Roger Rosmus, Founder, CEO, & Director of Goliath Resources (TSX.V: GOT) (OTCQB: GOTRF), joins me to review the final batches of more high-grade gold assay results from the 2024 drill program, returned from both the reduced intrusion mineralization and multiple new stacked veins at the Surebet and Bonanza Zones at the Surebet Discovery in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia.  We also look ahead to the 2025 exploration strategy and program anticipated to kick back off in May.   We start off reviewing the key takeaways from the Surebet Zone, Bonanza Shear and Golden Gate zone, as well as 4 additional new stacked gold veins, now totaling 12 veins stretching vertically over 1.2 km.  Last year program was successful in demonstrating the untapped discovery potential and consistent high grades and mineable widths of the gold-mineralized stacked layers in the Surebet system that measures 1.8 km2 and remains wide open.    Another key exploration initiative from the prior exploration program was relogging many drill core intercepts drilled from 2021-2023, where results confirmed multiple intercepts of an intrusion related feeder dyke system that remains open, strongly indicating close proximity to a large gold-rich intrusive source at depth (Reduced Intrusion Related Gold system, RIRG).  This reduced intrusion mineralization will continue to be a focus of follow-up relogging and new drill targets for this year's program, with the plans to get more core sent back off to the assay labs in May, once the team gets mobilized at camp.   We touched briefly upon the regional targets like Treasure Island and Jackpot that did have some indications of gold and silver, but didn't return assays that were of the same grades as what was seen at surface in the grab and channel samples, so there will be surveys flown and more targeting work done in 2025, to prepare new drill targets for 2026.   The focus of the 2025 drill program will mainly be expanding mineralization at the Surbet Discovery along strike, further down in depth below the valley floor, and also doing some infill drilling at 100 meter spacings to connect together isolated holes into a more comprehensive and continuous mineralized model.   Roger also highlighted the strategic investments last year and this year Crescat Capital, Larry Childress, a Singapore-based commodity fund, Rob McEwen.  Importantly, in a more recent transaction a strategic C$10,000,000 investment by McEwen Mining Inc. (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX) was made into Goliath Resources; where both companies now have shares and exposure in the respective companies.   If you have any questions for Roger about Goliath Resources, then please email me at Shad@kereport.com and then we'll get those answered or covered in a future interviews.   In full disclosure, Shad is a shareholder of Goliath Resources at the time of this recording.   Click here to follow the latest news from Goliath Resources

The company was originally exploring NISK for its high-grade nickel potential, but a wild step-out hole 5.5 km away hit a massive sulfide zone grading 1.5% copper and nearly 1 oz/ton platinum group metals (PGMs) over 8 meters. Subsequent drilling has traced this Lion Zone over 500 meters of strike length and to 500-600 meter depth, with exceptional grades of up to 7% copper equivalent over significant widths.CEO Terry Lynch believes they are just scratching the surface of a large mineralized system. "For every ton of copper sulfide you find, you find between 2-7 tons of nickel sulfides underneath, with an average of around five," he explained in a recent interview. "If we find 10, 15, 20 million tons of copper sulfide, ordinarily one would expect somewhere between 40 to 100 million tons of nickel sulfide. It's going to be big."Power Nickel already has an estimated 5-7 million tons grading 5-7% copper equivalent at Lion based on about 10,000 meters of drilling. The current 30,000 meter program aims to triple that to 15-20 million tons in 2025. Three drill rigs are turning now with a steady flow of assay results expected to start in January. The company is well funded after raising C$20 million in a financing anchored by mining magnate Robert Friedland and other billionaire backers including Rob McEwen. Power Nickel has also seen strong interest from major mining companies who are eager to secure new supplies of critical minerals like nickel and copper.Metallurgical studies are a key focus for 2025 to determine the best way to economically recover all the valuable metals in this polymetallic deposit. CEO Lynch is optimistic they can achieve good recoveries based on discussions with Friedland who has extensive experience with similar deposits in South Africa. The blue sky potential for Power Nickel is to have a world-class discovery on its hands, in the same league as giant camps like Norilsk, Voisey's Bay or Sudbury. Even at this relatively early stage, analysts ascribe a value of roughly C$100 million to the Lion Zone discovery. Lynch sees potential for a 10-bagger or more. "All great deposits get paid and this will be a great deposit," he affirmed. "Our shareholders will get what they deserve."With a monster discovery shaping up, a strong Quebec address, and lots of news flow on tap, Power Nickel has all the ingredients to charge up your mining portfolio. Drill results and metallurgy news in 2025 could provide the jolt to power shares significantly higher.

