Please tune in to this episode of The Building BITE Podcast, as we hear from industry experts about key topics to help you be successful. The Building BITE host Mike Diercksen, CRIS, welcome Adam Stark, Co-Founder of Jet.Build. Our episode begins with Adam walking us through his career from serving in the military to joining the Construction industry. Looking for a way to streamline his systems and noticing that the challenges he faced were industry wide, Adam teamed up with his fellow Co-Founder Joseph Shua-Haim to launch Jet.Build. Adam takes us on a quick tour of the platform while helping to note all the key stakeholders who shared a role in shaping the current system. When it comes to streamlining your integration strategy, Adam leaves us with these three takeaways. 1. Company Culture Surrounding Innovation: Search internally to identify the company values or potential blind spots when it comes to technology integration. There are quality solutions out there but buy in from the top down is a key element to successful integration. 2. How To Automate Your Day to Day: Speak with your team to learn about their day to day functions. Chances are that a technology is out there that can help automate some of these tasks enabling your team to be more efficient and focused on the big picture rather than being bogged down with tedious tasks. 3. Industry Specific Tech Does Not Have to Be Complicated: It is important to recognize that there are solutions out there today that are cost effective and geared towards easy integration. Much like the cell phone we all have in our personal and professional life, there are technologies available that are intuitive and do not require significant lift to get up and running. In the debut episode of the "What's God Got To Do With It" podcast, host Leanne Ellington takes listeners on a deeply personal journey of self-discovery and transformation. Leanne begins by sharing her background as a bacon-loving Jew with a Jewish heritage, where Judaism was more of a cultural 'thing' in her life, but NOT a connection to God. She candidly discusses her lifelong struggles with food, body image, and toxic shame, tracing her introduction to weight watchers at just 8 years old and her ongoing battle with depression and anxiety. Despite losing nearly 100 pounds, Leanne reveals how she still felt trapped by the cycle of dieting and exercise. This paved the way for Leanne's awakening to the need for deeper change, as she shares her realization that she couldn't diet or exercise her way out of her self-image issues and her newfound commitment to breaking free from the shackles of restriction and obsession. And that's when Leanne's life took an unexpected turn and introduced her pursuit of faith (despite not having a previous connection to God in her life). She delves into the concept of neuroplasticity and how it influenced her journey, acknowledging her initial skepticism about faith and spirituality. She continues to share how her search for "surrender," led to her discovering God in the most unexpected places, and as the stage for her podcast's purpose, she invites listeners to explore faith, skepticism, and doubt in a safe space while contemplating the intriguing intersection of faith and science, inviting you on an enlightening and introspective journey into the intricate relationship between faith, identity, and self-discovery.HOST: @LeanneEllington To learn more about Leanne, head over to www.LeanneEllington.com, and to share your to share your thoughts, questions, feedback, or guest suggestions instantly, head on over to www.WhatsGodGotToDoWithIt.com. In this next episode Leanne takes you on an unexpected and deeply personal journey of spiritual discovery. She shares a bit about her upbringing, and what caused her to feel a yearning for something more, leading her to explore her own spiritual path. She emphasizes the importance of embracing one's unique journey and adapting language to fit your own personal experiences and beliefs.Throughout the episode, Leanne explores the diverse paths to faith, drawing from her experiences working with clients from various backgrounds who grapple with their relationship with their own connection with God and spirituality. She reflects on the power of words and the significance of inner experiences over specific faith-based terminology. Leanne's connection to her Jewish heritage and love for Israel sets the stage for a twist of fate that propels her toward faith, highlighting the transformative power of surrender and the impact of worship music. The episode truly comes to a head when Leanne shares