He won the Pulitzer Prize in 1977 for “A Prince of Our Disorder,” his biography of T. E. Lawrence. Dr. Mack is the founding director of the Program for Extraordinary Experience Research (PEER) and today he discusses how the phenomenon of alien experiences has affected the consciousness of our society. Dr. Mack embraced a worldview inspired by elements of spiritual and philosophical traditions which hold that we are all connected to one another. The theme of “connection” to other life was explored most boldly in his study of men and women who reported that recurrent alien encounter experiences had affected the way they regarded the world, including a heightened sense of spirituality and environmental concern. Dr. Mack recorded the experiences of people who were subjected to intelligence profoundly different from our own. He noted that these are healthy, normal people. They are credible and there are hundreds of thousands of people who have had these experiences. They have encountered other multiple dimensions. We are stuck in our restricted three-dimensional consciousness. Dr. Mack has shifted his consciousness and realized that Native People around the world are familiar with this phenomenon. They have had encounters with these beings. What is the difference between spirits and these extra-terrestrial beings? The spirit world is abstract. The “real world” is a physical world, but can spirit manifest as material? Dr. Mack has worked with diverse cultures around the world who have had these experiences. As a psychiatrist, he takes a thorough history of his patients, then evaluates them. Patients do not want to believe that this may have happened. They don't understand the mystery of these experiences. This pattern of thinking shatters the view that we may be protected. But this is not the view of the indigenous people. It is a Western view to rule out any outer intelligence. This is shattering to the view of the experiencers. Western culture believes that we have control. This shows that we do not. It's very threatening to our sense of security. If experiencers believe they have been subjected to aliens, they believe they are victims and their consciousness may be restricted. But if they can go into their fear, and experience it, staying with the intense energy, they will access another level of consciousness. It is possible for them to pass through the trauma and experience a profound connection to God/Source and other dimensions, even the beings themselves. There is tremendous energy involved in these encounters. Dr. Mack discusses various types of beings that his patients have described. They present a dire warning about the impacts humans are having on the environment. The fact that these beings do not appear to us in a way that is possible to prove from a 3-D level of science, does not disprove that we are being visited. In this episode, I am sharing a few tips on how to call in the Blue Avian star race and how to co-create with them. These tips come from personal experiences I have had. I have learned more about this very unique 12th-dimensional star race over the years. The Blue Avians are emissaries of God Source who hold the keys of the one unified field as seeders of consciousness in different realms of reality. I've never really talked about my journey from religion to spirituality, as it's been something I've been learning, discovering, untangling and navigating quite a lot over the years. I will also preface all of this with saying, there is no “right” way. Or, a wrong! I absolutely invite and welcome ALL beliefs. However, I do also recognize a big shift of people navigating their faith and connection with God/Source. Which, is why I wanted to create this episode. Not to tell you what to believe, but simply to share my journey, and this evolution for me. Because I believe in others stories, we may also receive guidance for ourselves. My greatest desire is for everyone to have a connection to God/Source/The Universe. Period. How that unfolds and what that looks like, is going to be absolutely unique and different for each and every one of us. You'll also see in this episode as I had a quite large realization during the episode, which, I believe may hit home or spark something for many people. This is a BIG topic. And I again want to say, I am never here to tell you what to believe, only here to guide you to your truth. She became aware that we have more control over our lives than we are told. She could see and communicate with those that have crossed to the other side. She started to see and communicate with Beings of Light. Kristen began this journey through a spontaneous awakening. She continued on this path because of a light, a passion that was ignited within her. Through this journey Kristen has found that she has a strong connection to her Spirit Guides and that of others. The ability to know which Beings are coming through, what a person can work on to assist them in their lives, and what abilities you have and what to do to open them up further. We are meant to live our best lives here on Earth and the key to this is knowing what needs to be worked on, released, and nurtured in order to move on to your ideal path. She is able to see sacred geometry and light codes with her physical eyes. These light codes assist in her growth and allows her to assist others in opening up their spiritual abilities. When mediumship comes through, loved ones bring forward validating evidence that they are living in the spirit realm. Loved ones who have physically passed experience our lives THROUGH us! The amazing part is when spirit validates things that have happened after they have passed, to show that they are always with us, cheering us on, showing us signs that we are unconditionally loved. Kristen is a Kundalini Reiki Master and Teacher. Kundalini Reiki means energy that comes from the Earth and meets with the Reiki life force energy from God/Source. She is a conduit for which the energy comes through, the recipient is the actual healer. The reiki recipient has to accept the energy, set intentions as to where the healing is needed (eg. pain/sickness/spiritual growth/there are limitless possibilities) and allow it to flow through without judgement. Kristen also utilizes this energy to assist with activations, clearings, opening portals of light, and gridwork. The beauty of Kundalini Reiki is that it is intention based. When called to this type of energy, possibilities are limitless. Kristen has the ability to bi-locate to other realms and work one on one with Beings of Light. These experiences are similar to what some call Near Death Experiences (NDE), however she is able to access her inner portal to achieve this out of body communication. This bi-locating ability is still being worked on with the guidance of her team. Many Beings visit her in this physical reality and she can see them with her physical eyes and can communicate. Kristen is able to connect with Gaia (Mother Earth) and Elemental Beings. Receiving signs, winks, synchronicities from Spirit to assist on this life journey. Being a multi faceted channel allows her to connect with many types of Beings of Light, and receive guidance and knowledge. She is able to see the "shadow side" (beliefs and parts of ourselves we don't like to see) of those that she is reading in order to bring positive transformation to their lives. Unity has Five Basic Principles that summarize our entire philosophy, our theology. In her book about the Five Principles, Rev. Ellen Debenport writes: "As well as offering tools for daily living, The Five Principles suggest answers to the great questions of existence that humans have been asking since the dawn of conscious awareness." The Five Principles are: #1: God is absolute good, everywhere present. #2: Human beings are created in the image of God and our very essence is divine; therefore, we are inherently good. #3: Human beings create our life experiences through our thoughts and our beliefs. #4: Through affirmative prayer and meditation, we align with God (Source) and bring out the good in our lives. #5: I do and give my best by living the truth I know. I make a difference. If we were to express these in a concise manner, they might be something like this: GOD IS, I AM, I think (create), I pray (align), I act! Based on these principles, Unity's view of God, man and our "relationship" is quite different from that of traditional Christianity. In particular, the concept behind second principle. Of this idea Ralph Waldon Emerson wrote: the greatest revelation is that God is in every man. In this episode, we examine principle #2: Human beings are created in the image of God and our very essence is divine; therefore, we are inherently good.
