The hosts of Star Wars Generations return for a deeper dive into The Last Jedi, tackling questions from listeners and exploring overlooked aspects of this controversial Star Wars film. From surprising character deaths to stunning visual moments, this episode examines both the triumphs and missed opportunities in Rian Johnson's contribution to the sequel trilogy. Was Supreme Leader Snoke's death a brilliant subversion or a wasteful plot twist? The hosts debate whether killing such a mysterious and menacing character in the second film of the trilogy was the right creative choice, especially given Andy Serkis' compelling performance and the questions left unanswered about Snoke's origins and power. How did Captain Phasma's early demise impact Finn's character arc? The discussion explores how the decision to eliminate Gwendoline Christie's chrome-armored commander may have undermined future storytelling possibilities, particularly regarding Finn's journey as a former stormtrooper. What made the Holdo Maneuver such a memorable moment? The hosts break down why this controversial scene, with its stunning visuals and effective use of silence, stands as one of the most impactful sequences in Star Wars cinema, despite debates about its logic within the universe.Other topics discussed:General Hux's character development and daddy issuesThe significance of Kylo Ren's decision to remain on the dark sideRey's preservation of the Jedi textsLuke's reaction to Han's deathThe hosts' personal experiences with cosplayDeleted scenes that could have enhanced character momentsThe episode concludes by highlighting how The Last Jedi, despite its divisive nature, delivers some of the sequel trilogy's strongest emotional moments and most striking visuals, even as it makes controversial choices with beloved characters and established lore.Bonus member content about Added Muscle by Paul Dini, the next chapter in From a Certain Point of View: A New Hope.Use these links to find the media we discussed and support the podcast! The Last JediTarkin#StarWars #TheLastJedi #StarWarsTheLastJedi #RianJohnson #KyloRen #podcast #StarWarsPodcastWe've started the conversation. In Star Wars The Force Awakens, Captain Phasma was put into the Trash Compactor by Finn and Han Solo (and Chewie), where Starkiller base explodes shortly after. In Star Wars The Last Jedi, we see her return...how did she make it out, alive? Do you wish she fought Luke or had some interaction with Snoke at least? I feel she was so hyped up for such a demise... Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Star War Nites at Disneyland are a part of the Disneyland After Dark set of events. These special themed nights are after-hours parties that allow guests to enjoy special themed entertainment. These are separate ticket events that take place on a select number of nights each year.Special exclusive Star Wars characters will be out in the parks. Last year we loved seeing the Ewoks. Characters mentioned already for the 2023 event include Captain Phasma and her Stormtroopers appearing in Tomorrowland and the Tusken Raider and Jawas. There will also be a lightsaber instructional demonstration where you'll learn to handle a lightsaber through a series of elite moves to bring our your inner Jedi.Guests will also receive a commemorative credential and guide map as well as unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass digital photos taken during the party. (Credentials and maps are limited to one per ticketed person.)You'll also find Star Wars-themed eats and treats, merchandise, photo opportunities, and more.Star Wars costumes are encouraged though guests will still have to follow the Disneyland costume policy. The main entertainment showstopper is the Star Wars themed fireworks which take place at 9:30PM. This is definitely the not miss event of the evening! Star Wars fans will love this fireworks show. My favorite part was easily the snippet featuring Duel of Fates. The fans in the crowd went wild for this- myself included! But the fireworks are such a big draw that you can easily use this time to take advantage of shorter character lines!Other notable entertainment options include:Galactic DJ Party ZoneMain Street, U.S.A.Fleet of FandomMain Street, U.S.A.Lightsaber MeetupStar Wars: Galaxy's EdgeMarch of First OrderTomorrowlandLightsaber MastersFantasylandOverall, we had a great experience at our Disneyland After Dark event. We weren't able to do everything we wanted to but we decided in advance what our top priorities were and managed them quite well.We mobile ordered food before the party began which allowed us to skip any long food line waits. If a Disneyland After Dark event takes place during your next vacation, I'd recommend checking it out whether you're going for the specific theme or just utilizing the no wait times for rides!
