Projecting Vikings Extensions Under Nolan Teasley: O'Neill, Addison, Redmond, and a Kyler Murray Scenario — Tyler Forness and producer Dave discuss how new decision-maker Nolan Teasley might shape the Vikings roster by prioritizing contract extensions and their salary-cap effects. They project four possible extensions: RT Brian O'Neill (three years, $72M, $48M guaranteed) structured to lower near-term cap hits; WR Jordan Addison (three years, $82.5M, $34M guaranteed) with rising future cap numbers and void years; DT Jalen Redmond (three years, $48M, $23M guaranteed), noting his restricted free agent status and tender leverage; and a post-season Kyler Murray extension (four years, $140M) contingent on performance and Arizona's guaranteed-money timing. After all four, they estimate about $25M in 2027 cap space, discuss managing void-year dead money for several veterans, and preview training camp and a member call-in show. 00:00 Teasley Extension Outlook 01:40 Why Pay Your Own 02:54 Brian O'Neill Contract Case 06:07 Cap Math And Structure 12:06 Market Value Comparisons 16:36 Jordan Addison Extension Model 22:15 Cap Space After Two Deals 22:27 Jalen Redmond Extension Debate 27:46 Greenard Trade Fallout 28:29 Kyler vs McCarthy Extensions 30:26 Timing Guaranteed Money 31:19 Projecting Kyler Deal 33:34 Contract Structure Breakdown 36:23 McCarthy Fifth Year Option 39:55 If McCarthy Sits 43:08 Cap Space After Extensions 45:32 Draft Hits vs Free Agency 47:38 Front Office Uncertainty 48:39 Training Camp Countdown 49:53 Wrap Up And Membership _______________________ ⭐️ Subscribe to us here! - https://www.youtube.com/@vikings1stskol92 ⭐️ Our Twitter can be found at @Vikings1stSKOL ⭐️ Our Discord at https://discord.com/invite/493z6mQXcN ⭐️ Tyler Forness can be read at A to Z Sports - https://atozsports.com/nfl/minnesota-vikings-news/ ⭐️ Submit questions: forms.gle/7LJkCAern9kdUkuD8 ⭐️ On Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/vikings1standskol ⭐️ Watch the live show here: https://youtu.be/BGrNdO5SG6M Fan With Us!!! HSE Mid West has spent over €140 million on agency staff since the beginning of 2024. Figures provided to Doonbeg Fianna Fáil Councillor Rita McInerney at the latest HSE Regional Health Forum Midwest meeting have revealed the spend on agency staff came to almost €68 million last year alone. HSE Mid West says agency staff are used "to provide rapid staffing solutions during crises or unexpected surges in demand" as well as "when permanent staff are unavailable due to illness, leave, or vacancies". However, concerns have been raised about the long-term sustainability of such spending, with calls for greater investment in direct recruitment and permanent staffing solutions. Clare FM's Sean Lyons has been speaking with Cllr Rita McInerney, and to discuss what these figures mean for patients, healthcare services and the future of staffing in the region, Alan Morrissey was joined by John Wall, Chairman of HSE Mid West's Patient and Service User Council. Welcome back to Fintech Recap. I'm Alex Johnson, joined as always by my partner in recapping, Jason Mikula. We kick things off with the accelerating trend of fintech companies becoming banks. Chime's CEO confirmed it's a matter of when, not if — reversing their "we're a software company" stance. Mercury got conditional OCC approval for a national bank charter the same week it raised $200M at a $5.2B valuation. We explore what the fintech-to-bank stampede does to your valuation (our case studies are Chime, SoFi, and LendingClub), and why some companies chartering today might wish they hadn't. Then, BaaS Island calls us back (I'm a sucker for the sirens' song). The OCC issued a consent order against Community Federal Savings Bank, a single-branch institution in Queens that grew from $140M to $900M in assets by running fintech partner programs for Airwallex, Wise, Payoneer, among others. We discuss why the OCC acted, and why the order is unusually narrow. From there, we walk through two executive orders from the White House on fintech and bank regulation and the Federal Reserve's convoluted master account situationship. Finally, in our Can't Let It Gos: Jason can't let go of SpaceX dumping on retail investors as exit liquidity for their VCs, and I can't let go of PayPal's settlement with the DOJ over a fair lending investigation into a program that never made a single loan. Truly, this will haunt me forever! This episode is brought to you by Persona.  