Kelly Hrudey is a former NHL goaltender who now takes his passion to broadcasting and analyzing for CBC and Sportsnet as well as advocating for important causes like mental health initiatives. Kaitlin Hrudey-Jones and her husband Kayden run a clothing company, More Good Days, which aims to raise awareness and support mental health organizations. From a young age Kaitlin has struggled with her mental health, being diagnosed with Anxiety and OCD disorders. Struggling through health related anxieties, attachment issues and more, they came together as a family to battle her mental health issues as a united front!It's clear in this episode the love and unity they have as a father and daughter and as a family.