Roger Rosmus, Founder, CEO, & Director of Goliath Resources (TSX.V: GOT) (OTCQB: GOTRF), joins me to review the 38,125 meter drill program that has now completed at the Surebet Discovery, Jackpot Target, And Treasure Island target at the Golddigger Property, located in the Golden Triangle, British Columbia.     Roger outlines that in total, assays are pending on 105 holes that include: 62 holes (out of 64) drilled this year, 17 previous holes relogged with RIRG style mineralization in dykes testing reduced intrusion mineralization and 14 other separate holes relogged that were drilled between 2021 – 2023 at Surebet. Assays are pending for 12 holes drilled at Treasure Island this year as well. 59 drill holes from this year's exploration program contained visible gold representing 92% of the holes in 2024, of which 19 (or 32%) had abundant visible gold (more than 4 recorded occurrences).   The new Bonanza High-Grade Gold Triangle, within the Surebet Discovery, delineates a zone of substantial gold and sulphide mineralization within a triangle measuring 720 x 612 x 410 meters with intervals over 9 meters and assaying over 31.1 g/t Au, demonstrating the high-grade gold potential of this excellent mineralized core zone that remains open. Assays for 17 holes (out of 19) from the new Bonanza Gold Triangle are pending.   The new Deep Zone discovered at 1239 meters below surface contains multiple quartz-sulphide veins and breccias with visible gold, chalcopyrite, galena and sphalerite demonstrating the tremendous additional untapped discovery potential of the Surebet system that remains wide open in every direction including at depth.   We then discussed the new style of Reduced Intrusion Related mineralization reinterpreted in this year's exploration program, where significant amounts of visible gold, bismuth mineralization, and molybdenite have been identified in veins hosted in intermediate porphyritic dykes in multiple drill holes. Relogging and sampling of the dykes in drill core from 2021-2023 included 17 holes for a total of >800 samples submitted to be assayed.   There was also the new Blue Origin discovery comprised of similar reduced intrusion style mineralization with a series of veins up to 20 cm wide containing bismuth minerals, molybdenite and chalcopyrite, hosted in a felsic intrusion located 4.5 kilometers to the south of the Surebet discovery. This intrusion could be spatially related to Surebet as an uplifted part of the potential feeder source below the 1.8 km2 area that remains open.    The Jackpot showing is located 1.4 km to the east of Surebet and similarly to the Bonanza Gold Triangle it lies at the intersection between the highly prolific Bonanza Shear and a southwest dipping sulphide mineralized shear zone where multiple samples assayed >5 g/t AuEq and remains open. A sample with a 7 mm nugget of visible gold was collected on the jackpot showing from the same vein where sample ST116183 assayed 21.5 oz/t AuEq or 667.40 gpt AuEq (636.00 gpt Au, 1690.00 gpt Ag, 7.96 % Cu, 2.22 % Pb). Assays are pending on all 6 drill holes from the Jackpot showing.   Next we pivoted up to the Cambria Ice Fields, where extensive high-grade quartz-sulphide mineralization on the original Treasure Island discovery with channel samples that assayed up to 28.08 gpt AuEq and grab samples that assayed up to 11.08 gpt AuEq has been traced in drill holes for 450 m of strike that remains open in all directions with 2,938 meters in 12 holes were drilled from 4 pads. The mineralized intervals average 29.99 meters wide and on average include 6.79 meters of moderate, semi-massive and massive sulphide mineralization in quartz-sulphide breccia over 450 m strike extent that remains open, and assays are still pending.   Wrapping up we have Roger outline for us through the capital management and financial health of the company,  announcing on October 3rd the closing of the final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered flow through financing for an aggregate $16,120,500 raised from the first and final tranches. In addition, earlier on September 4th, the Company announced $7,366,750 by way of a non-brokered charity flow through private placement at a price of $1.975 per share (no warrant). This gives the company over $23Million in funds raised which allowed for the expansion of the drill program for 2024, and still provides plenty of runway to kick things off the beginning of the next drill season. Roger mentioned that there are also over $9Million of in-the-money warrants priced between $0.15-$0.92 that start to expire in April/May of next year and finish expiring by year-end 2025. The company saw strategic investors like Crescat Capital and Rob McEwen increase their stakes, while also bringing in new cornerstone investors like a Singapore based Global Commodity Group and Larry Childress.