In episode 440 of the Primordial Radio Podcast, Moose and Pete discuss the sudden rise of the new band President. The guys explore how, with no public history, they suddenly landed on the Download Festival lineup, racked up a million YouTube views in two weeks, and sparked debate over industry plants and media manipulation. The band's anonymity, theatrical videos, and sharp production immediately drew comparisons to Sleep Token. And there's a reason: both acts share the same management. Rumours point to Charlie Simpson as the man behind the voice, and while he's never confirmed it, the vocal similarity is striking. If it is Simpson, does that count as skipping the queue, or is it simply the reward of 20 years' graft? But it's not just about masks and mystery. They also discuss the lineup for Download Festival 2025, bands they're looking forward to seeing, Black Sabbath's upcoming global stream, and why the £25 price tag is justified. I received this excellent question in my Instagram DM "How do you decide which scientific research to listen to? Particularly when it comes to health-related topics like what is healthy to eat and what is not? It seems there is a pretty consistent message in science and research to avoid highly processed foods and sugar. But on the finer points with things such as seed oils, carnivore diet, intermittent fasting, coffee/tea etc. it seems that there is just as much research on the opposite side of the thing you and Greg believe. For example, I can find research from all kinds of researchers, scientists, and doctors saying that coffee/tea is either neutral or slightly beneficial while you and Greg believe it is unhealthy. And the same for how many vegetables/grains should be included in a diet. There is a lot of research saying you should be eating a wide variety of plant fiber. With all of the mix of information, I'm just wondering what your process is for deciding what to listen to or believe?" The world of 'what to eat' and 'what is healthy' is more confusing now than it ever has been in the history of the world. Why are humans are more confuddled now than ever about what to put in their mouths? Why do we have so many 'diets' that seem healthy but are actually malnourishing or toxic? In this episode, Greg and Rachel will dive into why 'food' is so confusing these days and how to know what to believe about all the conflicting research that is out there. They also talk about why many people become 'converted' to diets such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, raw, etc. -- and why this 'conversion' should not be a long-term, life-long decision. If you have ever struggled to know what is healthy or wondered 'what to eat', or felt that your food lifestyle choice was the 'right' one -- then don't miss this eye-opening, horizon-expanding episode that brings the 'food debate' full circle. Chief fire officer, Big Issue ambassador, psychologist, author, champion of dogs – there are legion reasons Dr Sabrina Cohen-Hatton is one of our favourite guests. And now she's gone and penned a book that's bang up Standard Issue's alley. The Gender Bias: The Barriers That Hold Women Back and How to Break Them explores the serious amount of glass – ceilings, cliffs, breadlines – thwarting women's potential and delaying equality being reached. So our Mick got on the Zoom to chat to Sab about gender bias, women biased against women, the modesty trap and the glass case of emotion trapping women. And dogs. There's quite a lot of dog chat.Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/standardissuespodcast. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
On International Women's Day we talk to the foreign secretary, James Cleverly MP, as he travels to Sierra Leone to launch the UK's new international women and girls strategy. Dr Sabrina Cohen-Hatton is one the most senior fire fighters in the UK. The current Chief Fire Officer of West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service has in her 22 year career covered major incidents such as the London Bridge terror attack, the Finsbury Park terror attack and the aftermath of Grenfell. Last month on Woman's Hour we discussed the fire service after recent reports hit the headlines of allegations of bullying and sexual harassment of female fire fighters at different services. Last year, an independent review found the London Fire Brigade to be institutionally racist and misogynistic. Just seven percent of fire fighters are women and there are even less in high leadership roles. Sabrina joins Nuala to talk about her new book The Gender Bias The Barriers That Hold Women Back, And How to Break Them, which unpicks why women are judged differently, and how we can tackle those biases, and also tells us whether she thinks the fire service has a problem with women. Sunday marked the end of the European Indoor Championships in Istanbul, a golden weekend for Team GB women. Keely Hodgkinson retained her 800m title before team captain Jazmin Sawyers won a long jump Gold, earning her a first major title of her senior career with a world-leading jump of seven metres. Jazmin now holds the British Indoor record and joins Nuala. What is it like to be a poet, a woman and a performer of poetry at this particular moment in time? Kim Moore aims to answer this question in her new book Are You Judging Me Yet? Poetry and Everyday Sexism. The book contains poems from her collection All the Men I Never Married, for which she won the Forward prize last year. She explains to Nuala McGovern why poetry is the perfect medium for exploring sexism.

