Today I'm honored to have back on again for the second time: Introducing - survivor and targeted individual, intuitive counselor, world renowned writer and author, inspiration, creator of ‘Dear Human' - the viral meme that's been shared over a billion times, and one of the brightest lights you'll ever meet: Courtney Walsh! If you missed Courtney's testimony episode, here's a little recap for you: Unlike many guests on this story, Courtney's abuse didn't start in childhood. In fact, she grew up in what she would call a relatively ‘normal' family that wasn't without its dysfunctions and dynamics that affected her later in life. Growing up a creative and gifted child with a personality and imagination bigger than every environment she was put in, Courtney's journey took her on many ups and downs as she sought fulfillment in following her hopes and dreams. From a life-altering event that almost took her life, bouts of deep depression, and pressing on despite all odds against her - Courtney's life flipped upside down after a meme she created went viral and suddenly she found herself in the midst of abuse, gaslighting, and blackmail by some of Hollywood's elite. The first time Courtney was on, we dove head first into her testimony and if you missed that episode, I highly recommend going back and listening to it as it was a tremendous story of overcoming overwhelming odds including overcoming suicide, to writing a viral meme, to being the victim of horrendous initiation and grooming tactics that would turn into dark and sinister targeting…This time around, Courtney is going to expand on the abuses perpetrated on her along with receipts, spiritual and psychological warfare, Loverboy programming, fireside chats with Angelina Jolie's brother, a wild psyop the elite run on some victims like Courtney who are served on a plate the words, “You could be President”, and much more. Courtney's story brings an important emphasis on a type of targeting that is seldom talked about - the kind that involves malicious recruitment tactics with promises of fame and recognition that glimmer and sparkle with entice and intrigue only to leave the person - and in this case Courtney - at the center of a manipulative cycle of confusion, coercion, and malice. The ‘powers that be' that tried to take Courtney down underestimated that the love she wrote about in ‘Dear Human' would be the same love within her that would prove to be powerful enough to cast out all the fear and darkness they tried to drown her in. Joining us this week is someone who I was blessed to meet through her support of this podcast and who some of you may recognize if you join us for our Sunday night YouTube premieres! Introducing - survivor and targeted individual, intuitive counselor, world renowned author, inspiration, creator of ‘Dear Human' - the viral meme that's been shared over a billion times, and one of the biggest cheerleaders and supporters of this podcast who I'm grateful to call a dear friend: Courtney Walsh! Unlike many guests on this story, Courtney's abuse didn't start in childhood. From a life-altering event that almost took her life, bouts of deep depression, and pressing on despite all odds against her - Courtney's life flipped upside down after a meme she created went viral and suddenly she found herself in the midst of elite Hollywood radars and into a dark abyss of abuse, targeting, gaslighting, and blackmail… Courtney's story is an important element to contribute to the ‘targeted individual' topics because as you'll see, abuse can be dressed up two ways. It can appear from the very beginning as dark and sinister, and it can also appear dressed up as fame, fortune, popularity, and influence as you'll see this week in Courtney's testimony. You will hear a LOT of familiar names that will make your jaw drop and Courtney's gift for story-telling is sure to keep you both laughing AND on the edge of your seat the whole time. I also ask that you visit the show notes and support her work by purchasing the book she created after her viral meme, “Dear Human: A Manifesto of Love, Invitation, and Invocation to Humanity', as well as her book, “Lipstick and Thongs in the Loony Bin' which talks about her mental health journey. Shedding density? Going crystalline? Feeling spacey? Dear Human, here are some tools to ease your transition to the 5th dimension. Does it sometimes feel like you've been shot out of a cannon, or that things are happening so fast it's blowing your hair back? That's Ascension, baby. And it's happening whether you want it to or not. We are moving from one octave to another, vibrationally speaking. If you live on planet Earth -- and if you're reading this, you probably do -- it's mandatory. We can go willingly, embracing the changes, and see this as an exciting time we were born for and that our souls have chosen to experience... ...or you can succumb to fear, negativity and despair as the old world crumbles. We must choose the reality we want to live in. It's up to us. These tools can help you make the transition from density to Light body. The alchemical keys that I've been sharing with you during this series belong in your Ascension Toolbox. Whenever you feel stuck, heavy, emotional or even in a full-on freak-out, these little phrases can point you back to Truth. I know, because I've tested them all. On myself. In this episode, we'll... review all the alchemical keys of this series and which might be best suited to your situation learn more about Ascension, why some things look like they're falling apart, and how to make it easier on yourself discover why you only need one tool to undo the entire structure of the ego -- and why we still avoid committing to it see how to recognize and avoid one of the main pitfalls of the spiritual seeker And much more, including solar flares, the astral sideshow, and how great we all are at collapsing the wave function. I also share with you the tool I'm using most right now, and how it's changing my life. EPISODE 1365: In this KEEN ON show, Andrew talks to the artist Tiffany Shlain about her new "Human Nature" exhibit which views the history of women within the expansiveness of nature and