The best fintechs expand what's possible for users. Persona does that for fraud prevention. Their recently upgraded link analysis tool surfaces connections in real time, letting you spot deepfakes, identity farms, and fraud rings during onboarding and investigations.  They just published their Fraud Leader's Guide to Link Analysis, a practical look at today's top risk signals, automating decisions, and scaling link analysis for fraud prevention. “You don't have to be first to be the best.” What does it take to scale a brand from $20M to $140M in just 12 months?  Luka Kvatchrelishvili (CMO, True Sea Moss) joins hosts Connor Rolain (Head of Growth, HexClad) and Connor MacDonald (CMO, Ridge) to break down how he took a bootstrapped, product-led superfood brand … and scaled it into a nine-figure DTC powerhouse. Luka shares his path from practicing law in Georgia to drop shipping foosball tables to leading a 33-person marketing team. The conversation digs into how Luka diagnosed and fixed True Sea Moss' data infrastructure before touching a single ad, and how a surge in creative volume gave way to a more methodical, outcome-driven testing system. He also gets into the halo effect between Meta spend, Amazon, and retail performance; the power of the LTV-to-CAC cohort report; and how True Sea Moss went from Telegram groups and Trello boards to a marketing-led operation scaling toward half a billion.  Powered By Motion Creative Benchmarks 2026 https://motionapp.com/thumbstop-pulse/creative-benchmarks-2026?utm_campaign=marketing-operators&utm_medium=sponsor&utm_content=creative-benchmarks-2026&utm_source=marketing-operators-podcastSaras Analyticshttps://bit.ly/9OP-Ytdesc Haushttps://www.haus.io/operatorsRichpanelhttps://9ops.co/richpanelAftersellhttps://9ops.co/4i3bb5Operators Newsletterhttps://9operators.com/

For many real estate investors, development is the next level of property investing. Instead of renovating, you're building from the ground up, turning dirt into something hundreds or even thousands of people will use daily. But how do you start, get in good graces with the local government, and build projects you can be truly proud of? Kristi Kandel went from zero development experience to running her own office in a year, with undeniable success. She built 30 Family Dollar locations in one of the hardest markets in America—California. Two weeks into the 2026 MLB season and it is already completely unhinged. Both New York teams are simultaneously on five-game losing streaks — a first in MLB history — and somehow that's not even the wildest part of the week. The Yankees started 8-2 and looked like the class of the AL East. Then the bats went completely silent — a .199 team average, 29th in baseball — and five straight losses followed. The rotation has been elite, but the offense can't cash in. And then Jazz Chisholm Jr., in a contract year where he's demanding $35 million annually, blamed the cold weather for his slow start and then cost his team an extra-innings game by admitting he didn't know the force out rule. His manager's defense? “That's just what he says to reporters.” Which is somehow worse. The Mets aren't in much better shape. Juan Soto is on the IL with a calf strain and not close to being cleared to run. Francisco Lindor — two-time Gold Glover, $341 million man — has been making mental errors his own manager says he's “never seen.” Forgotten outs. Getting picked off adjusting his batting gloves. Leaving second base completely uncovered. Four straight losses and an offense that can't hit with runners in scoring position.Meanwhile in Pittsburgh, Konnor Griffin debuted at 19 years old, played six games, and signed a $140M extension — the richest rookie deal in MLB history, locking him in alongside Cy Young winner Paul Skenes through 2034. José Ramírez hit a home run against his 29th different team AND broke a franchise games-played record that had stood since 1918 — in the same week. Mason Miller still hasn't allowed a run since last season. And Drake Baldwin is leading the league in RBIs through two weeks. Two weeks in. Jordan Walker has spent the last two weeks doing things we've never seen him do before. Through 12 games, he's leading Aaron Judge and Shohei Ohtani in fWAR, he launched a 459-foot grand slam to dead center off an 88 mph fastball, and — maybe most telling — he finally reacted to a called strike three in the box. For the first time in years, Jordan Walker looks like he cares, and it's showing up everywhere on the field. We also check in on JJ Wetherholt, who would be the story