This is EPISODE #35, focusing on understanding how the brain works to break those bad habits that zap your energy so you can have a highly productive 2020. Welcome to the “Neuroscience Meets Social and Emotional Learning” podcast, my name is Andrea Samadi, I’m a former educator who has been fascinated with understanding the science behind high performance strategies in schools, sports and the workplace for the past 20 years. As we are well into our New Year, and new decade, I am sure you have been thinking about ways that you want to improve this year over the last. Have you thought about what specific actions you’ll take? Have you thought about the activities that you’ll start, stop, and continue? This is a good place to start as we are evaluating what worked for us last year, and keep doing more of what’s working, with an awareness of what didn’t work. Once we know what we want to change, then we will look at how the brain forms habits, so we can break them.WHAT YOU WILL START THIS YEAR: Think about positive behaviors that you would like to implement in your life. Do you want to be more self-aware? More proactive? More forgiving? Do you want to take more action, or more doing vs thinking and planning? Look at the START/STOP/CONTINUE graphic in the show notes and think about what actions you want to begin this year.WHAT YOU WILL STOP: Do you have some habits that you need to let go of? You know what they are, the ones that zap your energy, with an impact on your productivity. If you have some habits that are draining you, you’ll be well aware of what they are. Write them down. There’s never a better time than now to become aware of what needs to go this year.WHAT YOU WILL CONTINUE: Think about the things in your life that gave you energy, joy, and happiness. You will probably want to keep those things on your list for 2020. Whatever brought you focus and inspiration, should stay this year. How Exactly Do We Break Bad Habits? This article was originally published on Achieveit360.com blog.We Must Understand How the Brain Learns to Forms Habits, in Order to Break Them.I learned the idea of "neurons that fire together, wire together" from Mark Robert Waldman, (from EPISODE 30)[i] the world's leading expert on communication, learning and the brain. If you think about it, it’s kind of obvious—where your attention goes, your energy flows. Never underestimate your own power and be mindful of where you place your attention, especially when you want to improve your focus. This year be intentional about where you are placing your attention. When "neurons are out of sync, they fail to link"[ii] so when you are not working on or thinking about something that you want, maybe because your attention is being taken away by something else, the neurons will not link, the neural pathways will not be formed, and eventually the neurons for what you want will prune away, since you have not applied the correct focus with your attention. This is exactly why people fail to achieve what they want. They have not properly applied their attention. So how can we safeguard ourselves from this happening in 2020? Let’s dive deeper into our brain to see what’s happening. We have around 100 billion brain nerve cells called neurons that connect the brain to the body. "If you took 100 billion sheets of paper and stacked them on top of each other, it would be 5,000 miles high. That's the distance from Los Angeles to London!" (Dr. Joe Dispenza, TED TALK, Feb 8, 2013). This puts the vastness of your brain into perspective. Each neuron has one axon with many tails (terminals). When you are learning, the axon terminals send electrochemical messages to other neurons across tiny spaces called synapses.Learning creates a synaptic connection when you are thinking, feeling, or actually doing something new. New neural pathways are formed. This is how you create a new habit.Breaking a habit is just the opposite; by avoiding certain thoughts, feelings or actions, your impulses or neural connections become weaker and weaker. Just as knowledge and skills are constructed in our brain with focus, they also diminish without the focused attention. As we learn, our dendrites actually grow as they make new synaptic connections. Learning something new happens when we forge these new connections."Neurons that fire together, wire together" and "neurons that are out of sync, fail to link." It is easy to see now that "we are what we think about" or "we create our reality" as we do reinforce our neural pathways with attention to the habits or goals that we want. We even reinforce what we don’t want when we are thinking " I don't want that piece of pie" or " I don't want this project to fail" or “I don’t want to lose that game” and so on. The neural pathways for “I don’t want this or that” are being formed! See how tricky this can be. Our brain only knows what we tell it, so we must be very careful with our thoughts, feelings, and actions, as they will cause our conditions, and circumstances. Are You Ready to Break Some Bad Habits? Now that we can clearly see how the brain works, we must now apply this to our daily lives if we expect change. This is the hard part. Change is difficult, uncomfortable, and hard work. Most people won’t do this, but if you are ready to take your results to the next level, stay with me here. Anyone can break out of old habits and personalize this new knowledge for new results. Once we are aware of what we want to change, then we must take the action steps needed for this change to take place. To mentally prepare for a whole new way of thinking, being and taking action, I highly recommend reading John C. Norcross’ book Changeology: 5 Steps to Realizing Your Goals and Resolutions.