*   If you have any questions for Roger about Goliath Resources, then please email me at Shad@kereport.com and then we'll get those answered or covered in a future interviews.   *In full disclosure, Shad is a shareholder of Goliath Resources at the time of this recording.   Click here to follow the latest news from Goliath Resources

Interview with Terry Lynch, CEO of Power NickelOur previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/power-nickel-tsxvpnpn-24m-drilling-program-on-major-polymetallic-discovery-5493Recording date: 10th September 2024Power Nickel is emerging as a compelling investment opportunity in the junior mining sector, driven by its potentially world-class polymetallic discovery in Quebec's James Bay region. The company's NISK project, particularly the recently discovered Lion Zone, has attracted significant attention and investment from industry leaders, positioning Power Nickel for potential substantial growth.Power Nickel's investment case is built on several key strengths. The company's Lion Zone has shown impressive high-grade polymetallic mineralization, with CEO Terry Lynch reporting that over half of the 29 holes drilled have yielded "seriously great hits of like almost 10% copper equivalent," significantly enhancing the project's economic potential. Financially, Power Nickel is well-positioned, having recently raised $20 million from prominent investors including Robert Friedland and Rob McEwen, providing an 18-month runway for aggressive exploration without near-term financing pressures. The addition of Dr. Steve Beresford, a renowned polymetallic deposit specialist, brings invaluable expertise to the team, with Dr. Beresford comparing the Lion Zone's potential to the world-famous Norilsk deposit. Power Nickel is employing cutting-edge exploration techniques, including downhole EM surveys and ambient noise tomography, maximizing efficiency and discovery potential. The NISK project's strategic location in mining-friendly Quebec offers excellent infrastructure and year-round operational potential. The deposit's diverse metal mix, including nickel, copper, gold, and platinum group metals, provides natural hedging against price volatility and aligns with growing demand for energy transition metals. Investors can look forward to near-term catalysts including regular drill results and a resource update planned for Q1 2024. Finally, the project benefits from favorable macro trends, including increasing demand for critical metals and growing interest in secure, ESG-friendly resource projects in stable jurisdictions. While Power Nickel offers significant upside potential, investors should be aware of the risks inherent in junior mining exploration. These include geological uncertainties, metal price volatility, potential future dilution, and the long lead times typically associated with mine development. The company's strong financial position, high-grade discovery, expert team, and strategic location distinguish it from many peers in the junior mining space. The backing of industry leaders like Friedland and McEwen lends additional credibility to the project's potential. As exploration progresses, key milestones to watch include the expansion of known mineralization, potential new discoveries within the project area, and the upcoming resource update. Additionally, given the scale and potential of the project, there may be opportunities for strategic partnerships or investments from major mining companies. For investors seeking exposure to the dynamic world of mineral exploration and the critical metals needed for the global energy transition, Power Nickel represents an intriguing opportunity. However, as with any junior mining investment, careful due diligence and risk management are essential. The company's progress over the coming months will be crucial in determining whether it can transform its promising start into a truly world-class mineral deposit.View Power Nickel's company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/power-nickelSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Roger Rosmus, Founder, CEO, & Director of Goliath Resources (TSX.V: GOT) (OTCQB: GOTRF), joins us to review the next batch of 99 gold drill assay results from the balance of last year's exploration work at the Surebet Zone, Bonanza Shear Zone, and Golden Gate Zone at the Golddigger Property located in the Golden Triangle, British Columbia.  