PHASMA is a canon novel written by Delilah S. Dawson. It tells the origins of Captain Phasma of the First Order prior to the events of the film Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The book's audio edition is narrated by January LaVoy . We give our thoughts on the novel, and how this could possible be made into tv show. More woes for the WB as they continue to seem clueless in regards to HBO Max and DC Films. Is the Snyderverse back? Is it the multiverse now? Will the flash bring flashpoint? Honestly it seems like no one knows. Meanwhile the streaming wars are heating up, and the video game industry is prepping for Gamescom.
After a six-week hiatus, the Geeks are back! In episode 115 of The Force Geeks: A Star Wars Podcast, Nate and DailySuperhero.com Founder & Editor-in-Chief Daniel Wolf take a deep dive into all the awesomeness we get from the latest Andor trailer. What Showrunner Tony Gilroy has to say about the story and what to expect from the show. The Geeks also take on the debate about the use of an AK-47 getting the modification treatment to be used as a weapon in Andor, with some fans saying it's just lazy. But is it when there is a long history of modifying real world guns in the franchise?Plus, the Geeks examine the shrinking presence of Star Wars at San Diego Comic-Con, the rumors that Cal Kestis from the Jedi: Fallen Order gaming franchise will make his debut in live-action, more story for Gwendolyn Christie's Captain Phasma, and why making a live-action Revan story could be difficult. Check it all out in this episode of The Force Geeks podcast!***There are a couple of F-bombs in this episode, so be warned.***

Cody is drinking orange juice for the vitamin C, Heidi has crystals, somehow the rebels/republic/resistance have less people in more time, lightside users are generally short sighted, Rey friend zones everyone, I'll stab you through-oo-oo the chest, wounds cauterizing, Finn used to practice with a broomstick, and that jacket should be in half. Reuniting with this talented artist, we chat about her latest work doing a voice for the Dune movie, her video game work on Skyrim, and voicing Captain Phasma in Star Wars Resistance..We also remember Bill Wanstrom a publicist we both loved.
In Folge 26 von STAR WARS TALK geht es um John Boyega, Oscar Isaac und Gwendoline Christie, die in Episode 7 besser als Finn, Poe Dameron und Captain Phasma bekannt sind…
We begin to recap the sequels. It's like a duel of the directors, Mary Sue, Heidi wants to punch the internet. These movies don't belong with the Skywalker Saga, the First Order took 30 years to rise, BB8 is cute, these stories are circular, Finn gets Rafiki'd, Kylo's poorly-made lightsaber, Anakin vs Kylo - who would win, who talks first you talk first I talk first? Captain Phasma was part of Clan Visla, Rey being a scavenger, granddaughter with a robot x2, Hux and Kylo, and Rylo Ken. That tie fighter is tethered like a horse, why does everyone want to go back to Jakku??! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/nerdpostpodcast/support