[iii] This book will prepare you to accomplish something that you have never done before. You can find a PDF overview[iv] of the book to get an idea of the 5 steps he takes you through in pursuit of what change you want to tackle. Here Are 5 Ideas for Breaking Habits that No Longer Serve You1. Replace the bad habit with a good habit and begin to strengthen the new neural pathway. If you want to give up coffee in the morning, replace it with hot lemon water. With time, the neural pathway of the old habit of drinking coffee will prune away with the new habit of drinking hot lemon tea. Write out any bad habits that depletes your energy, and beside the habit, write out something more positive that you will replace the habit with.Put This into Action:Here’s an example: Every year, at the start of the year, sometimes over the summer, I do a no sugar, no alcohol challenge, for at least for 30 days. This year, to launch the new decade, I am doing the challenge for 90 days. If you have never done this, it really is a powerful activity. When you cut out toxins, or foods that are known to be bad for our bodies and brain, something amazing happens. After the first 2 weeks, the cravings go away, and you won’t miss the food you used to enjoy. It will actually taste bad if you sneak a taste because your brain and body has become used to the clean, healthy foods, making the bad foods feel poisonous, which helps to continue with the new habit. You will gain some new awareness about yourself with this challenge. When I cut out drinking wine with my dinner, I replaced wine with carbonated water, (following the tip of replacing the bad habit with a more healthy one) but I drink the water in a wine glass. I realized that it’s not the wine I miss, it’s actually the glass! I would love to hear about any new awareness’s you have had if you have eliminated toxic foods from your diet to help others to perhaps give it a shot.2. Try brain-training. Over time and repetition, you can change old habits, and beliefs with guided meditations or affirmations. I use John Assaraf's programs at www.myneurogym.com and Dr. Daniel Siegel’s (EPISODE 28) Wheel of Awareness. [v]There are many different meditation or relaxation apps you can download and use on your phone. The key is to use something. Visit our episode #25 where Mick Neustadt discusses how meditation and mindfulness changes your life.[vi]Put This into ActionIf you want to change your brain, old patterns, habits or beliefs that operate within your subconscious mind, brain training is an excellent first step, but it’s not a quick fix. Results with brain training will come with time, effort, practice, persistence and daily application. One day, you will be able to articulate the affects, but it doesn’t happen overnight. Brain training definitely has helped me to relax about certain things, bringing me more peace and has been well worth the effort. If you are pressed for time, you don’t need to spend a long time doing this. Just a few minutes a day will allow you to calm your brain to improve your results and give you a sense of peace. You can search for mindfulness apps[vii], or play music that relaxes you.3. Create a daily habit tracking sheet to keep track of your daily habits. If you recall from Kent Healy’s episode 33[viii] that we all have the same amount of time, and that the most successful people in the world manage their time really well.Put This into ActionTo better manage your time and activities block off your activities that are non-negotiable on your calendar, and then you can add in negotiable activities around what you must do. Be clear about what could possibly take you away from the activities you have blocked off so that you don’t just cancel the important parts of your day when you are called to do something else. Protect your time, as it is your greatest asset. With the proper use of your time, you will see your results will soar. Click here if you would like to access the tracker that I use.4. Replace negative thinking with positive thinking. In order to break negative thought patterns, or ruminating, use something in your head to break this destructive pattern. Put This into ActionAn effective strategy used in cognitive behavioral therapy[ix] is to say the word “SWITCH” in your head as you focus on switching the negative emotion that you feel to something more positive. We all have automatic negative thoughts that come into our head at times, but we must have a strategy to stop them from ruminating or continuing