As we've learned from past episodes, self-care ties into almost everything we talk about on the podcast including decluttering, stress management, mental health, and mindset practices. This week, episode 146 of the Positively Living Podcast, I'm featuring 10 episodes where we've tackled the topic of self-care from different angles. The episodes I cover today include:Ep #5: The WHOLE Self Lifestyle with Sarah Argenal where we discuss how surface-level tactics will not truly heal us so we need to define self-care through self-awareness.Ep #10: Building Resilience Through Self-care with Gillian Behnke where we cover prioritizing self-care to show up as our best selves and recover faster. Ep #16: Self-care as a Business Strategy with Stacie Walker where we encourage you to ask for help and find a community to support you. Ep #90: 4 Ways Systems Can Support Self-care with Lavista Jones where we discuss resources to streamline your systems and open up time and space for self-care. Ep #91: Self-discipline Is Self-Care with Amanda Chils where we talk about the “dirty” self-care, discipline, and boundaries. Ep #93: 5 Steps to a Consistent Self-care Plan where I share a plan of action for implementing self-care in your life. Ep #104: Easy and Effective Self-Care Practices with Daniela Wolfe where we cover an easy and effective way to include “little things” throughout our day that add up to the self-care that we need. Ep #105: Setting Boundaries for Sustainable Self-care with Justine Sones where we discuss designing self-care in the right way for us. Ep #118: 7 Ways We Sabotage Our Happiness and Productivity where I cover concepts I learned over my years of coaching that lead to understanding that self-care is mandatory. Ep #144: Using the Five Love Languages to Practice Self-care with Miriam Wexler where we apply the five love languages to our self-care, not just our romantic relationships. I include self-care as a topic on the podcast as inspiration for you to carve out the time to do the things that make a difference in your life, your energy, and in your spirit. Check out the Positively Living Resources Vault & use the promo code PODCAST for a special listener discount. CONNECT WITH LISA ZAWROTNY:FacebookInstagramResourcesWork with Lisa! LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE:(Find links to books/gear on the Positively Productive Favorites Page.)Self-Care Episodes Playlist The Argenal InstituteMom Camp LifeUnleash Your AmbitionLavista Jones WebsiteLive My Happy HealthBest D LifeJustine Sones WebsiteDance Song Playlist V1, V2, V3Music by Ian and Jeff Zawrotny

Today we’re chatting with Amy McKeown, who is an award-winning health, mental health and wellbeing consultant. She coaches organizations of all sizes to build strategies with are both innovative and measurable, whilst providing unique expertise in implementing said strategies. Amy is also a respected thought-leader within her field, sharing her advice regularly on LinkedIn and at speaker events such as Mad World. Amy is also passionate about women's health and is actively campaigning to change the Equality Act 2010 to provide protection for families experiencing miscarriage or pregnancy loss. As I release this episode, we’re heading into what experts are calling the darkest time of the coronavirus pandemic. Here in the United States and around the world, people of all ages are getting diagnosed, hospitalized, and are dying at unprecedented rates. Families have lost their routines, their childcare, their livelihoods, they’ve lost family members, and their very sense of sanity. Businesses around the world have wondered how they can support their employees, whether those employees work at home or are essential workers who need to be on site. Working parents and others struggle every day to figure out how to help their kids with school and get their work done while managing the other necessary aspects of life. And that’s just if they’ve been the lucky ones who haven’t gotten sick throughout this pandemic so far. It’s a really difficult time for everyone for so, so many reasons, and we need mental health support both at home and at work more than ever. There are leadership experts and other “well-being experts” out there who have offered their services to individuals and organizations for many years. Amy and I have both noticed a trend in people who are not trained in mental health offering services that they simply don’t have any training or qualifications to provide. And it scares us both. I reached out to Amy a few months ago to get her thoughts on why this is happening, and how consumers, again both individuals AND companies, can filter out qualified mental health providers from those who may cause more harm than good. So, 2020 has been a crazy year, right? Where do I even begin? A whole lot has shifted in my life and in my business over the last year, which is something I imagine a lot of you have been experiencing as well. So, I just wanted to take this end-of-year opportunity to check in with you and share a little about what’s been going on in my life and business, and how my family and I have been navigating life in quarantine. And I also have a pretty big announcement about the show and our future here at the Working Parent Resource Podcast at the end of this episode too. In the introduction of my book, I write about how all of the changes we’re experiencing with this coronavirus is presenting us with an opportunity to slow down and take stock of where we are in every area of our lives. I know we’re all feeling it right now. I know times are incredibly tough, and for some families this time is shattering literally everything you thought you could rely on in life. It has broken you down to your core. But the longer this virus controls our lives, the more I believe this