How wrong I was!As Jessica Barnaschone, a London based baby yoga instructor explains in this episode, it is a very much baby led activity involving singing and it's loads of fun for both parent and baby. You'll also hear about how it strengthens those core muscles after giving birth. The medical profession often recommend new mums follow a regime of regular pelvic floor exercises and baby yoga is a great way to do this.Jessica is a lady of many talents and is also a baby massage and tummy time instructor so you'll also hear her speak about these and their many benefits.

I recently went to an event called the Atelier where I heard a number of inspirational entrepreneurial women speak and one of those women happened to be Melissa Leong. Now Melissa is the financial adviser to The Social and has been featured on many media outlets and has written for the financial post. She had such great wisdom to share that I bought her book at the conference and even stood in line like a groupie to have her sign it!   As soon as I saw what she wrote in my book I was so excited to dig into the pages - she signed it Make Life Rich. And I just knew that somehow gratitude would be somewhere in her book. I was right.   Now yes you could take stock of all of the “things you have” but in Leong’s book Happy Go Money she doesn’t point us in that direction. In fact, she touts study after study that demonstrate that true happiness comes from social connections and community with others.  If you enjoyed this podcast, please like, comment, or share with a friend; and tune in next time for more game changing tips on My Gratitude Attitude! Listen-in to hear how a highly visual mindset can either 'make it' or 'break it' in getting us to our goals. When we visualize things, we can do one of two things: we can perpetuate fear, worry, or upset or... we can focus on visualizing the very things that we want to draw into our lives.  We really do have the power to attract what we want into our lives with the perspective that we choose to focus upon! “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.” - Henry Ford  Find out more about our wonderful sponsors: Rasa Koffee: http://www.mygratitudeattitude.com/rasa.html  Prana Vida: https://www.pranavidastyle.com Sign up for Mom and Baby Yoga with MOGA Use coupon code GRATITUDE to receive 20% off of the online mommy and baby yoga. https://mogamoms.vhx.tv   You can find Lindsay Lesage at www.mygratitudeattitude.com and our private Facebook Group. On this week's My Gratitude Attitude Podcast, I have a conversation with Lindsay Mundy, a certified nutrition coach and creator of her Eat. Move. Live blog.  When we headed to Europe this past Holiday season I was panicked to get the ins and outs of how to do this baby travel thing right - and thankfully I found Lindsay Mundy's blog and read all about how she and her husband Dave packed up their family when their baby girl was 4 months old and took off to Europe!  Join-in to hear all about Lindsay's incredibly inspiring journey of packing up their things, renting out their home and traveling abroad with their baby girl.