in a loop, since we know that switching off these negative thoughts is an important step towards moving us towards our goals. I’ve always used the strategy of saying “STOP” when this happens and changing the thought pattern in my head to something more productive.5. Find an accountability partner who you can count on to keep you on track with your goals. Entrepreneur, investor, author and public speaker Gary Vaynerchuk did this when he wanted to lose weight. His trainer followed him around every minute of the day to keep him on track. You should be able to change your habits without having to go this extreme, but if you are still struggling, there are many ways to reach out to others and ask for help.I hope you have found these tips helpful and would love to hear from you if you do implement any of these ideas. I’m excited about the next few guests to launch the New Year with ideas, research and strategies that are being implemented around the world to improve performance in schools, sports and the workplace. Stay tuned! Happy New Year!REFERENCES:[i] Neuroscience Meets Social and Emotional Learning Podcast EPISODE 30 with Mark Robert Waldman https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/neuroscience-researcher-mark-robert-waldman-on-12-brain/id1469683141?i=1000458597396 [ii] Dr. Joe Dispenza and Lewis Howes “Where Your Attention Goes, Your Energy Goes.” (YouTube Published July 25, 2019) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Om435J7u1T8 [iii] John C Norcross Changeology https://www.amazon.com/Changeology-Steps-Realizing-Goals-Resolutions-ebook/dp/B006VJMYQC [iv] PDF Overview of the book Changeology http://www.isihome.ir/freearticle/ISIHome.ir-21161.pdf [v] https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/clinical-professor-psychiatry-at-ucla-school-medicine/id1469683141?i=1000456048761 [vi] https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/mindfulness-meditation-expert-mick-neustadt-on-how/id1469683141?i=1000453919865 [vii] https://www.healthline.com/health/mental-health/top-meditation-iphone-android-apps#the-mindfulness-app[viii] https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/author-kent-healy-on-managing-time-our-greatest-asset/id1469683141?i=1000461240028 [ix] What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Therapist Kati Morton YouTube uploaded Sept. 23, 2013 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g7B3n9jobus

We now have incredible electron microscopes. We have light technology. We have nano technology. We can illuminate cells and tissue in the way we couldn’t say 20 or even 10, 15 years ago. We have computer technology to integrate into all of those. And that’s fantastic! The downside to that is that we have been specializing and by specializing we’ve been separating and separating, and separating…We’ve so many specialist area now…and I’m not getting out of that for a moment, I saying that’s absolutely fantastic, but what needs to happen is that we all need to take a cleansing breath and stop for a moment. And in that stillness just remind ourselves that there is continuity in the human body. Embryology is a wonderful witness to that because when you think about the developing fetus, the developing embryo, at no stage did any mother ask for somebody to velcro on an upper limb, or have an operation to instal a liver. You grew the upper limb, you grew the liver, you grew the spleen, you self-developed, you self-emerged. Because of that everything is continuous and everything is connected. It could not be simpler. And yet people struggle with that idea. It can be useful at times to talk about parts, as long as we bring ourselves back and remind ourselves that there are no parts in the human body, there are no layers. That is a language of convenience. There are no layers in the human body. Everything from the skin, which is the surface right down to the sandy shores of your bones. Your body is continuous from superficial to deep. There are no truer words spoken.About the ShowThe are good people in this world. There are brilliant, kind, and generous people. The norm is not that we are all the same. Justin Warner, known to some as a food TV star, to others as a “wine-rapper” and most as the incredible chef behind Do or Dine, now has his own book. He and the photographer behind the book, the omnipresent and omnipotent Daniel Krieger, are this week’s guests on All in the Industry. The Laws of Cooking . . . and How to Break Them encourages improvisation and play, while explaining Justin Warner’s unique ideas about “flavor theory”-like color theory, but for your tongue. By introducing eleven laws based on familiar foods (e.g., “The Law of Peanut Butter and Jelly”; “The Law of Coffee, Cream, and Sugar”), the book will teach you why certain flavors combine brilliantly, and then show how these combinations work in 110 more complex and inventive recipes (Tomato Soup with “Grilled Cheese” Ravioli; Scallops with Black Sesame and Cherry). At the end of every recipe, Justin “breaks the law” by adding a seemingly discordant flavor that takes the combination to a new level. This program was brought to you by EscapeMaker.com. “Cookbooks are a natural progression for food photography. It seems like the top of the pyramid. There’s larger budgets and more press/publicity attached to it than small shoots for a publication.” [09:00] –Daniel Krieger on All in the Industry “People want to know the why and how of food – not just instructions and recipes – they want to get something and learn something.” [19:00] “I don’t like to be hugged with tweezers.” [26:00] –Justin Warner on All in the Industry