We reviewed how this made the most sense to just put out all the remaining data from all the drilling that came in from last years program, rather than trickle it out, so that investors could get a sense of the size, scale, and volume of mineralization from the three zones, and higher overall average grades in the Bonanza Shear and Surebet Zones.   Headline drill hole #GD-23-113 intersected the Bonanza Shear and assayed 10.94 gpt AuEq (10.80 gpt Au and 6.24 gpt Ag) over 9.70 meters, including 17.63 gpt AuEq (17.42 gpt Au and 9.51 gpt Ag) over 6.00 meters and 34.85 gpt AuEq (34.47 gpt Au and 17.48 gpt Ag) over 3.00 meters.   Some other drill holes highlighted in the recent press release from January 9th:   Drill hole# GD-23-220 intersected the Surebet Zone and assayed 13.24 gpt AuEq (10.05 gpt Au and 154.71 gpt Ag) over 5.10 meters, including 21.74 gpt AuEq (16.51 gpt Au and 253.41 gpt Ag) over 3.10 meters. Drill hole# GD-23-221 intersected the Surebet Zone and assayed 7.91 gpt AuEq (7.44 gpt Au and 22.40 gpt Ag) over 7.15 meters within 4.43 gpt AuEq (4.16 gpt Au and 12.87 gpt Ag) over 13.00 meters.   Next we reviewed that there are still assays pending at the lab to return back from the exploration work done up north at the Cambrian Ice Fields, where the exploration team did some channel cuts and sampling program to release to the market.   This area along with many other prospective regional targets shows the potential for a number of regional exploration targets to follow up on across their large land package.   We wrapped up reviewing the $3Million capital raise announced on December 21st, where Rob McEwen increased his ownership in the Company by doubling his position to more than 5% on a partially diluted basis. Additionally, Crescat Capital LLC, Goliath's largest shareholder, and a strategic institutional shareholder also purchased units to maintain their 18.4% partially diluted and 9.9% partially diluted ownership, respectively. These add-on investments demonstrate that Goliath continues to receive the ongoing financial support of strategic investors recognized globally for mining and specializing in precious metals.   If you have any questions for Roger about Goliath Resources, then please email us at either Fleck@kereport.com or Shad@kereport.com.   In full disclosure, Shad is a shareholder of Goliath Resources at the time of this recording.   Click here to be taken to the Goliath Resources news section.

TNR Gold Corp (TSX-V:TNR, OTC:TRRXF) Executive Chairman Kirill Klip speaks to Thomas Warner from Proactive London about recent developments of interest to the green energy metals royalty and gold company. Klip reminds viewers that the company holds a Net Smelter Returns (NSR) royalty over the entire Los Azules Copper Project, where notable developments have taken place. McEwen Copper, with significant investments from Rio Tinto and Stellantis, has invested a substantial amount, with Rio Tinto contributing close to $65 million. Rob McEwen is leading a major drilling campaign, increasing the initial plan from 45,000 meters to 48,000 meters. Klip says the recent drilling campaign is of particular importance as it follows positive results released by McEwen Copper this summer. The total copper resource has increased by 27%, with 10.9 billion pounds of copper in the indicated category and 26.7 billion pounds in the inferred category. Klip highlights the significance of the upcoming feasibility study, expected to be released in the first quarter of 2025. The FS is crucial for project development, showcasing robust economics with a projected 27-year life of mine and an average copper production of 175,000 tons annually. The potential royalty cash flow from the project for TNR Gold is estimated to reach up to $6 million per year pre-tax. Addressing the recent, rejected, offer for TNR Gold from Lithium Royalty Corp, Klip hints at the increasing interest in copper royalties, citing recent deals in the royalty space as evidence.