of the Cardinals' first two weeks if Walker wasn't on fire. Five walks vs. five strikeouts in week two, the best defensive range of any second baseman in baseball, and looking every bit the player we hoped he'd be. Plus: Gorman is fading, Victor Scott still hasn't taken a walk, and the starting rotation had a rough week from top to bottom. On the news side: the Cardinals finally finished the Sonny Gray trade, a Pozo rant, the Joe Adell three-home-run-robbery game, Konnor Griffin's nine-year $140M extension with the Pirates and what it means for a JJ Wetherholt deal, and a preview of the Red Sox and Guardians series.Ben also reports back from the Coors Field front lines with his field review of the Aramark pizza donut, including how long he had to wait, how many pepperonis were on it, and why donut holes are a structural problem in pizza engineering. We close out with another round of Theme Night or Dream Night, where Ben has to guess which wacky Busch Stadium promo nights are real and which ones Nate made up.

It was such a notable day in Pirates history, there were fans asking Bob Nutting for his autograph. Who would have expected that? His approval rating may never be higher than it is right now. The Pirates had an aggressive approach this offseason, but have they completely flipped some of their biggest haters? 93.7 The Fan Sports Director Jeff Hathhorn joined the show. Some folks found a way to take the comments from Paul Skenes in a negative light after the ace said Konnor Griffin will be the ‘face' of the franchise for years to come. Jeff doesn't think that was a move by Skenes to indicate he won't be around long. Why did Griffin get the day off, until he entered it as a pinch-hitter late? Jeff was stunned to see Bob Nutting signing autographs before the finale at PNC Park today. Judge Donny – Should Paul Skenes sign a 4-year, $140M deal, if offered by the Pirates?

Most business owners don't realize they're building an exit they can't afford. On this episode of The Registered Investment Advisor Podcast, host Seth Greene sits down with Marc Adams, founder of Acquisitions4U, who shares a deeply personal story that transformed his approach to private equity and business growth.  After being diagnosed with stage four cancer during the pandemic and told he had just six months to live, Marc was confronted with a life changing question from his 10-year-old son about what happens to business owners who never get to sell. That moment became the catalyst for the Double and Keep It Framework, designed to help founders of sub-$50 million companies dramatically increase enterprise value. Without giving up equity or taking on burdensome debt, Marc shows entrepreneurs how to exit with significantly more capital. This episode is a masterclass on purpose driven capital, smarter exits, and rethinking how founders truly monetize what they have built.  Key Takeaways: →   Nine out of ten privately held businesses never achieve the valuation owners expect or fail to sell at all. This is often due to poor exit planning and fee erosion.  →   A business generating $750K in EBITDA may only command 1–2x multiples, but when aggregated into a larger $5M+ EBITDA group, valuation multiples can expand dramatically.  →   Waiting until you're “ready to retire” often means discovering too late that taxes, fees, and valuation discounts can erode 30–50% of the sale proceeds.  →   No Equity Dilution, No Debt Servicing  →   Pivoting from traditional private equity to founder-focused value creation was fueled by personal adversity and a commitment to helping families secure financial futures.  Marc Adams is a strategy mentor and business-exit planner who helps founder-led companies double enterprise value in 12–24 months and structure tax-efficient exits—without heavy dilution or personal guarantees. He's helped take a company from roughly $140M to a $1B valuation and led a loss-making $18M-revenue business to a $140M exit. A bestselling author with Times Square features, Marc works closely with family offices and private capital, giving founders a practical, buyer-aligned playbook for value creation, clean diligence, and better after-tax outcomes.  Connect With Marc: Website:  https://acquisitions4you.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/1marcadams/ Learn more about your ad choices. This goal has been accomplished. In 2005 Congress extended the mandate to require NASA to detect and track 90% of the 140-m asteroids capable of destroying a large metropolitan area.

