Watch this episode on YouTube- https://youtu.be/RxyWo8iDnDo  In this episode, you'll learn: How to embrace your masculine and feminine energies? What makes a man truly attractive to women? Why should you stay away from toxic masculinity and extreme feminists? How to strike a balance between chemistry and compatibility in a relationship? This is the conversation you wish you heard when you were 17. If you're a man, this episode will help you understand what it means to be a truly masculine man. The man who loves to lead, whose mission is above anything else, who's driven, builds things and doesn't settle for mediocrity that society encourages you to settle for. And mind you, I'm not referring to a toxic masculine man that seeks domination and control over others, who is aggressive and violent. You don't wanna be that.   And if you're a woman, you'll understand how you can thrive in your feminine energy. Build a healthy, balanced relationship, have a sense of freedom and do things because you love to not because you have to.   This episode is probably one of the most comprehensive and nuanced conversations around the masculine and feminine polarity and how to embrace it.   Ron Malhotra is the Founder of ‘The Successful Male Global' where his mission is to help other men become successful in their life. He also is the founder of 'The Successful Women' where he helps women embrace their feminine energy to win in life and business. He has been talking about divine masculine and feminine energy since 2013 and poses a lot of wisdom on the topic.   You might have seen or read about Ron on Entrepreneur Magzine, The Huffington Post, Inc Magzine, NBC or CNN among others. They are getting YouTubers to do the shows.                                                                                                                                                                                                               Podcasting has really grown during the pandemic because a lot of people got into it as a listener. A lot of them got into it as a creator. So I must say it's been a great year for podcasting here in India.                                                                                                                                          Storytelling is a really great genre. That's working really well. And as I said, devotional and spiritual content that's doing really well as well. And personal transformation is another thing that works really well in India.                                                                                                               But now the next growth that's going to come on the podcasting, that's going to be from the reasonable languages, local languages, where, you know, from the smallest cities, because these are, this is where people are gonna relate to the content much better when, you get to hear the content in your mother tongue, then that's when you relate to the content much better.                                                                I don't remember the exact number, but I think it was more than 10 languages that Tik-Tok was available in India and that the way it has grown and exploded in India, I think the largest number of people using Tik-Tok was in India.                                                                                     With the tools like Anchor coming in and making it easier for a lot of people to create podcasts and even Indian podcasting apps that are trying really hard to get more and more creators on board to come and share their stories, share their poems and literature.                              I think they must be one of the highest spenders when it comes to creating new shows that are commissioning a lot of shows almost every week.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Brands are paying attention because when everybody's talking about the podcast, then brands obviously want to be where, audience's attention is, right?                                                                                                                                                                                                              We are helping brands to share their message with the world, helping them share their vision, mission maybe where what's happening and building thought leadership is something that's going to really push a lot of brands.                                                                                                  And I think a lot of Bollywood celebrities and stuff like that, people with a massive fan following and that's what Spotify is trying to do, tapping into these people and trying them to create an exclusive show on their platform so that they can get these people on the, on Spotify to consume the podcast and then maybe, discover other shows as well.

He has released 74 episodes of his show Play to Potential but also he has released 644 odd short clips pulled out of these 74 episodes. And he has created playlists on his website for people to listen to a different perspective from different guests on the same topic. We dive deep into his process in this episode.  For brand partnerships, collaborations and sponsorship opportunities, send us an email at hi@wyn.studio Podcast Unfiltered is a WYN Studio production. Bijay Gautam is the Co-founder of WYN Studio, a company that creates podcasts for brands. He hosts one of the top podcasts in India, The Inspiring Talk. On this podcast, he chats with top entrepreneurs, best-selling authors, thought leaders, and celebrities about their journey. As India’s first Podcast Coach and Consultant, he has coached over 100 people and helped over five organizations launch their podcasts. He has conducted podcast workshops and training across the country, reaching over 2,000 participants. Bijay has been featured in various media and is a frequent speaker at conferences and events. Before all this began, Bijay was working as a Research Scientist in a leading Pharmaceutical Company. He was losing motivation and drive in his life, and that’s when he started The Inspiring Talk. Within 15 months of starting his podcast, he quit his job to follow his passion for podcasting and inspiring people through his podcast.   “Don’t take advice from someone who has not walked the path that you want to walk.” Bijay Gautam   Worst investment ever A natural orator Bijay was always that guy who loved talking and being in front of people. He’s the guy every club in high school wanted to emcee their event. Debate and public speaking clubs were his favorite. And so, naturally, Bijay knew that he needed to study communication and media and become a radio jockey, television presenter, or anything to do with putting his face out there and talking. Seeking the best career advice When Bijay completed high school and was preparing to join college, he spoke to a couple of people asking what they thought about media as a career. They advised him against it, claiming that media was going down and would have no secure career options. They told him that he’d not make a lot of money from it and he was better off picking a more popular course. The interesting thing is that these people had no background in media and had no idea what they were talking about. But, Bijay looked up to them, and so he took their advice and enrolled for a course in pharmacy. The ever-rising star Bijay invested four years studying pharmacy. Even though he was doing well topping his class, getting scholarships, and also being awarded