During this program, I will quote from the article "Nation Writer Labels the Constitution 'Trash'" by Isaac Schorr, which appeared in National Review on March 4, 2022. The Nation is, quoting their website, "principled and progressive" and "empowers readers to fight for justice and equality for all" in order "to bring about a more democratic and equitable world." To paraphrase: The Nation is a left-wing, globalist, socialist, and anti-Biblical periodical that works tirelessly for the destruction of our God-given Constitutional liberties by focusing on, and distorting, current issues in order to undermine our social fabric and thus destabilize our country so that most of our citizens will be impoverished and subjugated. National Review is a neo-con globalist periodical, so I don't necessarily agree with everything that appears in that publication. "Elie Mystal, justice correspondent for The Nation, labeled the Constitution "trash" in an appearance on ABC's The View on Friday." "Appearing on the program to promote his new book, Allow Me to Retort: A Black Guy's Guide to the Constitution, Mystal was asked by co-host Ana Navarro-Cárdenas if the Constitution "is a living document," or a "sacred document." Mystal responded by declaring that "it's certainly not sacred, all right, let's start there. The Constitution is kind of trash." " The US Constitution is a living document in the sense that it is still the Supreme Law of the Land, per Article VI of the Constitution itself: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." It is also a "living document" in the sense that it can be amended, as stated in Article V of the Constitution itself: "The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments." The second method is called the Convention of States, about which I will comment if I have time. Judges do not amend the Constitution but are bound to adhere to it. Several times the Supreme Court has modified the Constitution, such as the banishment of prayer and Bible reading from public schools and the promotion of sodomy and all forms of sexual depravity. Congress and the president should have ignored these rulings and removed the judges who usurped the position of the legislature by legislating from the bench. Per Article I of the US Constitution, all legislative powers are vested in the congress; per Article III of the US Constitution, judges can be removed from office if they don't exhibit "good behavior." Usurping the legislative powers of congress is definitely not "good behavior." The US Constitution is not a sacred document, but the principles of the US Constitution are Biblical and thus are sacred, universal, and eternal. " "It was written by slavers and colonists and white people who were willing to make deals with slavers and colonists. They didn't ask anybody that looked like me what they thought about the Constitution," continued Mystal, who proceeded to do an impression of a 18th century slave weighing in on the document." " It's true that many of the authors of the US Constitution owned slaves, but many were vehemently opposed to slavery, such as Ben Franklin and John Adams. One delegate to the Constitutional Convention was George Mason of Virginia. He objected to the Constitution and refused to sign it because he felt that it did not provide protection for the individual citizen and gave the federal government ill-defined and over-zealous powers. His objections helped the incorporation of the Bill of Rights as the first ten amendments to the US Constitution. In addition, George Mason, although he owned slaves, opposed the US Constitution because it allowed the slave trade to continue until 1808. George Mason said that "slavery brings the judgment of God down upon a nation." Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence but was not present at the Constitutional Convention because he was the ambassador to France at the time. His first draft of the Declaration of Independence abolished slavery, which at the time was legal in the British Empire. Unfortunately, the delegates from South Carolina and Georgia would have never signed the Declaration of Independence if slavery abolition remained in the text. The colonies needed a united front against Great Britain, so Thomas Jefferson removed from the Declaration of Independence the portion calling for slavery's abolition. Mr. Mystal's opposition to slavery is somewhat ironic, since he and his fellow globalist socialist want to make us all slaves. His ad-hominem attacks on the authors of the US Constitution are most distasteful. He attacks the authors for being who they are, not their ideas. Colonists are simply people who live in a colony rather than the main or mother country. The complexion of one's skin (dark or light) is irrelevant to any substantive discussion of the issues, unless you are a racist demagogue, such as Mr. Mystal. " "In another interview promoting his book Allow Me to Retort, Mystal was asked if he thought the Constitution should be "scrapped altogether." " Such sentiments seem to make him an enemy of the US Constitution. Article VI of the US Constitution itself states: "The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution." When I took a commission in the US Marine Corps, I took the following oath: "I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." "In the absence of that emerging [scrapping the Constitution altogether], however, he suggested Americans "interpret our Constitution so that we extend justice and fairness and equality to all, as opposed to whatever the heck we do now." " That is already codified in Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment: "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour. Proverbs 24:23 These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment. Colossians 3:25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons. "Mystal expanded on this point in his Friday appearance on The View, "the very least we can do is ignore what those slavers and colonists and misogynists thought." " Abolishing our Bill of Rights, including freedom of religion, speech, assembly, due process, trial by jury, protection against unreasonable searches and seizures and cruel and unusual punishment, just to name a few? "Included in his proposed improvements to the Constitution was "no states' rights when it comes to healthcare, elections, policing, and guns. That's just