II. Dünya Savaşı'nda Almanlarla Ruslar arasında en şiddetli çatışmaların yaşandığı yerlerden biri Stalingrad'dı. Şehir yaklaşık olarak beş ay süreyle kuşatma altında kaldı. Şehrin Almanlar ve Ruslar için ne anlama geldiğini kaynaklara bakarak öğrenmek mümkün. Stalingrad her iki ordu için stratejik önemdeydi. Azerbaycan petrolüne ulaşım açısından Volga nehri kenarındaki bu şehrin hayatî bir önemi olduğu biliniyor. Şehrin eski adı Volgograd'tı. Stalingrad Savaşı'nda Alman ordusu ilk önce şehri bütün kuvvetleriyle teslim olmaya zorlamıştı. Önce kara ordusu şehre girmiş ve adım adım ilerlemişti. Takip eden günlerde hava saldırılarıyla da Stalingrad'ın direncini kırmak istediler. Elbette savaş stratejilerini değerlendirmek bu yazının kapsamı dışındadır fakat Ruslar oldukça etkili bir savunma stratejisi geliştirmişlerdi. Buna göre asıl olarak Alman hava kuvvetlerinin etkisini azaltmaya yönelmişlerdi. Beş ay gibi bir sürenin sonunda Alman orduları mağlup oldu. Hitlerin ordusunun hızla ilerleme stratejisi bu savaşta sökmemişti. Stalingrad, II. Dünya Savaşı'nın dönüm noktalarından biri olarak gösterilir. İsrail de hem Filistinlilere hem de diğer Arap devletlerine karşı neredeyse bütün savaşlarda şimdiye kadar yıldırım hızıyla hareket etmişti. Siyonist hareketin İngiliz manda yönetimi altında Araplara karşı da aynı yöntemle hareket ettiği bilinmektedir. 1918'den 1948'e kadar devam eden İngiliz koloni yönetimi döneminde Siyonist örgütler neredeyse bütün terör faaliyetlerinde inanılmaz bir hızla hareket etmiş ve kısa vadeli hedeflerine ulaştıktan sonra propaganda çalışmalarına ağırlık vermişlerdi. Siyonistler bütün terör faaliyetlerini İngiliz Colonial Office (Koloni Bakanlığı) Ortadoğu Departmanı'nın yönetiminde icra etmişlerdi. O zaman da Avrupa kamuoyunun yönlendirilmesi gerekiyordu ve Siyonist örgütlerin hızlı hareketi propaganda çalışmalarının amacına ulaşması bakımından oldukça önemliydi. Bu hız İngiltere'nin Siyonizm yanlısı politikasını sürdürmesinde hayatî bir role sahipti.

Bir İç Anadolu deyimidir: “Yaram dokunulmaya en yakın yerdir.” Küçük ya da büyük olsun öyle bir büyür ki yara, değen ona değer, soğuk önce onu vurur, sıcak önce onu etkiler. Bu yüzden sürekli sızlar ve kanar yara; kendi hassasiyetine havale edilmez, kapanmasına ve unutulmasına fırsat verilmez. Yaranın bir sembole, mecaza, analojiye, teşbihe… konu olması hem kadimliğinden hem de “burada, hep var” oluşundandır. Böyle böyle kültürleşir yara; fertleri aşıp beldelerde, şehirlerde, coğrafyalarda… hayati problemlerin ortak adı haline gelir. Bu yanıyla Filistin, Doğu Türkistan, Hindistan, Keşmir, Myanmar… o yaranın -kendi zamanımızda- en çok bilinenleridir ve son yüz yıldır açık yaramız olan Filistin, şimdi Gazze şeridinde, “birleşmiş dünya kafirleri”nin yeni saldırısı altında vicdanları uyandıran en sıcak gündemimizdir. Filistin demek, süreklileştirilmiş bir Nekbe / Büyük Felaket demektir. Osmanlı'nın tebasını koruyamayacak kadar güçsüzleşmesi ve kendisini ilgilendirmeyen bir sömürgenler savaşının içine çekilmesiyle birlikte açılmıştır Filistin yarası; İngilizlerin 9 Aralık 1917 tarihinde Kudüs'ü işgal ederek Mezopotamya'nın işgalini tamamlamalarıyla tarihsel planda resmiyet kazanmıştır. İngilizler tarafından büyük maddi vaatlerle dünyanın çeşitli yerlerinden getirilip Filistin'e getirilen Yahudilerin, Siyonizm ideolojisi eşliğinde devletleşmeye azmetmeleri üzerine, 14 Mayıs 1948'de İngiltere eliyle -güvenliği bilahare ABD özelinde Batı devletlerine havale edilecek olan- İsrail devleti kurulduğunda, zaten daha öncesinde başlamış olan Nekbe'de yeni bir şiddete ulaşmıştır. İngiltere'nin teşvik ettiği Yahudiler, irili ufaklı terör grupları oluşturarak Filistinlilerin mülklerini pervasızca gasp ederlerken, İsrail de bu durumdan vazife çıkartarak gasp hareketini daha planlı olarak yürütmüştür. 