This week, Mike tackles the four one-shot Age Of Resistance Villain comics, all set before The Force Awakens, 3 of which feature Kylo Ren! Phasma leads an army in “Fallen Guns”, General Hux & Kylo Ren are stranded together in “Marooned”, Snoke takes Ren to the Dagobah cave in “Fail. Or Kill It” and in “Out Of The Shadow” Kylo Ren faces against a Zillo beast which Vader couldn't defeat. Plus Mike gives additional information about each of the four villains! These stories are all set between 28-34 ABY (before the sequel trilogy). All issues were written by Tom Taylor, with Leonard Kirk as penciller, Cory Hamscher as inker and Guru eFX as colour artist. Phasma was the first villains comic released, in July 2019, with Kylo Ren's being released September 2019, the trade paperback was released December 2019 and the hardcover featuring both heroes & villains was released September 2020. Check out episode 1 of SWCIC for the Rise Of Kylo Ren mini-series and episode 5 for the Captain Phasma mini-series, plus if you want more detailed backstories on Hux & Phasma, check out the book Phasma, or for Hux & his dad Brendol, check the Aftermath Trilogy! If you want to hear about the other Age Of stories (Republic & Rebellion), then check out episodes 2, 26, 31, 35, 39, 43 & 47 of SWCIC! The last week on SWCIC, episode 51, Mike tackled the next volume of Doctor Aphra comics; The Catastrophe Con! This volume of space-craziness includes force-sensitive fungus, creatures who can read & erase minds, shapeshifters, a jail held together by ropes & an internal tractor beam, lovers lost, revenge, betrayal & more of what you'd expect from an Aphra comic! Mike also briefly talks about the “cantina band” Figrin D'an & The Modal Nodes! Check out Mike's Patreon, where he releases 2 episodes of his show “Afterthoughts” a week (with 2 episodes are *FREE* to anyone: season 1 of The Witcher and their review of The Phantom Menace), plus there are unsplit full-length episodes of GCC, additional photos (including early access to photos of comics for this very show) and more, so if you want to support the show and get more content, check it out at http://patreon.com/genuinechitchat Mike & 4 other members of Comics In Motion did a massive 5-person discussion on Zack Snyder's Justice League, found on this very feed: https://spoti.fi/3lVDsQo Mike was on the 20th Century Geek podcast to talk about his 3 “Desert Island Comics” here: http://spoti.fi/3r1UOvZ Mike & Megan were also on the Batman retrospective on 20th Century Geek, where they discuss Batman '66, the four Burtonverse Batman movies, Mask Of The Phantasm and the Dark Knight trilogy, check it out part 1 here: https://spoti.fi/3sTeN2m Mike was recently on Podcasts We Listen To, speaking about his show Genuine Chit-Chat and next week he talks all about this show and his love of Star Wars: http://spoti.fi/3uus0PT Mike also appeared on episode 76 Frank Burton's Ragbag podcast: http://spoti.fi/3aLgx5e Find Mike @GenuineChitChat on Twitter, @Genuine_ChitChat on Instagram & /GenuineChitChat on Facebook! --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/comics-in-motion-podcast/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/comics-in-motion-podcast/support
I suggested doing a podcast about the "Phantasm" franchise. Kodiak Thompson wanted me to investigate the schizophrenic nature of "John Dies at the End". All of these features are from Don Coscarelli, perhaps the best auteur when it comes to affordable horror, so it was not hard to meet in the middle. With the exception of his attempt to be a genre director, the American sword-and-sandals movie and HBO stable "The Beastmaster", all of Coscarelli's features come in at under 100 minutes. His filmography only features 11 full-length films and five of them make up the franchise that inspired the design of J.J. Abrams's Captain Phasma from the "Star Wars" sequels, so it should have not been overly difficult to cover his hits.
