Nach der heutigen guten Stunde habe ich ziemlich lange über meine Kindheit nachgedacht – weil die sich in ihrem ganzen "Behütet sein" SO sehr unterscheidet von dem, wie mein Gast groß geworden ist. Hendrik Bolz ist 35 Jahre alt und in den 90er und 00er Jahren in einem Plattenbauviertel in Stralsund aufgewachsen. Dort war damals, so kurz nach dem Mauerfall, ALLES im Umbruch. Hendrik hat schon als Grundschüler zum ersten Mal Drogen genommen, in seiner Jugend gehörten Arbeitslosigkeit, Gewalt und Neonazis zum Alltag. Er habe sich aussuchen müssen, ob er Opfer oder Täter sein wollte, sagt er heute – und hat Schuldgefühle, wenn er an diese Zeit zurückdenkt. Vielleicht kennt ihr Hendrik unter dem Künstlernamen “Testo” bzw. als eine Hälfte des Rap-Duos "Zugezogen Maskulin". Die Zeitung Tagesspiegel hat ihn mal als - Zitat - "Underground-Darling des sogenannten Zeckenraps" bezeichnet. Seit ein paar Jahren macht er allerdings weniger Musik, sondern schreibt Bücher und bringt einen Podcast raus über das Aufwachsen in Ostdeutschland nach der Wende. Ich habe ihn vor zwei Jahren schon mal für ein anderes Format interviewt und war damals beeindruckt, wie offen und reflektiert er über seine Biografie spricht und was für Schlüsse er daraus über Deutschland und unsere Gesellschaft zieht. In dem Interview, das ihr jetzt gleich hört, hatte er zum Beispiel eine sehr interessante Erklärung dafür, warum die AfD bei jungen Leuten so erfolgreich ist. Wir haben über Coolness, Therapie und Battle Rap gesprochen und darüber, wie Hendrik mal von 60.000 Leuten ausgebuht wurde.