as the best student of pharmacy, in the back of his mind, he hated the choice he made. But he kept at it. He finished at the top of his class, and in the final year, he got placed at the top pharmaceutical company in India. To the outside world, this was a huge success. Bijay had made it. His stellar performance continued even at his job. In the first year, he got recognized as the most promising candidate for his organization. Quitting the act and staying true to his dreams But even though he was a success, Bijay hated his job. After three years of working in a pharmaceutical company, he realized he was running a race and winning that race, but he wasn’t sure that was the race he wanted to be running. After investing lots of tuition money, four years of college and three years of working, Bijay realized that he had made his worst investment by going into pharmacy instead of following his heart and getting into media. And so he quit, started a podcast, and he hasn’t looked back since. Lessons learned Take career advice from the right people Your best career advice will come from someone who has walked the path that you want to walk. Follow your gut For the jobseeker choosing a career path, follow your gut without thinking about if you’re going to make a lot of money or if you’re going to make it big in this or not. You need to listen to your own heart and just go with it without listening to a lot of people. Andrew’s takeaways Break free from the sunk cost fallacy Just because you’ve sunk time, money, and energy into something doesn’t mean that you have to keep doing it. To manage your risk, stop sinking further immediately. The reality is what is gone and done is already gone and done no need to keep doing it. You can make your mark anywhere Find a place that you enjoy what you’re doing and build your little area in that spot. Don’t worry about the overall industry. A mantra can get you out of a negative mindset Find a positive mantra and repeat it every single day several times until it creates a little radar in you. You’ll find that it does change your thinking, and it helps you to get out of a harmful environment. Actionable advice Stop and ask yourself one question; Is this the investment that I wanted to make? Whether that’s time invested in your relationship or financial investment in something. Whatever it is, ask yourself if this investment is going to help you to achieve your dreams or goals. If the answer is no, no matter how difficult it is, move on from that situation. It’s the right thing to do for your happiness and peace of mind. No. 1 goal for the next 12 months Bijay’s goal for the next 12 months is laying the foundation for WYN Studio so he can build a great company. He hopes to use WYN Studio to create amazing shows that people would want to listen to and hear some of the beautiful stories to share. Next stop at the stunning Krang suri falls, yes 'that' iconic waterfalls you've seen in the pictures Experience the crystal clear waters of Dawki next, another one that is popular in the media. For this week's Aaj Ka Kabootar aka Today's Pigeon News, Sweety and Pappu  dive right into April with our celebration of Dalit History Month. If you are not sure what that is, or if you're unfamiliar with the caste system, let this segment be your primer. The recent news about about 2.8 million CBSE students in Grade 10 and Grade 12 having to retake their exams really gave Pappu a cold sweat because it reminded her of her dreaded Board Exams (and that horrible reoccurring dream of her trying to match her LHS and RHS for a math exam). Next up, Sweety & Pappu talk about the Cambridge Analytica and Facebook scandal (also don’t tell me you still have the Facebook app on your phone!). Trashing The Average Tag: The Inspiring Talk | TIT32

I was a very average student while I was in school. Everyone said that. My parents always answered saying, Ya Bijay is just an average student, he neither fails nor Tops the class when somebody asked them about my study.   My teachers also always said that, and I was categorized as an average student. That statement kept coming over and over again from them. When it kept coming repeatedly for some years, I, somehow at that point in time believed on what they said and accepted that label of an average student all my schooling. Bijay is an Average student. I believed them and I had those Mark Sheets to reinforce those statements. I even recall myself saying several times while in school, I am doing just fine when someone from distance relatives or new people asked me about my study. I also remember going to toppers and saying you are amazing. I can't even think of topping in my life.  I think I was happy with what I had. The label of an average guy. Because that's what I have been told all my life right. Nobody ever said Bijay you are topper you can top the class. Never. Nor my parents nor teachers because they believed I cannot ever do that and made me believe as well over years. And I completed my high school and now was time for college. I moved to Kathmandu for entrance exam preparation. And I was not able to make it to the college that I wanted to as my teachers and parents expected. I don't know why but that incident stir something inside me. Not being able to clear that entrance means I had to adjust to an average college and be happy with average marks and lead an average life. Now, I got admitted to a college in Delhi NCR. And I remember very clearly saying to myself after coming to Delhi. Even if I was not able to make it to the best college, I am going to be the best wherever I am. I desperately wanted to trash the average tag I was given all my life. I no longer wanted to live with that Average Student label I was given by people around me. I somehow made myself believe that I can do that. I remember working so hard in my college. There were many challenges in front of me. I came from Nepal, so language was a barrier, I couldn't speak hindi, It was a huge cultural change, I had to adjust myself. I knew nobody and noone was there for moral support. But still I knew and believed I am not meant to be an average student. And Guess what? First Year- I topped the college, Second Year- I again topped the college and also awarded with the best student Award, Third Year- I was awarded with full fee waiver scholarship and Last Year- I graduated as a topper and got a placement at top company.  And on first three month of the on job-training at this top company, I was awarded with most outstanding candidate award from global leader.   Want to start your own podcast?  Let me help you right from coming out with idea to launching your first episode ever. Get in touch.   Remember, the average guy is now the most outstanding candidate. Because I believed that I could be one. Because I decided to trash the Average tag. That one thought of not accepting the tag given by people around me made that difference in my life. Imagine I would have been an average student all my life if I have not chosen to seek that potential within myself. Each one of us has got it within ourselves.   Guys, Louise Hay said If you accept a limiting belief, then it will become a truth for you. It's up to you whether you wanna live with label of an Average person given by people around you or trash that label and turn your identity as a outstanding candidate. It's just the matter of belief. If you believe you can than there's no force ever created that can stop you. because you have the power to become unstoppable and trash the average tag.