today we are doing Hawkeye VS Captain Phasma and see who is going to win and stick around form another episode very soon

This week brings the very first book review on Star Wars: Comics In Canon, all about Claudia Gray’s Master & Apprentice; a book set years before The Phantom Menace, focusing on Qui-Gon Jinn & Obi-Wan Kenobi’s relationship and their mission on Pijal, along with flashbacks giving insight into Qui-Gon’s relationship with his master Dooku and 6 prophecies including the infamous Chosen One prophecy! Mike splits the podcast into 3 sections; firstly the blurb and then his general thoughts on the book - all completely spoiler-free, the second part delves more into the plot & background information with only light spoilers, while the final part of the show contains a more in-depth look into the characters & events in the book and Mike reads a few parts of the book he especially enjoyed, including the epilogue, meaning there are spoilers within but he gives fair warning before entering these sections! Master & Apprentice was released April 2019, is set at 40BBY which is around 8 years before The Phantom Menace (excluding flashbacks within it) and is written by Claudia Gray who has also written; Lost Stars, Bloodline, Leia Princess Of Alderaan, the Master & Apprentice short story in A Certain Point Of View and the upcoming High Republic novel Into The Dark. In the last episode, number 27 of SWCIC, Mike tackled the fourth volume of the main line Star Wars comics, before that was the first “Age Of…” comic with a history of Dooku, the week before that Mike did a Q&A using your questions to talk about his favourite characters, give comic recommendations and more! Previous episodes have been about Han Solo, Chewbacca, Galaxy’s Edge comics, the Vader Down crossover, Lando, Mace Windu, Princess Leia, the Jedi Fallen Order Comic, how Obi-Wan & Anakin almost left the Jedi order, the Rogue One & Solo comics, Captain Phasma, how C-3PO got his red arm, Darth Maul beyond The Phantom Menace, Kylo Ren’s red lightsaber crystal and more! Mike appeared on the second episode of Comics On Trial, defending The Phantom Menace against Scott of 20th Century Geek, with Paul of Superheroes For Dummies as the judge, found on this very feed (released 20th September): https://spoti.fi/2FTjvZI Comics In Motion has an excellent offer exclusively for our listeners! Sean answers your Marvel questions!0:34 Alex WardHey Sean! Happy Fox acquisition day! I may be remembering wrong, but did Disney immediately announce more films when they purchased Lucasfilm? If so, do you think that may be why so many fans are expecting an announcement from Marvel about an X-Men or FF movie's sooner than it'll actually happen? Also, if they did immediately announce new Star Wars films, how was that situation different from this one? Just that Star Wars films were a given? Thanks Sean!7:25 Robert KlauserMaybe the Gunn “leave of absence” could be a silver lining considering James Gunn had interest in characters previously owned by Fox in the past. What are your thoughts that there could be some rewrites for the GotG Vol 3 script to include said characters?10:03 Tom DeMicheleHey Sean and Patrons! I've been re-listening to all the Empire Spoiler Podcasts with MCU directors and creators. In the Civil War episode, the Russo's said they explored many options for the turning point of the airport fight before deciding on Giant-Man. What do you think were their previous options for swinging the fight in Team Cap's favor?12:12 Nick DiTotaHey Sean, I've been a part of the Patreon for about 3 months now and I just want to say that I think it's awesome! I love being able to listen every day while I'm at work. Over the past couple years I've gotten big into reading comics. I've never read any comics about the Eternals and with Marvel making an Eternals movie I'd like to read some to get to know the characters a little more. Do you have any recommendations as to a particular series to read? I figured to get to know them best go right to the source with Kirby's original series but I wanted your opinion. Keep up the awesome work and thanks for everything you do!14:00 Jeremy WatsonAt the end of Iron Man, when Fury is telling Stark that he's become part of a bigger world, we now know that he was referring to Captain Marvel. At that time (2008), do you think that Kevin Feige was referring to her or just the Marvel Universe in general? Thanks15:41 Derek BeebeHey Sean, I know you've talked about them doing Hickman's Secret War as an Avengers movie, but what I really want to see is what leads up to that story, Time Runs Out. Our heroes struggling in vain against an impossible, universe ending threat, driven to increasingly immoral desperation. I think this would make a great trilogy of Avengers movies, but how dark do you