Die Schattenprinzipien: Falsche und Manipulierte Ziele und ihre Auswirkungen In einer Welt, in der wir ständig von äußeren Einflüssen, Meinungen und Erwartungen bombardiert werden, ist es leicht, den eigenen Seelenimpuls zu überhören. Stattdessen lassen wir uns von fremden Zielen und Vorstellungen leiten, die oft manipuliert oder aus den Schatten unserer eigenen Unsicherheiten geboren sind. Doch welche Konsequenzen hat das, wenn wir nicht unseren eigenen Weg gehen, sondern den Pfaden anderer folgen? Die Illusion falscher Ziele Ein falsches Ziel ist oft eines, das nicht aus unserer Seele, sondern aus unserem Ego oder der Erwartung anderer entspringt. Es fühlt sich anfangs vielleicht sinnvoll an, ist aber letztlich leer. Falsche Ziele basieren auf: • Vergleichen: “Wenn andere das schaffen, muss ich das auch tun.” • Anerkennungssuche: “Ich mache das, um von anderen geliebt oder bewundert zu werden.” • Ängsten: “Wenn ich das nicht tue, werde ich scheitern oder bin nicht genug.” Das Ergebnis? • Psychische Erschöpfung: Es fühlt sich an, als würdest du gegen einen unsichtbaren Strom schwimmen. • Krankheit: Dein Körper reagiert, weil er weiß, dass du dich von deinem wahren Selbst entfernst. Burnout, chronische Erkrankungen oder psychosomatische Beschwerden sind oft die Folge. • Finanzielle Probleme: Weil die Motivation nicht aus dir selbst kommt, fehlt die Energie, langfristig Erfolg zu generieren. Manipulierte Ziele: Die Schatten von außen Manchmal werden wir von anderen bewusst oder unbewusst in eine Richtung gelenkt, die nicht zu uns passt. Manipulierte Ziele entstehen, wenn: • Menschen uns ihre Ängste oder Träume aufzwingen. • Gesellschaftliche Normen uns in eine Rolle pressen. • Wir den “lauten” Stimmen mehr Glauben schenken als unserer inneren Wahrheit. Die Konsequenzen des Verrats an der eigenen Seele Wenn wir die Impulse unserer eigenen Seele ignorieren und uns von den Schatten anderer führen lassen, zahlen wir oft einen hohen Preis: 1. Verlust der inneren Ausrichtung: Wir fühlen uns verloren, ziellos und von uns selbst entfremdet. 2. Psychischer Schmerz: Depression, Angstzustände oder das Gefühl der Leere machen sich breit. 3. Körperliche Symptome: Der Körper spiegelt das innere Ungleichgewicht wider – sei es durch Schlafstörungen, chronische Schmerzen oder ernsthafte Krankheiten. 4. Finanzielle Blockaden: Weil wir nicht im Einklang mit unserer Essenz handeln, fehlt uns der Magnetismus, um Fülle zu manifestieren. Der Weg zurück zu deinen Seelenimpulsen 1. Reflexion und Innenschau: Stelle dir die Frage: “Fühlt sich das wirklich nach mir an?” 2. Mut zur Wahrheit: Höre auf, dich von äußeren Erwartungen leiten zu lassen, und folge dem, was deine Seele zum Singen bringt. 3. Grenzen setzen: Lerne, Nein zu sagen – zu anderen, aber auch zu deinen eigenen ungesunden Mustern. 4. Verbindung zur Intuition: Meditation, Journaling oder Zeit in der Natur helfen, die Stimme deiner Seele klarer zu hören. Der Schlüssel: Selbstliebe und Vertrauen Wenn du deinem Seelenweg folgst, entsteht ein natürlicher Fluss in deinem Leben. Deine psychische und körperliche Gesundheit stabilisieren sich, und finanzielle Fülle wird zur logischen Konsequenz deiner inneren Ausrichtung. Die Essenz ist simpel: Nur wenn du aus deinem wahren Kern heraus lebst und handelst, kannst du dein volles Potenzial entfalten – ohne Kompromisse, ohne Schatten, ohne Manipulation. In working with my clients one of the most frequent questions that I get is how to discern between the ego and the Higher Self. How to listen to our intuition. This is not a straightforward situation as within us we have narratives flowing continuously within our minds. If we have a busy brain and a constant flow of ideas and thoughts, sifting through them to find the wisdom of the Higher Self amongst the many thoughts that float unbidden through our minds can be hard.It is important to understand that the inner critic, the ego, the voice that is like the constant “annoying flatmate” as Michael Singer calls it, the voice that repeats the limiting beliefs is only trying to keep you safe. Our innate nature is to be safe and so our inner voice keeps us small and limits us to the narrow road of what it knows to be within our limits. And this voice can be very insistent. It can seem like quite a controlling and judgemental voice. It should not always be ignored though! So how do we know when to follow it and when to shove it into the back seat as we drive through life? We have to use our intuition. She is a registered nurse with a deep interest in the impact of energy healing on the human condition. Have you ever wanted to hone your intuition and just didn't know where to start? In this exercise, you will explore how to better refine your intuition and learn to trust yourself more fully with a simple tool.So if you are ready to become more confident in your intuition, your decisions, and ability to trust yourself, let's get started. Let's start by relaxing the tongue from the roof of our mouth. Roll out your shoulders a couple of times forward and a couple of times backward. Take a big, deep breath through your nose, expanding your lungs all the way to the base of your ribs, fill your chest, expand fully.Now slowly release, expelling all the air from your lungs. Return to your regular breathing pattern. Now I want you to think of a statement that is true. This could be, my birthday is, and fill in the blank. My home address is, and then fill in the blank. I want you to say this statement out loud, but I want you to pay attention to how that statement fills in your body.Where do you feel it? Is it high in your heart? Is it low in your gut? Does it feel tight? Does it feel loose? Does it feel peaceful or exciting? Now say the true statement again. Do you feel it? That is the feeling of truth or confirmation. Now we are going to do the opposite. Think of a [00:02:00] false statement. You can use the same statement as before, just with inaccurate information.Now speak your full statement. Pause. Repeat it again, paying attention to how that feels. Does it feel different than your true statement? Does it feel lower or higher or in a different place in your body? That feeling is your feeling of inaccuracy or unalignment. Now, you can do this exercise as many times as you need to in order to solidify the feeling.You can use the exercise to calibrate yourself, so to speak, should you need to prior to asking your inner self for guidance. I suggest starting with minor things that have less impact on your life and moving towards building or rebuilding that [00:03:00] trust in your intuition that has been right there inside to you all along.Thank you for listening and thank yourself for taking five minutes of peace. