Drawing from her personal experiences, Bizzy explores why it's essential to let people learn from their own mistakes, rather than trying to "save" them when they haven't asked for help. She discusses how it's okay to not take on others' problems, the power of prayer, and the importance of setting boundaries, trusting divine timing, and letting go when things are out of your hands. Is everybody's work equally valuable and important? How you can tell the difference. I respect all humans who behave consistently with being created in the image of God but do I respect all career choices, occupations, and professions equally? No, of course not, and neither do you. The one key things to bear in mind when choosing a career path. What quality athlete Usain Bolt shares with an oil rig worker and a dentist. What a professor of race and gender shares with a graffiti artist. A surprising number of people think the moon landing in 1969 was a hoax but what actual benefits did it really yield? Do you know what a black hole is? Do you care? Do you know what a dental implant is? Do you care? Most things you care about came about because of microscopes; seldom telescopes. Take a look at our Financial Prosperity Collection - www.wehappywarriors.com/financial-prosperity-collection. Why you probably respect mechanics and musicians more than astrophysicists and artists? Finding your connection to God through an ear rather than through a galaxy.

Discipline is key to achieving success in every part of life, and Tim and Steve dive into what it really means and how it works. Tim explains that discipline is a personal journey, not just a set of rules or religious ideas. He shares how it shapes his mind, body, and spirit — reflecting on a conversation with his wife, who pointed out how discipline drives his faith, workouts, and mentoring. Together, Tim and Steve break it down, showing how discipline is a practical way to live rather than some big, abstract idea. They encourage listeners to embrace it and discover its power to transform their lives.
After experiencing heartbreak, job loss, or significant disappointment, we're often encouraged to "move on." While well-intentioned, this advice often overlooks the truth that healing is a journey—one that takes time to transform wounds into wisdom. The encouraging news is that as we heal, each moment offers fresh opportunities to move forward, grow, and create new beginnings. This previously aired episode feels especially timely for the moment—tune in for an inspiring take on finding hope and renewal. There's more to wealth than your finances. True wealth also includes things like your health, relationships, and how you spend your time. For Anita Heidema, a rich life means homecooked meals and regular trips to Italy–and she's built her business around that lifestyle. Anita is a mindset coach and business strategist for entrepreneurs who want to live successful, powerful, and passionate lives. She is the creator of the RichLifeBiz System and the Getaway to Find Your Way travel program. Anita and her partner Chef Dario Tomaselli co-created the O'Live Your Life lifestyle brand, where they host culinary retreats in Tuscany. Creating a Business Around Your Lifestyle Anita and Dario have intentionally created a business that serves their life values. Early in their relationship, they were busy with work–Anita with her business and Dario with his job as a chef. They wanted more time together, to cook and eat with friends, and to live the slower Mediterranean lifestyle that Dario grew up with in Italy. O'Live Your Life was both a business opportunity and a way for them to live that ideal life. Their retreats combine Dario's love of cooking with Anita's mindset coaching to create a transformative experience for their guests. They also offer team-building classes and culinary events. When they're not in Italy, Anita and Dario bring the Mediterranean lifestyle to their North American clients. You don't need to cross the ocean to relax, enjoy time with friends and family, or cook a healthy meal–you can do those things from anywhere in the world. What Does Your Rich Life Look Like? For Anita, having a rich life goes beyond finances. It means feeling wealthy in every area of your life: love, relationships, health, work, and faith. In the Mediterranean culture, relationships come first. So for Anita and Dario, living a rich life meant rearranging their businesses to prioritize time together. It means slowing down to appreciate the life and business they've created. Enjoy this episode with CEO Anita Heidema… Quotes “I called it Getaway to Find your Way because when you travel you open yourself up to self-discovery.” “There's so many unique things to do and life is an adventure.” “What does your subconscious mind say that you really want as opposed to what you see other people doing out there and jumping on the bandwagon?” “It's a brand that connects people.” “It's about inspiring people to do what they want in their life.” “It's about being together and that connection.” Links mentioned in this episode: O'Live Your Life Meditteranean Lifestyle: https://oliveyourlife.org/ Anita's website: https://anitaheidema.com/ Send Anita's team an email: info@anitaheidema.com Connect with Anita on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/anitaheidema/