think our heroes could get in a major blockbuster? And if they did Secret War, how much time do you think they'll spend with Battleworld? Personally I thought that was the least interesting aspect of the series by far. And of course, this entire story requires Doom to be in the MCU.19:37 Derek BeebeDo you regret we didn't get a "Secret Avengers" movie between Civil War and Infinity War, showing what life was like for Cap's team living in exile in Wakanda? I think that would have been a great story. And if we did have that movie, do you think they should have avoided putting Tony and Steve together?22:10 Derek BeebeDo you think we need a Captain Marvel 2 taking place before Miss Marvel in order to properly establish Carol as a modern day hero for Kamala Kahn to look up to?23:50 Derek BeebeWhat do you think the line up for Avengers 5 will be? I'm assuming that none of the original team will be around, though I hope that's not true. Captain Marvel will be team leader of course. I'm thinking Black Panther, Ant-Man, Wasp, Doctor Strange... maybe Shang Chi and Sersi? And do you think a line up like that would be as popular as the original?29:00 Chris FHey Sean! Happy merger day! Was really great to break the news on the discord about the trailer release. I actually had a moment where I was like I wonder if this is what Sean feels like when he's breaking marvel news for us!Also thanks for sharing your idea of a “meditation period” before marvel films. I finally had a chance to try it with captain marvel and it worked great. So my question for the week is since time travel seems to be a factor in endgame is their any particular scene from any past films you would like to see them go back to and change a bit?I for one would love to see the scene of Thor and Loki on the rocks in Germany where Thor knows Loki is dead in the future and it's a bit more emotional. Thanks again for creating this great community!30:50 AlexHappy Closing day Sean! May I ask do you forsee the MCU X-Men and Fantastic Four films having the 20th Centuary Fox logo are does that become null and void once Marvel is making the movies and not Fox?32:10 AlexDo you think anything will in the world of Marvel superheroes world will be as historic as the X-Men and Fantastic Four coming back home back to Marvel Studios or is it as good as it gets? I have a hard time imagining even Marvel eventually gaining the full rights to Spider-Man will be as huge as this considering Marvel already has used Spidey in the MCU before now.33:54 AlexYou've lamented before on the quality of Entertainment journalism in regards to reporting things that are Marvel related but do you worry it can be greatly exacerbated after the deal closes? I see a future of a lot of unsubstantiated rumors about Mutants and Fantastic Four emerging more than ever before.35:03 Michael WeaselboyHey Sean its amazing to realize that now the MCU can be fully complete. I was wondering do you think we will have Masters of Evil sometime in the MCU as the next Avengers villains?? Do you think Doctor Doom could be the leader?? What other members would you add??37:18 AlexDo you think Marvel gets the rights to Fantastic Four might soften your stance on Fan4stic once you re-watch the movie again at some point(assuming you ever do?)39:14 AlexSean, have you seen Bumblebee yet? What do you think about it? And if you have seen it and liked it then do you now agree that Travis Knight would be a suitable choice to helm FF? I know you have Dee Rees as your top choice to direct Fantastic Four but I think Knight would a fantastic job( dumb pun intended) with the First Family. 39:54 Brett HeierHey Sean, did you like the all female ghostbusters movie? I loved it and I am very sad there won't be a sequel. Also, did you like Captain Phasma as a character? Do you think we will see her again in the Star Wars Universe? Sorry these questions weren't very centered around the MCU.41:13 Brett HeierHow many more years do you think Scarlet Witch will be in the MCU?41:58 AlexSean, do you think the Deadpool moves become retroactively canon in the MCU when Wade Wilson enters the MCU or do you think its unlikely? Would you rather keep Deadpool in his own universe separate form the MCU or are you of the mindset that he can be integrated into the MCU with little problems.44:54 AlexDo you have any strong picks for Doctor Doom?45:37 Jeremy WatsonSean, in the spirit of March Madness, who would your top 4 seeds be out of the major MCU players? Thanks!47:59 Jessica LoutfiHey Sean. Given that the Russo brothers are famous for adding things into their trailers that aren't in the movies...what do you think they added to the new trailer that may not be in Avengers Endgame? Thanks!49:30 Woo S! KimI happen to think Inhumans and Daredevil are the most underrated creations of Stan Lee's iconic