From Wall Street to humanoid robotics, Andrew Kiguel has built a career at the edge of what's next—and in this episode, he sits down with Jess to unpack what it actually takes to bet on the future before it's obvious. Andrew, CEO of Realbotix, shares how his journey through investment banking, crypto mining, and high-growth ventures led him to one of the most controversial and fascinating frontiers today: human-like AI robots. From building a $140M revenue crypto company to now developing lifelike robots that can see, speak, and emotionally interact, Andrew explains why he believes robotics will move beyond novelty into real, human-centered utility. The conversation dives into big, uncomfortable questions—loneliness, human connection, and whether AI should supplement or replace parts of our lives. Andrew breaks down how Realbotix is approaching this differently: designing robots that feel human, not mechanical, and focusing on real-world use cases like elder care, hospitality, education, and companionship. But this episode is just as much about entrepreneurship as it is about technology. Andrew shares hard-earned lessons on raising capital, managing self-doubt, making high-stakes decisions, and building conviction when everyone else thinks you're wrong. It's a candid look at what it feels like to operate in uncertainty—and why the biggest opportunities often live there. This is a conversation about risk, vision, and the future of human-AI interaction—and what it really means to build something bold when the world isn't quite ready for it yet. How can founders increase the value of their business before selling—and keep more of the proceeds after the exit? In this episode of the Grow & Learn Podcast by Grownlearn, host Zorina Dimitrova speaks with Marc Adams, strategy mentor and founder of Acquisitions4You, about how entrepreneurs can increase company valuation and prepare for a smarter, more tax-efficient exit. Marc works with founders, investors, and family offices to help businesses grow enterprise value within 12–24 months, often without giving up equity or signing personal guarantees. His approach focuses on strategic acquisitions, consolidation of fragmented markets, and positioning businesses for higher valuation multiples before a sale. Marc shares insights from his “Double & Keep It” framework, which helps business owners grow valuation while avoiding the common trap where founders lose 30–50% of their sale proceeds through taxes, fees, and poorly structured deals. In this conversation we discuss: • Why most business owners are not prepared to sell their company • How acquisitions can dramatically increase enterprise value • How founders can structure tax-efficient exits • Why exit planning should begin years before selling • How family office capital can support strategic growth Marc also shares how a life-changing stage-4 cancer diagnosis during COVID reshaped his perspective on risk, legacy, and helping founders protect the value they build. If you are a founder, entrepreneur, investor, or business owner considering scaling or eventually exiting your company, this episode offers practical insights on business valuation, strategic acquisitions, and exit preparation. ________________________________________

He said that over the years, he had adapted his strategy, shifting from individual purchases to buying blocks of units and townhouses to unlock equity more quickly and accelerate reinvestment. He outlines how securing assets at below-market value and creating instant equity have enabled him to recycle capital and grow without relying on passive appreciation. Dilleen also discusses managing stress, staying focused on progress, and treating every challenge as an opportunity to improve his strategy. He explains that long-term thinking, resilience, and problem-solving have been central to navigating market cycles and scaling consistently over time. But the big problem is, too many detailers focus on the wrong part of the website. I've seen detailers spend $5,000 on a website and still get zero customers. In this episode, I'll show you examples of websites that are simple and not-very-custom, but they generate $40M to $140M in annual revenue. That's because the design is no where near as important as the optimization.Resources⚡️Give Jobber a try with a FREE 14-day trial plus a special discount: https://go.getjobber.com/detailgroove