is the whole point. The world has shifted. I think every system, every structure, every norm we’ve taken for granted for thousands of years, all of the patterns of the past, it’s all being destroyed so we can re-build something better, something that’s more appropriate for the times we’re actually living in now. It’s time for us to start fresh, to integrate so many lessons we’ve learned as a species. We can do better, and this is our chance to create a new life for ourselves, and as a society. As hard as it is to believe, I really don’t think we’ll be going back to the way things were prior to 2020. And I for one believe this is a gift. There are so many things about our prior lives that simply didn’t work for a lot of people, in all aspects of life. Please take this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get rid of ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING, that is no longer serving you. Focus on what brings you joy and deep meaning and fulfillment. Take care of your health and your relationships. Do what you need to do for you, and don’t feel guilty about it. I know this is much easier said than done, and I also know that many of us, including me, are in a much more privileged position situation than others are. Do what you need to do to survive first, but as soon as you manage to come up for air, take a deep breath and start exploring how you can create a life you no longer need to just survive. Start creating a life you truly love. Dr. Seuss told us, “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.” But what do you do when you’re in charge of many brains in many heads? What happens when you’re in charge of steering many feet (some of which have tiny shoes) traveling in many different directions? Is there any room left to choose?  In this week’s episode, Sarah Argenal, author of The Whole SELF Lifestyle for Working Parents: A Practical 4-Step Framework to Defeat Burnout and Escape Survival Mode for Good, discusses her framework to escape survival mode, find balance, and defeat burnout. She explains that we often find ourselves working from problem-solving mode, moving from problem to problem and finding the quickest solution for each. As we get caught up in solving problem after problem, we experience burnout and find ourselves trapped in survival mode. Unless we get more strategic in how we approach our many life roles, life can become small and lose its vitality. Sarah provides a strategic framework for working from the inside-out so that we can allow our many purposes to better serve us, and to bring back a vitality that guide us in each of our many life roles.  Listen and Learn: How survival mode might be affecting you right nowFour steps you can take toward creating a more vital lifeTips and tricks for escaping survival modeStrategies for including more self-care into your routinesMethods for discovering what areas of your life are most important to you (and which are less important)What gets in the way of working from the inside-out, and how you can approach this work (even if you are too busy and tired!)How to make your purposes better serve you (instead of you serving them!)How to defeat burnout, find balance, and escape survival mode About Sarah Argenal: Sarah Argenal attained her masters in counseling psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy and adult development from the University of San Francisco. In this episode we’re chatting with Anne Moss Rogers, who is TEDx storyteller, the 2019 YWCA Pat Asch Fellow for social justice, author of the award-winning book, Diary of a Broken Mind, and an Emotionally Naked® motivational speaker who helps people foster a culture of connection to prevent suicide, reduce substance misuse, and find life after loss. Despite her family’s best efforts, Anne Moss’s 20-year-old son Charles died by suicide on June 5, 2015, after many years of struggle with anxiety, depression, and ultimately addiction. Anne Moss started a blog, EmotionallyNaked.com, and chronicled her family’s tragedy in a newspaper article that went viral. After receiving a message from a young lady who wrote that one of her blog posts saved her life, Anne Moss sold her digital marketing business and followed her purpose of preventing suicide and reducing the stigma of addiction and mental illness. She has been featured in the New York Times and was the first suicide loss survivor ever invited to speak at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). Anne Moss is also a trainer for the 4-hour evidence-based training called safeTALK. Anne Moss and I recorded this conversation before COVID changed all of our lives, but it’s amazing how everything we talked about is not only still relevant, I think it’s even MORE relevant now. The rates of depression, anxiety, and risk of suicide are growing at alarming rates, and COVID has only intensified these issues for teens in particular. I invited Anne Moss to come back on the show recently so we could talk about how COVID is impacting teens now, and how people can best support their teens in this trying and unpredictable time. We share a lot of resources throughout our conversation, but I’ve included even more in today’s show notes in case you are worried about your teen and need some extra support. Before COVID-19 really hit, I was constantly hearing from my clients how overwhelmed they were. Especially for my clients who are working parents, they often felt like they were juggling so much, they were constantly hustling, and they were wondering if there was a better way to do things. All this to say, burnout is NOT new. But, many entrepreneurs are seeing that their world being flipped upside down is actually giving them a great opportunity to create a life and business that will lead to sustainable success without the crazy grind.

