Sie lernte die Sprache, reiste immer wieder quer durch Skandinavien und vertiefte ihre Verbindung zum Norden. Ihren schwedischen Mann Anders lernte sie bei einem Besuch bei Schweizer Freunden kennen, die ein Ferienhaus in Varberg besitzen. «Er war ihr Nachbar und ein guter Freund.» Vor zwei Jahren ist Alexandra Toftmark zu ihm nach Schweden ausgewandert. Mit dem Landeswechsel kam auch ein Berufswechsel.