1950 yılında çıkardığı bir yasayla İsrail, göçmen olarak Filistin'e gelecek Yahudilere vatan, ev, iş, zenginlik ve refah vaat ederek, onların bu minvalde yerleşmelerini sağlamak için Filistinlileri silah zoruyla göçe zorlayarak Nekbe sürecini süreklileştirmiştir. Bugün itibariyle 15 milyon nüfusa sahip olduğu tahmin edilen Filistinlilerin on milyonu Ürdün ve Lübnan başta gelmek üzere dünyanın çeşitli yerlerine zorla göç ettirilmişlerdir. Kalan 5 milyon Filistinlinin 2,5 milyonu 360 km. karelik Gazze şeridinde İsrail tarafından karadan ve deniden abluka altında alınmış, diğerleri ise giriş ve çıkış denetimleri yine İsrail tarafından yapılan birkaç şehirde ve kampta toplanmışlardır. On milyon insan işgalci Siyonist İsrail'in silah zoruyla gasp ettiği evlerini bırakarak, bir valize, bir çıkına, bir heybeye… sığdırdıkları eşyalarıyla, imamesi kopmuş bir tespihin taneleri gibi dağıtıldılar dünyaya.

Bugün Cumhuriyetin kuruluşunun 100. yılı kutlamaları yapılırken, yüz yıl önce Osmanlı ordusunun İngilizlerle Gazze'de yapmış olduğu savaştan sonra bıraktığı Filistin kan gölüne dönmüş durumda ve korkunç bir soykırım yaşanıyor. İsrail yönetimi cinnet halinde, kontrolden çıkmış durumda. Hitler'in Yahudilere yaptığı soykırıma rahmet okutacak kadar korkunç bir durum var... Atatürk Havalimanı'nda yapılan Filistin mitinginde Erdoğan'ın önemli mesajları oldu. Savaşların iki cephesi varadır; bir askerlerin yaptığı savaş, ikincisi psikolojik savaştır. Daha bugünden Filistin savaşın ikinci adımını kazandı, birinci kısmı ise yüzlerce soru işaretini içinde barındırıyor. Batılı devletlerin Siyonistlerden yana tavır almasının soykırımın derinleşmesine sebep olduğunun farkında olan Erdoğan'ın, ‘vatan topraklarını savunan ve İsrail çıkarlarına karşı savaşan her bir Filistinlinin vatanperver olduğu' cümlesi Filistinlilerin psikolojik savaşta üstünlük sağlamasında etkili oldu. Devletlerin tavrı ne kadar zulümden yana olursa olsun bütün dünyada ABD, Latin Amerika ülkeleri, AB ülkeleri, Müslüman ülkeler, Uzak Doğu ülkeleri, Çin ve Rusya da dâhil halklar devletlerin aksine Filistin halkından yana sokaklara indi. Sokakların İsrail karşıtı ve Filistin'i desteklediğinin farkında olan Erdoğan'ın, soykırım karşıtı söylemi dünya çapında var olan tepkilere güç katmıştır. Adım adım sokak güçlenecek, devletler sokağın sesine kulak verecek. Erdoğan etkisi tam da sırat köprüsü kadar keskin dengede olan durumu Gazzeli mazlumlardan yana çevirdi. İktidarda olan bir lider için miting yapmak zordur. Çünkü karar mercii kendisidir. Miting konuşmasında Erdoğan tarihi atıflarla, Filistinli mazlumlara vermiş olduğu destekle, haçlı zihniyetinde olanlara vermiş olduğu anlamlı yanıtla ve gelecek perspektifini Cumhuriyetin Yüzüncü Yılı'yla güçlü Türkiye vurgusu ile sonlandırmasıyla dünya basınında gereken etkiyi ortaya koymuş oldu. Cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimlerinde 1,5-2 milyonluk mitingi organize eden İstanbul AK Parti teşkilâtı bu mitinge de ev sahipliği yaptı. Emeği geçen genç kadroları tebrik ediyorum. Seçimde oluşan kalabalığı gördüğümde İstanbul'da bu büyüklükte bir miting olmaz demiştim. İsrail'in zulmü arşıâlâya çıktı. Anadolu'nun çilekeş evlatları bir kez daha nöbet için koşup geldiler... Erdoğan “Sizin önünüzde saygı ile eğiliyorum” diyerek milletin vakur duruşuna takdirlerini sundu. Merhamet medeniyetine dünya neden ihtiyaç duyuyor: Dünya adaletini kaybetti, hâkim devletler adalet ve ahlaktan yana olmaktan çok uzak. Uzun uzadıya sömürge tarihinden başlayıp bugüne varıncaya kadar Batı'nın kanlı tarihini anlatmaya gerek kalmadan son otuz yılda Irak'ta bir milyon Müslüman öldü. Afganistan'da bir milyon Müslüman hayatını kaybetti. Suriye'de bir milyona yakın ölü ve on milyon Suriyeli ülkesini terk etmek zorunda kaldı. Her üç ülkenin siyasi yapısı paramparça. Bugün Ukrayna-Rusya savaşında 400 bin kişi hayatını kaybetti. Hz. Ömer, Kudüs'ü fethettiği zaman orada yaşayanlara verdiği bir aman vardır. Bu asil ve adaletli siyasal tutumu Selahattin Eyyubi, Selçuklu ve Osmanlı Devleti de Kudüs'te yönetime geldiğinde devam ettirdi. Osmanlı Devleti'nin en güçlü olduğu Kanuni devrinde, Mescid-i