Am Wochenende fand das Label Suisse Festival in Lausanne zum zehnten Mal statt. 69 Konzerte aus verschiedenen Genres bildeten an den drei Festivaltagen das aktuelle Schweizer Musikschaffen ab. Konzerthighlights von Priya Ragu, Black Sea Dahu, Evelinn Trouble und Danitsa gibt es heute in der Sendung.

Das schwarze Meer verheißt zumeist nichts Gutes. Vielleicht steht ein Sturm bevor, ein Gewitter oder aber irgendetwas anderes, das unheilvoll unter der Oberfläche liegt. Ein Dahu hingegen ist einfach nur ein Grund zur guten Laune: ein gämsenartiges Fabelwesen mit zwei kurzen und zwei langen Beinen, das hervorragend um die Berge im Schweizer Kanton Jura wandern kann. Aber wie passen diese beiden Bilder zusammen? Bei der Züricher Band Black Sea Dahu funktioniert das erstaunlicherweise einwandfrei. Wir haben mit Sängerin und Songwriterin Janine über den eigentümlichen Bandnamen gesprochen, aber auch über ihr aktuelles Album „I Am My Mother“, Gedichte und Strategien, in dieser turbulenten Zeit im Gleichgewicht zu bleiben.

La nouvelle édition du festival de Montreux sʹouvre le 2 juillet 2021. Avec en tête dʹaffiches Woodkid, Zucchero ou Camelia Jordana. Parmi les autres artistes invités, le groupe suisse Black Sea Dahu qui se produit le 3 juillet au soir sur une scène gratuite. Il compte parmi les principales révélations folk rock de ces dernières années. Janine Cathrein, chanteuse du groupe, est au micro de Michel Masserey.

Ça y est, c'est la rentrée ! Bienvenue à bord de la saison 2 de Dernier Métro.  Pour cette saison 2020-2021, le principe est toujours le même : les différents mixes ont l'ambition de vous faire découvrir ou redécouvrir des artistes émergents aux côtés de figures déjà établies. Si le format ne change pas, plusieurs nouveautés sont à attendre cette année, notamment des cartes blanches en live certains samedis soir sur Radio Campus Paris avec des chroniques et des invité.e.s. En attendant, pour ce mix spécial « bande son de l'été », on s'égare aux côtés d'une bonne dizaine d'artistes dont la prodige Lykuin et ses rythmes r'n'b soul, le quartet jazz hip hop BadBadNotGood, le suisse Benjamin Amaru et son univers indie pop, ou encore les Black Sea Dahu, gros coup de coeur de cette rentrée et leur sublime folk.  Chaque tracklist détaillée est disponible sur le compte Soundcloud de Dernier Métro.
