UTMB 2025 ULTIMA HORA:  Como afinar los 10 días previos, por Dani de Allande y MayayoEsta larga charla con Mayayo, Daniel Pérez Fernández (@danideallande en redes) repasa con serenidad y chispa su idilio con el UTMB. No es una historia cualquiera: en 2023 cruzó la meta de Chamonix como primer español en meta, un resultado que le coloca en la élite de las cien millas alpinas y que lo confirma como uno de los referentes discretos, pero sólidos, del ultratrailnacional. Daniel lleva años viviendo en China, que entre jet lags y wok de verduras, ha sabido equilibrar la pasión asturiana con la disciplina oriental, y ese cóctel lo ha hecho fuerte tanto de piernas como de cabeza. Los diez días previos a UTMB: la liturgia del ultrero. En la conversación, desgrana con calma cómo gestiona los últimos diez días antes dela gran cita del 29 de agosto, a las 17:45 en la plaza de Chamonix: Viaje: llega con antelación suficiente. De China a Asturias para unos días en familia. De allí a Ginebra y Chamonix.  para aclimatar,controlar el desfase horario y, sobre todo, dejar que los nervios no le ganen terreno. “Para mí es además un gran evento social, que disfruto más de lo que debiera incluso toda la semana antes” Material: Minucioso hasta la obsesión, revisa frontal, mochilas y cortavientos como si fueran piezas de ajedrez. “Lo importante no es que brille el frontal, sino que no me deje tirado en mitad de carrera”, explica con la voz del que ya conoce lo que es verse en un apuro. Seguro y rescate: Con humor negro recuerda aquella vez en que un helicóptero lo sacó del UTMBpara llevarlo al Hospital de Aosta tras un vuelo de apenas 5 minutos..cuya factura upuso luego el abono de 2.000 euros (por el seguro, a Dios gracias). Experiencia que le enseñó que un dorsal nunca es blindaje, y que la montaña exige respeto absoluto. Ahora no se la juega: lleva seguro completo y amplia gama de precauciones en carrera.  Zapatillas: Corre con Kailas, por lo que alternará dos pares. Salida  y primeros kilómetros con la placa de carbono de Kailas Fuga Pro; resto de carrera con el tanque protector Kailas Fuga Ex330. Comida y bebida:tras tantos años en China, apuesta por lo que conoce: geles probados, algo de fruta y, cuando el cuerpo pide fiesta, un caldo caliente que lo devuelve a la vida. La novedad 2025 será un mayor peso de la comida japonesa. Últimos entrenamientos: rodajes muy suaves por senderos del valle, activaciones cortas y, sobre todo, descanso. La clave, insiste, no es correr más, sino llegar entero y con hambre de dorsal. Un asturiano más en el pelotón, con el guiño de siempre. El 29 de agosto,a las 17:45, Daniel se alineará en la salida de Chamonix como uno entre más de dos mil corredores. Con la diferencia de que no es un debutante: ya sabe lo que significa pelear de noche, sufrir de día y llegar a meta con el alma en carne viva. Siva, recognizing her, informs her that he would come to the pANDya dESam to seek her hand in marriage, and get married to her in madurai. Since malayadhvajan was no more, mInAkshi was 'given away' by vishNu, her brother. A beautiful fresco of the divine wedding with vishNu giving the bride away (“dArai vArttu koDukkiradu”) adorns the temple in madurai [2] malayadhvaja pANDyan was called so because he had a mountain (“malai”) on his flag/standard (“dhvaja”) [3] kIravANI - is also the rAga mudra. The speech of the parrot is considered to be pure and true - same as tattai mozhiyAL. Ramiro Antonio Calle Capilla es un maestro y escritor de yoga nacido en Madrid, pionero en introducir en España esta disciplina. Ha escrito más de un centenar de libros de diversas temáticas, en su mayoría filosóficas o espirituales, aunque también recopilaciones de cuentos y guías de viajes. Desde 1971 dirige el mayor centro de yoga en España, el Centro de Yoga Shadak, por el que han pasado más de trescientas mil personas. También ha impartido clases en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, y ha dado conferencias en otros lugares. Ha viajado en numerosas ocasiones a la India para aprender con maestros de espiritualidad. Sus viajes a la India ya contabilizan más de cien, y para conmemorar el centenar de ocasiones que ha estado en ese país ha publicado el libro titulado “100 viajes al corazón de la India”, y relata sus vivencias desde los Himalayas al cabo Comorín, desde Mumbai a la Bahía de Bengala, estableciendo contacto con sus gentes, costumbres y modos de vida. Ha alcanzado los más remotos poblados tribales y se ha adentrado en la India sagrada, encontrándose con buen número de sadhus, eremitas y mentores espirituales. Uno de sus libros más recientes se titula «En el límite», editado por Kailas, donde nos muestra una conmovedora experiencia sobre su acercamiento a la muerte por una enfermedad que contrae en Sri Lanka. Una bacteria (Listeria) adquirida en su último viaje a Sri Lanka le provocó una infección en el cerebro que desconcertó a los médicos; es así como Ramiro Calle se enfrentó a una enfermedad llamada Listeriosis que lo dejó en estado de coma por varios días y hacía suponer que se “esperaba una muerte cierta e inevitable”. Pero Ramiro Calle se recuperó en lo que algunos (incluido su neurólogo) consideran un verdadero “milagro”. Ramiro Calle se considera un buscador o “cazador de hombres santos”, yoguis, anacoretas y maestros espirituales, siendo esta una de las principales razones por las que ha viajado tanto a la India. También ha hecho numerosas apariciones en prensa escrita, así como en televisión.