a pivotal moment on a paddleboard, where a song's lyrics lead her to straight to her knees, praying for help and discovering a deeper sense of the concept of "surrender" she had been searching for. This experience prompted her to make a brave and profound transition from the fitness industry to a faith-based approach to emotional transformation, ultimately trusting in God's guidance (even if she wasn't calling that presence 'God' at the time). Leanne shows us the importance of stepping into the unknown, embracing uncertainty, and finding trust in God, even when the concept is new. As she explores Christianity and attends Crosspoint Church in Nashville, her open-hearted approach to worship music and teachings shows us that there is this universal search for connection and completeness. A serendipitous find of the book at a Goodwill store reinforces her sense of progress. She immerses herself deeply in her faith journey, engages with a supportive church community, and meets Pastor Kevin Queen, solidifying her sense of belonging. The episode concludes with Leanne's gratitude for personal growth and a teaser of what's to come in her spiritual exploration. Adam Stark is Co-founder of a company called Jet.Build. Jet.Build is a platform that enables real estate developers to streamline communication between vendors, partners, lenders, and other important stakeholders on projects. This is accomplished by digitizing and automating a lot of the manual processes you might encounter when completing a ground up or retro-fitting an older apartment building. Tools such as Jet.Build help companies initiate and progress significantly in digitally transforming; ultimately leading to saved time, money, and effort. Adam shares more about the opportunity of ahead of Jet.Build and the industry as a whole. Listen in to hear what he has to say. More about Adam and Jet.BuildThink about organizations that leverage a Salesforce for their sales department, a Hubspot for their marketing department, an ADP for their HR department, a Netsuite for their accounting department—and so forth.Jet.Build is the equivalent organizations necessity for real estate operators; a cloud-based command center. Jet-clients? Developers, contractors, owners reps, construction managers—and a few more unique cliental. My co-founder and I know each other first as enemies; competing in high school sports agains one another. Fast forward, we end up in the same military enlistment as airborne troops (paratroopers). Fast forward again, we end up in NYC working for real estate developers. Here, we recognized the need for a better 'salesforce' equivalent solution for the industry; the legacy products that exist are simply outdated, clunky, and wildly priced. Jet.Build will standardize the industry as the essential organization management software. Follow Adam on Twitter Connect with Adam on LinkedIn

This episode Adam Stark and Isaac Gauvey sit down for a conversation that covers a wide range of topics including how Covid-19 has affected his job as a regional 4H manager in Northwest Arkansas, also how that area became a hotspot for positive cases. We then veer off the rails and cover topics like being a bear population control officer, the massive explosion in Beuruit, some political stuff, some conspiracies, lizard people, Elon Musk, World War 2, Vampires, and I'm sure I left something out, but I'm also sure it's entertaining. 2019 Dec Nocturnal Series “Rabbit Hole” Should be the last Progressive House upload for 2019. Attempted to close the year with a good one. Sasha, Depeche Mode, Nora En Pure, CamelPhat, Howling and Rüfüs du Sol make up a great playlist. At the crossover between Indie/Alternative and House, which is the space were most of the great tunes are recently coming from. A few Xtian’s Edits, with 2 half-decent original mashups. The Dub version of Finally is a bit off key and overly ambitious (sorry) but the mashups do work. Playlist: 2019 Stole the Night (Oliver Koletzki Remix) [Xtian Togetherness Edit]. Howling2019 Homebound (Original Club Mix) [Xtian Finally Dubbed Edit]. Nora En Pure2019 Incognito (Paul Angelo Don Argento Remix) [Xtian KOT Mashup]. Stiven Rivic, Michael & Levan2018 Vinternatt (Nora En Pure Sons of Maria Remix) [Xtian Feel Love Mash] .Danijel Kostic2017 Out of Time (Original Mix). Sasha, Poliça2019 The Arctic Voice (Original Mix). Oliver Koletzki, Township Rebellion2019 Another Life (Made in Paris Remix). Rüfüs Du Sol2019 Versa (Magic Island Deep Extended Mix). Adam Stark2019 Samsahra (Höhnflug Remix). Freya [CH]2019 Inception (Extended Mix). Eddie Murray, Veronica Moran2019 No