Today we’re chatting with Rachel Bailey, a Parenting Specialist who has been serving families for over a decade. Besides being a mother of two, she also has master's degree in Clinical Psychology, a certification in Positive Discipline, and has provided services as an ADHD Coach, in-home mentor, and psychotherapist. Currently Rachel teaches parents hands-on tools for raising responsible, resilient, confident children while reducing the stress and guilt in parents' lives. Rachel’s approach to parenting is one I really think has gotten lost in our society in recent years, but I also think so many busy working parents are really craving this approach. Her focus on “long-game parenting” is something that I think would be so helpful for working parents to integrate into their parenting style. Being a working parent can be so much fun, it really doesn’t have to be a stressful, awful grind. And the tips Rachel shares in today’s episode I think can really help us get re-aligned with what’s important as parents. I was excited to hear Halelly’s perspective on how we can start to integrate some of these skills we’re working on at home, like personal development and emotional intelligence, in the workplace. I’ve mentioned this on a few different episodes at this point, but I really think overcoming burnout and starting to enjoy our lives as working parents is something we need to attack from two different angles: first, within ourselves as individuals. But I also think we really need to start making big changes in companies also, in order to see any sort of widespread shift in our society. That’s the sort of work Halelly is doing, so I wanted to dive deeper with her here to learn more about how we can integrate more emotional intelligence not only at home, but at work too. Today we’re chatting with Christine McAlister, who is a business coach, the founder of Life With Passion, and the bestselling author of The Income Replacement Formula: Seven Simple Steps To Doing What You Love And Making Six Figures From Anywhere. She helps high-achievers all over the world to replace their incomes, so they can quit and stay out of their 9-5 jobs, by building businesses out of their passions.  I’ve mentioned in the past my experience both in the corporate sector as well as my transition into entrepreneurship. I try to stay away from talking much about business-building tactics and strategies. That’s just not the focus of our show, and there are a lot of people out there who are much more knowledgeable about that stuff. So, while Christine does focus on helping women build successful businesses, that’s not what we’re talking about today. Instead, we’re going to focus on how a working parent knows whether they should build a business of their own, or whether they would be happier in a corporate setting.  Building your own business might create more flexibility in your schedule, but it can also add additional stress, both financially and in terms of your time commitment. Over the last five years, I’ve come to believe that different people can be happy in either arena. It’s really more about the choices we each make in our own lives. But the question is, how do you know whether building your own business will lead you to happiness, or if you should try to make things work in the corporate world?   Show Notes: https://argenalinstitute.com/82 Resources & Links Mentioned in this Episode: Christine McAlister Website Christine McAlister Facebook Christine McAlister LinkedIn Christine McAlister Instagram The Income Replacement Formula: Seven Simple Steps To Doing What You Love And Making Six Figures From Anywhere by Christine McAlister The Income Replacement Formula | Free Chapter The Argenal Institute Website The Argenal Institute Library Free Consultation with Sarah Argenal Email me: sarah@argenalinstitute.com About The Argenal Institute: The Working Parent Resource Podcast is a place where we explore how to defeat burnout as working parents so we can finally enjoy these precious years of our lives. After four years of being a stay at home mom, she created the program, From Stay at Home Mom to Chief Household Officer®, which teaches and empowers moms to run their households like entrepreneurs do a business. Katie has two girls, 4 and 2, and loves to be outside with her family. She is a lover of sushi, yoga, the beach, and laughing.   Today we’re going to talk about a few different aspects of adjusting to a big life change, such as a cross-country or even an international move. What we talk about here would apply to any big life transition though, whether it’s moving or having a new baby or starting a new job or dealing with a family illness. Big life transitions really do have a way of making us feel disoriented and uncertain, like the world is shifting beneath our feet. We usually have a whole new list of logistics to handle. But in times of change, we also have to re-negotiate roles with our partner, help our kids manage their big emotions, and figure out how to take care of ourselves while we’re dealing with all kinds of unpredictability. I’m really excited to chat with Katie to hear more about her experience, and to get her professional advice to help us manage these types of big changes in our lives as successfully as possible.  