Hello Everyone, my name is Bryan Verduzco and I want to welcome you to the FITFO podcast where I am going on a journey to figure out how to be the father I want to be for my two beautiful young daughters. I'm not sure if you're familiar with the traditional acronym, but it stands for figure it the f*ck out and I couldn't think of a more applicable phrase as a parent, I'm sure you can relate. That's why I am going on a mission of discovery by interviewing every day dads, miraculous moms, educational thought leaders, health industry experts and parents from all walks of life, in hopes to somewhat figure this whole fatherhood thing out… As parents we naturally have an internal drive to give our kids the best life possible and set them up for success, however you may choose to define it. While there is no book, podcast or piece of advice that can truly prepare you for the challenges parenting presents, my hope is to expose you to different styles, approaches and tactics to do the best you can. That's what this podcast is all about, Figuring It The "Father" Out, so we all can show up as the best possible parent we can be. I plan to discuss topics from setting up a 529 plan to budgeting for diapers, child psychology and the terrible twos, nutritional tips and holistic approaches to health, instilling an entrepreneurial mindset and grit, and even how to fight off the dad bod. So I hope you'll join me on this journey of discovery, and let's figure some shit out together! Please leave a rating and write a review to help spread the word, it would mean the world to me!