better." " In other words, let an all-powerful federal (or global) government control our healthcare, elections, policing, and self-defense. He thinks that is better. Better for whom. We will own nothing, but the elite will own everything, and somehow, we will all be happier. Mr. Mystal wants government to be God. First, the job is not available, and second, unlike God, people are not omniscient (they don't know everything, not even the CIA or NSA), not omni present (they can't be everywhere), and they aren't omnipotent (they can't do everything). Mr. Mystal's proposal to "scrap the US Constitution altogether" is consistent with some famous conservative personalities who call for a Convention of States to revise the Constitution. When our Constitution was written and adopted, almost everyone, including the most highly educated, was a Christian or had strong attachments to Biblical ethics, including the least religious founders such as Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin. Today, most of the highly educated (indoctrinated) are scoffers and mockers. Any Convention of States would soon be taken over by the acolytes of such globalists and America-haters as Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Michael Bloomberg, and George Soros. They would put our Constitution through a paper shredder, and the document they produce would relegate our liberties to nothing more than a distant memory. We have all the mechanism we need to amend the Constitution without destroying it. The Constitutional Convention met to revise the Articles of Confederation but ended up scrapping it. The same thing could happen again with disastrous consequences. The program title, Liberty and Posterity, comes from the US Constitution, the preamble of which states that one of the reasons for writing and ratifying the Constitution was to "secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity," our posterity being our children and descendants not yet born. A word of caution to those who have the urge to travel to Washington, DC: based on what happened to the peaceful protestors on January 6, 2021, neither sanity nor Constitutional liberty is observed by local or federal government officials in our nation's capitol. Washington, DC seems to have fallen to the state described of Babylon in Revelation 18:2 and has "become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird." One of these "unclean and hateful birds" could be named "Michael" and spelled Byrd: the killer of Ashli Babbitt. The violence that occurred during the protest on January 6 was nearly all perpetrated by agent provocateurs, FBI informants, or out-of-control Capitol Police. Even an on-scene reporter for the deceitful New York Times seems to admit this. Four people died of violence during the January 6, demonstration: Capitol Offense: "The Ugly Truth Behind the Five Deaths from January 6th and 7th," by Tayler Hansen, which appeared in his newsletter on January 26, 2022. Ashli Babbitt, who was callously shot to death by Lt. Michael Byrd of the Capitol Police, and Rosanne Boyland, who, based on video evidence and witness testimony, appears to have been beaten to death by Lila Morris of the Capitol Police, and Benjamin Phillips and Kevin Greeson, who appear to have died as a result of the Capitol Police indiscriminately firing flash grenades into the crowd on January 6. Rev. Nathaniel Manderson was educated at a conservative seminary (Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, M.Div.), trained as a minister, ordained through the American Baptist Churches USA and guided by liberal ideals [pro baby killing and pro sodomy]. He is a self-identified white, working-class poor, Bible believing Christian [his views are closer to those of a Canaanite than they are a Christian]. He received his Masters in Divinity from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Throughout his professional and ministerial career, he has been a dedicated pastor, counselor, adviser and advocate. As an academic adviser/counselor, he has served first-generation and low-income students that are trying to gain access into higher education for the past 13 years. None of that, however, has anything to do with Christianity. God does not play favorites when it comes to nations, people or cultures. That entire idea is morally and theologically absurd. I'm recording this program, program 282, which I entitle "Unmasking Child Abuse," on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. During this program, I will quote from the article "Psychiatrist bans child-masking and 'all forms of child abuse' in his practice," subtitled 'I will no longer accept your ill-informed, foolish, immature rationalizations for the ongoing abuse of your children,' by Dr. Mark McDonald, a medical doctor, clinical psychiatrist, medical-legal expert, and author of the book United States of Fear: How America Fell Victim to a Mass Delusional Psychosis. Dr. McDonald's article appeared on the website aflds.org (America's Frontline Doctors) on February 10, 2022. If I have time, I will also quote from the article "Chronic Maskitis" by Dr. Vernon Coleman, which appeared on his website. on February 1, 2022. Dr Coleman is a general practitioner principal and a former Professor of Holistic Medical Sciences at the International Open University in Sri Lanka. He has an honorary DSc. He has given evidence to the House of Commons and the House of Lords in the UK. Dr. Coleman is a prolific writer and his work is well respected: "Dr Vernon Coleman is one of our most enlightened, trenchant and sensible dispensers of medical advice." This quote is from the British Sunday newspaper The Observer, a British newspaper that has a similar editorial bias as its sister newspaper, The Guardian: socialist, globalist, and godless. They frequently promote views opposing those of Dr. Coleman but none-the-less respect the views of Dr. Coleman as being very authoritative and well-reasoned. "Sharpest mind in medical journalism." This is the opinion of Dr. Coleman by the Daily Star, a daily tabloid newspaper (luridly or vulgarly sensational) published in the United Kingdom. The Daily Star newspaper also frequently promotes views opposing those of Dr. Coleman, but which still respects his expertise. Forcing children to wear masks is very harmful, both physically and psychologically, which the articles that I will read during