Aksa'da “La ilahe illallah İbrahim Halilullah” ibaresi mescide asılarak İbrahimî peygamberlere bir Müslümanın saygı ve hürmeti vurgulanmıştır. Mūsdienās, kad internetā vieglāk pasniegt saturu ar vizualizācijām nevis teksta blāķiem, aug arī iespējas manipulēt ar auditoriju. Kādos ceļos un neceļos mūs vēsturē un šodien aizved datu vizualizācijas, skaidro "Datu skolas" vadītāja Latvijā Nika Aleksejeva. "Parasti datos meklējam sevi, ne katra datu vizualizācija jebkuram būs interesanta. Pat tad, ja tajā būsiet ieguldījuši daudz laika un kreativitātes. Stāsts vienmēr ir par klausītāju. Datos vienmēr meklējam sevi. Neatkarīgi no tā, kāds ir izvēlētais vizualizācijas formāts, tieši stāsts būs tas, kas padarīs to interesantu," skaidro Nika Aleksejeva. Tāpat viņa atzīst, ka manipulācija jebkurā datu vizualizācijā ir klātesoša, sākot ar to, ka jebkura datu vizualizācija ir kādu mērījumu vai skaitļojumu rezultāts. "Jau kaut kāda informācija ir pazudusi tulkojumā, jo ne visu mēs varam nomērīt 1:1 kā ir realitātē un arī mūsu skaitļojumi nav tik precīzi, lai kaut kas tajos nepazustu. Tad nāk trešais līmenis - vizualizācija un viss konteksts, kas tai ir apkārt," norada Nika Aleksejeva. Pētniece arī min, ka slikts tonis skaitās, ja vizualizācijas izmanto "papagaiļkrāsas". "Ja izmantojam gatavās paletes, tur mēdz būt ieliktas septiņas krāsas, desmit. Ja ir stabiņveida diagramma un tā ir gara, sanāk, ka ik pēc 10 vērtībām sāk atkārtoties krāsas un ir grūti izšķirt," bilst Nika Aleksejeva. "Tāpat kognitīvajās zinātnēs daudz strādā ar tā saukto krāsu aklumu, cilvēki, īpaši datoru ekrānos krāsas redz citādi. Ir speciālas krāsu paletes (..) tiek strādāts tiek toņiem. Runājot par krāsām, labā prakse ir neizmantot pārāk daudz bez vajadzības un ja ir nepieciešams parādīt atšķirības vai uzsvērt kāda sektora svarīgumu, tad visu iekrāsot zilos toņos, bet vienu, par kuru runājat, kam jāpievērš uzmanība, oranžu vai sarkanu. Tas pievērš uzmanību, lai arī parādiet citus datus. Jautājums, vai liekat pareizos akcentus? Jebkurām vizuālajām rāmēšanām nāk līdzi arī atbildība: no vienas puses, esat stāstnieks, no otras puses, šajā stāstā, ja izliekaties, ka rādāt datus, kādi tie ir, var radīt maldīgu priekšstatu. Cilvēks paļaujās, ka esat objektīvs, lai gan patiesībā jau dodat lasītājam kaut kādu zināmu priekšstatu." Kādam mērķim kalpoja ilustrācijas viduslaiku manuskriptos? Sākot ar izceltiem iniciāļiem līdz miniatūriem attāliem - ilustrācijas viduslaiku manuskriptos kalpoja dažādiem mērķiem. Par ilustrāciju nozīmi stāsta Latvijas Universitātes  Akadēmiskās bibliotēkas Rokrakstu un reto grāmatu nodaļas vadītāja un vadošā pētniece Aija Taimiņa. Vai tās bija alegorijas, līdzības vai reālistiski zīmējumi un vai palīdzēja izprast tekstu lasītnepratējiem? Vēl ilgi pirms senajiem domātājiem parādījās attēls. Te runājam par tūkstošgadīgiem zīmējumiem uz alu sienām. Bet  šoreiz kopā  ar grāmatu vēsturnieci skatām laika posmu pirms pirmajām iespiestajām grāmatām, tas līdz 16. gadsimta sākumam, un pētām, kā ilustrācija palīdz, skaidro un parāda grāmatā esošo tekstu. Attēli kā ideālas formulas ir kalpojuši gan inkunābulu izdošanas laikos, tas ir, grāmatās pirms Gūtenberga iespiedmašīnas  izgudrošanas  1500. gadā, gan arī vēlāk, kad rakstīts vārds jau tika iespiests tipogrāfijā, bet ir jautājums, vai šādam attēlam var ticēt – vaicā Aija Taimiņa un  tūlīt arī rāda atbildi ar 15. gs. beigās radītu identisku ilustrāciju Sīrijas pilsētas Damaskai un Itālijas pilsētas Mantujai.

