I just want you to know, I feel your pain…….not really, but that is exactly the premise of the show we reviewed this week! The weebs sat down and watched Kiznaiver - a pretty, sci-fi drama about a group of high schoolers with nothing in common who must learn to understand one another as part of some secret experiment.Listen in as we prepare our feelings for Episode 8 of The AIR We Weeb!
Hi yall sorry for the long space between podcast hope everyone who celebrates had a Merry Christmas and is staying healthy and safe. Let's dive into today's episode to see what they have in store for this week's amazing episode!!! The story takes place in Blacken Studios, a studio built upon reclaimed land that once prospered as a futuristic city. One high school boy living there, Elijah Bailey, is somehow unable to feel any pain. One day just before the start of summer break, Elijah is called by a mysterious girl named Monica Robinson and chosen to become one of a group of people who share one another's pain: a "Kiznaiver." Several of his classmates have also been chosen as part of this group, but they're all people from different circles who normally wouldn't associate with each other. During the course of his discovery and understanding, he helps those who are troubled by the Monicas themselves… Follow us on our socials listed below to include your spirit in Elijah's Love Of All Anime Smash Heart Bomb: Socials: Twitter Instagram Facebook YouTube Patreon Anime Mentioned In Today's Show: Girlfriend, Girlfriend To Your Eternity My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! My INTJ friend Andria introduced me to the anime "Kiznaiver" a few years ago and I have loved it ever since. We're back, and this time we have not only a new segment but also a special guest! In this week's episode, we talk Studio Trigger, Haru's inability to watch anime, and anime characters that we would allow to beat us up... I swear I'm not lying about the last bit. Spoiler Warning for the following animes: Promare, Kiznaiver, Kaguya-sama: Love Is War, Karin, Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-Chan, and Maid Sama! Apologies for some of the audio, we're still fighting technical difficulties for this podcast!
The guest for episode 380 is someone who has worked on projects like My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Kiznaiver, and her real-life project living life every day as Katrina Salisbury, please give a warm welcome to Actress Katrina Salisbury! Okay, that last project isn't a thing, but she does live her life as Katrina Salisbury. Also, I feel like someone should send me a toonie every time "Katrina Salisbury" is mention in this bio.
Gian starts this round wanting to talk about how pain is represented conceptually in anime. He draws inspiration from Kiznaiver, an anime in which kids are forcibly connected by physical and emotional pain. Josue presents Bofuri an anime about a girl who makes herself impervious to pain in a virtual reality massively multiplayer online game. We are not crying wolf this time! This is the real deal. After putting it off for a month we finally did our KIZNAIVER review. KIZNAIVER asks "What if we were all connected through pain?". An Extremely Stunning anime visually. Made by Kyle's most hated studio Trigger, will this be one he actually likes? Will it make ME (Kieran) cry? tune in and find out... unless you haven't seen the show then go watch it and then tune in!
Episode 48 of Key Frames, a podcast about anime. Life is pain, folks. Anyone who tells you differently is selling something. More importantly, however, anime isn't pain, but Ben, Andy, Duncan, and Jeff still do their best to sell you on the highs and lows of the shows that they're watching. Enjoy thirty minutes of Sarazanmai, twenty minutes of Carole & Tuesday, and a comparison between the old and new versions of Fruits Basket. Once you're ready, you can close out the episode with the discussion of Kiznaiver, the 2016 series that's the spotlight, and begin the healing process all over again. **After School Goth Club** This week it’s anime all the way as Tucky, Mark and Rob get several shows out of their systems, and kicking things off is series two of the show that’s basically catering porn - Food Wars! The Second Plate. After that it’s time for some painfully secret high school experiments (and other stuff), in Kiznaiver, and a dive into the dark fantasy world of Overlord II to watch some lizard-men in their native habitat before we head to outer space for some giant robot on giant robot action in Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: December Sky. Rounding things off is the anime adaptation of ONE’s psychically charged hit manga series Mob Psycho 100. Evan chats with David while catching a Tentacool. David and Evan are back for a regularly scheduled Ani-Gamers Podcast to talk about Metal Gear Solid (both 4 and 5), Mob Psycho 100, and Space Patrol Luluco, but more importantly: the whole world has gone crazy for Pokémon Go and our hosts are no exception. Topics include: sakuga/cours sympathizers, real-life Team Rocket, and Studio Trigger performance art. Also featuring David’s nephew making a lot of noise in the background. I did my best to mask a lot of the background noise, but David’s audio is still a little wonky sometimes. Direct Download – RSS Feed – iTunes – Send us Feedback! – More episodes Runtime: 1 hour, 9 minutes Show Notes Opening Song: “Blues Machine” by Scott Gratton Evan just got back from a bunch of conventions, including FanimeCon, A-Kon, AnimeNEXT, and Anime Expo, so he talks about some of them. David just finished Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and Evan is currently playing Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. Both hosts are playing way too much Pokémon Go. Evan and David finished Space Patrol Luluco. They also discuss more projects from Studio TRIGGER, including Inferno Cop, Little Witch Academia, Sex & Violence with Machspeed, Kill la Kill, and Kiznaiver. Evan is watching Mob Psycho 100 in the summer anime season. Twitter: Ani-Gamers, Evan, David Evan hosts the Crunchycast podcast on Crunchyroll and writes for Otaku USA Magazine. Evan and David will be at Otakon in Baltimore in August. Ending Song: “Blues Machine” by Scott Gratton