this program will affirm, and is a form of child abuse. Jesus referred to crimes against children in the gospel of Mark 9:42, when Jesus said: "whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea." Crimes against children, such as child abuse, are especially egregious because children are so trusting and so defenseless. Even in our corrupt society, if a crime is committed against a child, it is an escalating factor in determining sentencing, which will cause the punishment to be more severe. During this program, I will expose the totally unjustifiable vote by the baseball writers to deny Curt Schilling induction into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. Curt Schilling had a fantastic major league baseball career, as documented by Wikipedia: Curt Schilling helped lead the Philadelphia Phillies to a World Series appearance in 1993, and won championships in 2001 with the Arizona Diamondbacks and in 2004 and 2007 with the Boston Red Sox. Schilling retired with a career postseason record of 11–2, and his .846 postseason winning percentage is a major-league record among pitchers with at least ten decisions.[1] He is a member of the 3,000 strikeout club and has the highest strikeout-to-walk ratio of any of its members. He is tied for third for the most 300-strikeout seasons.[2] Romans 13:7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour. Despite this noteworthy performance during a 20-year career, numerous media types despise him because he is a Christian who is outspoken in his affirmation of Biblical morality and United States national sovereignty. I will document this by quoting from two articles: "Former Phillies star absolutely should NOT be in the Hall of Fame" by Gabrielle Starr, which appeared on the website thatballsouttahere.com in December 2021, and "Curt Schilling doesn't deserve to be in the baseball Hall of Fame" by Chris Cwik, which appeared in Yahoo.com on January 17, 2020. I will also insert my comments. The program title, Liberty and Posterity, comes from the US Constitution, the preamble of which states that one of the reasons for writing and ratifying the Constitution was to "secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity," our posterity being our children and descendants not yet born. As a reminder, on the Liberty and Posterity program, we view all events and activities in relation to reality, truth, and Biblical morality, the same principles stated in the first sentence of the Declaration of Independence that entitle the United States to be separate from, and equal to, other nations: The Laws of Nature and of Nature's God. The Laws of Nature are the physical laws by which the universe operates (also called reality and truth), and the Laws of Nature's God are the moral laws of God as specified in the Bible. James Madison, Fourth President of the United States and one of the authors of the US Constitution wrote: "The future and success of America is not in this Constitution, but in the laws of God upon which this Constitution is founded." If you have a problem with that, the problem is on your end, not ours. A word of caution to those who have the urge to travel to Washington, DC: based on what happened to the peaceful protestors on January 6, 2021, neither sanity nor Constitutional liberty is observed by local or federal government officials in our nation's capitol. Washington, DC seems to have fallen to the state described of Babylon in Revelation 18:2 and has "become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird." One of these "unclean and hateful birds" could be named "Michael" and spelled Byrd: the killer of Ashli Babbitt. Leviticus 19:35 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure. Deuteronomy 1:17; 16:19; No respect of persons. 2 Chronicles 19:7 Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts. Proverbs 24:23 These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment. Proverbs 28:21 To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress. Acts 10:34-35 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. Colossians 3:25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons. No playing favorites; uniform standards for everyone. Equal protection of the Laws clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. No State shall … deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. The Baseball Hall of Fame is a private institution and thus free to set, and violate, its own standards of admittance per the First and Fourteenth Amendments that give us the right to peaceably assemble, but if the Baseball Hall of Fame excludes an eminently qualified player for frivolous reasons, it undermines Hall of Fame's credibility. Ms. Starr and Mr. Cwik disparage Curt Schilling's character. To show how fallacious their arguments are, I will list the numerous character awards that major league baseball has bestowed upon Curt Schilling: Branch Rickey Award (2001) given annually to an individual in Major League Baseball (MLB) in recognition of his exceptional community service from 1992 to 2014. The award was named in honor of former player and executive Branch Rickey, who broke the major league color barrier by signing Jackie Robinson, while president and general manager of the Brooklyn Dodgers. Rickey also created the Knothole Gang, a charity that allowed children to attend MLB games. Hutch Award (2001) given annually to an active Major League Baseball (MLB) player who "best exemplifies the fighting spirit and competitive desire" of Fred Hutchinson, by persevering through adversity. The award was created in 1965 in honor of Hutchinson, the former MLB pitcher and manager, who died of lung cancer the previous year. Lou Gehrig Memorial Award (1995) given annually to a Major League Baseball (MLB) player who best exhibits the character and integrity of Lou Gehrig, both on the field and off it. The award was created by the Phi Delta Theta fraternity in honor of Gehrig, who was a member of the fraternity at Columbia University. It was first presented in 1955, fourteen years after Gehrig's death. The award's purpose is to recognize a player's exemplary contributions in "both his community and philanthropy." The bestowal of the award is overseen by the headquarters of the Phi Delta Theta in Oxford, Ohio, and the name of each winner is inscribed onto the Lou Gehrig Award plaque in the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. It