"İki yıla yakın süren pandemi döneminde bu yaz biraz rahat nefes almaya başladık. Vakalar ve insidans sayısı düşüyor, aşılama oranı artıyor. Pek çok önlem kaldırıldı, normalleşme yönünde ilerleniyor. Ancak dünya çapında artan vaka sayılarında yeni virüs türü Delta varyantı yaygınlaşıyor. Bu durum kaygılara neden olurken, atılacak normalleşme adımları da tartışmalı oluyor. the joker and when you want to tell a story that is trying to tell the jokers perspective we know we know who he becomes it is where the anger and frustration comes no what we're what this what does his and the better person it doesn't go well you might have met as you might have heard spoilers for World War Two heinous evil and he is a noble cause to commit his active heinous evil and when we look at the controversy about this Oh that not all of his victims are deserving in fact we know that most of his victims are really just random innocent bystander PHOENIX yeah and who out called the joker the will in the house wrap which will be covering ways any sympathy you might wanna give him in the short term you know if we give jokers sympathy in the short term what does yeah and that's the thing is the collateral damage done is that will be done by the joker far take this action which may result same the universe in truth he just needs to he wants to commit this act where I can't remember if it's the blonde or the Brunette but this guy gets into a fight before thanos hit the movies this is a more well known quantity than Thanos I mean we've seen the joker at how many rations live action animal Oh that it's not a good relationship you know and this this is the thing is people know that recognize that all of his pain comes from a place he still hit with we know who the joker is we you know yeah it makes choices that in the end no matter how sympathetic you might feel for him number to help put down you might but the minute you recognize but this is Lex luthor you've got to deal with the back that who is he going to become that what is the overarching story us you know embrace this idea and I can see how you can sort of embrace a character as an icon why is this one being singled out and I think the reason why is because you know it's Santos you know yeah it's an even choice to be a super bowl you know I'm a big fan of lex luther I think there's lots of stories you can tell about Lex luthor that make him almost that make them sympathetic it's yeah and there's there's a there's a film called Max which is about a young art student you know that's right yeah well you know and you know and that's the thing is I can see I can see how took named Adolf Hitler and this art dealer who's trying to work with him and you know tried to help him on of this exploration of this populist ideal but it's like the Guy Fawkes masks you know you can embrace this idea and that is the problem with any super bowl no matter how you WanNa break it down order how noble you WanNa make them they're making keeps getting into fights it's actually kind of picking these fights just so he can punch a guy out them feel big and strong does that say about where he goes from here you know because you know there was there's a great episode of sex in the city no he's not a hero of freedom or anything he is at the end of the day just a different kind of sociopath seeking to impose his and this guy knocks out the other guy and she so impressed with them but then as the story progresses to realize is this guy any information to it which you know has its own there's a lot of real life parallels with you know the way that the you know it's not a paradise living under the joker and you can make the argument that Gotham isn't a paradise at all but you know that's that's a Guy Fawkes but you actually look at who guy fawkes is and he's the guy who is trying to parliament so that he could reinstate the papacy in England in you trust me I have so many good friends who think about eating the rich I do not so some people will be in the phone and they'll feel feel this anger because they going missing naught should we be glorifying the jokers actions because I think everyone can agree he he's he has mental issues well yeah yeah her and she's just so impressed by the chivalry that you know this guy you know tells us to back off when he doesn't you know the guy tries to throw a punch them and league he needs things up yeah well you know fancies himself to yeah yeah I mean