career, do you concur, if you don't what do you think is his most underrated creation or creations, Sean?51:14 Woo S! KimIronically enough Sean, there is going to be a lot of What If Questions involving the “What If” Disney Plus animated series so please forgive the puns. Now let's say for argument sake Disney wanted to do a “What If” episode or episodes that involve Tom Holland's Spider-Man can Marvel Studios/Disney do this or is Tom Holland's Spider-Man technically with Sony Pictures? Related to Spider-Man do you feel that this “What If” Animated Series is Marvel Studios way of metaphorically dipping their toe into the pool of animation if they get the rights back to Spider-Man in the next two years or perhaps Marvel Studios wanting to release other Marvel characters in animated films released in cinemas that have nothing to so with Spider-Man, could this be the case why or why not?54:29 Woo S! KimIf you ever had the chance to interview Stan Lee did you have any questions you always wanted to ask him, me personally I would just spent the time thanking him for creating Daredevil.55:36 Matt MillerDo you think with the merger closing today thay Marvel studios will rearrange some of their plans and get the FF and X-men movies out before ones currently being planned/ones that are rumored?59:26 David RosenWith all the new properties coming over, and all the likely reboots that are going to happen, how do you foresee Marvel Studios adhering to their “no more origin stories” rule? While we will need some explanation, what do you think the amount of origin we'll get for the characters coming over from Fox? With the Fantastic Four and their fairly well-known origin specifically in mind, do you think it's possible to do something similar like they did with Spiderman, or will they need the classic origin story treatment to get them started? As the MCU continues to grow beyond End Game, and with all the new characters that will be introduced, what is the correct balance the MCU needs to strike in telling new characters' origins so that audiences don't start to get bored and look past the first films for all the upcoming characters?1:01:54 David RosenI know I thought this after the End Game super bowl spot, and I honestly cant remember if I, or some else asking about it then, but considering that the most recent trailer included flashbacks in black and white with the red highlights again, do you think there is more going on here than it just being a stylistic choice?1:03:27 David RosenOne of the reasons that I felt Captain Marvel was so different and refreshing from the rest of the MCU was the lack of an obvious love interest. Why is it that having a love interest has become such a staple of storytelling in the superhero genre? Was it a product of the times that these stories were being written in that the male hero had to have a woman to save and/or fall in love with? Do you think moving forward, Marvel should leave the obligatory, one-off love story behind in favor of other ways of developing characters or will it always be one of those story aspects that we'll just need to deal with sometimes because love is just a part of life?1:08:27 David RosenIn the discussion about whether Captain Marvel is too powerful in the MCU, regardless of whether or not we actually get to see this tested in a movie, if you consider that Wanda is able to use her energy to destroy the Mind Stone, do you think Captain Marvel could be defeated by a Hydra weapon, as they both draw their power from the Tesseract?1:10:38 Paul ShearmanHey Sean and everyone, hope you're all having a good week so far. Sean, pop quiz time! A quick question following your Captain Marvel conversations about the use of Nirvana when Carol went up against the Supreme intelligence (although I agree totally with you that it gets a pass because it's a terrific song!). Because I'm a weird completist about these things (!) I'm interested to know what alternative song you'd use, that fits with the ‘pre-1989 Carol leaving Earth' chronology and therefore not necessarily being aware of that song!In the grand scheme of things, this of course didn't ruin my enjoyment of the movie in any way, but I love to dot the i's and cross the t's..!Thanks as always, and enjoy the rest of your week.1:13:47 Jeremy WatsonSean, with the Fox/Disney acquisition complete, do you foresee any changes to some of Fox's tv content, such as The Simpsons, Family Guy, etc?1:17:11 Robert ReinekeHi Sean. There's some speculation that the latest Endgame trailer includes fake scenes and images that were deliberately altered from what will appear in the actual movie, ala Hulk in Wakanda. Now, I realize that no trailer is the actual movie, with trailers often featuring temp music, scenes and line readings that may end up on the editing floor, incomplete special