During this program, I will quote from the article "Nation Writer Labels the Constitution 'Trash'" by Isaac Schorr, which appeared in National Review on March 4, 2022. The Nation is, quoting their website, "principled and progressive" and "empowers readers to fight for justice and equality for all" in order "to bring about a more democratic and equitable world." To paraphrase: The Nation is a left-wing, globalist, socialist, and anti-Biblical periodical that works tirelessly for the destruction of our God-given Constitutional liberties by focusing on, and distorting, current issues in order to undermine our social fabric and thus destabilize our country so that most of our citizens will be impoverished and subjugated. National Review is a neo-con globalist periodical, so I don't necessarily agree with everything that appears in that publication. "Elie Mystal, justice correspondent for The Nation, labeled the Constitution "trash" in an appearance on ABC's The View on Friday." "Appearing on the program to promote his new book, Allow Me to Retort: A Black Guy's Guide to the Constitution, Mystal was asked by co-host Ana Navarro-Cárdenas if the Constitution "is a living document," or a "sacred document." Mystal responded by declaring that "it's certainly not sacred, all right, let's start there. The Constitution is kind of trash." " The US Constitution is a living document in the sense that it is still the Supreme Law of the Land, per Article VI of the Constitution itself: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." It is also a "living document" in the sense that it can be amended, as stated in Article V of the Constitution itself: "The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments." The second method is called the Convention of States, about which I will comment if I have time. Judges do not amend the Constitution but are bound to adhere to it. Several times the Supreme Court has modified the Constitution, such as the banishment of prayer and Bible reading from public schools and the promotion of sodomy and all forms of sexual depravity. Congress and the president should have ignored these rulings and removed the judges who usurped the position of the legislature by legislating from the bench. Per Article I of the US Constitution, all legislative powers are vested in the congress; per Article III of the US Constitution, judges can be removed from office if they don't exhibit "good behavior." Usurping the legislative powers of congress is definitely not "good behavior." The US Constitution is not a sacred document, but the principles of the US Constitution are Biblical and thus are sacred, universal, and eternal. " "It was written by slavers and colonists and white people who were willing to make deals with slavers and colonists. They didn't ask anybody that looked like me what they thought about the Constitution," continued Mystal, who proceeded to do an impression of a 18th century slave weighing in on the document." " It's true that many of the authors of the US Constitution owned slaves, but many were vehemently opposed to slavery, such as Ben Franklin and John Adams. One delegate to the Constitutional Convention was George Mason of Virginia. He objected to the Constitution and refused to sign it because he felt that it did not provide protection for the individual citizen and gave the federal government ill-defined and over-zealous powers. His objections helped the incorporation of the Bill of Rights as the first ten amendments to the US Constitution. In addition, George Mason, although he owned slaves, opposed the US Constitution because it allowed the slave trade to continue until 1808. George Mason said that "slavery brings the judgment of God down upon a nation." Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence but was not present at the Constitutional Convention because he was the ambassador to France at the time. His first draft of the Declaration of Independence abolished slavery, which at the time was legal in the British Empire. Unfortunately, the delegates from South Carolina and Georgia would have never signed the Declaration of Independence if slavery abolition remained in the text. The colonies needed a united front against Great Britain, so Thomas Jefferson removed from the Declaration of Independence the portion calling for slavery's abolition. Mr. Mystal's opposition to slavery is somewhat ironic, since he and his fellow globalist socialist want to make us all slaves. His ad-hominem attacks on the authors of the US Constitution are most distasteful. He attacks the authors for being who they are, not their ideas. Colonists are simply people who live in a colony rather than the main or mother country. The complexion of one's skin (dark or light) is irrelevant to any substantive discussion of the issues, unless you are a racist demagogue, such as Mr. Mystal. " "In another interview promoting his book Allow Me to Retort, Mystal was asked if he thought the Constitution should be "scrapped altogether." " Such sentiments seem to make him an enemy of the US Constitution. Article VI of the US Constitution itself states: "The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution." When I took a commission in the US Marine Corps, I took the following oath: "I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." "In the absence of that emerging [scrapping the Constitution altogether], however, he suggested Americans "interpret our Constitution so that we extend justice and fairness and equality to all, as opposed to whatever the heck we do now." " That is already codified in Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment: "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour. Proverbs 24:23 These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment. Colossians 3:25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons. "Mystal expanded on this point in his Friday appearance on The View, "the very least we can do is ignore