My guest on the show today is Danielle Ryan. Danielle is a Registered Herbalist (RH) of the American Herbalists Guild (AHG), Certified Holistic Nutritionist and National Educator at Four Sigmatic. Prior to joining forces with Four Sigmatic, she received her BA in Environmental Studies and Philosophy from Whitman College. She studied Ayurveda in India and became a Certified Yoga Instructor on the banks of the Ganges River. Gianna is passionate about rebuilding connection among women with a background in publishing and advertising before starting her first company, One Roof, which transformed homes into coworking spaces for women.