effects, etc. Not to mention the fact that editing a 2 to 3 hour movie into a 2 minute spot is a deliberate act of distortion, all sizzle, all the time, albeit usually not on the level of trying to make The Shining look like a feel good family film or Christopher Robin look like a horror film. But, I feel that most trailers aren't trying to deliberately lie to me. Is a line being crossed here? I know Jean Luc Godard said that "Cinema is truth at 24 frames per second." and Brian DePalma retorted "Cinema is lies at 24 frames per second." and I'm much more in the DePalma camp, but I feel that I never like to be deliberately lied to. Yeah, I expect it won't ruin my enjoyment of the film any, but we have to hold the creators we like to the same standards we hold those we don't like. Did showing the Hulk in Wakanda ad one cent to the box office? I don't think so. Plus, I also feel that it's unnecessary in a film where you have 3 hours of footage and over 20 films to draw footage from, and a few seconds can't be that important. And I feel that this is a trend that ought to be nipped in the bud before it gets out of control, like digitally inserting Avengers into trailers for Eternals. Do you devalue the trailer by making them wholly unreliable? What do you think of the ethics of lying in trailers beyond "caveat emptor"?1:23:49 Angel L AshbyHey there Sean! Do you think that Disney/MCU set the timeline for the Disney/Fox deal so that it would be finalized before Endgame came out and do you believe that there will be a teaser for FF or Xmen in Endgame? Or do you think that Endgame will.. end.. in such a way that it sets up for X-men to be a new introduction in to the universe? (I hope that made sense.) All Wings Report In for this STAR WARS RESISTANCE FLYBY of "The Children From Tehar"! This week, we discuss S1 E06 as the story delves more into the Star Wars universe. We've introduced all of our main characters; Kaz, Tam, Yeager and Neeku; and their relationship to each other. Now it's time to connect Star Wars Resistance to the overall Star Wars Saga. This episode is the beginning of that connection. We get mentions of Kylo Ren! Captain Phasma makes another appearance. And a mysterious symbol from Tehar keeps popping up. We also meet the children from Tehar - Kel and Eila. Richard calls out Creature Appearances. I talk about musical moments, including one having to do with this mysterious symbol. We also share our first thoughts, questions raised by the episode and our favorite moments. "The Children From Tehar" Directed by Saul Ruiz Written by Paul Giacoppo In need of credits to fix a broken compensator part, Kaz turns bounty hunter and intends to find two missing children to claim the necessary credits. The first audio only show. We're talking Star Wars news, upcoming comics, and we're answering YOUR mailbag questions! News -"Solo" Opening Weekend Projected At $177 Million -Mark Hamill May Have Dropped A "Solo" Cameo Spoiler Mailbag Questions: 1.) (22:40) Jamie Holbeche - Hey, I'm new to watching you and I'm really enjoying your content. I'm not sure if this is allowed but I kinda have 3 quick questions for you. Which live action Star Wars movie is your favourite and why? Do you prefer The Clone Wars or Rebels animated series and why? But I've been wondering, are the deleted scenes in the movies canon too or just the standard length movie itself? Thanks a lot and I hope your channel continues to grow. 2.) (41:05) Connor Grady - Hey man awesome videos love what you do. I was thinking about the Star Wars comics and noticing that they seem to focus on smaller characters for limited series e.g Lando, Mace Windu, Thrawn, Captain Phasma. What smaller characters would you like to see get their own limited series. Personally I would love a Kit Fisto more in line with the Tartovsky series version, a young Qui Gon and Dooku series and maybe even an origin of how Grevious got his cough. Keep up the good work, love your vids. 3.) (46:46) Tera McCrowsky - Been watching for a while and just wanted to let you know I hope that this channel is one of the few that comes out on top as far as Star Wars content is concerned. It's hard to stand out with so many people doing this. I know the hype is beginning to build for "Solo" but I just can't seem to find it in myself. Alden sounds nothing like Han Solo. There is only one Han Solo and it's Harrison Ford. What are your thoughts on Alden's Solo? Do you think there could be more "Solo" films coming since he signed a three picture deal? 4.) (54:24) Matthew Tico - Since presale ticket numbers are out for "Solo," now do you think "Solo" will make more money than Infinity War? I tend to believe it will just because it is a Star Wars movie. That is a brand that families know is a household name, especially with the name "Solo" attached to it.