time through the lens of feminism, neuroscience, ecology and philosophy. Honored by Newsweek as one of the "Women Shaping the 21st Century,” Tiffany Shlain is an artist, Emmy-nominated filmmaker, founder of the Webby Awards, and author of the national bestselling book 24/6: Giving up Screens One Day a Week to Get More Time, Creativity, and Connection, which won the Marshall McLuhan Outstanding Book Award. Shortly before the pandemic, the Museum of Modern Art in New York City premiered her one-woman show, Dear Human, about the relationship between humanity and technology. When the world shut down during COVID, Shlain spent the time walking in the redwoods and began working in large-scale sculpture, photography, and mixed media, exploring themes of scale, perspective, and time. She was selected as artist in residence by SHACK15 at the San Francisco Ferry Building, and began creating an exhibition, which debuted on the top floor of the Ferry Building, called Human Nature. The exhibition was presented by The National Women's History Museum based in Washington D.C. and Women Connect4Good. Working across film, art, and performance, Shlain's work explores the intersection of feminism, ecology, neuroscience, and philosophy. She has had multiple films premiere at Sundance, was selected by the Albert Einstein Foundation as one of the people carrying on his legacy, and received the Neil Postman Award for Career Achievement in Public Intellectual Activity. The US State Department has used Shlain's films to represent the U.S. at embassies around the world. She has held artist residencies at the Headland Center for the Arts, the American Museum of Jewish History, and the Da Vinci Museum, which created an exhibit of all of her work on gender and society. In addition to bringing the Human Nature exhibition to new locations in 2023, she is working on a new exhibition that will open in Los Angeles in 2024. Named as one of the "100 most connected men" by GQ magazine, Andrew Keen is amongst the world's best known broadcasters and commentators. The Mind Journal is an online multi authored collaborative weblog discussing psychological relationships, mental health, parenting, abuse, self development and astrology. Boundaries, according to Positive Psychology, is a limit or space between you and the other person - a clear place where you begin and the other person ends. The purpose of setting a healthy boundary is of course to protect and take good care of you. 3. Both Sary and Anne Marie reference the book Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend several times throughout the episode.  Full title with subtitle and both authors full names including their titles are: Boundaries, When to Say Yes How to Say No To Take Control of Your Life by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend.4. Consumption and the Literary Cookbook, edited by Roxanne Harde and Janet Wesselius (published 2021 by Routledge) examines the ways in which recipe authors and readers engage with one another through reading, cooking and eating the foods contained within the pages of Literary Cookbooks. The editors define literary cookbooks as novels and memoirs that include recipes, cookbooks that include narrative, and children's books that include recipes. Divided into three parts– “Textual Consumption,” “Consumption and Community,” and “Cultural Consumption”– the collection explores a diverse cross section of cooking literature and food culture from nineteenth century manuscript cookbooks to cookbooks built on the narratives of childhood classics Alice in Wonderland and Anne of Green Gables. Through this assortment of historical documents and cultural touchstones, Harde and Wesselius and their contributors work to convince scholars of literature and food studies that literary cookbooks offer unique insight into the era, society, and region they represent. The collection creates a foundation for an in-depth study of consumption as it pertains to the intellectual consumption of information, emotional connection and release through empathetic consumption, and of course, the physical consumption of the edible results of the recipes contained within each book. Ardent cooks and cookbook consumers, Harde and Wesselius hope that this collection will liberate literary cookbooks from kitchen shelves and incorporate them into both literature and food studies as important tools for understanding culture and society. Roxanne Harde is Professor of English at the University of Alberta's Augustana campus where she also serves as Chair of Department of Fine Arts and humanities. Jonathan Rowson is co-founder and Director of Perspectiva. He was previously Director of the Social Brain Centre at the RSA. Jonathan is an applied philosopher with degrees from Oxford, Harvard and Bristol Universities. In a former life he was a chess Grandmaster and British Champion (2004–6) and views the game as a continuing source of insight and inspiration. Towards the end of 2017, Jonathan was awarded an Open Society Foundation (OSF) Fellowship to inquire into the putative crisis in human rights. The essay which resulted – formulated as a letter to the Human Rights Movement – provides a deep and broad reflection into the crisis of human rights as symptomatic of a deeper and broader “meta-crisis:” a crisis in our perception and understanding of the world's challenges. It was brilliant to welcome Jonathan to our first Podclass with students from our MA in Human Rights programme. The conversation gives a flavour of a provocative and insightful essay which provides valuable coordinates for exploring the status of human rights in these perilous times and their enduring relevance to a world defined by global systemic challenges. Jonathan can be found on twitter at: @Jonathan_Rowson The essay ‘Dear Human Rights Movement' is available here. Other recent writings include: Tasting the Pickle: Ten flavours of meta-crisis and the appetite for a new civilisation, February 2021. The Moves That Matter: A Chess Grandmaster on the Game of Life (2019). Bloomsbury Publishing. Bildung in the 21st Century – Why sustainable prosperity depends upon reimagining education, June 2019.