what those slavers and colonists and misogynists thought." " Abolishing our Bill of Rights, including freedom of religion, speech, assembly, due process, trial by jury, protection against unreasonable searches and seizures and cruel and unusual punishment, just to name a few? "Included in his proposed improvements to the Constitution was "no states' rights when it comes to healthcare, elections, policing, and guns. That's just better." " In other words, let an all-powerful federal (or global) government control our healthcare, elections, policing, and self-defense. He thinks that is better. Better for whom. We will own nothing, but the elite will own everything, and somehow, we will all be happier. Mr. Mystal wants government to be God. First, the job is not available, and second, unlike God, people are not omniscient (they don't know everything, not even the CIA or NSA), not omni present (they can't be everywhere), and they aren't omnipotent (they can't do everything). Mr. Mystal's proposal to "scrap the US Constitution altogether" is consistent with some famous conservative personalities who call for a Convention of States to revise the Constitution. When our Constitution was written and adopted, almost everyone, including the most highly educated, was a Christian or had strong attachments to Biblical ethics, including the least religious founders such as Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin. Today, most of the highly educated (indoctrinated) are scoffers and mockers. Any Convention of States would soon be taken over by the acolytes of such globalists and America-haters as Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Michael Bloomberg, and George Soros. They would put our Constitution through a paper shredder, and the document they produce would relegate our liberties to nothing more than a distant memory. We have all the mechanism we need to amend the Constitution without destroying it. The Constitutional Convention met to revise the Articles of Confederation but ended up scrapping it. The same thing could happen again with disastrous consequences. Dr Coleman is a general practitioner principal and a former Professor of Holistic Medical Sciences at the International Open University in Sri Lanka. He has an honorary DSc. He has given evidence to the House of Commons and the House of Lords in the UK. Dr. Coleman is a prolific writer and his work is well respected: "Dr Vernon Coleman is one of our most enlightened, trenchant and sensible dispensers of medical advice." This quote is from the British Sunday newspaper The Observer, a British newspaper that has a similar editorial bias as its sister newspaper, The Guardian: socialist, globalist, and godless. They frequently promote views opposing those of Dr. Coleman but none-the-less respect the views of Dr. Coleman as being very authoritative and well-reasoned. "Sharpest mind in medical journalism." This is the opinion of Dr. Coleman by the Daily Star, a daily tabloid newspaper (luridly or vulgarly sensational) published in the United Kingdom. The Daily Star newspaper also frequently promotes views opposing those of Dr. Coleman, but which still respects his expertise. Forcing children to wear masks is very harmful, both physically and psychologically, which the articles that I will read during this program will affirm, and is a form of child abuse. Jesus referred to crimes against children in the gospel of Mark 9:42, when Jesus said: "whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea." Crimes against children, such as child abuse, are especially egregious because children are so trusting and so defenseless. During this program, I will expose the totally unjustifiable vote by the baseball writers to deny Curt Schilling induction into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. Curt Schilling had a fantastic major league baseball career, as documented by Wikipedia: Curt Schilling helped lead the Philadelphia Phillies to a World Series appearance in 1993, and won championships in 2001 with the Arizona Diamondbacks and in 2004 and 2007 with the Boston Red Sox. Schilling retired with a career postseason record of 11–2, and his .846 postseason winning percentage is a major-league record among pitchers with at least ten decisions.[1] He is a member of the 3,000 strikeout club and has the highest strikeout-to-walk ratio of any of its members. He is tied for third for the most 300-strikeout seasons.[2] Romans 13:7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour. Despite this noteworthy performance during a 20-year career, numerous media types despise him because he is a Christian who is outspoken in his affirmation of Biblical morality and United States national sovereignty. I recorded this program, program 280, which I entitle "Misleading Misleaders," on Thursday, February 10, 2022. [By referring to the peaceful protest at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021, as an "insurrection," Mitch McConnell slanders the participants who had their demonstration hijacked by FBI informants and agent provocateurs who perpetrated most of the violence and vandalism, as documented by numerous witness testimonies and video recordings. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Jim Banks (R-IN), whereupon McCarthy said that Republicans would no longer participate: Now, the Times reports that Republicans simply chose to boycott the panel, ignoring Pelosi's move to block GOP members. This program is being recorded on Thursday, January 27, 2022, five days after the 49th anniversary of the infamous Roe v Wade decision that abolished all laws throughout the United States that restricted abortions, thus declaring open season on children in their pre-natal stage of development and exempting abortion providers from liability for the damage done to the mothers. The Roe v Wade decision was one of the most egregious, and anti-Constitutional, rulings of the Supreme Court, rivaling the Dred Scott decision, the Plessy v Ferguson decision, Lawrence v Texas, and Obergefell v Hodges. The Dred Scott decision denied the citizenship of Negros, declared them to be property, and helped precipitate the Civil War of 1861; the Plessy v Ferguson decision affirmed the "separate but equal" policy of segregating white and black children in government schools, condemning black children to substandard educational facilities; Lawrence v Texas abolished all anti-sodomy laws and opened the door to the legitimization of total sexual anarchy; Obergefell v Hodges legitimized same-sex marriage, thus declaring war on reality, undermining the social fabric, and calling Jesus Christ a liar (Mark 10:6-7 from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; 11-12 And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery). As a disclaimer, politically I am an active member of the Republican Party. I am pro-life because I support Biblical morality and the US Constitution, which, per the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, guarantees us that our right to life can't be taken from us without due process of law. The Democrat Party will not accept people who are pro-life, so I can't be a Democrat. Abortion is almost a sacrament to the people who control the Democrat Party, a fact that I intend to substantiate during this program based on political and monetary solicitations that I have received from the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. Why they would send me such solicitations is puzzling. I am a Republican, but I am not a party hack. I took an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution from all enemies, both foreign and domestic, not to advance any particular political organization. For that reason, I refer to myself as a centrist: I support politically those who support the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence and their underlying principles. Solzhenitsyn's fervent embrace of the truth resulted in him spending 8 years in a gulag in the former Soviet Union and eventually caused him to be exiled. Only if we, as individuals, are willing to stand for the truth no matter what, we will remain free from subjugation. Jesus said: John 8:32 ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. "The Supreme Court recognized that abortion does fall under women's privacy rights. [My comments: The 14th Amendment reads, in part: "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law." In other words, you can't be executed, incarcerated, or fined without having your day in court with the rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights. I don't see any "right to privacy," nor does privacy have anything to do with killing your child. The supreme justices justified their ruling by appealing to a concept they call "emanations from the penumbra." In other words, they act as dictators with no constraints. This is legislating from the bench and a violation of the Constitution, which limits all legislative powers to the Congress, per Article I, Section 1. Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798: "in questions of power then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the constitution." When the judges can conjure "penumbras" to justify their decisions in contradiction of the US Constitution, the Constitution becomes simply a stage prop.] The justices acknowledged that being forced to continue a pregnancy puts a lot at risk for women, such as: Physical health Mental health Financial burdens Social stigma [My comments Terminating a pregnancy via abortion is also risky for the physical and mental health of the woman. Killing your child will relieve financial burdens but giving the child up for adoption would achieve the same result without the guilt of being responsible for the death of your child via abortion. Abortion increases the risk of breast cancer, as documented in the article "Update on the Abortion-Breast Cancer Link: Lessons Learned from Asia" By Joel Brind, PhD, which was published by afterabortion.org 08/13/19. "In 2013, Hubei Huang et al. published a systematic review and meta-analysis (SRMA) on abortion and breast cancer just in mainland China.[9] In just over two decades (1988 – 2012), there were no less than 36 individual studies on women in China. Huang et al. reporting a statistically significant 44 percent increase in breast cancer risk for women with one or more abortion, which went up to 76 percent for women with two or more abortions, and up to 89 percent increased risk for women with three or more abortions."] The Court was skeptical of the state's argument that Constitutional protections begin at conception. The Constitution doesn't provide a definition of a "person." But, it does say that its protections cover those who are "born or naturalized" in the United States. After examining other cases relating to unborn children, the Court concluded that "the unborn have never been recognized in the law as persons in the whole sense." The Roe v. Wade decision also includes a discussion of the different views on when life begins. Many in the Jewish faith, for example, believe that life begins at birth. But, the prevailing view in the Catholic faith is that life begins at conception. Doctor's views vary, but they tend to lean toward the belief that life begins sometime before birth. [My comments: The Jewish faith to which the justices refer differs from the Bible. Genesis 25:21-24 And Isaac intreated the Lord for his wife, because she was barren: and the Lord was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived. And the children struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to enquire of the Lord. And the Lord said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger. And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb. Psalm 139:13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. [My comments: The court did not have the benefit of ultrasound to reveal the humanity of the child