is the only MLB award conferred by a fraternity. Roberto Clemente Award (2001) given annually to the Major League Baseball (MLB) player who "best exemplifies the game of baseball, sportsmanship, community involvement and the individual's contribution to his team", as voted on by baseball fans and members of the media. I recorded this program, program 280, which I entitle "Misleading Misleaders," on Thursday, February 10, 2022. During this program, I will shine the light of truth onto the continued disinformation being conveyed by high-ranking politicians, particularly the Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, Republican from Kentucky, who slander those citizens who participated in the peaceful demonstration that took place at the US Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. More than one million people participated in that demonstration to protest the blatant fraud that occurred in the 2020 election, exercising their First Amendment rights of freedom of speech, freedom to peacefully assemble, and freedom to petition for a redress of grievances. During the program, I plan to read from a number of articles, but primarily from the article entitled "McConnell calls Jan. 6 a 'violent insurrection,' hits RNC for censure of Cheney, Kinzinger," by David Jackson, which appeared in USA TODAY on Wed, February 9, 2022. I will be interjecting my comments. Before I begin, I want to remind us all of Dr. Stan Monteith's opening statement on his program "Radio Liberty," which was broadcast on the American Christian Network for many years. Dr. Monteith always opened his program with the following statement: "Reality is usually scoffed at; illusion is usually king. But in the battle for the survival of Western Civilization it will be reality, not illusion or delusion, that will determine what the outcome will be." Alexander Solzhenitsyn wrote an essay entitled "Live Not by Lies," a philosophy by which we should all conduct our affairs. Jesus said: John 8:32 "ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." "Spotlighting a widening breach among Republicans, Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell criticized the Republican National Committee on Tuesday for censuring Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, and for suggesting that the Jan. 6 insurrection was "legitimate political discourse."" ""It was a violent insurrection for the purpose of trying to prevent a peaceful transfer of power after a legitimately certified election from one administration to the next," McConnell told reporters. "That's what it was."" [By referring to the peaceful protest at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021, as an "insurrection," Mitch McConnell slanders the participants who had their demonstration hijacked by FBI informants and agent provocateurs who perpetrated most of the violence and vandalism, as documented by numerous witness testimonies and video recordings. The January 6 commission, of which US Representatives Cheney, Republican from Wyoming, and Kinzinger, Republican from Illinois, are members, is a partisan ploy by the Democrat Party to portray all opposition as violent and unpatriotic, when it is the Democrats who foment violence (as occurred by BLM and Antifa during 2020) and are unpatriotic by not upholding their oath of office to protect the US Constitution and the God-given Constitutional rights of the citizens, even the citizens who disagree. By Representatives Cheney and Kinzinger participating in the January 6 committee, it gives the stridently partisan investigation a veneer of objectivity and bipartisanship that it does not deserve. The Democrat Party promotes the objectives of the Deep State to place the US under a globalist, socialist dictatorship, and is using the January 6 Committee to portray anyone who contests the blatant voter fraud that occurred during the 2020 elections or who opposes the Biden administration policies as an insurrectionist, providing an excuse to deny these individuals their God-given Constitutional rights. By denying their opposition their rights, the Democrats can effectively silence their opposition and maintain power. The Democrat Party, in its present form, is an evil organization that some call a treasonous, satanic death cult because of its alliance with the globalist Deep State, its continual attack on Biblical Christianity, and its affirmation of abortion and sexual anarchy. The globalist Deep State, especially Republican Deep Staters, hates Donald Trump and his supporters. Representatives Cheney and Kinzinger are especially virulent in their hatred of Donald Trump and his supporters and deserve to be not only censured by, but removed from, the Republican Party. "NYT: Republicans 'Decided Not to Participate' in January 6 Committee" by JOEL B. POLLAK, which appeared in Breitbart.com on 4 Jan 2022. "Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) rejected Republican nominees to the committee. The text of the enabling resolution behind the committee, H.Res. 503, requires that the committee be composed of thirteen members, five of whom "shall" be appointed after consultation with the Minority Leader, i.e. Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA). As the Times itself reported last August, Pelosi took the unprecedented step of rejecting two of McCarthy's five nominees, Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Jim Banks (R-IN), whereupon McCarthy said that Republicans would no longer participate: Now, the Times reports that Republicans simply chose to boycott the panel, ignoring Pelosi's move to block GOP members. The Times casts that in a positive light, saying the lack of opposition allows the panel's secretive investigation to operate: Several lawsuits against the panel note that Pelosi's exclusion of Republican members — aside from the only two who would participate, due to their hatred of Trump — violate H.Res. 503 and therefore invalidate the panel's subpoenas and activities." It's just too painful, even with family and friends.“It's so terrifying to even bring it up. I don't have to remember that until my very last day, until I die,” the 26-year-old told The Epoch Times. “It was the most terrifying thing I've ever experienced.”Anderson was at the bottom of a pile of people caused by a stampede out of the West Terrace tunnel when police unleashed gas on the crowd of protesters.Right next to him lay Rosanne Boyland, 34, of Kennesaw, Ga. They were crushed by the weight of a heap 4-5 people deep. It created an indescribable squeeze. The pain was made worse by a lack of oxygen.