We have just passed through the Lionsgate of 8/8 on August 8th. We are at a crossroads bridging past and future.  I recently lead a workshop in which I shared a journey to the Future Self/ or 5th Dimensional Self.  It was so powerful that I want to share it with my listeners in this Podcast episode.Here are some ways that you can activate and access your 5th dimensional consciousness which will allow you to be in the flow of your life and receive exactly what you need when you need it!  First we must let go of the past. This includes deep healing of wounds from the past or the wounded inner child or younger selves.  One must do some deep inner work or healing on the subconscious and patterns of sabotage, addiction, and guilt.  so in other words, you can't bypass to get to the 5th dimension.  Deep shadow work and psychological healing must occur so the emotional body can be in equanimity.   Don't get hung up on past misgivings or would of should of could ofs.  Release grudges toward other people and situations.  Understand that whatever life has brought you thus far, the good, the bad and ugly, has forced life initiations that have built character and cleared karmas.Shift into an attitude or GRATITUDE and have an appreciation of what life has to offer.  A daily practice of gratitude and thankfulness does wonders in accessing the higher dimensions including 5th dimensional consciousness.COME FROM COMPASSION - No judgement of self or others. We are all doing the best we can with what we have been given.  Because the 5th dimension is connected to Heart awareness, coming from the heart and extending compassion goes a long way in breaking free of negative thoughts about ourselves or others.  Another way to connect to 5th dimensional consciousness is to pursue consistent spiritual disciplines such as meditating praying or chanting at the same time everyday.  It is especially powerful to perform spiritual disciplines at sunrise and sunset when the vibrations here on planet earth are the strongest. In Sanskrit this time is called Sandya which is best times to meditate or do spiritual practices.Connecting to Source - God - the Divine everyday on a consistent basis is important to raise your consciousnessWe have to pursue health disciplines if we want to access - 5th dimensional consciousness.  Remember we are what we eat or take into our body. Are we significant?  Am I significant?  What is my significance?  How am I significant?  What is holding me back from seeing my significance?  When I speak to the Universe, does it hear me?  Does God hear me?  Does Source hear me? This episode describes 5th dimensional consciousness. and how to access it.  It's all the rage in New Age speak, but few seem to be able to describe what they mean by the 5th dimension.   The keynote for 5th dimensional consciousness is : "WE ARE IN THE WORLD BUT NOT OF IT."  WE ARE ALIGNED TO OUR HIGHER SELF, and life flows with an ease and grace.  Things come to us as we need them, and we have an inner confidence or assurance that the UNIVERSE IS TAKING CARE OF US. Jill describes the 9 dimensions of consciousness as outlined by Barbara Hand Clow in her book, The Alchemy of the 9 Dimensions.We can exist on multiple dimensions simultaneously.  The multi-dimensional model is not hierarchal or linear.  We leave linear time & space when we pop out of the 3rd dimension. The 5th dimension is  an elevated, brighter, and lighter version of 3-D  Earth. It's as if Earth split away from the 3rd dimensional matrix and simultaneously existing on a higher vibration that is less dense, very elevating of mood and consciousness and one feels very aligned with flow and grace and peace. Things that are in alignment for us manifest quickly and there is no mind work involved.  It is a heart - centered reality.  Therefore to access it we must keep the emotions are balanced and calm.   The Shumann Resonance is known as  Mother Earth's heartbeat by Indigenous elders.  The frequency of the Shumann Resonance is 7.83 HZ.  The frequency of 7.83 HZ also corresponds to an alpha/theta brainwave in a human brain - which is a zen like frequency. Functioning in alpha & theta brain frequencies allows one to access 5th dimensional consciousness.Jill describes the brain wave model:  BETA - waking consciousness, ALPHA -relaxed state with link between conscious and unconscious mind, THETA-inner peace and deep relaxation state of bliss and contentment and DELTA- favoring deep sleep & somnambulistic stateWhen we get down to the ALpha/Theta brainwave - we go into a pseudo altered state that feels very dreamy and relaxed - this is the brainwaves under which someone can be hypnotized.  When we reach this state we can connect deeper to Mother Earth who is transitioning into a 5th dimensional frequency.  When we are running around and stressed out we can't access 5th dimensional consciousness. Here are some ways that you can activate and access your 5th dimensional consciousness:  Let go of past and heal subconscious patterns. This includes deep healing of wounds from the past including healing the wounded inner child or younger selves.  One must do some deep inner work and healing on the subconscious including patterns of sabotage, addiction, and guilt.  There is no spiritual bypass on the way to the 5th dimension.  Deep shadow work and psychological healing must occur so the emotional body can be in equanimity.   Shift into an attitude of GRATITUDE and have an appreciation of what life has to offer.  A daily practice of gratitude and thankfulness does wonders in accessing the higher dimensions including 5th dimensional consciousness.COME FROM COMPASSION - No judgement of self or others. Perform consistent spiritual disciplines such as meditating praying or chanting at the same time everyday.  Connecting to Source - God - the Divine everyday on a consistent basis is important to raise your consciousnessPursue health disciplines - eating pure healthy diet, exercise, fresh air, being out in nature -moving your body -to improve mind and spirit.Connecting to Nature is very important to accessing the 5th dimensional consciousness.  www.jilljardineastrology.com

