An absurd brainstorming session on how to create T-shirts that you can wear for a week or more (because you're too lazy to pick out and/or change your clothes), including making T-shirts out of human skin so you can wear them and wash them while you shower. Also: multi-layered T-shirts where you can remove (or dissolve) the innermost layer which collects sweat before it starts to smell bad; tattooing someone else's skin and then grafting it onto your body (as an additional layer of skin) so you can remove it later and so you don't have to experience the pain of getting a tattoo; a failed prediction on what Nicole's podcast idea would be Jay Eoff (facebook.com/jay.eoff.3) Nicole Melnyk (linktr.ee/nicooldude420 instagram.com/mcfancyvonpants tiktok.com/@nicolemelnyk) Tom Walma (https://creativitywasted.com x.com/thomaswalma twitch.tv/gameymcfitness) This podcast is part of Planet Ant Podcasts (https://planetant.com) This podcast is powered by Pinecast.

Nick Melnyk took a chance in college and attended his first cycling class at the school's rec center. Monica the instructor, and bikes that go nowhere awakened his love of movement and nothing was ever the same after that.He began teaching various fitness formats and during his last college year heard about a new boutique studio opening and he applied to be front desk and instructor. It just so happened to be the very first CycleBar. Nick immediately fell in love with the community and after graduating in 2015 he joined the original CycleBar Franchising corporate team, taking the brand from 3 locations to the international brand it is today. As a FitPro Nick made his mark in the Cincinnati fitness scene as what was known as a CycleStar in those days, at Shred415 and other local studios. His experience both as a FitPro and working in Operations as he helped others open studios across the country gave him unique insight into the do's and don'ts of studio ownership. He knew early on that being an instructor would never be enough and studio ownership was his destiny. Dan Rosen and Shawn Roarke were joined by Amalie Benjamin (15:25), NHL.com's Boston-based staff writer, who discussed her recent visit to Vancouver to report on and write about the new-look Canucks' executive staff complete with Emilie Castonguay and Cammi Granato, the first two women assistant general managers in NHL history. Benjamin discussed her interviews with Castonguay and Granato along with conversations she had with Canucks general manager Patrik Allvin, the first Swedish GM in NHL history, and Jim Rutherford, Vancouver's president of hockey operations. Benjamin also discussed the Bruins (32:00), the team she covers most for NHL.com. She touched on the immediate questions about goalie Jeremy Swayman and how he will handle the pressure of the upcoming Stanley Cup Playoffs, and hit on the future of center Patrice Bergeron, who is 36 years old and can become an unrestricted free agent after this season. Rosen and Roarke also had a breakdown of the race in the Western Conference (9:00), specifically the Pacific Division, and gave reasons why it's hard for them to believe in any team besides the Calgary Flames. They talked about goalie Marc-Andre Fleury's impact on the Minnesota Wild since his arrival in a trade from the Chicago Blackhawks (5:00). The Wild have won seven in a row, including five straight since Fleury got to Minnesota. The co-hosts also gave some thoughts on the news that came out of the NHL General Managers' meetings (56:00) this week and the passing of Ottawa Senators owner Eugene Melnyk, who died Monday night. He was 62 years old (58:00).