The Failure Factor: Stories of Career Perseverance
"Father of Biohacking" Dave Asprey on Losing $26M, Getting Kicked Out of Your Own Company and Spotting Narcissists in Business

Dave Asprey—serial entrepreneur, bestselling author, and Bulletproof founder—went from making $6M by 26 to losing it all two years later. By 30, a health crash (testosterone lower than his mom's, multiple diagnoses) pushed him to spend millions hacking his biology. He ultimately built Bulletproof to $140M in annual revenue—then was removed from the board in what he calls a calculated coup that cost him hundreds of millions. Now, as CEO of Upgrade Labs, he's focused on making elite biohacking accessible. This conversation goes well beyond cold plunges and butter coffee. Dave maps the decisions he wishes he'd made sooner: firing the $28M mistake, spotting narcissists quickly, and sorting win-win from win-lose people before they poison their business' culture. We explore how birth trauma shows up in leadership, why empathy drains while compassion sustains, and how to step out of the victim–perpetrator–savior triangle. He shares hiring guardrails (the “first-wiggle” rule, real reference checks, the 60-day policy) and therapeutic/energetic tools founders can use immediately. If you're building through chaos—navigating toxic team members, your own triggers, or both—you'll leave with concrete ways to protect your company, your energy, and your judgment.   Key Takeaways and Topics The $28M lesson: recognize the “first wiggle” and act right away Four categories of people (win-win to win-lose) and who to hire Red flags: instant “best friend” chemistry, envy tells, and trauma bonds How to reference-check and background diligence Empathy vs. compassion: boundaries that protect teams and CEOs Business drama patterns and how leaders step out of them Forgiveness as a nervous-system reset; going no-contact with manipulators Energy as a leadership edge: willpower and decision quality Daily levers: intermittent fasting and nighttime darkness   The Failure Factor Podcast was brought to you by Off The Field Coaching. Good morning and welcome to the Tuesday, October 14th edition of Mining Stock Daily. Filling in for Trevor Hall, Michael McCrae reported that while markets are sliding—with Bitcoin, oil, and the S&P all down—gold remains steady, with December futures flat at around $4,128. Market volatility followed former President Trump's threat of 100% tariffs on China, which he later partially retracted, prompting China to vow retaliatory sanctions. The briefing, sponsored by Vizsla Silver, highlighted the company's progress in developing the Panuco-Copala silver-gold district in Sinaloa, Mexico, where it has drilled over 375,000 meters and consolidated one of the world's largest undeveloped high-grade silver resources. In company news, Loncor Gold agreed to be acquired by Chengtun Mining Group in a C$261 million all-cash deal at C$1.38 per share, marking a 33% premium over the 30-day VWAP, with major shareholders supporting the transaction. McEwen Mining announced the acquisition of Canadian Gold in an all-stock deal valuing shares at C$0.60, gaining control of the Tartan Lake Gold Mine Project in Manitoba. Benz Mining reported strong drill results from its Glenburgh project in Western Australia, intersecting 79 meters at 4.4 g/t gold and expanding its multi-lens gold system to 350 meters in strike length and open at depth. Scorpio Gold released encouraging assays from its Manhattan District project in Nevada, with highlights including 10.07 g/t Au over 5.94 meters and 5.49 g/t Au over 7.32 meters. Collective Mining closed concurrent financings totaling C$140 million, including a bought deal led by BMO and Scotia and a C$15 million private placement with Agnico Eagle, to fund exploration at its Guayabales Project in Colombia. American Pacific Mining underscored the national significance of its Palmer VMS Project in Alaska, citing its 980,000 tonnes of indicated and 3.05 million tonnes of inferred barite resources as key to reducing U.S. dependence on imported critical minerals. On the production front, G Mining Ventures reported 46,360 ounces of gold output from its Tocantinzinho Mine in Brazil, up 9% from Q2; Orla Mining produced 79,645 ounces despite earlier operational setbacks at Camino Rojo; and Avino Silver & Gold Mines generated 580,780 silver equivalent ounces, slightly down due to normal sequencing adjustments.
