And, there are a couple of themes in this conversation that demonstrate how he helps his guys grow. First, wait to hear how he talks about CONFRONTATION in leadership. This is, for sure, a growth mindset leadership approach. And, I can't wait for you to hear him give his thoughts on COMMITMENT. Just wait for you to hear him talk about Commitment versus Convenient. Quite simply, he weaves this topic from the middle of the podcast to the very end. It is outstanding. I firmly believe that coaches can coach - no matter at what level.
