. Ce ne parla ancora Antonio Agresta, ricercatore del Laboratorio Idrogeno e Nuovi Vettori Energetici del Dipartimento Tecnologie Energetiche e Fonti Rinnovabili dell’ENEA.