Today’s guest, Justin Warner, is dear to my heart. He is most well-known for being victorious on Season 8 of Food Network Star, where I acted as his mentor as a part of a team. Additionally, he is the author of his own cookbook, “The Laws of Cooking: And How to Break Them.” And, today, we’re talking about food. That means jumping inside Justin’s brain to break down his non-traditional thought process behind his recipes and his feelings on food television. His story is a little different – gaining the majority of his food knowledge while being a waiter at Danny Meyer’s restaurant The Modern, before becoming a renowned chef. During his time as a waiter, and taking his young and comical personality into account, I’d love to hear your guesses on what he could have possibly placed on Brooke.. The objective has been to render null and void barriers the enemy would attempt to impose upon you, and to empower you to receive birthings ... powerful, new ideas of the Spirit ... and then to implement these ideas. The enemy of all righteousness wants to impose barriers in your life and thereby restrict, as well as constrict, your productivity in the Spirit. These barriers can be mental, physical, demoniacal, and psychological. They can be real or imagined. The enemy may utilize people, demons, lies aimed at your mind, conditions, or relationships. Sometimes these relationships may even involve other believers. If you know Yeshua the Messiah and are baptized in His wonderful Ruach (Spirit), you do not have to succumb to these oppositions and attacks. In 40 years of service I have found that many God's people are clandestinely held back from their maximum potential by not only a lack of stretching out in faith but also by focusing on the negatives instead of the positives. They are in defensive mode. Just as in sports, the BEST defense is a GOOD OFFENSE! On the cross, Yeshua became a curse for us that we might receive the blessings of Abraham. Notice, the Messiah of Israel became a curse for us that we might be blessed. He took the curse that originated with Adam in the Garden of Eden. He took ALL curses that are encompassed by that disobedience of our first father: the first man, the first Adam. The root of ALL curses on Planet Earth originated with the sin of disobedience by Adam in the Garden of Eden when he disobeyed God and obeyed Satan. When Adam did this, he relinquished his rulership of Planet Earth and yielded it to the Evil One. Notice, there is NOT a curse on earth that does NOT originate as a result of that ONE ACT of disobedience! In Torah, Genesis Chapter 3, we read of a prophecy concerning the Seed of the first woman, Eve. Her seed would defeat, destroy, and subjugate the tempter, Satan, who deceived Adam in the Garden of Eden. This prophecy was pertaining to the 2nd Adam, the Son of God, who would come to delete the curse and install the blessing(s) which were already programmed before the foundation of the world: the BLESSINGS originating from GOD. You were redeemed with the precious atonement BLOOD of Messiah, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot, who truly was FOREORDAINED BEFORE THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD, but was manifest in these last times for you. The BLESSING was PLANNED FOR YOU before God created the world. The universe was created for Planet earth, and Planet Earth was created for YOU! The ROOT of ALL blessing(s) ON EARTH - and ultimately in Heaven - was purchased by Messiah FOR YOU on the cross stake through His shed BLOOD and thereby deleting the curse. Through His resurrection He installed the blessing. It was the first man, Adam, who initiated the curse through DISOBEDIENCE to God. It took a man (the God man) to delete the curse through OBEDIENCE to God so that we (mankind) could be BLESSED. In the window of time between the fall of man in the garden with the resultant CURSE - and the death and resurrection of Messiah with the resultant LEGAL installation of the BLESSING - God made a WAY for man to APPROPRIATE His blessing(s). That WAY was the same process by which men, women, and children appropriate God’s blessing(s) today: the WAY of FAITH. Enoch, Abraham, Sarah, Deborah, Joseph, Moses, Elijah, Elisha, Daniel ... and many others ... appropriated the blessing(s) through faith. Read Hebrews Chapter 11. In Genesis 12:1-3 God told Abraham: "And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing: and I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curses you; and in you shall all the families of the earth be blessed." Later, in Genesis 22:18 God told Abraham, "In