Kaitland Byrd’s new book Real Southern Barbecue: Constructing Authenticity in Southern Food Culture (Lexington Press, 2019) examines an archive of oral histories collected by the Southern Foodways Alliance featuring the voices of barbecue pit masters and restaurant owners from the South. Byrd argues that barbecue as a cultural product has a unique relationship to the idea of authenticity. There are some clearly defined elements that seem to make it easy for diners to decide if their barbecue is authentic from the particular cuts of meat and sauces to the sights and smells of the restaurant. However, like all cuisines, barbecue has to respond to the world around it in ways that might challenge traditional definitions of authenticity. Byrd considers “authenticity” to be an unspoken agreement between producers and consumers, something that can be “constructed” and “fabricated” and “consumed.” Byrd applies the idea of “impression management” from sociology to describe how barbecue producers communicate authenticity to consumers even as they have to innovate and deviate from some of their traditional methods in response to changing circumstances.  As Byrd explains, some barbecue purveyors have adapted to changes in consumer tastes and interests in health by offering leaner cuts of meat and emphasizing their traditional vegetable side dishes. They have also adapted to changes in agriculture and meat industries and responses to concerns about the environment, promoting barbecue as an original farm to table, tail to snout cuisine, embracing this vegetable-centric, lean-meat, farm-to-table movement as part of their impression management. One of the most significant challenges to authenticity that restauranteurs must manage are fire and building codes related to smoke, sometimes banning open pit smokers or requiring smokers to be separate buildings. As barbecue restaurants adopt electric smokers or impart flavor from liquid smoke, they must continue to communicate authenticity to consumers through other means. Byrd’s investigation highlights the creative and innovative methods of Southern pit masters and entrepreneurs. Our Money Tales guest, Tiffany Shlain, knows a thing or two about success. She also believes a healthy dose of failure at a young age helped her in her future pursuits and successes. Tiffany graduated college with enough exuberant confidence to start a feature film … 40 locations, 100s of actors … and she totally failed. Tiffany ran out of money and the way she got out of debt was to work in technology, which was another passion of hers growing up. So, she went into debt and had too much pride to ask for help. She went through a really difficult time and fell into periods of depression. This experience grounded her in such humility that she can still taste today. This is just one of many stories Tiffany shares with us in her journey and how money has played a role. Tiffany Shlain is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker, founder of the Webby Awards and author of the national best-selling book, 24/6: Giving up Screens One Day a Week to Get More Time, Creativity, and Connection, which recently won the Marshall McLuhan Outstanding Book Award. She lectures and performs worldwide on the relationship between technology and humanity. Tiffany has received over 80 awards and distinctions for her films and work, including selection for the Albert Einstein Foundation's initiative Genius: 100 Visions for the Future, being on NPR's list of Best Commencement Speeches, and being named by Newsweek as “one of the women shaping the 21st century. Speaking of Partnership: Personal Stories of the Power and Payoffs of Partnership

Courtney Walsh has been called a social media rockstar.   She is an author of metaphysical humor, an internationally renowned speaker and the writer of the “Dear Human” viral media meme that has now been shared with over 20 million people including on Deepak Chopra’s and Elizabeth Gilbert’s pages as well as retweeted by Khloe Kardashian and radio personality Delilah. Guiding Principle, Quote or Mantra It is a partnership of energies. And it’s a partnership of frequencies. A partnership of our patterns of pain and our desires. And how those things all dance and show up together. When You Tripped Up When Courtney was younger she would bottle her emotions up in her relationships and then just walk away. She was not asking for what she wanted or needed because she didn’t think she could have it. The trip up was not being true to herself. She is excited to have now recognized this pattern so she can shift out of it. The “DUH” moment that changed your partnerships forever Courtney’s “DUH” was recognizing the healing power of speaking her mind even thought it can be incredibly awkward sometimes. When she partners with herself and has her own back and is clear about her needs everything works better. Proudest moment in partnership Courtney’s shares with us about her relationship with her Mom.  She now has the Mom she always wanted as a child and as a teen and as a young woman, but it took 40 years to get there. The proudest moment was a reunion luncheon the two of them had where they realized they were no longer at odds with each other. Now they are each other’s cheerleaders and supporters. Current Partnership that Has You Excited Courtney’s partnership between her and her writing is very exciting. It never lets her down. What is the best partnership / relationship advice you have ever received? It’s OK to walk away from a scenario that isn’t feeling good more than it’s feeling bad.  Spirit has to be front and center in the relationship.