In this episode I had the pleasure to interview my friend Kevin Naidoo, yoga teacher and spiritual coach. He was born in South Africa from Indian decedents, in the middle of the Apartheid (the system of institutionalized racial segregation, which ensured that South Africa was dominated politically, socially and economically by the nation's minority white population). Years later his family moved to Canada, 3 kids, no money, only faith. During his childhood and teens he suffered from self worth issues, he was bullied in school,  until he tried anything to fit it, including starting drinking at 14 years old just to “fit” with the “cool kids”. This was the start of free fall to alcohol and drug abuse as a way to numb out trauma. As a young adult he travelled through Europe and Asia, still being stuck in this self destructive patterns. Until yoga appeared and with the help of his loving parents he started an incredible self healing process. Then came the self awareness, the self love, the release of trauma wounds, the re-union with Source /God, the surrender, the gratitude, the inner peace. That everything you have ever experienced, are currently experiencing, and will ever experience, are all things that you signed up for before coming into this life? This episode is all about soul contracts. I believe that each of us are divine soul fragments of Source, and in being so, we choose the trajectory of our human experience on Planet Earth before incarnation in order to evolve consciousness and ultimately come back to Source energy in unconditional love. I may not have all the answers of the Universe, but I do know that the karmic journey is real, and that Earth is a school in which we move through those lessons. I do know that what we learn within this tangible third dimension creates new levels of heightened awareness and spiritual transcendence that we do indeed carry with us into the next realm, thus bringing each fragmented piece closer to the Source (God) we all came from. Therefore, there is nothing that you or I will ever experience within this life that is not ultimately for the greater good of our individual soul path as well as the collective consciousness. If we really did choose this life - the people around us, the way you look, the relationships we have, the ailments we may face, the hardships we endure, the dreams we want to follow, the environment in which we landed, the timeline that is currently in motion - then that would mean that we are empowered in the knowing that we are always in alignment, that there is nothing to lose nor regret, that you and everyone you come into contact with has a significant purpose, and that everything is always playing out exactly as it's meant to. How liberating to know that your soul loves and believes in your physical incarnation so much that it knew that you could live through this! When things get rough, remember that. I received this channeled message from God in conjunction with the architects of this matrix simulation. The reason Science and spirituality are at odds is because God and the simulation technology of the Augmented reality, Artificial intelligence, and virtual reality have been commingled when they should of been partitioned. Part 6 - Intuition VS Resonance Intuition is the voice of God, know the difference between intuition and resonance! Intuitive gnosis is recognized as a deeper knowing that supersedes any and all rational ideas as well as the stimuli of primary senses. It is usually communicated through the most clear receptive channel the questioner embodies & it is literally realisation through Living Light Codes of God translated into insight via the individual. Part 3 - The Biodynamics of True Trust versus Gut Based Feeling GoodUpon accountability comes responsibility. Within responsibility comes the ability to respond truthfully. Many of the human race now existing aren't able to come in contact with what is Truth but stays within the lane of a singularity belief, a belief that stems from the individuals perception of the collective norms of wrong and right, good and bad. The body then naturally mixes up the implanted version of reality for the organic truth, so that the biodynamics within the body (such as the endocrine system and nervous system) fails to recognise the truthful response. Instead the body gets triggered into believing that what is good is true and what is bad is false. Which in general terms wouldn't differ unless the belief of good and bad would be as skewed and deviant as it is in our society today. The Third Epoch with Nanci Danison Nanci L. Danison, JD, makes her tenth appearance (fifth solo show) on other Outer Limits of Inner Truth to discuss the her vision in the afterlife of the Third Epoch – humanity’s last era of existence on earth.