“You have to just lay still. You're just air-swapping with the people that are on the ground with you,” Anderson said. “If you move even a little bit, bones are going to break in your leg, bones are going to break in your arm. I'm thinking, ‘I have to stay still and hope that my head's not going to get smashed.'”Tragedy in the TunnelIt all changed in an instant.Anderson and Boyland walked into the tunnel at the same time that afternoon. They did not know each other, but Anderson would play an important role for the Georgia Trump supporter in her tragic final moments.“I did not know her. I didn't know anything about her,” Anderson said. “I didn't even know that she existed until I saw her out of the corner of my eye.”The tunnel was packed with people, shoulder to shoulder, about a dozen across and perhaps 20-25 deep. The crowd was trying to access the doors leading to the Capitol.However, police had other plans. They unleashed some type of gas on the crowd. It seemed to suck the air out of the tunnel.“I felt it, because I can't breathe. That's what it felt like,” Anderson said. “So I turn around and run away. I try to get out as fast as I can. If I had stood still, I honestly felt I was going to die. That's what it felt like, ‘You're not going to be able to get air inside if you don't get out now.'”The crowd tumbled out of the tunnel, down the steps like a waterfall. Anderson felt his legs give out. He fell, dropping like a swimmer doing a belly flop. His fellow protesters piled up around him.“It wasn't that I tripped or anything like that. I cannot get air so I can move my arms, my legs. And then I fall.”The terror was palpable as the weight of the pile crushed those at the bottom. Anderson and Boyland ended up near each other.“She was begging and pleading. She was trying to scream but she couldn't scream very loudly,” Anderson said. “She gave up on it and that's when she reached out. She grabbed my hand. She's reaching out to grab something. When she felt my arm, she grabbed my hand. She didn't get to hold on for very long, though.”Anderson felt such agony, he tried to prepare himself to die.‘You're Killing People!'“I could feel that I was dying,” Anderson said. “I could feel it. That was the scariest part. I accepted that I was going to die. I was just praying to God at that point, ‘Just make it to where the pain stops, because I just need to go.'”Anderson believes Boyland knew her time was quickly running out.“She was holding my hand and then her grip completely loosens,” Anderson recalled. “I'm pretty sure that she's accepted at this point she's going to die. She knows it's the end.”Philip Anderson, 26, of Mesquite, Texas, nearly lost his life on Jan. 6, 2021.Anderson, a conservative activist from Mesquite, Texas, would have met the same fate if it were not for fellow protester Jake Lang. He was at the tunnel entrance, begging police to stop pushing people out of the tunnel onto the pile.Surveillance video shows Lang, wearing a gas mask, waving frantically at police.“I'm screaming, Stop! Stop! You're killing people. Stop pushing!” Lang told The Epoch Times in an interview from the District of Columbia jail, where he is being held awaiting trial on Jan. 6-related charges.Lang tried to extract Boyland from the pile, but every time he helped remove one body from the mass, another one landed on top.“Every single time I pulled another person off her, the police pummel somebody back over on top of her,” Lang said. “So she's stuck at the bottom of this dog pile.”Lang found that Anderson was not as tightly wedged, so he next tried to move him. As he grabbed Anderson under the arms, he noticed the young man's tongue hanging out of his mouth.“Like a bear-hugging motion, I'm able to pull his body weight up on top of my chest,” Lang said. “I unbunch him from this dog pile and I start dragging him down the steps.” Lang got Anderson to a medic station, where volunteers revived him.Boyland Beaten While UnconsciousA short time later, Boyland was freed from the pile, but she was no longer breathing. Protesters tried to render aid, but police sprayed many of them with mace.Her Georgia friend, Justin Winchell, begged police to help. On police bodycam footage, he can be seen saying, “Rosanne! Rosanne! Rosanne!” His tone got more desperate. “She's gonna die! She's gonna die! …I need somebody! She's dead!”At that point several enraged protesters charged the police line and engaged in hand-to-hand combat.The bodycam video showed Boyland lying on the concrete nearby, unconscious. Then a Metro DC police offer began to beat the unconscious Boyland, striking her repeatedly in the ribs and the head.Winchell's shock is evident by his horrified facial expression captured on bodycam video.The Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia denied a Freedom of Information Act request by The Epoch Times for the officer's bodycam footage.The department has not replied to inquiries from The Epoch Times on the circumstances surrounding Boyland's death.The medical examiner for the District of Columbia ruled Boyland died from an overdose of a prescription medication. Family members said Boyland was prescribed the drug to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.It's not known if the autopsy documented any injuries from the beating, or noted evidence from Boyland being crushed. The medical examiner won't release any information beyond the cause and manner of death. He ruled Boyland's death was an accident.That conclusion does not sit well with Anderson. “She was literally okay, walking around like everyone else: normally,” he said. “The difference is that she got gassed and she got crushed and she got some mace on her. And then after all of that happened to her, she's getting beat down on with the baton.“The beating, that was just the cherry on top,” Anderson said. “She probably would have died even without that. But that sealed the deal, honestly, if she wasn't already dead.”Lang and Anderson both carry emotional scars from what they witnessed on Jan. 6.“I have horrible PTSD, waking up from nightmares, seeing her face,” Lang said. “It's just horrible because there is no closure. They murdered her and they won't release the officer's information.”Anderson said he is angered by portrayals of Boyland in mainstream media as a domestic terrorist.