Strip the interior.2. Relocate the battery away from the extremities of the car.3. Weld the doors and trunk shut, then chain down the hood, too.4. Replace the back wheels with metal skids.That last part is the important one, but not particularly complicated. You take a regular, cheapest-wheel-in-the-universe steelie and weld a set of steel plates to it like a fat ski. It’s a few basic welds to make the skidplate and the wheel bolts right up to the car as before.It is with this small change that makes the skidplate what it is: near-uncontrollable for the driver and unquestionably entertaining for anybody watching.Traditional race cars are what they are because they try to be objectively better. Better accelerating. Better braking. Better handling.Skidplate cars are intentionally worse. Losing all of the traction of your rear-wheels in a front-wheel drive car makes it want to slide absolutely everywhere. Lift off the gas and the car tries to spin out. Talk to your neighbors and get connected with the Nextdoor app. Chances are, you are NOT THE FIRST or only homeowner to experience HOA abuse of power by your Board members. Go to your HOA meetings. Come up with an action plan to remove unscrupulous HOA Board members and property managers that don’t know the law or intentionally side-step it. Run for office so that you and your neighbors can make the community friendly decisions. As board members, you can control where the money is going and make sure that your neighbors stay in the loop through effective communication tools. -Be patient and civil. Give your HOA Board and property management company a chance to right their wrongs. According to Verisk’s 2019 Wildfire Risk Analysis 4.5 million U.S. homes were identified at high or extreme risk of wildfire, with more than 2 million in California alone. From January 1 to September 28, 2020 there were 44,520 wildfires compared with 39,476 wildfires in the same period in 2019, according to the National Interagency Fire Center. One of stock car racing's most storied venues, and is often referred to as the "World's Most Famous Short Track" and the "Birthplace of the NASCAR Stars". First opening in 1951 as a 1⁄2-mile dirt track. Drivers such as Gwyn Staley, Junior Johnson, Ned Jarrett, and Ralph Earnhardt became track champions in the 1950s, with Earnhardt winning five of them. The crown is often at the front. Most suspension forks have an arch connecting the two side of the lowers (the part connected to the axle.)