At various points in our journey, it's normal to experience periods of stagnation, where we feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. Whether it's in your career, relationships, personal growth, or any other aspect of life, feeling stuck is a common challenge. In this blog, we'll explore some actionable steps to help you break free from that feeling and find your way forward. 1. Self-Reflection: The first step to overcoming feeling stuck is self-reflection. Take time to introspect and ask yourself why you feel this way. What aspects of your life are causing this sense of stagnation? Identifying the root causes is crucial to finding solutions. 2. Set Clear Goals: Once you've pinpointed the areas where you feel stuck, set clear and achievable goals. These goals will provide direction and purpose, giving you something to work towards. Whether it's a career goal, a fitness milestone, or a personal development objective, having targets can reinvigorate your sense of purpose. 3. Break Down Your Goals: Sometimes, the enormity of our goals can make us feel overwhelmed. Break them down into smaller, manageable steps. This not only makes the journey less daunting but also allows you to celebrate small victories along the way. 4. Seek Inspiration: Read books, listen to podcasts, or watch documentaries related to your area of interest. Learning from others who have overcome similar challenges can be incredibly motivating. Inspiration can come from unexpected sources, so keep an open mind. 5. Learn Something New: Feeling stuck often occurs when we're in our comfort zones. Challenge yourself by learning a new skill or pursuing a new hobby. Exploring the unfamiliar can reignite your curiosity and passion for life. 6. Connect with Others: Don't underestimate the power of human connection. Share your feelings with friends, family, or a therapist. They can provide valuable perspectives, offer support, and help you brainstorm solutions. 7. Practice Mindfulness: Mindfulness meditation can help you stay present and reduce anxiety about the future. It promotes self-awareness and can provide clarity on your values and priorities. 8. Take Care of Your Well-being: Physical and mental well-being are intertwined. Ensure you're getting enough exercise, sleep, and a balanced diet. When your body and mind are in good shape, you'll be better equipped to face life's challenges. 9. Embrace Change: Change is an inevitable part of life. Instead of resisting it, learn to embrace change as an opportunity for growth. Sometimes, the most profound personal transformations happen during times of change and uncertainty. 10. Seek Professional Help: If you're feeling persistently stuck and it's affecting your mental health, consider seeking professional help from a therapist or counselor. They can provide you with strategies and support tailored to your specific situation. Feeling stuck in life is a common experience, but it doesn't have to be a permanent one. By engaging in self-reflection, setting clear goals, seeking inspiration, and taking care of your well-being, you can break free from stagnation and move toward a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life. Remember that the journey to finding your way forward may have its ups and downs, but each step brings you closer to a brighter future.

Hello beautiful souls! Neal Allan is back! At the end of our last interview, he stopped me and said, "Julie, you didn't ask me about angels. I'd love to come back and talk about angels!" Today we are talking about angels and so much more! I truly feel that this episode is the epitome of how each of us finds our way through life, but how we can do so in a way where life can become, more so, Heaven on Earth. I love the line in his book where Neal says, "My only job is to be fascinated!" Perhaps we should all look at life that way. It would surely remove the pressure and heaviness of life if we all simply said, "Our only job is to be fascinated by life." We want to believe that love will last forever, and perhaps it does. Yet, as imperfect humans, we sometimes let down others—and even ourselves—in ways that sever the trust that is so necessary for lasting, healthy relationships. When we experience the deep pain of betrayal, which can cause immense psychological damage, it can be tough to grieve, heal, and move forward. Betrayal comes in many forms, including sexual infidelity, emotional affairs, and financial deception, yet all involve dishonesty and a lack of integrity. When we turn inward to gently embrace faith, love, and courage, we can find much-needed inner peace and restorative balance. The gift of self-reflection doesn't take away the pain of betrayal, but it can create a wonderous internal transformation that fosters healing and strength. Shame is an emotional experience that confirms our biggest insecurities. S*x is a sacred space that requires us to be naked physically, emotionally and spiritually. We don't want to think of shame here, rather we decide that s*x "should" be: passionate, spontaneous, simple yet, s*x with your intimate partner can trigger shame. Join us today as we discuss the reasons why we can feel shame around physical intimacy. George and Laurie lead listeners through a valuable conversation on what parts of an individual become exposed in this vulnerable place and how to begin to make sense of those internal messages. George reminds us that the antidote to shame is in connection and humans are not meant to face shame in isolation. We explore the deeper attachment themes present and Laurie highlights the dilemma of shame; sharing shame with a loved one increases safety but we need safety to be able to share shame. If a s*xual experience with your partner has ever felt like rejection or failure this episode is a must listen to help you understand how to address the "relationship ouch" and open up a conversation with your partner that is full of healthy relationship risk taking.
