Wound care is often viewed as a purely clinical discipline—dress the wound, prevent infection, promote healing. But the reality is far more complex. Beneath every bandage lies a sophisticated biological process that unfolds in stages, with the remodeling phase representing the final and arguably most strategic chapter of tissue repair. For clinicians, scientists, and healthcare executives alike, remodeling is where biology transitions into long-term functional recovery—and where major opportunities for innovation and business growth exist. The wound care industry has evolved from basic gauze and antiseptics into a multi-billion-dollar global sector built around advanced biologics, regenerative medicine, and digital health technologies. Yet, despite technological progress, chronic wounds remain one of the most expensive and stubborn problems in modern healthcare systems.Understanding remodeling from both a biomedical perspective and a healthcare market perspective reveals a critical truth: the future of wound care will be defined not only by how wounds close, but by how tissues rebuild themselves afterward.#nowstreaming . #podcastlife #PodcastVibes #PodcastClip #PodcastEpisode#PodcastStudio #NewEpisode #OnTheMic #PodcastCommunity #VideoPodcast #ContentCreator #CreatorMode #DigitalMedia #ReelsPodcast #ShortsPodcast #ViralPodcast #TrendingNow #FYP #ForYou #ExplorePage #NowStreaming #WatchThis #MustWatch #TapIn #DontMissThis #MediaCulture #TalkShowVibes #OnAirEnergy #RealTalk #CreativeCommunity #BehindTheMic #InTheStudio© 2026 K.L.P Entertainment Filmworks© 2026 K.L.P Studios

In this encore presentation, Host Joy Gilfilen speaks with John Fitzpatrick about the real impact of peer mentoring, supportive housing, and community-integrated services for people rebuilding their lives after incarceration.John shares what it means to serve as a peer mentor and why integrated services — housing, employment support, and trauma-informed care working together — significantly increase the chances of successful reentry. Programs like these help stabilize individuals facing complex challenges including trauma, addiction, and the difficult transition back into community life.Their supportive housing model offers at least a 90-day program with fully integrated services designed to help people regain stability and reconnect with meaningful work and community support. This conversation highlights the kind of leadership and lived experience the iChange Justice Podcast seeks to bring forward — individuals working directly in communities to create practical pathways toward healing, accountability, and long-term stability.Episode #226 is part of our March and April encore series while the iChange Justice Podcast takes a creative pause to reflect and explore future directions.

In this emotional update, I'm sharing exactly why I'm ending The Young Boss Podcast today. It's never easy to close a chapter without giving a real explanation, and you deserve to know what's happening behind the scenes. After years of posting, filming, and sharing this journey with you, I've reached a point where I need to make a significant pivot. My other businesses are growing quickly, and stepping into motherhood has completely reshaped my priorities. Something had to give so I can give my full focus and energy to what matters most in this season. This podcast has been one of the most meaningful parts of my journey. We've had powerful conversations about entrepreneurship, shared real and practical business advice, and highlighted stories that prove age is not a limitation. So many of you came here to learn, to build financial literacy, and to feel validated in your ambition. From day one, my mission was to show young leaders that they are not “too young” to win. When I started, I didn't have many people telling me my age was an asset, so I wanted to become that voice for you. Your youth is your power. It always has been.Even though this is the final episode, the mission is not over. The full library of episodes will stay on YouTube, and I hope you revisit them whenever you need clarity or motivation in your business journey. I'll still be active on Instagram and TikTok, and I'm still here supporting entrepreneurs in new ways behind the scenes.Thank you for watching, listening, sharing, and growing with me. I've been at a conference this week with thousands of Jesus loving people from around the country, and the conversation on walking in freedom from pornography is relevant and needed. It is relevant because people are hungry to see themselves, or their brothers and sisters in Christ, walk in the freedom Christ has won for them. It is needed because few churches are having this conversation well. We love to talk about how someone used to struggle, and we love to talk about how we should never view it in the first place. We don't often get into how we can walk in freedom if we are currently struggling. This episode can help us change that. Please listen, share, and then pray about how the Lord is asking you to engage the body of Christ to see all of our members free from the bonds of sin, and walking in the freedom Christ has won for us.Show Notes: https://bit.ly/3ZCFXfr

CONTENT WARNING:We're diving into the tough but important topic of parenting in an AI-shaped world, and while younger kids probably shouldn't listen in, this could be a great conversation to share with your middle or high schoolers so it feels more like learning together than an interrogation. My hope is that this equips you to parent well as we raise kids in a world shaped by AI.The first step to parenting AI well is to know what is out there. Relational AI is an AI assistant designed to be a sort of digital companion. There are many drawbacks to how it is current designed, and Common Sense Media says these are so unsafe they shouldn't be used by anyone under the age of 18. That's concerning because 3/5 teens use them, and 1/3 say they like them as much or more than real life people.Today's conversation will equip you to begin parenting this tech well from hope, and with a proper respect for the possible dangers it presents.Show Notes: https://bit.ly/49ViagB

Whether you're a fan of true crime or just looking for heartfelt, honest conversation, this episode is sure to keep you listening. So grab your favorite beverage, settle in, and join us for a discussion that's as thought-provoking as it is intense.
A polite “thank you” isn't consent—but online, it's often treated that way. This episode unpacks how social media blurs boundaries, why parasocial intimacy feels real, and when curiosity turns into entitlement. Laura shares what happened after going publicly single, including the moment a stranger crossed the line by contacting her hairdresser to ask for a date.Claire adds perspective shaped by years of media exposure as a close friend of Natalie Holloway, exploring harassment, cyberbullying, and the cost of visibility. Together, we lay out clear rules for healthier online boundaries: silence is an answer, block without guilt, and remember—visibility doesn't equal access.

Procrastination is one of the most common labels adults with ADHD use when they feel stuck — but in many cases, it's not what's really happening. In this episode of ADHD Support Talk Radio, Tara McGillicuddy explains why what looks like procrastination for adults with ADHD is often actually brain overload. Too many thoughts, too much information, and too much pressure can shut down action, even when motivation is high. Tara explores how information overload, mental clutter, and urgency can make it harder to start or follow through — and why trying harder often makes things worse. She also explains why vague goals like "start" or "get organized" increase overwhelm, and how identifying one clear, specific action can help reduce overload and make movement possible again. This episode offers a more compassionate and practical way to understand why ADHD brains get stuck — and what actually helps when taking action feels impossible. You can parent a smartphone well. This episode will help. Before you start, ensure that this tech is safe (enough) for your child, that your child is ready, and then keep an eye out for good fruit coming from it. After that, parenting a smartphone comes down to building hedges around your family, the device, and remembering that your network hedge doesn't effect a smartphone.Show Notes: https://bit.ly/4qJKnMS