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, allowing your abdomen to expand, and exhale slowly, releasing any tension or distractions. Begin by bringing your awareness to the present moment. Feel the weight of your body against the surface you're resting on and the gentle rise and fall of your breath. Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment. Now, imagine yourself surrounded by a serene and tranquil environment. It could be a peaceful garden, a majestic mountaintop, or a serene beach. Visualize this setting in vivid detail, engaging all your senses to create a vivid mental picture. As you immerse yourself in this tranquil scene, imagine a gentle, radiant light appearing before you. This light represents your inner wisdom and intuition. With each inhale, feel this light growing brighter and more vibrant. Bring your attention to the area of your heart. Visualize a blossoming flower within your chest, representing your intuition and inner knowing. As you breathe, imagine this flower opening up, radiating a warm and gentle light. Invite any questions or challenges you may be facing into your awareness. With a sense of trust and openness, ask your inner wisdom and intuition for guidance and clarity. Allow the answers to emerge naturally, without forcing or searching for them. As you wait for insights and guidance, focus on the sensations in your body. Notice any physical sensations or subtle shifts that may arise. Trust in the wisdom of your body to communicate with you. With each breath, feel a deepening connection with your inner wisdom and intuition. Embrace the gentle nudges and whispers that arise within you, guiding you towards the answers and solutions you seek. If thoughts or distractions arise, simply acknowledge them and let them pass. “The first voice is always intuitive. And I say it's a voice, but for most people it's a physical sensation in their body,” explains Candice Thomas. Candice is the author of The Success Sense: Intuition for Entrepreneurs and Professionals. She uses her skills as a psychic medium to teach entrepreneurs, artists, and leaders how to use their own intuition to change their lives and make positive changes in their communities. However, she wasn't always so adept at following her own intuition. After a lot of years of getting and ignoring her  intuitive flashes, Candice ended up feeling trapped in a federal government job that she didn't enjoy. It was only after she visited the Psychic Twins and learned that she was actually gifted as a medium that Candice began exploring where her intuition had been trying to lead her all along. Today, Candice joins host Tiffany Zehara to talk about how to lead with your intuition. Intuition is something that everyone has, but not everyone knows how to recognize and interpret. It may feel like a physical sensation in your body or even show up as a little voice in your head. At first you may naturally be inclined to try to tune it out or brush it off. Trusting our own intuition is not always as straight forward as it sounds. When we think that we have followed our own guidance and not had the desired outcome we can come to lose trust in our inner guidance. In this meditation we are trying to become familiar with the sense of listening to our intuition and how it feels when the right option "drops in". When the inner critic can shout so loud that it drowns out the inner voice, when the outer world is exerting forces on us, and when our emotions are heightened our quiet inner voice, our intuition can be buried. Using this as a conscious exercise to connect with the inner wisdom is a wonderful way to learn to trust yourself once more. In this episode I guide you through a brief, but powerful meditation to help you open up to your intuitive gifts. Make sure when you do it that you pay special attention to HOW you receive the information you get. Clairvoyance - sacred seeing. This could be pictures, a video, a memory playing out, a simple word or image that you see, etc. Clairaudience - sacred hearing. This could be hearing voices (with your ears or in your head), messages via music or poetry, anything you hear. Clairsentience - sacred feeling. This could be something you feel with your skin (like a presence or an energy), or even a gut reaction response. It's something you will feel. Claircognizance - sacred knowing. This could be something that you don't know why you know, you just know it to be true (and it didn't come from one of the Clairs mentioned above). The only way to trust your intuition is to use it regularly. I hope this meditation helps you open up. As always, I'd love to hear how it works out for you. ZenWorlds ZenCast #26 is a meditation designed to help you recognize and trust your intuition. For many, the word intuition has somewhat of a mystical connotative meaning and it really shouldn't. It's the same thing as your gut instinct, hunch, feeling, awareness or perception. We've all had feelings or hunches that something wasn't right or that we should do one thing versus another. When we go against that feeling, we always say afterwards "if i only had gone with my gut, I wouldn't be in this mess." When are you going to start listening to yourself when you have these feelings instead of second guessing yourself or going along with what someone else does or says?