“She did nothing. She attacked no one. She didn't even say anything to anyone,” Anderson said. “We've got half the country saying Rosanne is a terrorist, she got what she deserved. For what? She didn't do anything. A word of caution to those who have the urge to travel to Washington, DC: based on what happened to the peaceful protestors on January 6, 2021, neither sanity nor Constitutional liberty is observed by local or federal government officials in our nation's capitol. Washington, DC seems to have fallen to the state described of Babylon in Revelation 18:2 and has "become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird." One of these "unclean and hateful birds" could be named "Michael" and spelled Byrd: the killer of Ashli Babbitt. The violence that occurred during the protest on January 6 was nearly all perpetrated by agent provocateurs, FBI informants, or out-of-control Capitol Police. Two people died of violence during the January 6, demonstration: Ashli Babbitt, who was callously shot to death by Lt. I want to remind us all of Dr. Stan Monteith's opening statement on his program "Radio Liberty," which was broadcast on the American Christian Network for many years. Dr. Monteith always opened his program with the following statement: "Reality is usually scoffed at; illusion is usually king. But in the battle for the survival of Western Civilization it will be reality, not illusion or delusion, that will determine what the outcome will be." This program is being recorded on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, two days after the federal holiday honoring the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., for broadcast at a later date. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., was a man whose life is currently venerated by contemporary culture as embodying the highest virtues of righteousness and patriotism. The view that Martin Luther King, Jr., was a paragon of morality and righteousness, and that his legacy is one of increased opportunity and success for all, especially for people of color, is a myth that facts and reality refute. I will be reading from a number of sources, but especially from the article: "Time to Re-Evaluate the Legacy of Martin Luther King" By Vince Everett Ellison, which was published by American Thinker on January 12, 2022. I will often be interspersing my comments. By calling into question the veneration of Martin Luther King, I do not want anyone to think that I oppose the goal of equal protection of the law that Martin Luther King ostensibly promoted. Equal protection of the law is a Biblical principle found throughout the Bible: Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour. Deuteronomy 1:17 Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God's Deuteronomy 16:19 Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous. 2 Chronicles 19:7 Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts. Proverbs 28:21 To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress. Jesus and the story of the good Samaritan as describe in Luke 10:25-37. The hero of Jesus' story was a Samaritan, whom the Jews considered to be heretics and foreigners. Acts 10:34-35 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God. James 2:8-9 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. Our foundational documents, the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution (as amended), both support the principle of equal protection under the law. Martin Luther King, Jr., referenced both documents during his "I Have a Dream" speech that he gave at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC in 1963. I will quote a portion of that speech: "In a sense we have come to our Nation's Capital to cash a check. When the architects of our great republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. "This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness." I completely support the philosophy about equal protection of the law that Martin Luther King, Jr., stated in his "I Have a Dream" speech. As a Baptist pastor, he should also have referenced the Bible and quoted some applicable verses, some of which I have previously quoted during this program. The fact that the God-mocking, America-hating, globalist media venerates Martin Luther King, Jr., should alert people that Martin Luther King, Jr., was not the Christ-loving, Bible-believing, God-fearing, sin-hating Baptist preacher that many people think he was. Luke 6:26 "Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets." The second sentence of the Declaration of Independence: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." In the first draft of the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson advocated for the abolition of slavery. Slavery was legal in the British Empire at that time, and Thomas Jefferson considered our movement for independence from Britain to be a convenient opportunity to abolish slavery, but Georgia and South Carolina would have left, and the colonies would no longer be united, so Jefferson had to reluctantly remove his section about slavery abolition from the final draft of the Declaration of Independence. Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment states, in part: "No State shall … deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." This program will resume discussing the January 6, 2021 demonstration against the blatant vote fraud that took place during the 2020 election, fraud that was documented by thousands of affidavits and numerous video recordings. The vote fraud was obvious and undeniable. The news media, which should have been diligently researching the evidence and striving to ensure that those involved were exposed and held accountable (subjected to criminal prosecution), seems to be an accessory to the fraud by not only ignoring the fraud, but actively disparaging anyone who or any organization that dares to expose the fraud. I will be reading portions of the article "How Christian nationalism drove the insurrection: A religious history of Jan. 6," subtitled "Fanatical, extreme religious faith wasn't incidental to last year's Capitol assault: It was a central driving force" by KATHRYN JOYCE, which was published by Salon Magazine on January 6, 2022. I will often be