Eric is a student of the business cycle so it was fitting to speak with him the day the market took peak notice into ADP Payrolls numbers. After crushing expectations, the bond market and the stock market sold off. I talk with Eric about the bond market clearly being ill-supportive of the current valuations of the stock market in the US and what it all means to our current business cycle. We then turn to McEwen Mining with Executive Chairman Rob McEwen and VP of McEwen Copper Michael Meding. Much of the conversation is focused on the Los Azules copper project in San Juan Province of Argentina. The company recently published a PEA for the project which highlights a very large project, both in scale and economics. In fact, it might be the biggest project Rob McEwen has ever taken on. I talk with both individuals about the company's gold projects setting with Los Azules also on the books, their two important shareholders in McEwen Copper, and how the business landscape in the copper space is much different now than the gold space may have ever been. What effect has this had on the smallcap markets? Let's look at the TSX Venture IndexOn October 1st, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) issued a press release in which they stated: "As outlined in joint whistleblower guidance published today, the OSC and IIROC have reason to believe that certain market participants may be engaged in abusive short selling practices." and then announced this MASSIVE BOUNTY on predatory short sellers: "Those who provide information to the OSC Whistleblower Program may be eligible for awards of up to $5 million for tips that lead to an OSC enforcement action." On behalf of all small cap issuers, investors and service providers, we're grateful to the OSC and IIROC for stepping up and putting their foot down. However, none of this would have happened if it were not for the efforts of "Save Canadian Mining", the lobbyist/advocacy group founded by Terry Lynch and backed by industry giants such as Eric Sprott, Sean Roosen, Keith Neumeyer and Rob McEwen and 3,000 + small cap investors who wrote the cheques necessary to hire the experts and analysts to help SCM make their case. As such, if your Canadian small cap stock or stocks have appreciated nicely over the past 2 1/2 months without being hit by predatory short seller attacks, we should all be thanking SCM for their relentless and tireless work. To this end, we were happy to interview Terry Lynch to find out if this 8 year nightmare is over and what final steps they are hoping to achieve with the Ontario Provincial Government, OSC, IIROC and CSA over the next 90 days to finally put an end to this. Watch this great interview.

Collin returns to regularly host the show along with Tom in what appears to be an exciting new bull market. Jordan discusses GDX and GDXJ’s performance over the past year and how it is indicative of a bull market. Gold stocks are looking increasingly good, and the recent rebound in gold from $1450 has been astonishing. The critical difference between now and 2008 is in the amount of debt creation and intervention. Currency is being funneled to households, individuals, and small businesses. This type of stimulus did not happen back in 2008, and this may soon bring inflation. The government is taking a more active role in the economy, so deficits are going to expand dramatically. At some point during the next expansion phase, we will see inflation pick up and accelerate. Gold against foreign currencies is doing very well while hitting all-time highs in most countries. Today the fundamentals are looking very good as we are at zero rates; we have helicopter money, bailouts, and real interest rates are now negative. Gold historically does well in this type of environment, and silver will do well when inflation expectations begin to rise. Gold is rock solid right now, with low oil prices being good for mines. If you are a producer, your local dollar equivalent prices for labor and expenses are excellent. The sentiment is improving quickly for gold, and past predictions from people like Rob McEwen and Peter Schiff look increasingly realistic. The beginning of this year appears to have been a great buying opportunity, and we have already had a correction that removed a lot of weak hands. If you look at the monetary base and historic market peaks in gold, all these things point to gold moving to five figures. When gold reaches $1900, we will have a cup pattern and a measured upside target past that would be $2750. Talking Points From This Week’s Episode Signs of a definite bull market.Helicopter money and future inflation.Gold is doing very well against all currencies. The sentiment is improving, and gold could move to five figures. Tips on how to improve email deliverability and email sender reputation by Rob McEwan Invaluement started off from the ground up as particularly good at blocking that very elusive kind of spam that was slipping past other spam filters. More recently, though, a lot of old email addresses that just haven't been used for many years have been recycled into spam traps, so it's slightly more questionable as to whether it was spam or not. But it's our position, basically, that when the recipient doesn't have a reasonable way to connect the dots from whatever they're receiving to whatever they signed up for originally, then at that point all permissions are null and void. It was so fascinating because when I was listening to your podcast and reading through your book, I got about 