in the prenatal state of development, but they did know, or should have known, that once the egg is fertilized an entirely new and unique human being is created. A human being that has unique DNA from the mother, can have a different blood type, and may be a different gender. Science and the Bible have established once and for all that we are human beings from the moment of conception. We are thus creatures made in God's image. Genesis 9:6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.] Sarah Weddington was just 26 years old when she argued before the Supreme Court as one of Roe's attorneys. She was born Sarah Ragle on February 5, 1945, in Abilene, Texas, to Lena Catherine and Herbert Doyle Ragle, a Methodist minister. As a child, she was president of the Methodist youth fellowship at her church, played the organ, and sang in the church choir. In 1967, during her third year of law school, Weddington became pregnant by Ron Weddington and travelled to Mexico for an illegal abortion. She married Ron Weddington in 1968, and they divorced in 1974. She died on December 26, 2021. She aborted her only child. Weddington first stated her case in front of a three-judge district court in May 1970 in Dallas. The district court agreed that the Texas abortion laws were unconstitutional, but the state appealed the decision, landing it before the United States Supreme Court. Weddington appeared before the Supreme Court in 1971 and again in the fall of 1972. At the time of her first Supreme Court presentation, Weddington was 26 years old and had never tried a legal case. The Court's decision was ultimately handed down in January 1973, overturning Texas' abortion law by a 7-2 majority and legalizing abortion throughout the United States. Sarah Weddington remains the youngest person ever to have successfully argued a case before the US Supreme Court. Tax Funded Abortion As Population Control The legalization of abortion was predicted in a speech by Dr. Richard Day, a former medical director of Planned Parenthood, to a group of physicians in March 1969, nearly four years before Roe v Wade. During his speech, Dr. Day said "Abortion will no longer be a crime." Abortion will be accepted as normal and would be paid for by taxes for people who could not pay for their own abortions. Contraceptives would be made available by tax money so that nobody would have to do without contraceptives. If school sex programs would lead to more pregnancies in children, that was really seen as no problem. Parents who think they are opposed to abortion on moral or religious grounds will change their minds when it is their own child who is pregnant. So this will help overcome opposition to abortion. Before long, only a few die-hards will still refuse to see abortion as acceptable, and they won't matter anymore. In other words, the powers that shouldn't be had already determined to legalize abortion. All they needed was a test case, the outcome of which had already been predetermined. The court case was simply theater, and the outcome was as predictable as professional wrestling. Earlier in the program I said that abortion is almost a sacrament in the Democrat party. To substantiate my contention, I want to read some of the email messages that I have received from the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. Justice Sotomayor sounds the alarm on new anti-abortion ruling: "This case is a disaster for the rule of law and a grave disservice to women." Justice Sotomayor has made it abundantly clear: Reproductive rights are in grave danger. [Roe v Wade was a travesty and contrary to precedent and the foundational principles of the US.] The Supreme Court is the closest it's ever been to OVERTURNING nearly 50 years of precedent and letting Republicans BAN abortion, and if they succeed, Americans seeking reproductive health care could have their rights stripped away. I want to remind us all of Dr. Stan Monteith's opening statement on his program "Radio Liberty," which was broadcast on the American Christian Network for many years. Dr. Monteith always opened his program with the following statement: "Reality is usually scoffed at; illusion is usually king. But in the battle for the survival of Western Civilization it will be reality, not illusion or delusion, that will determine what the outcome will be." Alexander Solzhenitsyn wrote an essay entitled "Live Not by Lies." Jesus said: John 8:32 ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. This program is being recorded on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, two days after the federal holiday honoring the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., for broadcast at a later date. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., was a man whose life is currently venerated by contemporary culture as embodying the highest virtues of righteousness and patriotism. The view that Martin Luther King, Jr., was a paragon of morality and righteousness, and that his legacy is one of increased opportunity and success for all, especially for people of color, is a myth that facts and reality refute. I will be reading from a number of sources, but especially from the article: "Time to Re-Evaluate the Legacy of Martin Luther King" By Vince Everett Ellison, which was published by American Thinker on January 12, 2022. I will often be interspersing my comments. By calling into question the veneration of Martin Luther King, I do not want anyone to think that I oppose the goal of equal protection of the law that Martin Luther King ostensibly promoted. Equal protection of the law is a Biblical principle found throughout the Bible: Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour. Deuteronomy 1:17 Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God's Deuteronomy 16:19 Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous. 2 Chronicles 19:7 Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts. Proverbs 28:21 