interspersing my comments. Our Constitution, which provides us at the federal level, and guarantees to us at the state level (Article IV, Section 4), a Republican form of government, has designed in it several effective methods for responding to governmental corruption: The First Amendment (specifically, Freedoms of Speech and the Press, and the rights to Peaceably Assemble and Petition for a Redress of Grievances); impeachment of federal civil officers (Article II, Section 4); and free and fair elections to hold accountable, and replace, inept and corrupt government officials. These methods can be described as the soap box (discussion and debate) and the ballot box (free and fair elections). If these peaceful means of redress are stifled, societies become de-stabled, conditions become intolerable, people take to the streets in violent protest, and civil strife, including civil war, becomes likely. If the two peaceful boxes for redress are rendered ineffective, the violent box for redress, the cartridge box, becomes the solution of last resort. There are hundreds of people who participated in the protest who have been incarcerated for months in squalid conditions and whose only crime was trespassing in the US Capitol Building. In many cases, they were entrapped into entering the US Capitol Building by Capitol Police who removed the barriers and invited them to enter. The tyrants who control our institutions, and their propaganda agents in the legacy media, are attempting to demonize the demonstrators who participated in the January 6 demonstration in order to intimidate the rest of the citizenry so there will be no opposition to the tyrants and their agenda to destroy the liberty and prosperity of the American citizens and to undermine our national sovereignty. I met two ladies who traveled to Washington, DC, from the State of Washington. One lady was born in Communist Vietnam and one lady was born in Communist China. They could both see that what is happening in the US: the corruption of our institutions (such as the media and education/indoctrination) and the blatant cheating that occurred during the 2020 election, was very similar to what took place in Vietnam and China when the Communists took over. This reminded of a woman who lived in St. Petersburg, Russia, when Lenin and the Communists took over. She fled to Cuba, barely able to escape with the clothes on her back. She worked hard and became very successful, but she had to flee the Communists again in 1959 when Castro took over Cuba. She came to the US. A reporter interviewed her, when she was in her 80s, and expressed sorrow for her, since she twice lost everything for which she had worked, fleeing for her life when the Communists took control. The woman responded: "Don't feel sorry for me. I had places to which I could flee when the Communists took over. Feel sorry for yourself, because when the Communists take over the US, you will not have anywhere to go." Song writer Tommy Collins said that if the student holding the flag dropped it when his class was reciting the Pledge of Allegiance when he was in school, the whole class would lose their right to recess. Let's hope that's all we lose: our right to recess. I will be reading, and commenting on, two articles that view the events that took place at the US Capitol Building on January 6, 2021 from very different points of view. The first article is entitled "January 6 Insurrection: One Year Later, Families Are Still Divided," subtitle "This is what it's like to be the child of a January 6 insurrectionist." The article was written BY FORTESA LATIFI, and appeared in teenvogue.com on JANUARY 4, 2022. The second article is entitled "THE DEMONIZATION OF ROSANNE BOYLAND BEGINS," subtitle "Boyland may not have many defenders at this point, but the truth eventually will do the talking for her." by Julie Kelly, which appeared in American Greatness on Dec 6, 2021. The Laws of Nature are the physical laws by which the physical universe operates (also called reality and truth), and the Laws of Nature's God are the moral laws of God as specified in the Bible. If you have a problem with that, the problem is on your end, not ours. As a disclaimer, politically I am an active member of the Republican Party. I am pro-life because I support Biblical morality and the US Constitution, which, per the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, guarantees us that our right to life can't be taken from us without due process of law. The Democrat Party will not accept people who are pro-life, so I can't be a Democrat. I am a Republican, but I am not a party hack. I took an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution from all enemies, both foreign and domestic, not to advance any particular political organization. For that reason, I refer to myself as a centrist: I support politically those who support the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence and their underlying principles. I realize that the First Amendment gives authors tremendous liberty including the right to defame and slander public figures such as Dr. Peter McCullough, but a professor at a prestigious law school such as Northwestern has a fiduciary duty to exercise due diligence in his research. Professor Koppelman admits in his article: “I was able to learn all this in a two-minute Google search.” When a lawsuit begins, all involved parties start to gather information that can be useful in a concrete case. In view of the fact that this information includes facts and documents that were unknown for at least one party, this process is called ‘discovery.' Discovery's definition and discovery laws can vary state to state, but in general, it can be formulated as the process of investigating all pertinent matters in a concrete legal case. As is clear from the definition, the main purpose of this process is to gather as much information as possible to resolve the dispute before it turns into a lawsuit. As Sergeant Joe Friday used to say on the old Dragnet TV show: “just the facts, ma'am.” Witnesses in court must take an oath to swear (or affirm) to “tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.” Incomplete, or inaccurate, information can result in a wrong decision or outcome. Professor Koppelman is well aware of the necessity to do in-depth research. Digging for facts is better exercise than jumping to conclusions. By admitting