like I said I'm trying who is it sales pitch asked the Guy Oh okay from what come to the show tonight reading the rich I I I do not think the rich would taste very good I see no reason to torment myself with that but I can see how people embrace that so in this movie you know he there's an argument that says that the second half of that film never actually happen and when you have a guy like the joker who as I always say as loft Lima because he has a very strict rules he follows that's that is the crux of but you know it's like it's like taxi driver and a intentionally said you know we're very inspired by taxi driver the choice so this is this is choice a and brilliantly produced written records and and one of the central themes of taxi driver is that blanking on the name of the Guy in taxi driver trevor the actions he takes that sort of propel him into a heroic light for some people and it's like it's like believe in his cause Abi or there's two basic possible is one is that the second half of this phone doesn't actually happen that what you see what Easter eggs or the man who laughs Alka the man who laughs is this films that he had his interactions even though we know you know much Travis Dekel there's going to be points where we don't and is interacting with this child even if only a couple of times this is how key sees what happens how he saw what occurred you know while protecting this underage prostitute and then she falls in love with him and all this kind of stuff and the idea is is that there's a good possibility you know there are you know I I've told the story so many times you know I like I like different ones I like my pass to be I I liked this movie a lot better than I thought it was going to and I think they said it's like known separate thing but I wouldn't mind Joaquin Phoenix's joker verse like Rob Patents as Batman you know I think that you know and for what it's worth you know you can certainly argue that they've set up a a certain age dynamic goal is it couldn't remember was Bigler biddle Chevy's pickle played ginning and there's certainly a silent film in the nineteen twenties although actually I think it must have been twenty eight said that this was right at the transition of talking of talking films is a lot of money if they're going to be like Oh hey you know we said this was a separate thing but would you come in our larger universe yeah well you know I mean I don't see any reason why not in nineteen twenty eight November Fourth Nineteen Twenty eight and I prefaced by saying this is a really great film King James The second of England and we'll pain the man who laughs father is sort of a Hannah Jacobs is an animator and illustrator with a wonderful and unique style all her own. She has an MA in animation from the Royal College of Art and her work has been featured at international film festivals like SXSW and Tribeca. Some of her clients include The New York Times, VICE, and the BBC. We sit down to chat about how to make money as both an illustrator and animator. These two fields complement each other as well as open up different revenue streams for you. By approaching animation with an illustrator’s background, Hannah faces some unique challenges but it pays off by setting her apart from the pack. Hannah also discusses what it’s like being represented by a big production company and its advantages. She shares some great tips on what to do if you’re thinking about finding representation. Hannah talks about all the ways she is branching out to make money from her work, from selling prints to making kids’ books, she is exploring so many ways to earn an income. We spoke to someone who definitely plays a big part in the motion design industry but she doesn’t have a role many people are familiar with. Victoria Nece is the senior product manager for Adobe After Effects. Motion design is truly a life calling for Victoria. In fact, she’s been involved with it since she was a teenager.