25% into your book before I saw the clarifications that made me feel comfortable with it. Yeah, your domain reputation's going to follow you around everywhere. Make sure your practices are really good, and if you inadvertently get blacklisted, fight for it and explain to any blacklist that might blacklist you what it is that you're doing good that's causing recipients to get angry if they don't receive those messages. But, you know, having really helpful high-quality information is so important now for that engagement to keep Google Office 365 happy, because they focus so much on engagement, is very, very helpful. When marketers get blacklisted, there's almost always something going on, like an insecure form that wasn't CAPTCHA protected that your worst enemy signed a spam trap upon, or some bot did. Well, one of the things that's happened with the industry, in terms of email, is so much has gone to Office 365 and Google, and a few other large providers, but mostly those two. It's helped the industry a lot because of the way they're focusing on engagement is forcing the industry to do better, and that's great and it's improving the industry. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ IMPROVE EMAIL DELIVERABILITY AND EMAIL SENDER REPUTATION [just click to tweet] IMPROVE EMAIL DELIVERABILITY AND EMAIL SENDER REPUTATION To improve email deliverability make sure your email practices are really good. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Doug: Well, welcome back, listeners, to another episode of Real Marketing Real Fast. Today we're going to talk about email and email marketing, but we're going to come at it from a different point of view. We've all heard that the money's in the list, but, obviously, your list is no good if you can't get your email delivered, or if you end up in the spam drop. My guest today in studio is Rob McEwen, and Rob has a long history of managing email web servers since 1996. At that time he was a computer programmer and then later a web developer. Then, in early 2000s, Rob pivoted towards a high-quality email spam filtering and hosting services. Then, 2005, he was already heavily involved with a blacklisting company that some of you may be familiar with called SURBL. It's S-U-R-B-L.org. He was there as a volunteer near their very beginning when that new type of anti-spam blacklist services started to come up. Doug: Rob has a wealth of experience, so we're going to talk today in today's episode about how to stay off of a blacklist and how to have a higher reputation for your domain and for your emails, and how to get your email delivered. With that being said, I want to invite Rob onto the Real Marketing Real Fast Podcast. Doug: Hey. Well, welcome to the studio, Rob. I'm super excited to talk to you today. You've got a great topic. Rob McEwen: Yeah. Me, too. I'm very excited to be here. Thank you for having me. Doug: So, listeners, today we're going to cover off a whole bunch of topics. Happy New Year from the Northern Miner team and welcome to 2018! Let's take a look at mining and metals to start a new year. (5:21) We're kicking it off with an action-packed episode focused on one of our favourite emergent themes in mining: innovation and technology! Matt sits down with Goldcorp's (TSX: G; NYSE: GG) vice-president technology Luis Canepari, and Finger Food Studios' director of business affairs and operations Graham Cunliffe. We're talking machine learning, virtual reality, and the Internet of Things! (9:07) Luis outlines Goldcorp's approach to research and development, and explains the benefits of forcing cutting-edge internet technology partnerships. The company is investing in exciting advances such as artificial intelligence (AI) to improve exploration potential, remotely-monitored autonomous equipment and machinery, and augmented-reality holographic displays. Graham discusses the practical applications of AI, machine learning, and virtual reality in the mining space. He also digs into some of the successes, and challenges, that come with partnering with established, large-scale industrial businesses. Meanwhile, Lesley ventures down the mathematical rabbit hole with TriStar Gold vice-president (TSXV: TSG; US-OTC: TSGZF) Mo Srivastava, who is an industry-leading geologist and geostatistician. (39:45) They chat about the application of geostatistics in the industry, and what platforms and processes are available to explorers. Don't miss the conversation on Novo Resources' (TSXV: NVO; US-OTC: NSRPF) Karratha gold project in Western Australia and Barkerville Gold Mines (TSXV: BGM; US-OTC BGMZF) Cow Mountain property in British Columbia! Finally, the Northern Miner is proud to welcome our inaugural weekly sponsor of the Mining Minute: McEwen Mining (TSX: MUX; NYSE: MUX). Wall Street Unplugged - What's Really Moving These Markets

Mining legend and CEO of McEwen Mining, Rob McEwen talks about the recent surge in gold stocks and why we are still in the early innings of a long-term bull market.   McEwen then talks about his early years in the mining industry.  This includes death threats, class action lawsuits, and a four year strike which led to the creation of Goldcorp - one of the biggest gold producers in the world.   McEwen is pioneer in the mining industry.  And McEwen Mining is one of the few shareholder-friendly companies in the industry that does not use leverage, pays a solid dividend and has huge insider ownership.  That's why he's made his early investors a fortune in the mining industry over the past 40 years.