To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress. Jesus and the story of the good Samaritan as describe in Luke 10:25-37. The hero of Jesus' story was a Samaritan, whom the Jews considered to be heretics and foreigners. Acts 10:34-35 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God. James 2:8-9 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. Our foundational documents, the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution (as amended), both support the principle of equal protection under the law. Martin Luther King, Jr., referenced both documents during his "I Have a Dream" speech that he gave at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC in 1963. I will quote a portion of that speech: "In a sense we have come to our Nation's Capital to cash a check. When the architects of our great republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. "This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness." I completely support the philosophy about equal protection of the law that Martin Luther King, Jr., stated in his "I Have a Dream" speech. As a Baptist pastor, he should also have referenced the Bible and quoted some applicable verses, some of which I have previously quoted during this program. The fact that the God-mocking, America-hating, globalist media venerates Martin Luther King, Jr., should alert people that Martin Luther King, Jr., was not the Christ-loving, Bible-believing, God-fearing, sin-hating Baptist preacher that many people think he was. Luke 6:26 "Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets." The second sentence of the Declaration of Independence: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." In the first draft of the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson advocated for the abolition of slavery. Slavery was legal in the British Empire at that time, and Thomas Jefferson considered our movement for independence from Britain to be a convenient opportunity to abolish slavery, but Georgia and South Carolina would have left, and the colonies would no longer be united, so Jefferson had to reluctantly remove his section about slavery abolition from the final draft of the Declaration of Independence. Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment states, in part: "No State shall … deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." A word of caution to those who have the urge to travel to Washington, DC: based on what happened to the peaceful protestors on January 6, 2021, neither sanity nor Constitutional liberty is observed by local or federal government officials in our nation's capitol. Washington, DC seems to have fallen to the state described of Babylon in Revelation 18:2 and has "become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird." One of these "unclean and hateful birds" could be named "Michael" and spelled Byrd: the killer of Ashli Babbitt. The violence that occurred during the protest on January 6 was nearly all perpetrated by agent provocateurs, FBI informants, or out-of-control Capitol Police. Two people died of violence during the January 6, demonstration: Ashli Babbitt, who was callously shot to death by Lt. Michael Byrd of the Capitol Police, and Rosanne Boyland, who, based on video evidence and witness testimony, appears to have been kicked to death by the Capitol Police. Never forget Ashli Babbitt and Rosanne Boyland. This program will resume discussing the January 6, 2021 demonstration against the blatant vote fraud that took place during the 2020 election, fraud that was documented by thousands of affidavits and numerous video recordings. The vote fraud was obvious and undeniable. The news media, which should have been diligently researching the evidence and striving to ensure that those involved were exposed and held accountable (subjected to criminal prosecution), seems to be an accessory to the fraud by not only ignoring the fraud, but actively disparaging anyone who or any organization that dares to expose the fraud. I will be reading portions of the article "How Christian nationalism drove the insurrection: A religious history of Jan. 6," subtitled "Fanatical, extreme religious faith wasn't incidental to last year's Capitol assault: It was a central driving force" by KATHRYN JOYCE, which was published by Salon Magazine on January 6, 2022. If these peaceful means of redress are stifled, societies become de-stabled, conditions become intolerable, people take to the streets in violent protest, and civil strife, including civil war, becomes likely. If the two peaceful boxes for redress are rendered ineffective, the violent box for redress, the cartridge box, becomes the solution of last resort. There are hundreds of people who participated in the protest who have been incarcerated for months in squalid conditions and whose only crime was trespassing in the US Capitol Building. The tyrants who control our institutions, and their propaganda agents in the legacy media, are attempting to demonize the demonstrators who participated in the January 6 demonstration in order to intimidate the rest of the citizenry so there will be no opposition to the tyrants and their agenda to destroy the liberty and prosperity of the American citizens and to undermine our national sovereignty. I met two ladies who traveled to Washington, DC, from the State of Washington. One lady was born in Communist Vietnam and one lady was born in Communist China. They could both see that what is happening in the US: the corruption of our institutions (such as the media and education/indoctrination) and the blatant cheating that occurred during the 2020 election, was very similar to what took place in Vietnam and China when the Communists took over. This reminded of a woman who lived in St. Petersburg, Russia, when Lenin and the Communists took over. She fled to Cuba, barely able to escape with the clothes on her back. She worked hard and became very successful, but she had to flee the Communists again in 