Show Notes: https://argenalinstitute.com/81 Resources & Links Mentioned in this Episode: Katie Rossler Website Katie Rossler Facebook Katie Rossler LinkedIn Katie Rossler Instagram This is Where You Belong: Finding Home Wherever You Are by Melody Marnick The Art of Arguing Family Meeting Success Blueprint How to Kid-Proof Your Marriage From Working Mom to Chief Household Officer® From Stay at Home Mom to Chief Household Officer® The Argenal Institute Website The Argenal Institute Library Free Consultation with Sarah Argenal Email me: sarah@argenalinstitute.com About The Argenal Institute: The Working Parent Resource Podcast is a place where we explore how to defeat burnout as working parents so we can finally enjoy these precious years of our lives. You have the most beautiful heart of anyone I know. You have fulfilled my life in ways I never imagined possible, and I couldn’t be happier to become your wife today. I consider it a privilege to be able to share the rest of my life with you.   First and foremost, I promise to be authentic with you, to let you see me exactly as I am without fear or reservation. And in turn, I will encourage you to be yourself, to appreciate your individuality as it changes and grows over time. I will always remind you to be true to yourself, setting aside my own expectations for who I want you to be.  I promise to be trustworthy and loyal to you. I promise to listen carefully when you want to talk, and I will sit with you in silence when there are no words.  I promise to do my part to make our life together fun. I promise to contribute joy, adventure, creativity, and a strong sense of character into the family that we are beginning here today. I will be your companion in parenthood, to make our family’s love and happiness a priority.  Finally, I promise to be your best friend and partner in every way I possibly can. Today we’re chatting with Ayelet Marinovich, who helps families feel confident they can raise great humans from day one - without having to buy a single toy. She is a mother of two young boys, a parent educator, singer, author, and pediatric speech-language pathologist gone rogue. She is the host of the Learn With Less Podcast, and creator of the Learn With Less™ Curriculum, supporting parents and caregivers along their journey through early parenthood.  Parenting in modern society can feel impossible at times. We’re constantly bombarded with advice and research and studies and opinions about the “right way” to raise our kids in the modern age. The information is often conflicting or outdated or sets us up for trying to meet impossible standards. I’ve also personally found that most of the advice doesn’t apply to my child or isn’t in alignment with our family’s core values. That’s why I wanted to bring Ayelet onto the show. Her approach really helps parents re-focus on what’s really important in parenting: connecting with our children in simple and natural ways. We don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on toys or contraptions. We don’t have to sign them up for every extra-curricular activity. We don’t have to do academic drills with them. All they need is our love and acceptance. Ayelet shares with us how we can integrate that love and connection into our daily life in practical and simple ways.  Show Notes: https://argenalinstitute.com/77 Resources & Links Mentioned in this Episode:  Ayelet Marinovich Website Ayelet Marinovich Facebook Ayelet Marinovich LinkedIn Ayelet Marinovich Twitter Ayelet Marinovich Instagram Understanding Your Baby by Ayelet Marinovich Understanding Your Toddler by Ayelet Marinovich Wonder Weeks by Xaviera Plas-Plooij and Frans X. Back on episode 71 of the show, Rebecca Ching and I talked about a therapeutic approach called Internal Family Systems, and how it can help us re-frame the way we deal with big emotional challenges. One of the things she mentioned in our conversation really resonated with me, and I wanted to dig a little deeper into it a little more today. Rebecca talked about how many people these days are stuck living only in their head, totally cut off from their emotions. We talked more in that episode about the research and the reasons behind WHY that’s happening, which I think is fascinating. If you didn’t listen that to that conversation yet, definitely check that out too. I’ll link our conversation up in the show notes. But this experience of detaching from FEELING our emotions and relying on our heads alone to process what’s going on for us emotionally was something I could really relate to. I’ve spent most of my life INTELLECTUALIZING my emotions. Up until ten years ago or so, I didn’t really FEEL them in my body or in my soul at all. I mostly saw my emotions as some puzzle that needed to be figured out or solved. And in order to do that, I needed to keep some distance from them. I needed to bury them a little before I could look at them objectively. I relied heavily on trying to put a positive spin on things, on “letting things go”, and analyzing what was happening, rather than actually FEELING the emotions that were coming up for me. But in doing that, I really was just suppressing, and often completely invalidating, what was really happening inside of me. At the time, I truly didn’t realize I wasn’t feeling those emotions. I just thought I was “being mature” or “staying in control” or “expressing myself in a healthy way.” Those were all fancy ways of saying that I was avoiding the real pain of experiencing my own feelings.   