Before calling Belleville home, he worked briefly as a realtor in Aurora and Newmarket, but in 2015, a move driven by family and lifestyle brought him to there.His passion for giving back is reflected in multiple areas of his life. As a monthly donor to the YMCA Community Building Campaign, he is actively supporting the development of the new state-of-the-art YMCA Centre for Life, a facility designed to meet the growing needs of Belleville's community.And his contributions don't stop there. He is also recognized as a top 1% donor to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, a reflection of his personal financial commitment, with every transaction supporting the work of the foundation to end domestic violence. Beyond his own donations, he volunteers his time, resources, and energy to organize community events and charity motorcycle rides, raising significant funds for both the RLP Shelter Foundation and Belleville's Three Oaks Foundation, a local women's shelter.His dedication to giving back extends to his 37 blood donations, showing his ongoing commitment to making a real difference. She is the current Chair of the Ontario REALTORS® Care Foundation. A 3rd generation REALTOR® born and raised in Port Dover. Her and her husband are the owners of Erie's Edge Real Estate located in Norfolk County. She served as President of her local real estate board (the Simcoe and District Real Estate Board) from December of 2011 to 2013. She was the inaugural Chair of OREA's Young Professionals Network in 2011 and 2012. And she also served as the first International Representative to the National Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network in 2012, 2013, and 2014.Along side today – With more than twenty years experience leading fundraising and stewardship programs, she is instrumental in the implementation of the Foundation's new strategic plan. He began his Real Estate Career in 1994 as a Sales Representative with a small independently owned and operated Family Brokerage. In 1998, he then joined the Royal LePage Real Estate Services office in Brampton.He built his Real Estate sales business on the foundation of Volunteerism. And for all of his efforts as a Volunteer, he was awarded in 2005 the City of Brampton's Long Term Service Award and in 2006 the Toronto Real Estate Board presented him with the Community Service Recognition Award.In 2006, he graduated from the University of Guelph's inaugural Master of Arts (M.A.) in Leadership program and leaned heavily upon his professional background and his certification in assessing Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i) to research and write his thesis titled “PERFORMANCE PREDICTORS FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS.”He changed direction from Real Estate Sales and began his Management and Leadership career in January 2007.From there, he immediately began a recruitment and training campaign to grow both the population and production of the Realtor's at the Branch.