1959 when Castro took over Cuba. She came to the US. A reporter interviewed her, when she was in her 80s, and expressed sorrow for her, since she twice lost everything for which she had worked, fleeing for her life when the Communists took control. The woman responded: "Don't feel sorry for me. I had places to which I could flee when the Communists took over. Feel sorry for yourself, because when the Communists take over the US, you will not have anywhere to go." Song writer Tommy Collins said that if the student holding the flag dropped it when his class was reciting the Pledge of Allegiance when he was in school, the whole class would lose their right to recess. Let's hope that's all we lose: our right to recess. I will be reading, and commenting on, two articles that view the events that took place at the US Capitol Building on January 6, 2021 from very different points of view. I realize that the First Amendment gives authors tremendous liberty including the right to defame and slander public figures such as Dr. Peter McCullough, but a professor at a prestigious law school such as Northwestern has a fiduciary duty to exercise due diligence in his research. Professor Koppelman admits in his article: “I was able to learn all this in a two-minute Google search.” When a lawsuit begins, all involved parties start to gather information that can be useful in a concrete case. In view of the fact that this information includes facts and documents that were unknown for at least one party, this process is called ‘discovery.' Discovery's definition and discovery laws can vary state to state, but in general, it can be formulated as the process of investigating all pertinent matters in a concrete legal case. As is clear from the definition, the main purpose of this process is to gather as much information as possible to resolve the dispute before it turns into a lawsuit. As Sergeant Joe Friday used to say on the old Dragnet TV show: “just the facts, ma'am.” Witnesses in court must take an oath to swear (or affirm) to “tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.” Incomplete, or inaccurate, information can result in a wrong decision or outcome. Professor Koppelman is well aware of the necessity to do in-depth research. Digging for facts is better exercise than jumping to conclusions. By admitting to doing not much more than a “two-minute Google search,” Professor Koppelman reveals that he is either lazy, incompetent, or deliberately deceitful. I submit that Professor Koppelman is in the latter category of being deceitful. Professors who knowingly lie and slander, such as Professor Koppelman, should be removed from their position. Teachers have an especially important role and need to be held to a higher standard. James 3:1 My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. Lawyers have a duty to tell the truth so that justice will be served. I will quote Jesus: John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. John 8:31-32 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. We need to select judges in accordance with the principles that Moses' father-in-law, Jethro gave Moses to us when selecting judges to rule the Israelites: Exodus 18:21 “thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness.” Unfortunately, our society is filled with mockers and scoffers, pathological liars, and covetous and materialistic individuals, so it's not surprising that our government, military, academia, and news and entertainment media is infested with these types. If we are to have a God-fearing government, we need to be a God-fearing people. Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. If the pool of potential judges, our law school graduates, believe it is acceptable to lie and slander like their instructors do, our next generation of judges will be mockers and scoffers, and our society will have degenerated to that described in Isaiah 59:14 "And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter." To restore our Republic, we need to return to original principles and inculcate them into our next generation. This program will briefly examine a contemporary American tragedy, the death due to drug overdose of Colt Brennan, a star college football quarterback for the University of Hawaii who finished third in the voting for the Heisman Trophy in 2007. The Heisman trophy is awarded annually to the best college football player for that year. Colt Brennan's tragic death is symbolic of the death spiral into which the United States, as well as much of the world, has fallen. This program will discuss the poem "It is the Veteran" and the article "It isn't the Veteran." The poem "It is the Veteran": It is the veteran, not the preacher who has given us freedom of religion. It is the veteran, not the reporter who has given us freedom of the press. It is the veteran, not the poet who has given us freedom of speech. It is the veteran, not the campus organizer who has given us freedom to assemble. It is the veteran, not the lawyer who has given us the right to a fair trial. It is the veteran, not the politician who has given us the right to vote. It is the veteran who salutes the flag, who serves under the flag and whose coffin will be draped by the flag. The author lists four of the five freedoms enumerated in the First Amendment of Bill of Rights: religion, speech, press, and assembly; he neglected to include “petition for a redress of grievances.” He then lists our right to a fair trial, as stated in the Sixth Amendment. He then lists our right to vote, as listed in the Fifteenth Amendment. Most, but definitely not all, veterans salute the flag and take their oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Freedom is a gift from God, not from man. The Declaration of Independence affirms this fact in the second sentence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” The veteran does not give us our liberties, nor does the government. Our government is formed to protect