Show Notes: https://argenalinstitute.com/75 Resources & Links Mentioned in this Episode: When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chodron Comfortable with Uncertainty by Pema Chodron EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Internal Family Systems WPR071: How Internal Family Systems Can Change Your Approach to Work, Parenting & Life with Rebecca Ching The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown The Argenal Institute Website Free Consultation Email me: sarah@argenalinstitute.com About The Argenal Institute: The Working Parent Resource Podcast is a place where we explore how to defeat burnout as working parents so we can finally enjoy these precious years of our lives. Today we’re chatting with Kathryn Sollmann, who is a career coach, author and speaker on a mission to help current and returning professional women always stay in the workforce and find the work that fits their lives. Kathryn has created and led hundreds of conferences and workshops to help women sustain and advance careers through every age and life stage. Kathryn is recognized as a thought leader in the women and work space. Her book—Ambition Redefined: Why the Corner Office Doesn’t Work for Every Woman & What to Do Instead—is the everyday woman’s guide to developing her own brand of ambition and success and finding many lucrative ways to lean “in-between” alongside caregiving for children and aging parents. A mother of two adult daughters, Kathryn has worked non-stop since the age of 16. She coaches women with insights from her own flexible work experience—as a full-time and part-time employee, a business owner, a marketing consultant, a telecommuter, a freelancer and a recruiter. A lot of what Kathryn talks about in her book on this show today relates to women and mothers, but so much of what we discussed applies equally to men. Statistically, there are more women struggling to get back into the workforce after a break, but as more men are staying home and downshifting in their careers, I think all of the insights and wisdom Kathryn shares in this episode will be an important reminder for you men out there as well. Sarah Argenal is on a mission to eradicate the burnout epidemic that is crushing working parents. She offers programs to individuals and organizations to integrate mental and emotional support for parents in the workplace. She walks parents through a 4 step framework to craft a life. I see a theme here that I want you to pay close attention to. Sarah's 4 part framework is something that she has created and nurtured, and it's something she is becoming known for. Having a framework you can use to help you describe your work AND help people is a huge asset. It's your message AND it's your way of serving. Sarah didn't just stumble on this 4 part framework. She discovered and created it through observing herself and the thousands of parents she talked to. Now she's able to use that framework everywhere. She talks about it in podcast episodes. She talks about it in public speaking. She teaches it in workshops. She uses it in all of her content. She goes deep into one of the steps at times, and she sometimes gives an overview of all 4. This is an asset that she can build her business around. Listen to how Sarah is leveraging this asset. An asset like this can't be rushed. But time and energy you put into creating it is well invested. My business has doubled since I discovered and began to nurture my Rebel Therapist™ brand. It's what I'm becoming known for. When I think about the individual rebels I work with, I see that they hit that hockey stick on the growth chart when they get clear on their message and what they want to be known for. Sarah shares a lot of gems in this interview, but if you remember ONE thing, remember what she has to say about finding the work and message she wants to be known for.   Topics Discussed In This Episode: Why she focuses on helping working parents recover from burnout Having 2 tracks to her business: private work with parents and work with organizations How she customizes her 4-step framework for many different contexts Deciding to be known for one thing How she structures her online coaching program Creating workbooks to use within her program Using voxer as an extra support in her coaching How Annie and Sarah both manage time around between session support How she brings in private clients and how she brings in organizational clients Creating several different free offers and a marketing ecosystem Her advice for her former self Just in time learning rather than just in case learning Show notes at http://rebeltherapist.me/podcast/107