I’m not ready!! Casey (@MinovskyArticle) and I aren’t ready for the next part of Slam Dunk, so here we are in June without a podcast…until now. I have this cockamamie plan to review the entirety of YuYu Hakusho with Chris (@gokuffy), Casey, Dawn (@bunnycartoon), and Ruby (@PassionTentacle), which will be coming soon. But until then! Here’s this episode zero of stuff tangentially related to the anime and stuff that actually happens after the anime. Good job me. Anyway, we’re here to talk about YuYu Hakusho The Movie and Eizou Hakusho, the things included in the Funimation OAV that was released back in 2011. Listen Show notes: 0:30 – Start the show! We talk about what we’ve been watching, including Ushio and Tora, The Lost Village, My Hero Academia, Kiznaiver, Sakamoto, Flying Witch, Joker Game, Bungo Stray Dogs, and Tanaka-kun. 31:45 – We talk about YuYu Hakusho! I give a YuYu Hakusho primer and we talk about the movie! 46:14 – We talk about the Eizou Hakusho stuff! The true MVPs of these discs. 1:06:49 – Chris tangents into the other YuYu Hakusho movie! And we tangent onto other stuff, inevitably. Next time, it’s a (hopefully) triumphant return of Slam Dunk!

Is that a thing? Nós falamos Kiznaiver, ainda que no desenho eles pronunciem KiznaÍver. ? Teach me how to dougie, teach teach me how to dougie Essa temporada de primavera tá super ok Tem pra todos os gostos Até pra gostos que você não sabia que tinha Communism will win Muitos títulos bons pra continuar acompanhando, o dia agora está consideravelmente menor. Animação japonesa ainda é a melhor do mundo. Welcome to the second previews show of the 2016 anime season, and a show completely devoid of Ryo. That's right, the intrepid and often sickly Ryo has taken a bit of a sabbatical to recover. Meanwhile, Red has gotten a guest host from the past to return; Spirewrecker from the 4Player Anime Cast! After a brief reintroduction, Red and Spire kicks things off with IRL news which quickly segues into Industry News which is bursting with content this week! Hentai Manga Authors getting licensed, Anime Authors evading taxes, and the controversy that is the live-action GitS. Afterwards both hosts dig into three more anime from the spring catalogue: Hundred, Kiznaiver, and Big Order. Don't miss out on this one folks!

After a two-week break for the holidays (during which we posted a podcast blooper reel on Crunchyroll and released the Crunchyroll Holiday Special), Victoria and Evan are back in the office to talk about the upcoming anime they're excited about, the state of anime convention attendance going into 2016, and the 1980s time capsule that is Fight! Iczer One, and Gundam Thunderbolt. Show Notes We released a blooper reel of the podcast hosts' antics during the pre-show for each episode. Both Evan and Victoria are in the Crunchyroll Holiday Special, hosted by the Internet's (now TV's) Michael Toole. Evan's exited to see Kiznaiver and Lupin III Part 4 on Crunchyroll. Victoria is interested in Myriad Colors Phantom World. Final Fantasy IX is coming out on PC and smartphones. Lightning from Final Fantasy is modeling for Louis Vuitton. BlueSakuga released a cool compilation video of some of the best animated shots of 2015. There's a Love Live museum in Akihabara, but it's just a store. AnimeCons.com released their annual list of the top anime conventions by attendance. Correction: "Warm bodies" refers to the number of unique people who attended for the entire weekend. "Turnstile" is the number of times someone walked through a (possibly metaphorical) turnstile, so it often counts people multiple times. Evan finally watched Fight! Iczer One, one of Victoria's favorite 1980s OVAs. Evan watched the first episode of Gundam: Thunderbolt, and he and Victoria marvel at an excellent first-person shot. Correction: The Gundam is called the FA-78 Full Armor Gundam. "Thunderbolt" is the name of the sector in space that the series takes place in.