our liberties, as stated in the third sentence of the Declaration of Independence: “That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” Veterans, at least most, have sacrificed to preserve and protect our liberties. The veteran did not give us our liberties; God did that. The veteran preserved and protected our liberties. Some soldiers gave the ultimate sacrifice, their lives, as did a high school friend of mine, Bob Hutchinson, who was killed while serving in the US Army as an infantryman during the Vietnam War. Others, such as my brother Gary, who was wounded while serving as a US Army infantryman during the Vietnam War. I served as a helicopter pilot for the Marine Corps in Vietnam during the Vietnam War; although I was shot at, I returned unscathed. Finally, we have veterans such as Lloyd Austin, the current Secretary of Defense and retired US Army general, and General Mark Milley, the current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who seem to be diligently working to destroy our military and persecute and punish, through the ghoulish vaccine mandates, the most loyal and patriotic soldiers. In this program, I will be reading, and commenting on, the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate and relate that principle in the performance of the duties of government officials. The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate is especially relevant in the United States with our federalist form of government. Federalism is a system of government in which the same territory is controlled by two levels of government. Both the national government and the smaller political subdivisions (state, county, and city) have the power to make laws and both have a certain level of autonomy from each other. Enumerated or delegated powers: Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution describes specific powers which belong to the federal government. Reserved powers: The Tenth Amendment reserves powers to the states, as long as those powers are not delegated to the federal government. Among other powers, this includes creating school systems, overseeing state courts, creating public safety systems, managing business and trade within the state, and managing local government. Concurrent powers: Powers that are shared by both the federal government and state governments. This includes the power to tax, build roads, and create lower courts. Per Article VI, all government officials at all levels take an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution. As such, all government officials at all levels have as their primary duty the protection of the Constitutional Rights of their constituents. When someone in authority makes laws or decrees contrary to the Constitution, they have violated their oath of office and their law or decree is invalid. Those under their authority, including those in positions of authority themselves, are NOT to obey them when they do this. They may even have to actively resist them and take actions to protect their constituents from these unconstitutional decrees and laws. This program will compare and contrast the US Declaration of Independence, written in 1776, with the globalist Declaration of Interdependence that was written in 1975, anticipating the 200th anniversary of the signing of the US Declaration of Independence. I will focus on the Declaration of Interdependence written in 1975 by Henry Steele Commager. The Declaration of Interdependence states that "it is necessary for the people of The United States to declare their interdependence with the people of all nations"; that "now we must join with others to bring forth a new world order." The US Declaration of Independence concludes with the statement: "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor." Your opponent will try to discredit you and marginalize you by depicting you as completely disconnected from the body of conventional wisdom. They will portray you as an outlier or extremist while never justifying why your views are considered extreme. They will use your appearance as well as your rhetoric to accomplish their objective of discrediting you and thus win the debate. Your job is to portray yourself as a well-groomed, knowledgeable and responsible citizen who bases his argument on sound, well-established principles, and thus expose your opponent as the outlier and extremist whose views are totally against conventional wisdom, thus portraying them as being the extremists. A classic case of an individual embracing the label of extremist, and thus marginalizing himself and his policies, which were Constitutional and traditional (strong national defense, protection of our free economy, and safeguarding our civil and religious liberty), and which were, and are, mainstream and anything but extremist, occurred in 1964. The individual who embraced the label of extremist was Senator Barry Goldwater, the Republican Party candidate for US President running against Lyndon Johnson, the incumbent US President at the time and an extremely corrupt and vulgar individual. During a speech at the Republican Party convention in 1964, Barry Goldwater made the following statement: “Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice, and moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue.” According to commentator David Knight, the speech writer who wrote the speech for Barry Goldwater was a man who wore a ponytail and earrings in 1964. By displaying such a bizarre appearance, especially in 1964, he physically illustrated how disconnected he was from contemporary society. (1 Corinthians 11:14 Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?) If you have a good product, you should put it into an attractive package. The speech writer seemed to be a man who enjoyed being a gadfly and outlier, and thus bringing attention to himself. This is a terrible strategy to employ if you want to convince the public, who are being bombarded with disinformation. By