to doing not much more than a “two-minute Google search,” Professor Koppelman reveals that he is either lazy, incompetent, or deliberately deceitful. I submit that Professor Koppelman is in the latter category of being deceitful. Professors who knowingly lie and slander, such as Professor Koppelman, should be removed from their position. Teachers have an especially important role and need to be held to a higher standard. James 3:1 My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. Lawyers have a duty to tell the truth so that justice will be served. I will quote Jesus: John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. John 8:31-32 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. We need to select judges in accordance with the principles that Moses' father-in-law, Jethro gave Moses to us when selecting judges to rule the Israelites: Exodus 18:21 “thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness.” Unfortunately, our society is filled with mockers and scoffers, pathological liars, and covetous and materialistic individuals, so it's not surprising that our government, military, academia, and news and entertainment media is infested with these types. If we are to have a God-fearing government, we need to be a God-fearing people. Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. If the pool of potential judges, our law school graduates, believe it is acceptable to lie and slander like their instructors do, our next generation of judges will be mockers and scoffers, and our society will have degenerated to that described in Isaiah 59:14 "And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter." To restore our Republic, we need to return to original principles and inculcate them into our next generation. Specifically, I will comment on the latest ruling by the US Supreme Court that denied religious exemptions for health care workers from having to be injected with the COVID-19 “vaccine.” The denial by the US Supreme Court of any religious exemption is a blatant repudiation of the very first right enumerated in the First Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” By permitting the government-coerced mandate of inoculations, the US Supreme Court ignored the strongly-held religious beliefs of some of our citizenry (thus prohibiting these citizens from the free exercise of their religion) while at the same time forcing these citizens to “take the jab” of the witches' brew of chemicals produced during the “warp speed” development of the gene therapy mRNA that skipped nearly all of the typical 10-15 years of testing to which vaccines are normally administered. “Taking the jab” appears to be a government-mandated ritual of the new religion that some call “Fauci worship.” This religion, which is established by government mandate, will require that the entire populace take part in the testing of an experimental gene therapy inoculation. This is the de facto end of our Constitutional Republic. We are now ruled by the whim of Black-robed shysters who affirm the dictates of unelected bureaucrats imposing an agenda of government-subsidized medical malpractice. There are Biblical incidences of a scapegoat that took away the sins of the people. The first occurs in Leviticus 16:5-10 Aaron, Moses older brother, presented two kid goats before the Lord. One goat was offered as a sin offering, while the other goat became the scape goat, which was presented alive before the Lord as an atonement for the people's sins and then let go into the wilderness to symbolically take away the people's sin. There is an even more vivid illustration of a scape goat: Jesus. John 1:29 The next day John [the Baptist] sees Jesus coming unto him, and says, Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world. Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shall call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins. [The presence, power, and penalty of sin; our scapegoat to make atonement with God for the people.] The scapegoat analogy that I to which I will allude during this program is not perfect because, unlike the scapegoat of Leviticus 16 or of Jesus, the organizations using innocent people as scapegoats do not in any way consider themselves to be sinners or to accept responsibility for their incompetent, neglectful, criminal, or treasonous action, or inaction. Such organizations seek only to redirect the blame and anger arising from appalling and horrendous situations that they caused, redirecting it to others who had no role in causing the problem. Thus, the perpetrators escape the consequences that they should suffer; instead, the scapegoats will suffer the unrighteous wrath of the culprits themselves. Examples of scapegoats were the Jews in Germany during the Depression and the independent farmers and merchants of the Ukraine, pejoratively called Kulak's, during the early days of the Soviet Union. Both the Jews of Germany and the independent farmers and merchants took the blame for poor economic conditions, and many lost their lives at the hands of governments that were eager to divert the anger of the people from the government, where it rightly belonged, to innocent citizenry. The article that is the focus of this program, “Are You Ready to Be an American Kulak?”, contends that Christians are being setup by the media to be the contemporary United States scapegoats, like the kulaks in the Soviet Union, so that the Christians can be persecuted and destroyed. The article that is the focus of this program, “Are You Ready to Be an American Kulak?”, contends that Christians are being setup by the media to be the contemporary United States scapegoats, like the kulaks in the Soviet Union, so that the Christians can be persecuted and destroyed. Five people died during the January 6, 2021 demonstration at the US Capitol, but the only two deaths by violence were that of Ashli Babbitt, callously shot by a Capitol Police Officer, and Rosanne Boyland, who appears to have been savagely and sadistically kicked to death by Capitol Police Officers. Never forget Ashli Babbitt and Rosanne Boyland. The program title, Liberty and Posterity, comes from the US Constitution, the preamble of which states that one of the reasons for writing and ratifying the Constitution was to “secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity,” our posterity being our children and descendants not yet born.