Episode Summary: Today we’re chatting with Tara McMullin, who is a podcaster, writer, and small business community leader. With over a decade of experience helping thousands of small business owners grow their businesses, she’s on a mission to change the dialogue about what’s really working from hype to candid conversation. She’s the host of the What Works podcast, a top small business podcast that’s been recommended by Forbes and Entrepreneur, as well as the founder of The What Works Network, a community hub for small business owners. Her work has been featured on Fast Company, Inc, Daily Worth, and The Huffington Post. What I love most about Tara’s approach is that she’s not peddling the same old advice for every business owner out there. She really honors the unique nature of what everyone is trying to build, and sees herself as a facilitator in helping people uncover what’s unique about themselves, rather than trying to teach how to be just like everyone else. She really inspired me early on in my business experience, and for that I’m so grateful. I wanted to bring Tara on the show to highlight the shift she made from being a “guru” in business, to being someone who really empowered others to look within themselves for answers as they build a business and a life that really works for them. The lessons Tara shares in the episode are geared toward entrepreneurs since that’s the group she focuses on helping most, but as our global economy shifts, I really think all companies can learn from the environment she’s cultivating not only in her business, but in her family, and in her life as well. I just really like the culture she’s building in everything she does, and I’m excited to share that with you all. Episode Summary: Today’s episode is a continuation of what we talked about last week. Over the last 6 years, I’ve focused all of my energy and attention on the issues and struggles working parents face in modern society, especially ambitious professionals who are in those early stages of parenthood. I’ve discovered a lot of unique stressors for this group of people, and our culture is just making things harder for these parents who are drowning and losing out on the most important years of their kids’ lives. This is a devastating situation. I am tired of seeing good people struggle through these important years of their lives. I’m tired of a whole generation of kids growing up thinking this is what life just is. It’s not right, and I believe there’s a way to avoid it. So last week I announced our new approach to working parenthood, which I call the Whole SELF Lifestyle™. If you haven’t heard episode 65, go back and listen, because I talked all about what the philosophy is all about and it’ll be helpful if you have that background. We’re going to build on that conversation today.  Show Notes:  http://workingparentresource.com/66 Resources & Links Mentioned in this Episode: WPR002: My “I Can’t Do This Anymore” Working Mom Moment WPR065: A New Approach to Working Parenthood: The Whole SELF Lifestyle™ World Health Organization Burnout Classification Anxiety Research Depression Research Bullying Research Suicide Research The Argenal Institute Website The Argenal Institute Blog The Working Parent Resource Podcast The Argenal Institute Library Schedule a Free Consultation Email me: sarah@argenalinstitute.com About The Argenal Institute: The Working Parent Resource Podcast is a place where we explore how to defeat burnout as working parents so we can finally enjoy these precious years of our lives. Having a successful career takes energy, drive and determination. Long hours, a heavy work load and the pressure to say yes to everything can be overwhelming. But when you become a parent and throw children into the mix, combining work and parenthood can start to really swamp you. But you don't want to give either up. In today's episode of Mum-to-Mum Monday you'll discover a way through that fog. Because it's possible to be committed, not only to your family, but to keeping your career alive. My guest today is SuperMum, Sarah Argenal. Sarah and her husband, Joey live in San Diego, California. They have a 3 year old boy Beckett, and are expecting their second son in June. After becoming a mum, Sarah found the demands of working in Corporate Litigation alongside juggling family life to be exhausting and overwhelming. So she started a futile quest for help and information. But there was nothing out there. She knew that something had to change, if not only for herself, but for the many other corporate parents who wanted to keep a firm foothold in both worlds. After hundreds of hours of research, Sarah created her own support system and founded the Working Parent Resource. Sarah offers her community of like-minded working mums and dads reliable information and practical training to help them successfully manage their career and home life. Her Frazzled to Balanced™ Bootcamp “helps ambitious working parents slow down and reclaim their time so they can focus on what matters most.” Today Sarah shares her journey of navigating her corporate career; keeping her relationships alive and her home life happy; and being the best mum she can possibly be. All whilst helping other parents figure out how to have it all too. I'm delighted to have Sarah on my show today as she'll teach you how to manage your time, conserve your energy; take time out to recharge and focus on you; AND achieve a happy balance between home and work.