embracing the label “extremist,” Barry Goldwater did the work of his opponents. All they had to do was to keep harping on him as being an extremist. One of Barry Goldwater's slogans was: “In your heart, you know I'm right.” His opponents would respond: “Yes, far right.” Not surprisingly, Barry Goldwater lost by a landslide. What I have just recounted is more than ancient history, since the strategy of framing the debate to win the argument is as new as tomorrow. But there is another aspect of the Barry Goldwater self-destruction. Some people still venerate the statement “Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice, and moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue” because it showed an uncompromising commitment on the part of Barry Goldwater to make a strong statement in support of liberty. Thus, they have fallen into the trap into which Barry Goldwater unwittingly fell. He could have shown his uncompromising support for the principles of liberty without portraying himself as an extremist had he used different wording, such as “passionate defense of liberty is no vice, and apathy in the face of corruption is no virtue.” Actively defending liberty is not just the duty of the super patriot; it is the duty of every citizen to ensure that the Constitutional rights of their fellow citizens are protected, and that corruption is exposed, and corrupt officials held accountable. This program will discuss some of the problems that have arisen in Canada, our neighbor to the north. Last week, I discussed the Mexican Holiday Cinco de Mayo. Cinco de Mayo is a holiday that celebrates the date of the Mexican army’s May 5, 1862 victory over a French military force at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War. Today I want to assess the situation in Canada in which two Christian pastors were arrested because they held church services that the government asserts endanger public health. I will contrast the actions that the Canadian government has taken against these two pastors with the liberties and foundational beliefs as expressed in the Canadian National Anthem: O Canada. Specifically, one of the English verses to “O Canada” states: “God keep our land, glorious and free.” Why would God exert any effort to keep Canada glorious and free, when the Canadian government keeps incarcerating Christian pastors for “simply inciting people to go to church” to worship God? © Copyright 2021 Liberty and Posterity

This program will discuss May Day, May 1. May Day began thousands of years ago to celebrate the change of seasons in the northern hemisphere, but since the 1800s has been a day to celebrate workers and the labor movement. It is now celebrated as an International Worker’s Rights day in many countries throughout the world. May Day is unfortunately associated with socialism. This program will address the schism in the Methodist Church, which is symbolic of the schism that is occurring in United States society in general. The schism is due to the subject of sodomy; one group approves it while another group opposes it. A similar schism in the various Christian denominations occurred in the middle 1800s just prior to the US Civil War because of the issue of slavery. This schism is one of several troubling indications that the United States may not remain united. This program will address blatant heresy in the church, specifically the anti-Biblical, “hate whitey” racist demagoguery of Chanequa Walker-Barnes is an associate professor of practical theology at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. I also address Earth Day and Gaia. Earth Day was initiated in 1970 in response to legitimate concerns of the adverse effects of pollution. It morphed into earth worship as a vehicle to weaken the United States economy and impoverish its people. Gaia postulates that all of the life forms on this planet are a part of one spirit goddess that sustains life on earth; this spirit goddess is called Gaia and is believed to have brought about the evolving diversity of living creatures on planet Earth. Thus, they believe that earth is not a planet, but a self-evolving and self-regulating living system; a living being named Gaia, after the Greek goddess that was once believed to have drawn the living world forth from Chaos. I address the political purge in the military being orchestrated by the Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, against “white nationalism and other extremism” in the ranks of the military. This purge is being targeted at those with pale complexions who support their oath of enlistment to support and defend the US Constitution from all enemies, both foreign and domestic, and who also believe in keeping the US as a sovereign nation under God rather than a vassal state of a globalist, socialist dictatorship. An extremist by the definition of Lloyd Austin is anyone who objects to the tyrannical policies of the God-mocking, Constitution-undermining Biden administration and are willing to exercise their Constitutional rights in voicing their concerns. I address the blasphemous demagoguery of US Senator Patty Murray when she vilified people who wanted to maintain sanity by protecting people, especially women and children, from deranged individuals who believe that they have “transitioned” from the sex that God gave them at conception to the opposite sex, or somewhere in between. I address the racist demagoguery and vilification of citizens by John Brennan, former director of the United States Central Intelligence Agency, that he made during an interview on MSNBC when he said that he was “increasingly embarrassed to be a white male.” His racist diatribe is just part of a continuing effort to Balkanize the populace in order to weaken our social fabric and undermine our individual liberty and our country’s sovereignty. Brennan specifically vilified the citizens who participated in the protest at the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.