One Home (Stylo Kintar Remix). Ana Criado2018 No Time for Hulk (Camelphat Re-Fix, Erik Hagleton 2018 Vocal Edit). DJ Wady, Patrick M.2019 Bird Feeder (Extended Mix) [Xtian Fly Away Mash]. Tinlicker2019 Rabbit Hole (Extended Mix). CamelPhat, Jem Cooke2019 Solace (Lastlings Remix). Rüfüs Du Sol2011 Never Let Me Down Again (Eric Prydz Remix). Depeche Mode Highlights: “Never Let Me Down Again” from Depeche Mode. They started it and are still relevant. “Stole the Night” from Howling. Haunting, driving tune with pure production courtesy of Oliver Koletzki. Perfect example of the crossover between Indie and Progressive house. Howling (a semi local Australian band) doesn't make your run of the mill music. They make music that is full of emotion, richness, melody and a unique pop sound. Howling is composed of Innervisions core artist and one half of Âme, Frank Wiedemann, and RY X of The Acid. As for Oliver Koletzki, he seems to pop up frequently on my radar. Born in Braunschweig, he is a German dance/house music producer and DJ. He is currently based in Berlin, Germany. “Artic Voices” further down in the set also shows his immense talent. https://howlinghowling.com https://open.spotify.com/artist/3WTWOrIS77vY3hkCFqTyIw?si=qwlSEOUVSE6Qyg2XCu9j0A https://www.facebook.com/howlinghowling/ https://www.facebook.com/OliverKoletzki/ “Homebound” from Nora En Pure (love what she does). Might have butchered it with my KOT dub. Still, great keys from Nora. “Out of Time” from Sasha… Because it is a great techno/progressive track and because Sasha is with Paul Oakenfold and Tiestö one of the 3 real superstar DJs. Rüfüs du SOL “Another Life” and “Solace”. What a talented song writer coupled with an interesting voice! No wonder all the great remixers are working his tunes. Rüfüs Du Sol, styled as RÜFÜS DU SOL is an Australian alternative dance group from Sydney, that consists of Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George and James Hunt. With Eli & Fur, Nora En Pure and Rae, my favourite “new” songwriter. https://www.rufusdusol.com/?frontpage=true https://open.spotify.com/artist/5Pb27ujIyYb33zBqVysBkj?si=EOQlUDhoQNCmI4dvRhwv0Q https://www.facebook.com/rufusdusol/ “No One Home” from Ana Criado. Ana Criado is a frequent vocalist on a ton of trance tracks. What I did not know is that she is also a great songwriter. BIG TRACK! https://www.facebook.com/AnaCriadoMusic/ https://www.beatport.com/artist/ana-criado/140691 https://open.spotify.com/artist/74wwiRVGGmTpYiU2l1olVU?si=qrG-v1yUQh6sLi5qdrFpIg I should really credit the CamelPhat tunes and the the No Time for Hulk tech number. But running out of time. Lots of good tracks in this uploads. I have exhausted the backlog of Progressive and Trance. I feel like listening to lighter and happier tracks and reconnect with Soulful and Deep House. That’s where I will be for the next few uploads of 2019. A bientôt. Xtian

Scattered initiatives confuse teams, while systems save time and help agents know what steps to take next. What can you do to organize the arrival of new team members? What’s the best way to keep them accountable and help them trust you? Is there a way to navigate through the chaos created by too much work and too few resources? On this episode, Adam Stark shares how he used systems to put team management on autopilot. Takeaways + Tactics - Always look for new talent, but be aware of the changes in the dynamics of your team. - When you’re dealing with too many leads and can’t follow-up as you used to, outsource the work to specialized companies instead of burdening your agents with superficial follow-ups. - Managing a team can be a daunting task, but the more transparent you are and involved in your team’s training, the higher your level of self-accountability. At the beginning of the episode, Adam shared how he didn’t have the resources to create a skilled team himself and talked about his struggles with not having enough time to create his own systems from scratch. We also discussed the importance of always looking out for new talent, and why you shouldn’t burden your agents with too much follow-up. We also covered: - What to do when you can’t find the right people for your team - Prospecting system (e.g., Mojo) - Time blocking as a scheduling tool The biggest challenges for team leaders is to find the right people who fit your culture. Each team member can change the dynamic for better or for worse. The challenge appears when you’re getting more leads than you can handle, yet can’t hire new agents right away. To fix this, many team leaders outsource lead follow-ups to specialized agents outside the company.