thy seed shall all nations of the earth be blessed. Because you have obeyed my voice." The SEED of Abraham (the Messiah Yeshua) became a curse FOR US that we might be blessed with faithful Abraham. The SEED (Messiah Yeshua) broke ALL the curse(s) ... even the ROOT of the curse(s) imposed in the garden of Eden with the resultant sin, death, effects of witchcraft, sins of the father, generational curse(s) ... so that ALL people could be FREE from the curse(s) and be recipients of the blessing(s). "Messiah has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for It is written, Cursed is everyone that hangs on a tree, so that the BLESSING of Abraham might come on the non-Jews (Gentiles) through Yeshua Ha Meschiach." (Brit Chadashah: Galatians 3:13-14) Romans 4:13 tells us "The promise that he (Abraham) should be the heir of the world, was NOT to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of FAITH." Just as God works through FAITH, the enemy of your soul works through FEAR. The MIRACLES of God ... salvation, healing, power, commissioning ... all work through FAITH. The evil of satan ... witchcraft, disease, spiritual impotence, confusion ... all work through fear. If you haven’t already, read or listen to the edition titled "The Covering." The BLOOD of Messiah is your covering! The BLOOD will protect you from the works of the enemy. The BLOOD of Christ is living. The life of God is in THE BLOOD. The enemy can NOT come beyond the blood line. In Revelation 12:11 we read: "They overcame him (the devil) by the BLOOD of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto the death." If the BLOOD is your covering, you are protected. Speak (declare) the BLOOD over yourself, your family, your property, and everything the Lord has placed in your hands and the domains over which you preside. In the Torah, Moses told Aaron: "Take your censer, and put fire therein from off the altar, and lay incense thereon, and carry it quickly to the congregation, and make atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from the LORD; the plague is begun." (Numbers 16:46) The Hebrew word here used for atonement is kaphar, and means to cover, to cancel, to make atonement, to disannul. In the Torah we read: "For the life of the flesh is in the blood; and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul (by reason of the life)." (Leviticus 17:11) It is the BLOOD of MESSIAH ... the one time, supreme, FINAL sacrifice to God for the souls of men ... that atones for your soul. It covers you and secures THE BLESSING. A good personal friend of mine, Rachmiel Frydland, who is with the Lord now, would sneak into the Warsaw ghetto during World War II. Rachmiel was Jewish and he would sneak into the camp and declare the Gospel and then sneak back out. He prayed with many of his Jewish brethren who received Yeshua as their Messiah before they were murdered: some the very next day after he was there! I had the privilege to be in his home several times and to have wonderful fellowship with him. Rachmiel knew the importance of the BLOOD of Jesus. Do not worry about any generational curses or curses from the bloodline of your relatives and forefathers. BREAK THEM with the BLOOD of Messiah! Do not fear about some witch or someone placing a curse on you ... fear is a tool of the enemy. The Holy Bible says, The curse causeless shall NOT come. If you have done something wrong then confess it to God, ask for forgiveness and cover yourself with the HOLY BLOOD of MESSIAH. You are God’s property and the BLOOD of MESSIAH is your COVERING if you will declare it so in faith. Enjoin the blood of the covenant. Instruct THE BLOOD to be applied to yourself and situations BY FAITH. Prohibit the enemy and his people or demons from performing an action against you or your loved ones by your SPOKEN injunction of FAITH. It is a legal injunction purchased by the Lord Jesus the Christ (Yeshua Ha Meschiach) on the cross stake and imposed by your faith. ATTACH The Blood, JOIN The Blood, IMPOSE The Blood to yourself, your loved ones, and your situation. Request of the Father in Heaven to cover you and your situation with the BLOOD of MESSIAH. In the name of Yeshua (Jesus) charge verbally the enemy AND his power to be broken off your life and in your situation. It is a direct command with authority. You have the POWER in the name of Yeshua to exercise authoritative or dominating control or influence over the devil and his works of darkness. Yeshua purchased this power for you, and commissioned you with this apostolic power to go: 1. Preach and teach the Good News; 2. Heal the sick, and 3. Cast out demons. Be FREE from doubt; believe in the abilities and power the Lord Jesus has purchased for you by His death and resurrection! You have been granted this power inherently by THE BLESSING from the administrative unit of the throne of Heaven. This is POWER delegated from Heaven to you! The blessings of Abraham are yours. You rule as a king in life through Yeshua Ha Meshiach. Podcast time: 11 minutes, 57 seconds (with music)Podcast size: 10.9 MB SKYPE: prince.handley Follow Prince Handley on Twitter.
